It is intmated that I have pension established on 31 Oct 2019 with ACP Nb Sub Rank. However, pensioned credited as the scale of Hav. After scruitny from PCDA Allahabad, docus related ACP not recd from your records. Hence you are requested to take necessary action for the same please.

I am greeting my pension regular.
Some how i came to know that my pension is less (Only 6/- rs)
Some good person told me that there is calculation mistake.
While counting actual service proper year is wrong
Ie 15 year 11 months 12 days = 15 or 16 years??
If calculation is by 16 years then it is 6 rs more
And if we take as at is then it is 6 rs less.
I want to know the correct method.
If service is less then 6 months (To ignor)
If service is more then 6 month (Count as 1)
Which is correct?? Method.

Received a message from sbi that we have to main minimum balance in your bank account - pension account, when we checked the branch manager informed the minimum balance to keep is rs 5000/-
How many person will be able to manage especially senior pensioners with this, instead of giving relief to senior - invalid citizens this is shear harassment by the government

The authority for revision of pension under 6th CPC in r/o SH SAHEBRAO MANIKRAO DESHMUKH holder of PPO No. [protected], A/c No. [protected](Bank of Maharashtra,Amravati) has already been dispatched vide this office SSA No. 800064/A1 dated 31/OCT/2011

SH SAHEBRAO MANIKRAO DESHMUKH has intimated that his revised pension Rs. 11274/- has not been reduced to Rs. 4500/- wef December 2012 onwards. The payment pension had been credited to his account correctly till November 2012 & thereafter from December 2012 onwards Rs. 5048/- has been credited to his account instead of Rs. 16700/-.
Please verify the status of his revised pension & intimate reasons as to why the less pension @ Rs. 5048/- has been credited to the account of SH SAHEBRAO MANIKRAO DESHMUKH instead of Rs. 16700/-, to me.

Sub: Pension Complaint (Service and disability) from 01 Jan 2006 to 31 Oct 2012

Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I have query regarding the pension amount I am receiving. Kindly go through the below explanation for better clarity and take necessary action accordingly so that I get my correct pension.

As per 6th pay commission the basic pension amount I should get from 01 Jan 2006 till 30 June 2009 is Rs. 9775 per month and disability pension Rs. 1290 per month along with the basic pension (9775+1290). After 30 June 2009 till today my basic pension should be Rs. 11345 per month and disability pension Rs. 1290 per month along with the basic pension (11345+1290).The commutation deduction should be Rs. 3175 per month from for both the pension(service and disability). The current DA percentage is 72%. My correct pension per month should be as below (all amount in rupees):

Pension=11345+1290=12635, DA amount= 12635*72%= 9097.2, total pension= 12635+9097.2=21732.2, Pension after deducting commutation = 21732.2-3175=18557.2

I have already queried and sent request letter for adjustment through my pension bank through the chief manager, SBI main branch karimganj (Branch code- 109) to The Chief manager(CPPC), SBI, Centralised pension processing centre , Zonal office, Unit-II, 6th Floor, Sethi Trust Building, Guwahati-781005. The reference number for the three letters I had sent as CM/Pen/53/569 dated 03/01/2011, CM/53/649 dated 09/02/2011 and CM/Pen/54/102 dated 06/05/2011. No action has been taken so far against the above mentioned three letters. So I am sending the letter directly to RBI for the same.

As per table given I should get Rs. 1003676.2/- from 01 Jan 2006 to 31 Oct 2012. But I got Rs. 988408/-. Please settle my difference amount Rs. 15268.20/-. Below are details you would need to settle and credit the amount in my a/c:

Note: As for example, as per the given calculation table, for the month of Sept and Oct I should get Rs. 18557.20/- but I have received Rs. 14673/- for the month of Sept and Rs. 15558/- for the month of Oct which is less than the actual pension amount per month. Could you please let me know the reason behind deducting my pension to this extent? Could you please also send me the statement of my pension break-up?

Sir, I have retired from naval service on 31 may 2012. My PPO Number 09/97/B/S/000178/2012 dated 13 March 2012. I am holding pension account with SBI Navel Base Visakhapatnam and Account Number is [protected]. It is seen from the bank that my PPO has not been received till date hence my pension and terminal benefits held up. My children are perusing higher studies so i need of money urgently. Kindly look into the matter and my terminal benefit. (commutation and gratuity amount) be credited to my pension account. My mother Mrs. Sovona Pal expired on[protected]. I reported SBI Doranda Branch Ranchi to stop Family Pension to her SB A/c [protected] with reference to PPO No. C/3857. I have also submitted copy of her death certificate. I have nomination of the deceased which has been registered with the bank. SBI Doranda has informed me that your office has been intimated about the death of Mrs. Sovona Pal along with request for crediting the pension for live period during March’[protected] to 14-3-12) vide their letter no. Pen/New/403 Dtd 29/3/12. But till date it is found no amount has been credited after February 2012. I request you to kindly credit the final eligible amount of pension so that I can settle my claim as nominee. Since it is a case of discontinuance of Pension, I hope you will not take much time to give the final credit of her pension amount.

RO/2806/685150/05/P&W(SP) 05 jan 2011 and Letter no RO/3201/1/(P&WW) Rev cell-6 also CDA (Air Force) letter no. CDA/Pension Rev/ ORPO 2011 dated 02/06/2011 on this it is clearly mentioned that my Revised Basic Pension is 7206/-(wef 01/Jul/2009)

After getting the revised pay fixation through corrigendum, I personally visited to Branch Amethi to release my arrears amount as per amended corrigendum PPO as attached copy with this form, but till date no amount has been credited in my A/c which effecting my mental agony. Dear Sir,

This is with reference to a letter from Mrs D Stephen dated 6.3.10 addressed to the AGM SBI Keshwapur Branch, HUBLI in which she has written that she had received less amount of pension from June 2009 onwards to her SB a/c [protected].

Earlier from 1.4.09 to 2.5.09 she received an amount of Rs. 6264/- but this pension was reduced to Rs. 4370/- to 4545/- from June 2009 onwards.

From 29.4.2010 she received a pension of Rs. 5710/- and she thanks you for rectifying the pension amount which is due to her. However she wishes to know if the amount paid earlier was right and if not will she receive the arrears that is the difference amount which was due for the period from June 2009 to March 2010.

Please look into the matter at your earliest Sir, as she is a widow and her only means of income is the pension amount she receives. Any correspondence in this regard can be sent to [protected]@yahoo.in

Iam a retired employee of Department of Atomic Energy and Indian Navy . I was drawing my both pensions from SBBJ RawatBhata Chittorgarh Rajasthan . Now fron Oct 2009 , I have shifted to Boisar Thane Maharashtra . I have asked SBBJ RawatBhata to transfer my pension papers to SBI Boisar ( where I have opened a pension account) so that I can draw my pension at boisar. SBBJ Rawatbhata as per my instruction has send my papers to SBBJ ( Main ) chittorgarh and from there it was sent to SBI (main) Thane by speed post. When I checked with SBBJ chittorgarh , they said that they have sent it to SBI ( main ) Thane by speed post on 25th Nov 2009 and from SBI ( main) Thane it will go to SBI ( Boisar).

Iam trying to contact SBI ( main ) Thane through email and telephone[protected] &[protected] for the last few days but Iam not getting any reply .

How to go about it ?

CPAO sent the paprs to PNB Link office (Pension) Karolbagh on 4,8,2009 which were returned to CPAO on 6.10.2009 for affixing 'seal' on it. CPAO sent back the papers after doing the needful to PNB Karol bagh on 27.10.2009 for onwards transmission to the paying branch at PNB Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. It is about 3-1/2 months, I am without pension. kIindly do something to release my pension.
