I booked j row seat number but i got different seat numbers and also there is no helpline contact number or anything also
When try to contact the number it always say it doesn't exit i even try there email no results
I totally booked six tickets in that i booked 5 together and last one separate near to the same seat but when i proceeded with pay i got totally different seat i don't know what do i can't even cancel it or exchange...

money deducted from account ticket not booked

I booked two tickets for dabaang 3 for cinepolis bestech mall in mohali today for 20 december 9.20 show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the cinepolis app and upi for payment

I would like to get a refund as soon as possible please.

I tried to book tickets on the cinepolis india site, and my money got deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. And i did not get any refund. I tried contacting cinepolis customer support but not able to, i tried to contact my bank but they too did not able to resolve my problem. So i am trying here to get resolution. inability to locate the cinema hall

I had booked 2 tickets for 'bala' movie on 29th november. There were no directions for the movie hall and none of the security personnel knew the correct way to reach the location. I had missed half the movie by the time i reached the theater and decided to leave right away. It was a wastage of both time and money and caused unwanted hassle.
Kindly provide appropriate compensation and solution for the same....

I transferred rs 1004 via googlepay upi on 8th november 2019 for which no ticket was generated on cinepolis app. Payment gateway was ccavenue. Kindly refund my money.

Ccavenue has confirmed that my transaction was successful and that cinepolis has indeed received the money. Also i talked to googlepay which stated that the utr number cannot be generated without the money...
