    Paytm ac no ref:[protected]

    I have ordered vivo y21l 16 gb on dt[protected] vide txn no:ch67752322 amounting rs.8062.00 vide order no:38999592 but on the same time it was cancelled and till time i have not received my refund of rs.8062.00

    I have chased several times to refund the amount but there are saying that the payment has been credited on[protected] or[protected] but no such amount is credited in my ac and i have complaint several times that to provide txn no but there are not providing the same also but only misguiding by saying that credited on[protected] or on[protected].

    So request you to look upon the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

And that shoes was returned but the myntra represntative was declined to accept bcz some dust was on back side on shoes the shoes is made by costume so it absorve dust but its a littile proble all tegs are same position. Beside the are not accepting. While other shoes same but no. Diffrent i was bought beside the are not accepting

        I was issued a credit card from hdfc bank and advised to take a health policy from hdfc ergo in 2015. Hdfc bank told that premium will be refunded with 18% interest in case of no medical claims in the policy period of 2 years. I did not do any claims and policy period is over. At the time of taking policy hdfc bank said that hdfc ergo doesn't refund but hdfc bank will refund as this offer is by hdfc bank on my credit card. After the policy is over, i have made many communications with hdfc bank as well as hdfc ergo but none is acting on the issue.

              I booked for jio phone costing rs.1500 and an amount of rs.500 paid through sbi net banking vide sbi ref. Transaction 1gabxwnjf0 on 25.8.2017 and the jio ref. No. Fv 000002qsnt. The jio says that he has not received the payment of rs.500. When enquired the sbi said that jio has received payment of rs.500.
              Sbi sent sms to me as follows-‘’ your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolutionas confirmed with merchant transaction 1gabxwnjfo has been successful and settled on 26.8.2017. The delivery for jio phone costing rs.1500 has been started but so far no phone received by me and amount is decucted by sbi from my sb account. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange either the phone from the jio or my amount of rs.500 refunded by jio to my bank account

                I had placed the above order on flipkart on above mentioned date for the following products as follows puma lazy slip on ii dp sneakers for ₹1, 729
                And panasonic 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv for ₹9, 499 total was ₹11, 228.
                However i cancelled the products before delivery could take place and flipkart initiated a refund for the same on 24th september on the date of cancellation of the ordered products and refunded on vendors account on 6th october as per flipkart however bajajfinserv is in denial stating that they have not received the entire amount later on they stated that they did get a partial refund for ₹9, 499
                However did not get the amount for ₹1, 729 therefore i called up flipkart and reported the same incident as per bajaj finserv also forwarded them the statement provided by bajaj finserv reflecting the information on their end in reply to this mail flipkart reverted a mail with the details of the cancellation of the product with the order id and transaction id along which as follows transaction id is txn cs[protected] refund initiated on 24th september 2017 refund completed on october 6th 2017 this same information was forwarded to bajaj finserv however it seems they are hard o[censored]nderstanding english language keeps calling me stating they have not received the amount of ₹1, 729 even after sharing the details infact even i received a email on 19th september from bajaj finserv stating transaction for rrn[protected] is cancelled for amount of rs.11228/-in our system and same will be reflecting in statement of account within 7 to 10 working days despite this i received calls from their collections team stating they are yet to recover ₹1, 729 on the 3rd call from their corporate office i read out the entire email from bajaj finserv after which provided the payment reference number from flipkart as follows pzt[protected]nz0804 after which the concerned person is stating to shoot a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv to stop the ecs request from their end on the 23rd which make me awestruck what kind of customer service or rather put it this way harassment is this after not getting any product from flipkart i am doing all this follow up with both parties spending my usefull time hence its my earnest request to take this case seriously and charge back on bajajfinserv for sending a ecs request to my bank account without cross checking their records correctly.

                I am enclosing all the emails with reference to the above communications.

                    The product description on ebay website shows the antenna is removable and the router is having reverse sma connector. I actually wanted the item as per seller description. Even though the product i received is tp-link tl-mr3420, it is different from the one shown in seller description with pictures. I wanted the router with detachable antennae. But the router has non detachable antennae. The seller provided misleading and wrong information. Now they are not responding to my complaint that i want to return the product and get a refund.

                        I had purchased a washing machine of samsung on 11/10/2014, since then it is having trouble and is not working correctily.in this regard i have complaint 8 times to samsung service center. Every time a technician come and do some repair for that also they have charged me several times. Now as soon as warranty expired they told me that motherboard of machine is faulty and for replacement they have given an estimate. My concern is that during warranty period problem persists and they did not repaired the machine properly now they have declared motherboard faulty. Pls resolve the issue as it seems there fault but they are charging me.

                          I bought samsung lasr printer on[protected].
                          It got some problem so i go to service center on[protected]. They get the printer and ask me to get it after 2 days. But after that they dont give any feedback. And when i call them they just say work not done yet. And after a month they dont give my printer back.. My work for a month gets disturb. So what can i do for getting my work diaturb for a month. After getting call time to time they wont response anything. So please get attention to my case.

                              This is wrt my purchase through amazon via hdfc credit card with no cost emi option.

                              I have already discuss with amazon and hdfc customer executive regarding the below mentioned issue.

                              I purchased one plus 5 @ rs. 32, 999 and paid rs. 100 more for delivery charges for 12 months installment.

                              I am being overcharged and the breakups are given below:
                              1st installment = rs.2399.86 x 12 =
                              Rs. 28798.32
                              Interest = rs. 358.39 x 12 = rs. 4300.68
                              Igst =rs. 64.51 x 12 = rs. 774.12
                              Total = rs. 33873.12

                              Difference = rs. 33873.12 - rs. 33099
                              = rs. 774.12

                              I have been overcharged by rs. 774.12

                              Hdfc customer executive asked me to get the mail from amazon regarding the payment of rs. 33099 and the mail for the same is being attached in the trailing mail fyip.

                                I purchase huawai honor mobile handset on 03/08/2016. After this set provide electric shock on charging. For this i write to company then in compensent company give me 15 month warranty. Now i visit company service centre on 28/10/2017 and ask for warranty. I also show the email for warranty but cervice centre and customer care refuse to give warranty for this i contect company customer care but there have no any resolution

                                    Today she visited hosur branch where she was not guided properly she was handled by mr anand.. Who is not having any idea about account closure, he told my mom to give one set of hard copy of aadhar card and pan card. So she went out and took a copy of it.. He told to sign lot of documents where my mom signed.. My mom asked to transfer money to other account as the amount was large.. So she gave cheque... Then he said to wait for several hours.. No response received then again he told my mom take another set of copy of proof.. Again my mom went out for to take hard copy of it.. My mom asked him to take print from office bcoz she was too old unable to walk and diabetic too.. He refused to do it... So again she went out and took a copy... Then mr anand told to wait he wants to go to lunch so wait for some more hours... She waited patiently with out having lunch and too tired... Mr anand came he told he need to check the account... After some hour he told your account is freezed you cant take money come after 10days... My mom need money due to an emergency condition where she was not able to take.. Mr anand said i cant do anything with this...

                                    Later on i got a call from my mother where she was fainted and taken to hospital due to improper behaviour of your personal.. She was so upset tired and cried where our money we were not able to take and they had made to wait for several hours with out reason... She is 50yrs old woman... Is the way you treat your customer? Having our money your treating us like a dog..

                                    I made a call to your operation manager mr parthipan where he told new set of story in order to escape from this situation... He told to me my mom didnt bring any cheque book so she went out... Again she went out for time pass... Is this way of giving reply to yourcustomer... I told mr parthipan to check the cctv footage... Withoutchecking he told he is right i am wrong... He was talking to rude to me... Saying he is correct i am wrong then i asked him to register compliant and case against him... He just hang land line number... I called several times where he didnt answer so brought this matter to customer care where they also tryed he was not answering the call..
                                    Then finally i gave my number to front desk to make a call... And i asked name of operation manager she told the name...
                                    I am putting this mail behalf of my mother ill treatment behaviour of two persons mr anand and mr parthipan.. Where mr parthipan trying to save himself with new set of story... I want requesting you to take immediate action and solve issue and give the money as early as possible...
                                    I am asking in future dont treat old person like this bcoz this kind of behaviour really hurts...in future we will not open account with your bank... We have experienced worst behaviour... I am registering compliant and case against this issue to court for this kind of treatment and not handing over our money..

I went to airtel showroom and asked them. On 20oct my sim is deactivated and his sim is started working. Till today they are not responding properly on my issue.                                               Sir i had purchased a membership from this company. There offer was to give free stay in hotels after giving a certain amount. But after giving only 1 night stay they don't pick my call. I had purchased 7 memberships at a time. Please help me.                                                     2. On 7th october sales person visited my home and took 1750 inr and said installation team will contact you within 3 days, we have feasibility in this are so don't worry.
                                                    3. I haven't received any call from act in last 12 days and i am giving call to them on daily basis.
                                                    4. On 15th october they confirmed there is no feasibility in your area.
                                                    5. The most funny part - on 16th another sales guy called me and asking about money and documentation.
                                                    6. I called customer care they confirmed over call that they have taken a refund request it will take another 15 days.

                                                          I have opted for mnp for my airtel number [protected] (Within airtel to airtel) from maharashtra to karnataka circle. I have submitted the request at airtel relationship center at wipro electronic city office, bangalore.

                                                          Since 12th october none of sim are operating, i have tried all the steps but no network is showing in either of sim. I have tried calling airtel 121 customer care number but of no use. I have also written to [protected]@airtel.in but didn't get any acknowledgement either. (I am attaching a screenshot of message which mention that porting will be done by 11th oct, 11pm.) as per airtel website there could be almost 4 hours of period when none of the sim could be working, but here it is more than 40 hours since none of the sim are working.

                                                          This is very frustrating as there is lot of business loss for me due to the same.
                                                          I would like to file a sue against airtel for my business loss and getting my number activated asap. Kindly help to do the same.
