My cibil score is disturbed, given the credit card to the bijnor (parmanent)address in place of guwahati (commnucation adress), which is filled in application, not given any intimation on my updated mobile number which is registered, provide the card with discussion & confirmation as the said limit during filling is 1 lakh but showing 28k only, i have noticed the issue while applying car loan through sbi even now i don't have the card & all charges only bank charges, want proper closure of card without payment because the concern card is not used by me, if they want to give the card i am not ready to take it below 1 lakh as per my profile.

    I had ordered an Apple iPAd through flipkart by paying Rs 43, 809 vide order no OD[protected]. When I received the package, I got soaps instead of iPad. I requested for a refund within 5 min of receiving the order. I even called back the delivery boy to collect back the product. But he did not return saying that I log in a complaint. I logged a compliant. Today when I rechecked the status the customer care executive says that they have not cheated!!! Flipkart does not consider this as cheating!! They are now saying that I have to wait till 16 Jun 2017 so that they can do an inquiry. What should I do now? My Rs 50, 000 is gone...

      I ordered Sandisk Ultra Dual 3.0 Pendrive 64 GB, from Ebay on dated 26th May 2017, Item no.[protected]. First it took 1 week to get the parcel delivered and when i opened the parcel upon delivery, item was missing. I already paid for the item Rs. 1215.50/- and want my money back. It was my first and last shopping on ebay.in, i never experienced such kind of incidence in amazon, flipkart or snapdeal. Please refund back whole amount.

          We booked at-4 2704 in adarsh awas yojna, noida on[protected]. We paid a sum rs 13.40 lakh upto june 2016. Since then no demand letter was received from amrapli. On inquiry through different sources including amrapali office, it is learnt that there is no progress of the project. On further queries, with many other agencies it is concluded that aaay noida (Sec-76) project is likely to be scrapped. With reference to this, we have tried calling them a number of times but their phones were either not reachable or not responded. Even they did not responded to our various mails in which we requested either refund the money or provide alternate property in delhi /ncr.

          Till now there is no response from company. To day i have written directly to chairman and managing director, amrapali group. Please guide/ help on the subject.

            I have applied for dl, for which i visited online after following required
            Procedures (Which includes fees payment), i have booked ll slot on 27 may 2017
            After reaching the rto kashipur, the officials denied my application saying that they do not follow online, you have to visit rudrapur for it as they do follow.
            Today after reaching rudrapur i have told that bazpur do not fall in their jurisdiction, theirfore i am not eligible to apply online, and i have to go to kashipur back for the same.
            1. Please suggest what i can do?

                I ordered I Phone 6 on 15May, 11:30, order was not confirmed due to technical error at flipkart side but I got amount debited message 24499/-. I called them they said that there is no payment received to our seller so order is not confirmed, They said you call to your bank and check or it will take 8days to work out. Now I got credit card statement says that amount debited and converted into EMI and got first EMI. After this I called bank they said that amount received to flipkart so EMI starts. I again contacted both the parties but flipkart says amount not recieved and bank says amount is deducted so you got EMI from flipkart side and it is approved by flipkart.

                    Service charge debited twice for a single service of Tata Sky. Consequent to which the balance in the account gone negative and today onwards no HD channel are available. On speaking to the customer service representatives Mr Narayanan, Mr Navneet Singh and Mr Sayed Md Sarif on various occasions they are not in a position to credit the doubly debited amount in my Tata Sky A/c. We are really frustrated without the service of Tata Sky.

                      We took a flat on rent by Nestaway. While taking the flat the concerned executive promised us that we will be provided with electricity, water and the flat will be fully furnished.

                      After shifting we came to know that the flat has water problem and the power backup is not working. On requesting nest away to save the problem they informed us that they have changed their policy and now they no longer provide these services.

                      Not only this, all our complaints were closed and we were told that the flat rented to us is no longer under Nestaway and we can shift from the property, but the refund of security will not be provided.

                      Now the executives have stoped picking up our phone and no service is being provided to us. They also charge a sum of INR 250 on raising any issue with the flat.

                      We are really distressed with the kind of service Nestaway is providing.

                        I placed order on 14th May 2017 to be ordered on 18th May 2017, didn't receive it..
                        Customer support asked me for 2 more days and ensured me delivery on call, I asked for the transcript of call on mail which they didn't provide.
                        on 20th I got call from flipkart customer support that I have to cancel my order and place a new one, they will adjust the price. Not happy with their (obviously as I was cheated and fooled in the name of their resolution, and had no choice at all, just do whatever they say) resolution(as they wasted whole week and then again I've to wait for 1 more week for new order), price wasn't the issue.
                        I felt cheated and thus I expressed my feeling giving them proper feedback, to which they again called me and this time to my surprise they straightway told me it's not in their hand and I've place a new order at new price.
                        That was the time I felt completely harassed in the name of their customer support.
                        Those guys keep on flipping on their own words.

                        I've already posted on their social media channels and now I want to expose them in front of other and want some solid resolution.
                        I can't leave this issue at this point.

                        This will provide better understanding of their customer support flipping on their own words.

                          I am highly disappointed with the kind of response your customer care executive give to customers even when i am telling them what information has been shared to me while applying for credit card as i have been told that EMI amount will be deducted everymonth but when i checked my balance still remains same i asked to tell me the how it works .

                          Instead of giving me a solution he is arguing with me and telling me that i am misleading him when i am giving the correct piece of communication this is the kind of service HDFC give to customers.

                          Fake promises are made and later on refuse by saying you dont have that offer available.
                          Now i want EMI facility on my credit card so that i can pay and maintain my CIBIL

                          I want a senior person to intervene and speak to me in this regard

                            i ordered iphone 7 Mate black from amazon on 12th May 2017, The same is delivered to me on 15th May 2017 with in 15 mins of delivery of phone i contacted Amazon customer care executive stating phone box looks like old and this is giving me doubt that phone is used, i also told him on the outer box there is a sticker stating Used Like new phone, But i ordered new phone. He told me to send the picks of the same on [protected]@amazon.in and call back.

                            i did the same and i contacted him after sending required details, He told me to take the phone to nearest Apple service center and get the job sheet stating phone is used, I told him i hadn't opened the pack yet, He said no issue sir you can open the pack. I took this phone in packed condition to Apple service centre, there executive opened the pack infront of my brother and checked.

                            he found that phone is in used condition as only 228 days warranty was left on the phone, Also he mentioned earpods of the phone is un authorized, He also mentioned that IMEI of phone is not matching with Bill given.

                            I briefed all these issue to CCE of amazon, he told me to send these documents along with scree shot of IMEI on phone . I did the same and sent all documents to mentioned email id. They approved my return and confirm the same via email on 15th May 8:08 pm.

                            On 16th May 17 there executive attended the pick up and denied by saying i cant pick the product as IMEI of the phone is not matching with Product.When my wife told him to wait and informed me about the same, again i contacted CCE of amazon and briefed the issue he said you tell him that regarding same we have sent mail to IDRD, He will pick up. When i contacted him tell the same thing he said i cant pick up the product untill unless i will not get in writing from company.

                            Again i briefed the issue to CCE of Amazon he created new Pickup request of 17th May 17 but no one attended the Pick up, Again i contacted CCE of Amazon they rescheduled the pick up on 18th May between 07:00 - 10:00 am, when till 12:20 pm no one attempted the pick up, Again i called CCE of amazon he said their system is showing we refused to give phone to pickup man, Which is absolutely wrong no one tried to pick after 16th May17.

                            Now i feel As the product replacement warranty was 10 days they are trying to pass this time so that further they can refuse the acceptance of product.

                            Pls help in the above matter

                              I am extremely annoyed with the PAN Card service. so now i have decided to mail you. I have writing this letter on behalf of my in-laws because they are too old to carry all these formalities..
                              I have applied for my in-laws PAN card two months ago still now i don't have any information regarding Their pan card.I need proper information.
                              I have mailed various TIN facilitators but still now i don't get any response.

Whenever i am checking the status of my PAN card its showing( Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center.                                 This is regarding the trouble and mental torture which I have to go through just to get my SIM ported from Airtel Delhi Circle to Airtel Karnataka Circle. I have been requesting to get my number [protected] ported from last 1.5 months without any help from Airtel.

                                I have submitted my documents already thrice to Airtel stores in Bangalore (The store right opposite to IIM bangalore, but that whole store and their service sucks as no one helps you their) but all in vain. I tried my best to stay with Airtel, but it seems that it time to move out of it. Can someone help!!

                                      The online seller Dcluse.com has done a fraud to me of Rs 7655 .Actually they called by illegally becoming Axis bank representative and asked me for my debit card details and then performed the corresponding purchase without my knowledge and 3 days ago I received the parcel containing some garments worth Rs 7655 which are of no use to me. I already spoke to their customer care and they informed me that they will make the corresponding return and refund within 24 hours. It has been already 3 days and no action has been taken from their side. Please look into the matter and oblige.

                                        I have there promise to refund the money in writing and also has a lot of email with no response and their denial for many months.
                                        I am ready to even go to consumer court if that is required..
                                        Let me know, what help can you provide in this matter.
                                        There are a lot of other complaints against them and seems they are total frauds looting a lot of customer around the places.

Initially i was informed that rupees 3k is only required for the process. But later they made me to shell out rupees 20, 000 in the assurance of giving me a job offer. But once after the payment is made saying for registration, interview and documentation purpose after several calls and mails they started making u-turn sending some unwanted mails instead of directly answering to the questions.                                               I made a payment of my reliance postpaid bill from paytm and received a message that payment is unsuccessful please try again however money got deducted. I had to pay again and now they are telling that payment was already made and not returning my previous deduction. Reliance is telling that payment has been made only once. I have been mailing them since one week and even calling them but they are not providing me with any details and have been harassing me over phone whenever i try to call them. They keep my phone on hold for hours forcing me to disconnect the line without any response. I would also like to inform that they donot provide me the receipt of the payment they have done and keep replying that my issue will be solved at the earliest. I have started feeling helpless and would request you to please help in the given matter and ask paytm to address my issue as i am a middle class man and an amount charged by them is of greater importance to my financial condition.

                                                I ordered two dupattas from nellore worth 3k around and the seller couriered it on 20th april 2017 and mentioned as delivered on 21st april 2017, 17:35 pm. The courier boy did not come to our home and handover to us. Also the receiver details shows it was with my name and telephone number. When i asked for the proof they did not show that document.                                                   I have purchased Lenovo k6 power phone from Flip kart two days back.When i am calling somewhere by keeping phone on my ear, it is not working means opposite side person is unable to listen my voice and this problem is there when i am indoor(means inside home or office), but when i bring my phone near to my mouth it is working fine, that time opposite side person is able listen me.But when i am outside, there is no problem.
                                                  Then i requested for the replacement and contacted to Flip kart, they told me to me update the software, i updated after also i was not working. after some again i called then the executive told me to do Factory reset, i have done that also, after that also i was not working, facing the same issue.Then they told that technician will contact you.Yesterday[protected] one technician came and check my phone outside .it was working fine, i am also saying, it is working fine outside, only the problem is when i was inside the office.He said may be network issue.see how fool the technician is, if network issue will be there, then you keep phone on your ear or near ur mouth in both case problem should be there, but when i bring phone near to my mouth it is working fine.After that he told that it is working fine and he given the feed back to the Flip kart that mobile is working fine, but he should have given the feed back that it is working outside but not indoor. because the technician person also faced this problem when i was contacting me.After he went, then i came to my office and called him only to give him the experience that see the same problem is comming when i am inside my office.I told him give your feed back to the company that when phone is inside office or home it is not working fine but outside working fine.but his feed back was very irresponsible and the person (Akbar Mohemad from Jeeves Consumer services Private Limited)was itslf very irresponsible person.He wasted my one hour office time.After calling me outside he was telling i am here some time there, and finally after one hour he meets me.This was the worst experience.After that they updated on Flip kart that my request for replacement is cancelled because technician person given feed back that it is working fine outside.Based on that fool technician how they can cancel my request.After that i called flip kart toll free number and then i got call back from their side, now they are telling that now we can't replace your, you have to go service center.Why i will go to service center with my new mobile. At the time of Purchasing, they given me 10 days replacement warranty.
                                                  I contacted multiple time to the customer care executive, but they all are very irresponsible and worst person. they don't know how to behave with customer.Multiple time they cut my call without having full conversation.I am send sharing some number from which i got call([protected], [protected], [protected]) one of the person was Mahesh Kumar.He was very irresponsible person and he was bahaving like he was the the CEO of the company.He was telling from flip kart i can't help you anything.First of all flip kart is tagged with some worst third party for the selling of goods, and that party is tagged with some worst third party service center.One executive was talking in a professional way.They wasted my full day in calling.At last they gave the result that you have to go to service center.
                                                  Finnaly i want to be my mobile replaced.I dont want to keep this defective item.Apart from this, They wasted my one day time, i want that one day salary from flip kart.Othewise i will take some further action.

                                                        My membership number is 106233. When i signed up in 2015, i signed up for a 3 month period since i had to go abroad.

                                                        I was charged rs 7200 per month. There was no approval given from my side and you can check from your records that from april 2016 till feb or march of 2017, i did not go to the gym even a single time.

                                                        I had gone for an international assignment to the netherlands, not knowing that you are charging my card automatically. It was only when i cancelled my credit card subscription, i received a collection call from fitness first that i realised that you have charged me a total of rs 79, 200/- without me providing any consent and not having gone to the gym even a single day.

                                                        In the month of march and april 2017, i rejoined the gym and the following are my demands.

                                                        - immediate refund of rs 79, 200 + applicable saving banks interest to be given to me on account of this fraudulent withdrawl.
                                                        - immediate stoppage of sms of pending gym amount of rs 14600, i dont owe you anything, you owe me money for fraudulently charging me a frivolous amount.

                                                        Also, on what basis have you charged me 7200 for the entire year without my consent.
                                                        Marked to my advocate mr sanjeev saini : i need a response in the next 48 hours before i will lodge a cheating fir against you and send you legal notice for harassment and fraudulent withdrawl of money from my credit card for 10 months.

                                                            I have been trying to be patient and supportive as i could be there was a paytm account i had earlier for which i lost the access i had INR 7000 transferred into that paytm a/c mistakenly and now as i can't access that paytm a/c anymore not even by the registered email (because they have blocked the a/c maybe) i have my money trapped with them and they are completely unhelpful i have been following up on this since a month now, the agents are completely terrible & rude .
