Booked ticket today morning (1 Jul 2011) for Sunday's show from book my show. Money from my account got deducted but the ticket were not received. I tried calling their cosumer number, but in vain. Now I see that there are various complaints about the same. Booked the ticket using ICICI netbanking.

Please suggest what to do in this case? Can I file a police complaint somewhere in such case ?

It is intimated that i was trying to book a movies tkt on 01 Jun 2011 for 3 personnels for 05 Jun 2011 at Prasad, Hyderabad. But the tkt have not been booked and money has been debited in my account. Reference of the bank is attached.
