Hello sir/Madam,
I am MOUSUMI PAUL from kolkata, I like to draw your kind attention that last Sunday (3/10/21) I had opened the cinepolis app to book a ticket for the movie No time to die in cinepolis acropolis mall. My money was deducted from my bank account but my ticket was not confirmed. I am very disappointed with your service. Please initiate my amount of rupees 255.

I shall be highly obliged if you kindly check the details and give me my money ASAP.

    I tried to book 2 tickets for No Time to die movie 3D through cinepolis app from Mangalore cinepolis.190 was the fare for one ticket plus 30 rs service charge.So total it became 410Rs.First when i tried to book it shows payment gateway error then again i tired same thing happened but later when I checked my balance i understood 810 rs got cut but i didn't get the ticket..So i request you to refund my money.

        I have booked 2 tickets for NO TIME TO DIE at cinepolis DLF AVENUE Saket for 3rd October 2021 1:30 pm show from cinepolis app. The app was so buggy and slow, but still I continued booking, and after some time Rs 657 was debited from the bank account .
        I want refund of my booking as I haven't got the tickets yet. I had to book it from bookmyshow then.

          Today (2nd Oct 2021) I tried to book 4 tickets in Cinepolis BBSR 6 PM show of 'No Time Die' movie, and the payment gateway CCAvenue showed error but the amount. Rs.1220.00 got deducted from my debit, yet I still haven't received any booking confirmation.

            I purchased 1 ticket for 2nd October 2021for 10:45pm movie at cinepolis Rohini unity mall through the website. Amount of ₹365 got deducted which i paid through debit card.                       I am Dinesh living in Hyderabad as I have came to know that there is a strict rule of not taking any parking charges at cinema theatre and shopping malls . Sudha cinepolis near Lal darwaza they were charging 20 rs for two wheelers so kindly take some action on them
