We have purchased ifb washing machine july and with no proper working and technical faults ifb changed / replaced it with new.
Again same issue is coming back and serious technical flaw. We called up many times to customer care but no response.

After buying top end latest model with spending so much money we are getting rude response and no solution.

We need our money to be refunded as not able to trust said brand.

      I have taken amc no. [protected] (Valid upto 12.5.2018) for the washing machine from ifb. The washing machine was not timely attended by the franchise person. The complaint was registered against ticket no. [protected] dated 10th september’2017.

      2. The number of the attempts carried out to the customer section was remained unsuccessful everytime on call to customer section,. On every call without any action for attending the problem. To the utter surprise sometime the ticket no. Was closed inspite of lodging serious grievances which was reopened with the assurance that sr. Level engineer would ensure necessary action within a day.

      3. The engineer rather advised to purchase the new product from online ifb.

      This is a serious issue when maintenance is in the scope of ifb and i have been undergoing tangible & intangible loss of rs. 7000/- due to careless attitude adopted by ifb.

      In view of the above, i request you to intervene and direct concerned authorities to provide compensation for me to buy new washing machine.. Further the matter is required to be investigated for selection of franchise for ifb particularly at noida where the service engineer were rather interested in carrying out part time business during the visit for insisting to procure some chemicals without providing receipts. Such kind of the practices is not possible without the knowledge of the ifb customer sections.

      Because of no response from IFB in-spite of valid AMC upto 12.5.2018, after incurring heavy financial loss due to tangible & intangible circumstances.

      I had to buy new washing machine, you are requested to take up strongly with the IFB Management for taking delivery of the machine from my residence and to arrange suitable compensation.

      Sir,

      The response by the IFB is ridicules and speaks about the worst treatment to the consumers. In fact there was a no communication since 12/09/2017 whereby I was informed for attending the job on the very next day after day to day call for approximately last 30 days. This is a serious lapse of IFB working where customer is taken on ride.

      There is no report issued for the customer visit undertaken by the IFB franchises person. Even the mails to the Chairman level has not resulted any response. I have undergone mental agony by my wife not able to take up the other jobs because of IFB Engineer was supposed to visit. The kind of casual attitude resulted in arranging laundry at the express charges from the outside agencies.

      I have incurred loss of Rs. 8000-10000/-. Please ask IFB to pay the compensation as it is the responsibility of the AMC provider to provide uninterrupted services. Because of urgent requirement I have no option left then to procure the new machine.

      Further you need to arrange the investigation including Corporate Governance policies of the IFB where franchise is taking up the services of the customers without issuing service copy which is mandatory for any organization. Please ask them a scanned copy of the documents issued to me duly signed for the acknowledgement. In the bigger interest of the customers it is required to book IFB under the bad customer practices for arranging necessary directions.

      Further you may kindly take up the matter with Chairman (E-Mail: [email protected]) and Mr. Ray (E-mail: '[email protected]') for allowing such kind of causal attitude.

        Ordered 'mb magic bullet mixer grinder and chopper' from amazon (Order id:[protected]. The order got delivered on 28th august. It was damaged so we wanted a return. They picked up the mixer on 30th august, 2017 for return. We received few messages in which the next delivery date was stated as 3rd october, 2017. When we did not get the returned item delivered on 3rd october, 2017 we tried to track it. We have been calling and mailing them multiple times. We are not being able to contact any customer care executive. Only pre-recorded voice messages are being played.in that, their answers are that they 'can't track the order' as in there is no such order.
        We have paid them in cash on 28th august, 2017. They have neither refunded the amount nor gave us the new product.

        Please help us to recover the product or get a refund
        I am work in Medical representative in Baroda, . 3 month work but salary not in ABM, no appointment latter in company, plz help me..

              Hi team,

              I have paid rs.2, 10, 855.10 out of rs.2, 68, 890.80 outstanding amt with in due date for august stmt generation in rbl bank, remaining amt only rs.58, 035 not paid within due date due to my personal problems.

              Here my concern is they have levied charges rs.9, 029.85 and gst rs.1, 625.37 for total outstanding amt i. E. Total rs.10, 655.22 for paid amt also.

              I have requested bank politely and consider this for one time to revert the interest and gst charges as this is very first time which i have not paid little amt (Rs.58, 035 only) but paid partially 2, 10, 855.10 out of rs.2, 68, 890.80 outstanding stmt amt with in due date, but they are not even ready to revert the charges for my request as i was following up couple of days back but no use.

              I would like you to intervene to revert the interest (Finance) and gst charges i. E.10, 655.22. I would like to pay interest charges for unpiad amt rs.58, 035 only with in due date if they want.

              Why should i pay interest amt for already paid amt rs.2, 10, 855.10?

              Please do the needful at the earliest.

                As my mobile phone samsung j5 prime was there in insurance (Apps you need) and i claim for that and get approved and after some days its was showing in service center for repairing. After that i felt that, as if the process is hault. Almost 3 months have been passed but didnt got any reply from apps you need insurance company.

                  I've ordered a couple watch from flipkart. I got men's watch and women's watch was missing. I registered a complaint over the chat (Flipkart) and i talked over the call too. The executive committed me that i would receive the product on 4th oct. When delivery guy came to my place he had the wrong information from flipkart. When i call them one of the representative named jaspreet was very rude over the call and he cancelled the return request without my permission even i was not aware of it. I want to take a legal action against the company and the guy who took the system action on my complaint without any concern.

                    I bought vouchers from indigo site inder voucher 99 scheme in which two 350 rs discount coupon on flight booking were given. I used one 350 voucher but when on 24 sep when i was doing flight booking from delhi to chennai and applied voucher i was not able to apply the voucher.
                    I put my payment on hold and contacted customer care telephonic and they told me voucher is valid and to email the issue on their customer care email. Attaching snapshots of emails.

Icici bank had sent a letter saying that the ac does not belongs to me.                         Bajaj finserve company has taken fee of non uses 0% emi card they have given this card and now they are cut the annual fees of rs.117 from user account if anyone can not want to use card why they collect this type of fee from need people. It is not necessary that every year anyone can buy electronics product more than 5000 rs. Amount i have blocked my card but sir please do needful for return of charge rs.117 from my sbi account my account number is [protected]. My customer id 8079988 and 8080114.

                          Sir, i brought new led tv intex as a gift to my parents on there superannuation but as a embarrassing it did not worked for a month it's display spoiled. I'm still paying my installments. My aged parents are in hyderabad and i'm in pune working and no one to help them. Every time i call to customer care they say one week again one week and so on. As my tv is under 3yrs warranty. Kindly help me and my aged parents

                            I had taken airtel secure handset protection claim on my one plus 3 phone on 8th july 2017 and since then have been paying an insurance fee of rs. 79 per month added to my airtel postpaid bill.
                            On 13th august 2017 my phone got damaged and the screen broke. The very next day i had filed for the claim on the airtel website and uploaded all the documents asked by them.
                            On 14th august evening itself i received a call from airtel secure team saying that your claim has been received and all the documents are in place and that i will be contacted shortly for the pickup of my device for repair and the same shall be delivered back to me after being repaired within a maximum period of 21 days.
                            Then after 2 days i started receiving a mail from airtel secure team everyday asking me to submit detailed description of the accident.
                            As i was unable to understand exactly what was i expected to add to the description that i had already written in the claim, i called up airtel secure team a no. Of times and all that they could say upon hearing my description of the incident was to just make any minor change to the description and submit again.in the last such conversation of a series of such conversations with the team the assistant on the helpline asked me to just add the sentence "this is my final description" at the end. Thereupon, i did not receive any further mail asking me to add details to the description.
                            Also, i had received a mail saying that the invoice of the device that i had submitted was not in my name but in my husband's name. Hence, i was asked to make my husband write a declaration saying that he had bought the phone for me and to submit his government id via an e-mail. He did this the very same day.
                            Also, whenever i called the airtel customer care, they asked me to call the one assist team and vice versa. Both the teams kept on shifting the responsibility on the other one.
                            I also kept following up with the airtel secure and one assist teams over e-mail. On 18th august and 25th august i received e-mail from airtel assuring me that my claim is in progress and the same shall be processed within 21 days.
                            On 4th september i received a mail saying that the documents submitted in respect of my claim have been verified and the handset shall be picked up soon.
                            On 6th sept my handset was picked up by ecom express pvt. Ltd.
                            On 8th september i received a mail from them saying that the repair cost estimation of my device is rs. 8554 and the documents and estimate have been submitted to the insurance company.
                            On 11th september i received a mail saying, "we regret to inform that your device claim of rs.8554.0 has been rejected by the insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property."!!!
                            They have caused immense mental agony and harassment to me for a month for a simple claim made by me against the insurance taken for my device.
                            I want you to help me get my claim and also a compensation for the harassment and mental agony caused to me by the airtel secure team.

                              I had book a ticket from dehli to srinagar on 19aug 2017 and travels date was 10sep2017 bearing pnr no xy3thj namely miss maryema akhter. I was made this booking through easemytrip.com and later on i had add an infant on this booking directly on spicejet.com and i made that payment through my jammu and kashmir internet banking. But due to some personal problem i had cancel the said booking partially through easemytrip customer care they cancel my booking and refund me 159rs only. And then i call to spicejet customer care regarding refund amount of infant they ask me we will refund you in working 15 to 20 days. Now today i again call to spicejet customer care but your customer care executive they tell me that we have already process your refund and you will collect it from easemytrip agency. Sir tell me onething when i add infant directly through spicejet website and i made my payment through internet banking so why did you transfer my refund amount to easemytrip agency and why would i receive my refund from easemytrip.                                 I was looking at fully furnished accommodation for myself. I came across homigo and went by their apartment[protected] in hsr layout called homigo marko. Initially they showed me a flat that i completely loved. The same day, i paid an advance of 10, 000 inr. Later they called me up to tell i should go back to the property and choose a flat. The next day, i went around around 9pm to only find nobody in the entire building. No security either. The streets had no light and honestly as a single woman i felt very unsafe to even stand outside. The security came in 15 minutes later and showed me the flats. I was shocked to realize that none of the flats other than the one that was shown to me had grills in the window. There are no cctvs in the building either. I got in touch with the sales manager who spoke to me disrespectfully and told me i am overthinking. They are completely business minded and are not concerned about a woman's safety. I have sent 4 e-mails and haven't received a single response. I want a refund for this.
                                They are fooling customers.
                                Pathetic. Do not ever give advance. I gave 60K as 30K rent and 30K security deposit. They were supposed to refund 20k> been 1 month i vacated the house but haven't received my money back. very unprofessional and do not refund money. No one picks the call and some numbers get unreachable.

                                I am going to take strict action if doesn't get my money within next 7 days.

                                  I had purchased a water filter a year back online. At the end of one year, we got a call from euro aqua claiming that they are from eureka forbes and the warranty is about to expire and carbon and filter needs to be changed. He suggested that the better option would be taking a contract of 1 year which will cost 1800 rs and the filter and carbon shall be changed by them. We paid the amount he changed the parts. The machine started leaking post that. Later they stopped answering our calls and from eureka forbes we got to know that it was a fraudulent co.                                             I booked a ola share cab yesterday hr61c3891 - white xcent. Total fare was rs.479 and i paid it through ola money. The problem arised was that the driver delayed while picking me up and then he started roaming here and there whereas there were two more bookings, the co-passengers fought in cab for their drops and i really had a safety issue so i got down at nearest metro station and boarded metro and left ride in between. I have really faced a bad time wid ola service and i need my refund as i havn't travelled by this cab.

                                              Itz cash card company is fraud, all this employees are thief. They misguide me every time, now they dont pick the phone. Itz have the authority to deduct my balance from my account without any notice or without any reason. When we calll them regarding this they say no problem sir it will be refunded next month.
                                              When time comes most of the time they dont pick phone, by mistake they pick the phone they say only that no problem sir it will be refunded next month and this is last month it will not be ducucted in future.
                                              They are not giving contract certificate, always says "haa sir baat chal ri hai main abhi pta kar leta hu office mei hi hu." after that dont pick the phone...

                                                Dezire research started calling and said they will give us better return with their advice. They provided one week free trial advice. That was good around 80% were success.

                                                Then they started asking for money, i paid them 3, 000 to start with. Then they gave an advice to buy a stock, that resulted in 66, 000 profit (Excluding brokerage & gst etc).

                                                But next few days i incurred loss of 2, 15, 000. I complained to them they assured me that it will be recovered. They told they will change the researcher. Next day i again made profit of 30, 000. But following days i kept loosing and ended up with negative balance.in the mean time i paid them rs.73, 678.


                                                They always forced me to trade in bulk say 10, 000 qty or 20, 000 qty upto my full available margin, they were calling and asking me to put the order at that very moment. Here what i feel, i was in terminal acting on their hands, and on the other side they were at the receiving end so whatever i put on trade for buy/seller at mentioned price they transferred the shares to them and my loss became their profit.

                                                Example, at 10.20am they asked me to buy 10, 000 shares of aurobindo pharma at ₹742.00, and the buyer were they or their agents. And near to day end at 3.00pm they asked me to sell the same stock at 728.00 and on there side someone would buy at this price. So i lost 742-728 = ₹14 per share resulting to loss of ₹1, 40, 000/- and this was their profit.

                                                Similarly they were taking control over my terminal by regularly calling and wrong-advising me to buy shares. I complained about the loss to them several time, no good researcher were granted for me, but whoever was appointed for me asked for money. So now they earned whatever i lost.

                                                My total money at start were ₹ 4, 50, 000.
                                                They gave me customer id : p00052a for ₹5, 55, 555/- package.
                                                I paid them ₹ 73, 678.00.
                                                And i lost ₹ 3, 95, 500.00. So total due to them -₹4, 69, 178.00.

                                                I did fir, the petition copy included. Police asked me to go consumer court as well, hence i am here.

                                                After multiple complaints to them, on 15th september i got a call from company and they were again threatening me by saying “if i have to recover the loss, have to invest more money, or they will not do any thing. For the namesake they will start sms service of whatever amount i paid and will show this to sebi”.

                                                Now what i want is to get back my ₹4, 69, 178.00 as as easy close-out of this case. Else will take more action and pulling them to courts with charging them money loss, frad, and mental harassment etc.

                                                I hope akosha will help me to resolve my query as soon as possible.

                                                          I have joined a scheme (Daily income scheme) in the website "aqua litefx" (www.aqualitefx.com) by logging with my username and password. And deposited the money with their bank in punjab national bank,, a/c no.[protected], ifsc code - punb0292300 with an amount of rs.15000 as my first id[protected] andafter that 4 peoples are joined under my sponsor id. The ids are[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] with various amounts. After joining the first id, they have started depositing the money in my bank account. The second and third ids are also getting the daily payout to their bank account for some days and the company stopped to deposit the daily income to them.in the mean time, i have joined one more id[protected] in my name and below that id[protected] but the last two ids are not yet received any money till date. After enquiry, they informed me that, some bank transaction problems, etc. And informed to get the daily payout in the next day (I. E. After 24 hours). But no payments received by these ids from the company to the respective bank account. Now after repeated calling to their mobile numbers, they informed that one kyc problem is there and for that you have to pay another 40% money. After that we will release the money. But for kyc, i have produce pan number & aadhar card number also. Even after repeated conversation also, they are adamant for depositing the 40% money before 4pm on 13/09/2017 otherwise they will blacklist my ids without any valid reasons. Brand of watches should be fastrack but on watches printed fasfrack (Not fastrack). Qualty of watches also not looks like original fastrack.
