money not refunded by paytm

Hello,
I have tried to book ticket on 1-sep 2017 but the transaction of amount 1290 got failed, thought the amount will be returned to
My bank a/c i have chosen the payment method as paytm.
Now it is showing the amount 1290 is refunded on 3-sep-2017 but i didn't get any amount back in my a/c.
Transaction details are:
Transaction id: [protected]train no./name: 12649/sampark kranti
Date of booking: 01-sep-2017
Payment status: payment settled
Bank name: credit & debit cards / net banking / wallet (Powered by paytm)
Please look into this.

mahindra centuro-manufacturing fault in bike

Last year also i have raise this bike issue @ mahindra two wheeler pvt ltd dated on 13/08/2016
My mahindra centurio having ignation issue when i have insert key in ignition it's alarming, headlight also flickering many time, engine over heated...
Now, since yesterday[protected] it's again having ignation issue, bike starting problem.in-fact this bike is not reparable in local automobile /service center, not a single spare part available in local market. Every time going to mahindra service center only.
No proper service stations available, why mahindra 2 wheeler launch in market, if it is not repairable in local garage /service center.

At airport i was at (the grid bar ) at t3 IGI NEW DELHI AIRPORT THEY CHARGE ME WITH THE VAT TAX WHERE AS GOVT HAS REMOVED ALL OTHER TAXES I AM HAVING THE BILL COPY

amazon harassing with fake commitments

My name is nand kishore arora & i have booked a mobile mi max 2 twice on amazon website but nobody is taking delivery part seriously
On 15th august i have booked this mobile for first time under exchange offer & free delivery so it was suppose to be delivered by 21st august but field executive came for delivery & old mobile pickup denied from handing prepaid mobile by saying old mobile is not powering up & when my family requested to switch on the mobile this executive denied being helpful & taken my parcel back with saying he will come back on 22nd to check mobile. Only then he will handover this parcel but nobody appeared for delivery
Revert which we received from amazon says customer denied from accepting this mobile & they refunded my money back
When i called up on cust care to know the status of my mobile they confirmed return & fake comment posted on my behalf
Obviously it made me bit angry but executive calmed this matter & advised to go for purchase second time & this time they will wave-off cartage amount of rupees 150 as same day delivery in good gesture. Understanding their polite behaviour i again purchased mobile trusting telephonic conversation on 24th august & that was suppose to be delivered on 25th but due to agitation posibilities in haryana... Amazon team delayed delivery where flipkart executive were working in normal manner but in good gesture i agreed to postpone for 1 more to safe-guard field boys
I was concerned for these guys & postponed delivery for 26th august but these guys were so shrewd that they not even considered this good gesture & again created drama while delivering mobile second time
In my absence they have checked imei number as advised under exchange policy but made excuse that screen of my mobile is broken & screen is not unlocking where my mobile is working perfectly fine with working all ways
Since there effort was to avoid from delivery of mobile with as much excuse they can make this delivery again is denied & field boy says he will consult his delivery supervisor upon this matter
When 6th time i talked with amazon cust care team they as per script apoligized for this & ensure of mobile delivery in special gesture on sunday but nobody turned back
Today (On monday 28th august) when i enquired about status of mobile delivery i received similar group of excuses that mobile in transit broke up & my old mobile was not as per their exchange policy & so on

From 12 days i am waiting for a product which can be purchased from local market but in trust of good thing delivery i have wasted 12 days & received harrasment & useless excuses from amazon which makes me escalate matter
If they were having some set of instruction then that must be shared with customer well before purchase but no prompt or something like that is available
I am sharing screenshot which proves my 2 purchase & problem reported to amazon along with requesting to support me in resolving matter & help me in purchasing same mobile from amazon

nirlo 3l kadai and tawa of 26cm ordered on flipkart but received wrong product

Flipkart and seller both are worst.
I have ordered for the nirlon kadhai 3l and pan of diameter 26 cm with lids on 10th august and got the product on 17th august.
I received the wrong product i. E., grilled pan of diameter 24cm without lid.
On the same day i have raised the complaint by speaking with the customer support. They have checked and made a request for the replacement of the original ordered product.
The order automatically cancelled on 22 august.
Then again i raised request on this issue. The customer support said no reason was mentioned in the deatils for the cancellation. They also said that it was by mistake and dont know why it had happened. Then again they made a replacement order for the order. Again the order status shows it was cancelled.
I dont know why you people are doing such wierd things.
Even in the invoice they have clearly mentioned both the products. Now in the description they removed the details of pan but image is still available.
Very careless and poor service
1) they have provided the wrong product with late delivery.
2) replacement was not provided as promised and cancelled.
3) created lot of inconvenience and in the second time also did the same.
4) make sure this time it doesn't happen, otherwise i would be filing a complaint in the consumer court regarding your delivery of wrong and missing products and your careless and ill-legitimate service.

not cancelled mobile insurance plan

I do insurance of samsung on7 pro mobile on date 15 july 2017 of 1 year insurance plan as per cancellation policy 100% refund is provided and when i requested to cancel plan he doesnt cancelled oneassist insurance plan. Many times i requested to cancelled my insurance plan and refund back of money to bank account but he does not cancelled my plan and very rude behaviour of costumer care executive

i'm complaining about unauthorized debit card transactions on indian bank account

My father had received a fraudulent phone call this morning from a person named ramkumar who claimed himself to be the regional manager of indian bank. Ramkumar told that my dad that his aadhaar card was not properly linked to his account and got my dad's details such as his aadhaar card number and debit card number. Then he said that he'll do the linking process and otp messages will be sent to my dad's mobile number which he has to share during the phone call itself.
My dad, believing that it was an authentic bank call, shared all the details he was asked for and also got sms messages of some purchases being made against this debit card. Only then did my dad realize that unauthorized transactions on his debit card was the motive of this call and he immediately rushed to the bank to report the case.
Bank authorities have blocked his debit card now, but we request to have the money returned back to us.
My dad, believing that it was an authentic bank call, shared all the details he was asked for and also got sms messages of some purchases being made against this debit card. Only then did my dad realize that unauthorized transactions on his debit card was the motive of this call and he immediately rushed to the bank to report the case.
Bank authorities have blocked his debit card now, but we request to have the money returned back to us.

faulty tyre from mrf

Purchase bike yamaha r15s before 2month and till now my bike mrf rear tyre get puncture 5times and now its not more usable.
No any one take the responsibility for the same dealer and service centre.
Service centre and dealer says they are not any more responsible for battery and tyre after the purchase.
Mrf dealer says they also not responsible for any type of this situation.
I want to know who will be responsible for all of that...???

car insurance policy cancellation

I tried to buy the car insurance policy on 7/12/2017 time: near about 12 pm using net banking from royal sundaram car insuramce.
The transaction got cancelled and i was told to wait for 24 hours by customer care of royal sundaram to get my money back in my account.
I waited for the mentioned time and bought the policy from national insurance.
Now on 7/13/2017 5:311pm i got a mail from royal sundaram ([protected]@royalsundaram.in) stating that policy has been purchased with attached policy document.
Policy no. : vpn[protected]
As i have bought the another policy after waiting for the time mentioned (Which ends 12 pm 7/13/2017) by them from national insurance, then ofcourse the policy by royal sundaram is obsolete for me.
Now i wrote email to them (Customer. [protected]@royalsundaram.in) for cancellation of the policy on july 13th 2017, i got a reply (On jul 14, 2017) that they would take 7 days.
On july 30th, 2017 (After multiple followups via email) i got reply from them that they want original policy document. I have received only soft copy which i provided them via mail and no hard copy which i told them via mail.
After multiple followups again i got a reply today 8/17/2017 that they would get back to me after 7 days.
Now that one month have already passed i am not sure that i should expect my money or not.

Kindly register my complaint mentioned below -
Leena mogre gym was closed in the mid jan 2017 without giving any prior notice or intimation to its current gym members. They were just shut & had kept the security guard to collect the forms filled by the members for refund which they mentioned we will receive in 1 month. Its being 8 months now & still i haven’t received my refund for 6 months. I have being following up after every 10-15 days but there is still delay from their part. When we enroll for membership for gym they take the full years payment prior to joining the gym & now i have being chasing them for 8 months still they are least bothered & the response is “ you are in the next list to receive refund“ i have being hearing this from them for past 3 months. Totally unprofessional from leena mogre gym owners. Not sure what is the delay..? They did not mention this to the clients while joining that incase the gym is shut down we will have to wait for 8-10 months to receive out refund amounts & now they talk about procedures & rules. Was it professional from them just to close overnight without any prior intimation & delaying clients money for months now & instead of repeated reminder from our side still the delay. Infact they should have being sending us messages that our money will be refunded on so & so date. There should be strict action taken against them as they are liable to pay the refund to the clinets at the earliest & they show the courtesy to alteast refund the clients money on time.

deduction of phone balance
I am using airtel service since last 8 years, some service which were not activated by me found activated automatically and my phone balance deducted by the airtel company as well. Recently on date 9th august 2017 the service named as VIDEOTALKIES was activated and my balance deducted by Rs. 35.00. Also one another service named as CELEBRITY WELLNESS MALL was activated on date 05th August 2017 and my account balance deducted Rs. 5.0 per day continuously from 5th August to 10th August that was about total Rs 30.00.
So it is very much harassing did by airtel to the permanent customer. Specially those services which were not activated by the owner were being automatically activated to their mobile number.
It is not the first time for me to face this situation and several times they promised that the service will not be activated again but failed to keep that.
Kindly take necessary steps.

I purchased one Le X 526 32 GB (LeEco Le 2 ) 32 GB phone from Online Site Flipkart.com details of device & invoice are as follows .The phone carries 1 year warranty as mentioned in the invoice.

about fake translations at my demat account

I have an demat account at India Infoline from year 2008.
Unfortunately due some personal problems i stopped activities regarding that account.
Now when again i am reactivate that account i found that there were some fake transactions did by there representatives worth 50, 000Rs.
When i am asking answer about the same along with proof of my confirmation neither they are arranging proofs nor they are responding properly.
Need your help to resolve the same.
I have an demat account at India Infoline from year 2008.

Neither they are submitting proof nor they are responding properly & they are replying same comment each time.
Moreover i did again one more transaction last week where i brought SUN PHARMA shares 50 Nos @ 538 Rs. with Stop Loss 514 Rs. for all 50 Nos. & for which i got confirmation from IIFL as well.
And now day before yesterday i got reply from IIFL that they sold all shares @ 460 Rs. where i again facing more lost due to IIFL.

Of service franchisee (I. E office staff, yogesh, kathuria) but in vain many time they changed
Spare and taken charges @2428 (997+399+323+380+329) and sixth charges is about to come while it is in warranty period with dop 27.10.2016
From the beginning i complaining to your service centre for taking no load but they are doing
R & d on my bike but giving no proper solution and after asking mail id for your asm & bsm
They directly refused for null hence tell me for my new bike how much more i have to pay to rectify the same???

My parents are senior citizens and we are facing a huge problem linking their phones to aadhaar. I am not sure if the process has been completed successfully or not, and i got no good answer from 198 – i was only told “ma’m we will inform you before you lose your service”.
Fingerprinting is needed for this process, and due to age my parents’ finger print is not registering, despite several attempts on each finger on both hands for both parents.
I even took my father to vodafone store in city center, salt lake on july 21 2017 (A risky and stressful trip for him given his age – he almost fell 2 times). We reached there around 10, but store wouldn’t open until 11, so we went away to another store nearby only to return later. Finger printing failing again, they suggested that i convert prepaid service to postpaid, get a new sim, select a postpaid plan, and then after address verification and authentication, aadhar linking would be done automatically. Going from prepaid to postpaid will actually increase our cost, but none the less i opted for it to complete the mandatory process. All the while my father had to wait, and go through the process which is hard for him because of age. That night i followed instructions to call 59059, enter last 4 digits of aadhar and birth year, going through many attempts as i wasn’t given the right options every time or there was just silence or music playing.
According to you, the above should have completed aadhar linking process, but i am still getting sms and calls to link phone to aadhar or else lose your service.
I am very frustrated, and it is not possible for me to bring my parents for fingerprinting or to follow some other fictitious process costing me money only to find that it did not work. Could you please help confirm that aadhar linking to the number 905xxxxxxx has been completed, and give me an authentic document certifying that? Alternatively, if aadhar linking is not complete, could you please send somebody to our house for that?

I went to barworks serrao hospitality restaurant and bar, liberty towers, reliable cloud city midc, airoli, navi mumbai 400708 on 05 august 2017 for dinner in which this guys charged me vat of 5% on liquor and sgst and cgst on food. I suppose it's a fraud as charges of vat has been totally removed by govt. And still this guys are taking the benefits and as per the bill i am not the only one who has been charged everyone who came to this place they have charged this amount.

random sim swap charges and tax theft

This is to bring to your notice a case of mismanagement and severe tax theft of customers at airtel outlet at kk tower, jaipur.
I recently visited the store in kk tower and wanted to get a sim swapped. I was referred by another store at subhash nagar shopping center which was out of sims.
I was told to pay rs. 25 for the sim.
I told that i'd pay by airtel payment bank, they said no, and that they only wanted cash. Then i even gave options for paytm and any online mode. They rejected all.
On further discussion they told that this amount will be taken only in cash and there's no other way to take it. Also the amount is random and there's no mrp on the sim packet whatsoever. I've got the receipt and the total tax component is 0 in it. I had to pay 25 rupees in cash for an item without any price tag.
Who decides what to charge? There's no transparency in it too.
The attachment has an invoice that they gave me. It has stated that total tax = 0 despite being a tax invoice.
Are these tax free?
This is just one case. Imagine the numerous services taken by people all across india and the total tax theft.
The expiration date of a sim as mentioned on the pack is 9 months. Considering a change in this said interval by every customer, the amount adds up to a lot.
I hope these issues would be rectified and strict measures would be taken in the coming time and any other person wouldn't have to face such a problem.

On 23.05.2017, time 03:28 pm i got a call (Attached) from reliance office, kolkata that reliance offer me a new plan "jalsa499_disc+15gb ul" and also offer me that if i will accept the offer given to me than postpaid bill of my first three month will be rs. 478/- per month and after that 499+sc will be applicable.

I purchased lyf smart phone, model lyf ls - 5020 water 10 black on 01/06/2017 after 10 days mobile start hanging,
Over heating and touch not properly working. So i submit the mobile to the service center they repair and delivered to me. After 05 days same situation occur and mobile automatically switched off and not working till date. I again submit it to service center on 19/07/17. Now they are saying that this set cannot repair because your lcd is damaged.
But my device is in good condition.

reliance wi pod data internet - fraud and poor service

Brief history: i took reliance unlimited 999 plan up to 40gb and 512kbps post that. I was reliance internet user from dec 2015 till july 2016 and last 3 months (June till aug 2016) there was no internet service, no response from customer care and changed the plan without my approval after 4g upgrade.
Need your help in raising a case against reliance for below problems which i have faced with,
1) poor or zero service when i complaint about internet issues during 3g dongle usage time
2) in the month of june and july, they were upgrading to 4g network and no service for entire month and they promised wave-off of that month bill - which didn't happen
3) july month end i upgraded to 4g, when i inquired customer care they mentioned continue with same plan for 4g network also.
4) without my email/phone/written application approval, they changed the plan from unlimited download plan to 2gb and chargable post 5gb download - and they billed some 5k (R we mad to pay 5k for hardly i used not even 1gb when jio is available for free that time)
5) july month, though they have not wave off for not providing any internet that 2 months, i paid the bill as it was important for me to connect to office work.
6) from may june, july i have sent 10 emails for the network issues, no one bothered to raise a compliant and adress it.
7) automatically they disconnected my internet connection and they were forcing me to pay bill amount and its 5k and later they reduced to 2.5k since i hardly used 200mb data. The question i asked is who asked u to change the plan from 999 unlimited to 2gb/month and they said its automatic for all customers
8) everyday i get call from local goons asking me to make payment, which i never cared and they say legal court. I said yes, can do that i will face in court.

refund not received from paytm

This is regarding the paytm order id [protected] (Paytm complaint reference[protected]. I was charged rs 2650 for 10 kg extra baggage at the airport on 17 june 2017 due to wrong communication by paytm.
I had booked air india flight though paytm. On paytm ticket, the baggage policy says 25 kg allowance whereas at the airport, i was told that the airlines policy says it's 15 kgs. The airlines told me that paytm has not updated it's website for the policy and hence, this issue occurred.
I complained about the same to paytm customer care and they acknowledged about the technical fault and therefore, would initiate the refund in next 24 hours from past 1 month but no progress has been made.

PFA the response that I have got from Paytm after complaining here. They have closed the request number which I stated at this forum. For them, Changing the request number to 33638320 is more important than actually processing the refund. They still did not have the decency to give me a call and discuss about this matter professionally.
With the help of this forum, I hope to get my refund back.

I have a post paid connection with airtel [protected] connected to wifi device from airtel (Called mifi)
On this same number i have also created a airtel money account. Airtel says that postpaid wifi number can not be used to receive calls and sms. During the time of account creation, otp was sent to my alternate number ([protected]) that is vodafone.
Now i want to use my airtel money amount to pay my airtel mifi bill, but can not do so as otp is not received on primary [protected] or alternate numbers ([protected])

Few daysback i took a new vodafone sim card with number [protected]. I am sonali. Its been registered on my name though, some person named akshay sonawane calling and simply getting mad at me over this number claiming it belongs to him. The mentioned person's contact is [protected] akshay sonawane. Not only him, some of he's family members and he's friends also continuously calling me and harassing me for no mistake of mine. I did verify with the vodafone customer care, the sim card is registered on my name itself but still that guy is calling me again and again and simply getting mad at me, raising voice on me, harassing me, making late night calls and troubling. Please take some strict action against that person. And vodafone also should take care that such things won't happen as it causes serious trouble to other people.
