      I booked two tickets in Cinépolis unity one from the app. The payment is deducted but I hadn’t received any tickets. I went half hour before the show time to confirm my ticket. Staff is Unprofessional and untrained. They don’t know how to help me. And can’t give any good advice how to handle this situation. I want my refund

        I haven't received the tickets but money got debited from my account

        Its highly disappointing to see that a brand like Cinepolis is not offering free drinking water to their customers. The bottle which ee can purchase from the food court is half the price of the movie ticket(which is 80 rupees).
        Basic drinking water facility is available even in public bus stands. It should be bare minimum i n such a huge theatre. Its really shameful that Cinepolis forces us to buy a bottle worth rs.80 at there theatres.

          Today i .e on 14 Jan 2024 while ordering F&B from Cinepolis Bhubaneswar the staff Varsha handed over plain CO2 and water instead on soft drink. After that when confronted they tried to wish away the thing without addressing the issue. The way the consumers are ill treated by a leading hospitality brand is appalling, unforgivable and unfortunate. On top of that the manager Mir behaves as if they own the place. Such kind o[censored]nfortunate behaviour on issues by the Staff inspite of being aware that they are speaking to an Army Officer displays the utter lack of empathy and consumer satisfaction in a hospitality brand of repute.Absolutely horrible behaviour by Staff which creates a bad impression about the brand.

            The cinema house rules are clear about outside food and beverage not being allowed. There is no such government guidelines issued ever with respect to allowing people with outside food and beverage to be allowed inside cinema premises.

              I have had a pretty bad experience last 4-5 times i watched a movie at cinepolis Nexus Westend, Pune

              1. The soundproofing is bad, i can hear films from the next door theatre, i watched priscillia there...i could hear the loud sam bahadur from the show going on in the next door.
              2. The projectionists messed up 3 of the last 4 shows i went there for. They couldn't understand where to put the interval screen...skipping some part of the movie, after several complaints THEY REWINDED the movie...
              3. The first half of priscillia was cropped...

              The entire point of paying good money for a well reputed theatre brand is to expect a good film watching experience. These amateur mistakes just seem disrespectful to the audience and to the filmmakers. Please fix up so that the experience does not get ruined for others. Its absolutely shocking to see that a cinema theatre not being able to do the basic things that you are charging us for.

                My family does not understand Hindi. Only reason I paid over 2000 rupees to come here is because the website said dunki ( Hindi with eng subtitles)

                However the movie did not have any subtitles

                How is it possible for cinepolis to mislead the audience so grossly - not only was it a waste of time and money but a huge inconvenience for everyone

                      Rs.60 ticket was always blocked for online booking

                      I have been a long customer of Cinepolis and saw that the Rs.60 ticket was always unavailable for online booking in Bookmy Show and other ticket booking platforms as well. I was particularly checking the Coimbatore Cinepolis theater venue and it always shows that the Rs.60 ticket was sold out It seems fishy and I enquired at the ticket counter in recent times.                       Horrible 3D movie Experience in Cinepolis at VR mall, nagpur

                      The complaint is about the problem we as a whole audience faced during the screening of The Marvels in Cinepolis at VR mall on the 10th of November.                           On 17/Dec/2023 9:45 I booked 3 tickets for ANIMAL at Screen 1 with seat no E9/10/11. I dropped my wallet during the show, after the show I was going to parking space, on the way & I noticed that I didn’t have my wallet with me. I complained at Esplanade Cinepolis. By the time I reached a new show had started for the same screen. I complained but didn’t get the chance to go look for my self. Kindly look in this matter and help in getting the wallet back

                            I booked 2 tickets for animal movie at cinepolis unity one Rohini in Audi 1 seat number 1-2 as they were reclining seats and the seat was broken and it was so uncomfortable to seat on that seat I complained the staff about the same but there was no action from there end .
                            The seat was bend and tilled to centre and really was not able to sit on that seat and left the movie before an hour !

                                Hi,
                                I have booked my ticket through cinepolis websites & even paid for the tickets but didn't receive the tickets. It's not even visible in my booking history. Please initiate the refund as it was transaction of Rs 953.
                                Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Even after being informed of the situation, Cinepolis has not resolved the complaint. It is so disappointing to see firms framing with their customers that it damages the consumer's trust in the company. I will never reserve or visit Cinepolis for a movie in the near future.

                                  Please refund my money. I paid 722 rs to book 3 tickets (F5, F6, F7) in Cinepolis westend mall 9:00 am show on 6th November for movie "Animal". Booking failed but money was debited from my account. I made the payment from my Paytm UPI account.
