    Cars 24 people are cheaters they purchased my car gave me 1000 rs token and took delivery of my car without paying me amount just committed to pay me in 48 hours I have all papers now their office people sending me the message after 20 days that u have not delivered ur car so sent 1000 rs and 5000 cancelation charge then we will release ur car so rediculus .such a fraud going in these big companies and Indian govt is sleeping. This company must be exposed plz help me by sharing this more and more in Facebook and other social media my Id is [protected]

    This cars24 is total flop and fraud company now they are saying that we want to return the car after one month what the hell why should I take my car back now my car is on loan because o[censored] I have to bear 20000 rs to bank and I have just not only deliver the car for try I have sold u the car on papers now I will surely go to consumer Court I request u all to make this company exposed

      I had to visit Cars24 to sell my Swift Dzire 2015 model on 4th June 2019 at 10am, Initially the discussions with the Manager(Siva) and Retail associate (Prasanna Ganesh) went very well, they treated me well. Inspection was done, Auction done and the Retail associate (Prasanna Ganesh) quoted a price without checking my service history and RC details, while im still on negotiation, he left a word that they will waiver the service charges (5K) for me and finally quoted a round amount. However later i got to know the it was not the amount got approved after auction but more they have hidden the service charges amount and quoted me the remaining amount as final price.

      I took some time to accept the price on the same day in the evening, when i reached them back, After checking my original RC details, they said that they have to re-auction again, since my RC says DUP they did re-auction and quoted for a lower price which is less than 30K of the first time amount quoted, since i had no time i agreed for that price. I was asked to come next day since it was already 8pm.

      The next day when i went After checking my service history details again they(Mr Raju) came back saying that they have to re-auction again, they did re-auction and quoted for a lower price which is less than 50K of the first time amount quoted. i had no options and no time, had to travel out of station and in need of money. i had to sell car for that price, even on that price that have deducted 5k price saying that it will be credited later, but till now i have not received that amount. I have been following up with Retail associate (Prasanna Ganesh) for the remaining amount, he wants me to contact customer service and fight with them for that amount everyday. Customer service are closing my complaint with out proper resolution.

      I was totally frustrated and unhappy with the service provided by Cars24 T-Nagar branch for the following reasons.

      1, Without checking my car service history, RC and other details, they promised a higher amount and finally gave me a price less than 50k. They could have avoided this by checking all my details at the beginning and shared the correct price.

      2, Since it is getting delayed and price is getting reduced. I have posted my car sale in Quikr, there were few dealers who visited to check my car parked on public road for better price. The Retail associate Prasanna, Manager Siva & Raju behaved rudely and unfriendly for that reason on the second day saying that they were working hard to sale my car and how could i approach the other dealers and vendors. They warned me that i should not show my car to any dealers in front of their premises. It was public road, not parked inside the campus.

      Following are sentences used by them during the conversations which was unprofessional and hurting.

      I asked if service charges can be waivered, Retail associate Prasanna said " We are not running a trust to provide you free service without any charges". Actually he was the one who said will waiver service charges on previous day. I asked without knowing the fact that they have hidden the service charges amount and quoted me the remaining amount previous day

      I informed that i had to approach a broker to get my hypothecation cancelled and to get smart card. Manager Siva said " Being educated how can you approach brokers\dealers and get scammed". Its none of his business me getting educated or reaching the brokers for the work to be done quicker.

      Mr.Raju i think he is retail associate said " If he has his own organization and if i am his friend he will provide me service free of charge"

      So overall, they say that they are transparent, charge no fees, quick, friendly and customer satisfaction oriented. all the above are just fake they are not transparent, they have hidden the service charges, not quick took 2 days and still waiting for remaining amount, not friendly and customer satisfaction oriented.

      I will not recommend my contacts, friends and relatives Cars24 especially T-Nagar branch.

        Hi Every one, I got attracted by the ads by cars24, and been there to Hulimavu, Bannerghatta road branch to sell my car. Rafter the inspection and bidding, they broke my cars digital AV system. It is completely recorded in the photos they clicked. They agreed that they broke it. While asked for replacement, they were rude and said do what ever hell you wanna do. We won't replace it. We complained via customer care. They are even more basterds than these outlet people. It's been months waiting for replacement. Di not go there. Even their bidding is cheating. They quote peanuts to car.

          This cars24 company is doing fraud in India they took my car from me and gave me papers or agreement about price and payment terms that is 4 working days but now it's 15 days they are just passing the time and countinue saying our channel partner drop the deal we are not able to give u same price .till date I hav not received my car and any amount from that plz suggest wat I do

          Boss no body touched me till now and just sending me mag that I have not given the delivery boss I have papers of delivery which are duly signed and stamp by ur employee and still not received my payment what type of trust is this .and still your employee saying go to legal then only company will listen.this is just hilarious I will not going to leave u people

            sold car but cars24 not paying challan

            Hello Sir/Mam,

            I have sold my car on 2nd march 2019 to Cars 24. I have received two chalans of rs 100 and 300 in march 2019. It has been more than 3 months. Multiple times I have Emailed to cars24 and called to support team but no one responding in satisfactory way.

            That's really disappointed and troublesome. Whenever I call to customer care I am hearing that we have highlighted the issue and u can send again...

            I sold my vehicle to cars24 on 13th april 2019 with a written confirmation that they will provide the rc transfer with 45 days. However after repeated communication via email, whatsapp messages and phone calls they have failed to do so. Due to this i have suffered a financial loss of rs. 75, 000/- as the exchange bonus that i was to receive from the dealership from where i purchased my new car.

            I would want them to reimburse me the loss of rs. 75, 000/- that is caused to me due to their false commitment.

              I am naveen saini compalining against cars 24. My token id is [protected] & car purchased from cars 24 is alto lxi hr72b9655. They have charged me rs. 10000 for hassel free rc transfer but its 5 month now no resolution have been made yet.
              Its very shamefull that the problem is not solved yet by cars24 team even after 5 months.
              Cars24 is the biggest fraud company.
              Ye wo company hai janha sale thug log bharti kiye hai. Salo ne gaadi bech di phle khte k seller ki ek kisht bachi hai hmne uska paisa rok liya hai or ab jab itne time baad bhi rc transfer nahi hui to lodu khte hai k car ki 60000 kisht bachi hai or seller co-operate nahi kr rha hai isliye rc transfer nhi ho skti.
              Bahanchod phle kya so rhe the jab gadi ki add site pe dali thi tb ni maloom tha kya k kitni kisht bachi hai.
              Sali fraud company. Bhaiyon is company k chakkr me kabhi na pdna sale thug hai isme.

                I wanna buy a car which is sx4 zxi 2008 red colour. 110000rs
                And i have bid the car on 23/5/19 and after that i recieved a call from cars 24 about that car which i have bidded. Then i told him i will come to see the car day after tomorrow he said okay. But they never called me back. And the car still available on cars 24. What is this? I am very disappointed!

                  Issue is still not resolved...

                  Nothing has been done till now

                  Hi, i sold my car to cars24 in east dehi, delhi in may 2018
                  My chevrolet cruze inspected and sold at cars24 branch in jhilmil, new delhi in may, 2018

                  And even after 10 months the cars has not been transferred.

                  The dealing was done by the car 24 retail manager mr. Ajay srivastav mobile number -*0591)

                  He had deducted charges from the deal of 3000 rs for rc transfer as a fee and deducted it from the car final sale payment along with and 1000 rs for doing rtgs payment transfer.

                  I had provided them all original documents and signed all paper work as asked by them in their office and closed the deal.

                  Now just a few days ago, some unknown person had called me and asked me to give me my photo id to him 30 march 2019.

                  I had called the branch manager many times since then but no response (Manager mr. Ajay srivastav), if no further action are taken i have to launch a legal complain.

                    Following up with golf course centre but no resolution

                    Everytime i visit the centre they say ill get the refund.

                    This is harrassment and the service levels are pathetic

                      Hi this is hitesh i have sold my wagon r car reg no. Dl8ck8958 on 28th april 2019 and today is 23rd may 2019 but still i am chasing cars 24 for the payment but still the issue in its first stage. I am trying to reach out contact persons of cars 24 but i am getting only disappointment from them as nobody is responding on my emails and phone calls as well.

                      A representative of cars 24 mr. Manoj soni came at my place sector-3, pushp vihar, saket new delhi with the buyer mr ganesh ray and deal was mutually decided on inr 85000.in which amount of 50000 was given to me in the mode of cash and a signed cheque of outstanding amount inr 35000 was given to me same day, mr manoj soni representative of cars 24 forced me to handed over my car to the buyer mr. Ganesh ray with assurance that i will definitely receive my full payment through clearance of cheque but unfortunately that cheque got bounced back as no fund in his bank account. I immediately informed the same with cars 24 team about the matter and appeal them to get my payment done but today is the 25th day and i am still waiting for the payment nobody from cars 24 is responding on the same. Even i have contacted the buyer directly but he is denying from paying the final amount and threatening me on phone calls that if i asked for the payment he will do some illegal act by my car which was handed over to him on the same day of that deal. As documents are still on my name.

                      Is this your company policy to make customer suffer from 25 days and even not able to resolved the issue, i am feeling like cheated by cars 24.

                      I am going to file a case in consumer court if there is no action taken.

                          Totally you making fool to me and grabbed deposit amount - how much time i have to raise an issue of activating my id, but since from a year making me fool dint activating my id, often and often asking me deposit slip, u have saved data details about id holders, why are u making nonsense activity here,
                          How many times your executives made a call to me and till yet dint get solved my issue, if you cant solve my issue means pls returned my deposit amount which i paid at the time of registration, or else i[censored] cant returned me means pls pay to orphan center from my side, thats the matter will end issue ll be solved,

                            I have called near about 12+ times for inspection and its been 2 times where no body came back to me and i was waited for near about 2 days by taking ofc leave. Issue escalated to sr authority and he committed to rslv but again u got failed. Really frustrating service. I'll definitely spend time and publish whole recording and story on social media

My Car's Bank Hypothecation was not removed yet as i had to collect the NOC for my Car Loan from the bank for which i had provided the Authority letter to the team as well as they said they will do it on my behalf provided i give them the authority in writing. Their executives seems to be bluffing about visiting the bank as the bank people said no one from CARS24 came to their branch for this case.
                              The executives i was dealing with are Srinidhi and Hanan who informed me that if there is an issue with regards to the RC (which is in my case until i get the NOC from the bank) then CARS24 would block an amount of 25k from the total payable and release the remaining amount. But it's been almost 2 weeks and i have not received anything.
                              Please look into it immediately and help me in getting my promised amount released.
                              The funniest part is that they have already sold my car and the new owner has even called me to thank me about the condition of my car, so if they really have issues with RC HOW COULD THEY SELL MY CAR BEFORE ME PROVIDING THE NOC FOR THE CAR LOAN CLOSURE?

                                I was discussing my car sale of dezire vdi with mr karan/raghav from indirapuram branch. Yesterday car inspection was done and car was found to be in excellent condition. Late in the evening mr raghav called me to confirm the price of 4.8 lakh can be matched as i had another offer but asked me to wait for next day to close the deal. I insisted to come and close the deal but he said tomorrow morning it can be closed. Now today after following up whole day, they are saying channel partner has refused the deal. And he is only offering 4.35 lakh. This is complete mental harassment of customer and unprofessional approach. If channel partner can cancel the deal anytime then am i at mercy of them? I want my deal for 4.80 lakh should be honoured and process should be laid out. This is against the business and professional ethics.

                                  I've sold my car to cars24 sira road tumkur branch on 02/05/2019. On the same day after all the documentation process and agreeing for instant payment option they credited 1000rs to my account in the evening and told me i'll be getting the remaining balance amount by tomorrow but tomorrow when i speak to concern person at the branch they told me i'll be getting the remaining balance amount within 48hours, but it's already 5 days but they are not responding and now they are telling me that their dealer has backed off from buying my car and they tell me to refund the amount of 1000 they had credited to my account and take the car, i have even raised a complaint on there customer care number twice but they only issue a ticket (Ticket no:105806) and tell me our team will resolve the issue but till date no one has even respond or contacted me on the issue, it is your companys issue so you can not fraud customers in broad day light, im going to file a case in consumer court if there is no action taken.

                                    The final deal was done for 77k. However, only payment transfer happened 70k. Remaining 7k still pending with cars24.
                                    I have called up many times to customer care of cars24 but no use. Written multiple emails asking for remaining 7k amount again no response. I have shared screen shot of original documents to lokesh and harman cars24 executives. I had received calls for asking details but payments issue did not get resolved till date.

                                      I would like to report a conflict between me and the cars 24 person gaurav working in the sales department. There have been several incidents over the last few days, and i feel that it is time to report a formal complaint against him.

                                      I would like to report the occurrences on record as follows:

                                      On [date], the aforementioned coworker and i had an argument over his habit of passing comments against me and few other coworkers. He has been doing it frequently, and no one confronts him for that. But after tolerating him for several days, i confronted him saying that whatever he did was unethical and not acceptable at cost. But despite that he continues to do so, and now time has come that you take cognizance of his behavior and enforce strict action.

                                      His wrongdoings are not confined to that, he also has a bad habit of going into other people’s cabin, using their belongings, stealing things, and also using their personal computers. As i feel that i am a loyal and hardworking employee, i feel concerned about the situation as it affects me as well as others due to the ordeal created by that person. It has affected many in the past and has caused tremendous trouble to existing and has made my work almost impossible. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and request you to understand my situation and take appropriate action.
