I had a vodafone number 3 years back they had overcharged me close to 3000 rs which i did not pay (This number was in a individual name shameer kasim (My name)
My company summit bpo has 6 other vodafone numbers
Suddenly one of our company's numbers got disconnected when asked to vodafone they told me i had to pay the pending bill of my individual number which i used 3 years ago
How can they do this? They cannot disconnect a company registered number? It is legally not correct

I am contacting hathway service providers since one hour and they just pick the receiver and put it down. I am saying hello? But no one is replying and not once or twice this is happening since one hour they are doing same. I mean why the #### you are even in market if you can't take or listen customer grievances. I would strongly recommend everyone just don't go for hathway. Poor service. Poor connection. Poor customer care. Worst experience with hathway especially with customer care.

I have been playing online poker on a website called Thrill Poker. Terms and conditions on the website, seek for a maximum of 24-48 hours to process withdrawals. However, I have approx. Rs. 9 lakhs pending in withdrawals, for over 3 months now. I have been writing e-mails, calling their helpline but to no avail. The website is inactive on social media. Rumors are rife, that the site might be shutting down shortly.

I seek your advice, to resolve my issue at the earliest. What is the best recourse, legally speaking ? Company is not showing any interest to settle.

I have received 10 GB free internet data on my mobile number [protected] from idea cellular for 3 months. I have started using free internet. My billing date is 06 of every moth. on 06 July I have received bill with amount 625/-. usually it around 120/- per months. When I have checked, I have found the extra charges 429/- added for internet use. As its free for 3 month, this 429/- amount should not be added in bill. It problem with idea network. They have provided to use 4G free internet, but there network is not good to provide 4G data. in city like Pune, no 4G network in some places.

Even providing free internet, idea charged bill for that. Please do the needful.

Last month i applied for an internet service from a local internet service provider name hathway rajesh multi channel (P) ltd, shop no 3, manish makrand building, plot no 158, sector 14, near swami krupa nursing home, kamothe, navi mumbai, maharashtra 410209.
I paid full amount to them in advance (Yearly subscription of 3600/- for 1mbps).
Next day onwards the problem started as internet was not working so i called them but that day onwards its a regular problem. Internet goes off for day or two.
They have given only one landline number for service query but no body pick up that number[protected].
No one is responding and problem is regular so i am not happy with the services.
Either i want my money back or the problem should resolve permanently.

I purchased Redmi Note 4 (4gb+ 64 gb) in May 2017. Last month on 21st June when my son was playing game on mobile, set got heated and smoke started to come from handset, my son threw it away and handset broke open and its battery caught fire. I submitted complaint with Company and Service centre . After 10 days they said that i tried to puncture the battery with something and so it caught fire . Company said it is out of warranty and they will not replace my handset. My incident no with company is[protected]

I am a 84 years old pensioner and retired central government employee. I got retired from the Central Govt. Services A.G. (A & E) – II, Bihar on 31.03.1992 and getting my monthly pension from Treasury Officer, Purulia Treasury, Dist. - Purulia (West Bengal). But sir, since January 2016, I am not getting the enhanced benefit of 7th pay commission in my pension. Besides that I am also not getting the enhanced benefit of medical allowance under 7th Pay Commission since November 2015. Details of my pension account are as under:

Again I had submitted an application to CAG (West Bengal & CAG (Bihar) and Official Order was released by Accountant General (A E), Bihar dated 05.04.2017 and again re-order dated 12.05.2017, addressed to Accountant General (A E), West Bengal to release my arrear pension by instructing Purulia Treasury. Purulia Treasury is falling under Accountant General (A E), West Bengal).

Is highly disappointing that still after continuous follow up since last 3 months no development took place. Purulia treasury is not listening or responding on official orders of Accountant General (A E), Bihar dated 05.04.2017 (again re-order dated 12.05.2017), addressed to Accountant General (A E), West Bengal) (copy enclosed). Purulia Treasury is falling under Accountant General (A E), West Bengal). Purulia Treasury has not released the arrear as per the revised pension under 7th pay commission norms.

I once again putting my SOS appeal to the highest possible level authorities and requesting them to kindly intervene in this matter so that I can get my eligible pension to fulfill my family’s requirements. Hope you will consider my application favorably.

I went to amsterdam & spain in march 2015 and got a matrix post paid sim card. I needed some extra services like more free minutes to india calls which is why i asked for a custom package. We were a group of 11 people from the same office travelling together to the same countries and still they did not give me a free matrix to matrix service which is given by default in all packages. When i came back to india i got an initial bill of rs4930 which i paid fully without checking and a week later they sent me an additional bill of rs5233. They charged every matrix to matrix call on international rates which was roughly rs 73/minute. Firstly, these calls should have been free and secondly, even if these were charges these should not have been charged on international rates since we all were travelling to the same countries. Local rates should have been applied to the calls which according to my package i got 100 mins free of. This case is pending since over 2 years without any reply from their side. I have spoken to countless representatives with no help. A few months earlier, they sent me a pre-legal notice as well.

I had ordered a watch from paytm ( order no.[protected] and the watch that I received was very different from what was shown in the pictures that were uploaded by the seller. I am attaching the pictures of the seller and the actual product for your reference.

I have already called the support helpline and my experience was very bad. I am asking for return because of the cheating done by the seller as is clearly apparent from the pictures. I would gladly like to keep the product provided I am given the same product that I ordered.

I request you to please understand my concern as this is not a cheap product and it's a huge investment for me. I can't go through next 5 years wearing a watch I don't even like in the first place and it would be Paytm's fault.

I know that pictures can differ a little bit from the real product appearance but as you can see from the pics that I have attached that this is not such a case rather a case of complete dishonesty and cheating from seller's side.

Damaged/defective refrigerator delivered. Damage was pointed out right at the time of delivery to the delivery personnel, and written proof of the same exists on the delivery acknowledgement receipt. Delivery personnel also took pictures. Despite this, flipkart insisted on samsung technician certifying the damage. The same was complied with and the technician certified the damage.

Despite almost 2 weeks passing, as on date, there has been no action from flipkart, other than empty assurances. This is causing extreme inconvenience as it is a large product with even bigger box and packing and we obviously do not have a warehouse to store all this indefinitely.

We have been amongst the earliest customers of flipkart, when they were known for customer service and +ve experience. It has obviously degraded greatly, and they are either selling damaged/seconds/defective goods or damaging them in transit and then putting off replacement indefinitely.

Think twice before purchasing such items from such e-commerce sites.

Company knew of this motherboards hence extended the warranty period of time to 1.6 years instead of 1year. My phone crashed around 1.8 months of time. Company refuses to repair it for free.
It costs around 9k to get this done. I want the company to get it done for free. The phone is still with company's service centre at panjagutta, hyderabad. The phone costed me around 34k. Uske 1 week mein hi printer ka head missprint karne laga uske baad scanner irror hone laga. Kabhi printer on ho jaata hai kabhi nahi hota hai, jise baar baar complaint karne ke baad bhi head aur scanner change nahi kar rahe hain, jabki printer mein baar baar same problem aa rahi hai, jabki maine abhi tak ink bhi refill nahi ki hai,

Testing ke naam par 15 din printer service center par bhi rakha aur repair log book mein show bhi nahi kiya hai. Lekin wahan se aane ke 1 week mein phir waisa hi ho gaya tab se aaj tak total 7 complaint service center ko kar chuka hoon lekin repair log book mein galat intry karke printer sahi nahin kar rahe hain.

Maine jab 27.05.2017 ko complaint ki tab bataya ki mera printer out of warranty ho chuka hai, jab maine [protected]@epsonindia.in par purchase reciept mail ki tab mere printer ki warranty purchase date se update ki gayi jabki sitapur service center ke inginier ne printer ka installation 11.11.2016 ko kiya tha.

02.06.2017 ko jab company ke inginier aaye tab bhi scanner se moter ke slip hone ki awaj aur scan image mein missing aa rahi thi aur print mein bhi har hafte head cleaning karne ke baad bhi missing aati hai, lekin repair log book mein no problem likhkar complaint close kar di,

Jab bhi aate hai tab head cleaning aur head allinment karke kahte hain sahi ho gaya aur unke jaane ke baad phir se waisa hi ho jata hai, printer ki ink jitni head cleaning mein waste hui hai, usse kam ink page printing mein use hui hai

Jab se maine printer khareeda hai tab se jitne din printer se kaam nahi kiya kiya usse jyada to printer kharaab raha hai,

Printer ki warranty bhi installation date 11.11.2016 se na karke 02.09.2016 se likha hai, jabki agar dekha jaaye to is warranty period mein bhi somthing 60 days printer kharaab raha hai jise repair log book mein show bhi nahi kiya hai, jis date mein complaint file hoti uske 3rd day sahi ho gaya ya no problem likhkar close kar diya jaata hai. Jabki ya to aate hi nahin hai ya 1 hafte baad aate hain.

Isliye aapse anurodh hai ki mere printer ka print head aur scanner ko change karake, printer ki warranty 11.11.2016 se 11.11.2017 + 60 day jab printer kharaab raha hai extend kara dijiye,
Agar ye problem's theek na ho sake to mera printer change kara dein,

Aur printer mein baar baar aayi problems se mujhe hui aarthik aur maansik paresaani ke liye ke liye rs 100000 ki chhati poorti mujhe epson company aur service center se dilaane ki kripa karein.

We have received 900 days plan from pacenet, which is completed before 15 days.
In 900 days - 300gb plan there technical problem was very much - and i have trouble of more then a year in between.
When i asked there manager at that time they promise me to give that days compensation.

Ola is a service which provides you facilities for traveling from one place to another place and have some kind of charges accordingly.
I am using ola since 4-5 months and what it has done is blocked my ola account two times. I don't understand the reason behind this even if m not using ola then how can they say i have done violation of the services. I want to tell u this also that there is no such kind of contact number or email id so that i can ask the reason for the same. Ola has also charged much more to me several times and i really want to complaint about this ridiculous service. Who had given them the reason to block us.? I want ur support and please revert to me with some solution because it's not only me.. There are so many people who are facing this problem in kota (Rajasthan).

Day 03 dalhousie — saach-pass *5 june
After breakfast, proceed to sach pass.
Sach pass is a 4, 420-metre-high (14, 500 ft) mountain pass in chamba district, himachal pradesh, india on the pir panjal range of the himalayas. It is 127 km (79 mi) from the district headquarters. It connects the chamba valley with the pangi valleys of himachal pradesh, india.. Night stay in dalhousie.

Day 04 dalhousie — dharamshala*6 june
After breakfast, proceed to dharamshala and visit chintpurni mata temple, jawala ji temple and brijeshwari mata temple and cricket ground. Night stay in hotel

Day 05 dharamshala — local*7 june
After breakfast visit local tourist places in and around dharamshala like naddi, dal lake, mcleodganj, the famous bhagsu temple followed by waterfall dalai lalama monestry, over night in dharamshala.

Day 06 palampur — bir billing. *8 june
After breakfast proceed to bir billing, on the way tea gardens, mostly referred as "paragliding capital of india", bir is also a noted centre for ecotourism, spiritual studies and meditation. Bir is also home to atibetan refugee settlement with several buddhist monasteries and a large stupa. While billing is the takeoff site for paragliding and bir for landing; collectively it is known "bir billing". Visit goplalpur zoo if time permits. Night stay in palampur.

Day 07 dharamshala — delhi*9 june
After breakfast drop you back at delhi railway station / airport.

We bought 3 star back and were asked to transfer 15000 rs in his personal account, we did so.

On reaching dalhousie we were asked to stay in a lower category hotel and we were offered similar hotels for next six days. When we desired to cancel the deal and asked for the adjusted refunds after day one, he refused to return any amount.
We payed 12000 rs per day for 3 star stay and were made to stay in a janta hotel with room rent 2500/-
