    Hello sir/madam
    I am Dinesh living in Hyderabad as I have came to know that there is a strict rule of not taking any parking charges at cinema theatre and shopping malls . Sudha cinepolis near Lal darwaza they were charging 20 rs for two wheelers so kindly take some action on them

      Yesterday I booked two ticket for Janak Cinepolis. The amount is deducted but I didn't received any tickets. I did the payment through Mobikwik; only I have invoice generated through Mobikwik.

        I had booked two tickets for fast and furious 9 4dx in english through bookmyshow app for 11/09/2021 in cinepolis dlf avenue saket, i was informed on the same day that the movie was cancelled by the theatre due to some technical issues but no confirmation regarding refund is received and no one is receiving call.

          I booked a ticket from cinepolis but my no message I got it regarding the ticket. I even doesn't know whether that ticket is booked or not. But my amount is deducted.
          I did the payment through Mobikwik. Only I have the order id related to that, which is attached.

            I have transfered money for my ticket like i have done UPI payment to the cashier then he said i have to pay it once again though the previous payment my done he said the money i tansfered to the bank will be refunded to me in 72 hours ann its be 4 days I haven’t got my money

                  I tried to book tickets on cinepolis website on 24th of August. I paid them using upi. My money was deducted from my account but they showed me an error in payment. I didn’t received any confirmation regarding tickets. I submitted complaint on there app and also sent them a mail. It has been 4 days but no has replied yet.

                    Yesterday I went to watch Conjuring 3 in 4DX at Cinepolis Saket, Delhi. everything thing about 4DX was out of Sync, every reaction took 15 seconds more to take place. it was the worst experience of watching a cinema. I talked to the staff, but no one helped or bothered to tell me what was going on. i demand my money back.

                        I'm writing a complaint regarding cinepolis arekere at Bangalore central mall, bangalore.The movie jathi ratnalu must have subtitles it's a rule from the Central board of film certification, as the cinepolis arekere doesn't have subtitles shown.Please take necessary action so that I can watch the movie with subtitles

                                Is there any kind of camera inside the theatre, Janka Cinema

                                Recently I visited to Cinepolis Janak Cinema, New Delhi theatre with my partner and I had a moment with my partner, now I am worried if it got recorded in theatre or not. If there are cameras in theatre, why do Cinepolis not let know to their customers....

                                    I watched TENET last evening at Cinepolis, Central Mall, Guwahati, Assam. The experience was quite horrible. The projectionists aren't projecting the movie according to the instructions sent by Warner Bros. The film file sent to cinemas is possibly 2.20:1 letterboxed to 1.85:1 for the highest possible resolution.
                                    But the instructions for scope and flat screens aren't followed i guess.

                                    2 vertical bars on the side is very distracting and the dip in resolution is frustrating and also the often blur in transitions in the visuals is an injustice to the film.

                                    Please look into the matter immediately.
