    I tried to book 4 tickets of ‘Aavesham’ at Cinepolis mall of Travancore through cinepolis app on the date 09/04/2024. I paid using SBI debit card of my friend in the name ‘Akhil R Thambhi ’. 741 rupees was debited from the bank account whereas the tickets were not booked and we had to pay 741 again and booked tickets. The refund of 741 has still not been received in Akhil R Thambhi’s bank account. Please do something. Transaction details are given below.

      I've been requesting for GST Invoice for the booking IDs in subject, but not receiving proper response till date. Clearly while booking, I was charged GST on both the values, but GST bill is only provided for ticket price.

        Sir I booked 3 tickets for Godzilla ×king along with a large butter salt popcorn...I made the payment and my account was debited but my booking was unsuccessful... i kindly request you to refund my amount of Rs 1154 as it was deducted without the tickets being booked..i am attaching the required proofs with photos below.Also I got a message of refund being initiated but I didn't received it and neither I got to know about the status of Refund. Please see into this matter ASAP.

            Extremely hot in waiting area

            I came to watch godzilla 3d on 06.04.24 cinepolis janak, new delhi and while waiting I was extremely uncomfortable bcos there was no AC.
            ON TALKING TO MANAGER HE TOLD THAT THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR TWO YEARS AND THAT THERE IS NO SOLUTION....

            Currently watching aadujeevitham goat life at DB mall, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and the sound quality is very poor. Background music can be heard loudly but the cinema dialogues are very poor.
            Also movie was supposed to be with subtitle, but its not available.

              I visited Viviana Cinepolis today for a late night show and got a hot dog. The meat was stale and the bread was rotting.
              I had a stomach ache from eating it just halfway. It's horrible how you okay with the health of customers

                The speaker over our seat numbers is faulty.. and is causing lot of noise .
                We have raised this issue multiple times to the manager, Pankaj .

                But no action has been taken yet .
                We paid 800+ rupees for these seats, and all we are getting is static noises

                  I am trying to book my tickets through a voucher code and the first time i applied it, it was applicable but i did not book the tickets because we were unsure if we are available for that show so we canceled. Now when I am trying to apply that voucher code again, it says it is already used. Please provide me a new voucher code

                    Amount deducted from UPI bank but ticket not booked

                    I booked 3 tickets for article 370 Nexus Seawoods Navi Mumbai today for the 3 March 10.30 AM show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the Cinepolis website and Upi for payment

                    I would like to get a refund as soon as possible, please.

                    Please help as soon as possible. Initiate the refund fast.

                    Money deducted but booking failed

                    I was booking 2 tickets for the movei, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. I made the booking using PayTM on 25/02/2024.
                    UPI reference number:[protected]
                    Money has been deducted from my account but the booking failed. I didn't get the tickets. I have not received any updates on the refund either....

                              I booked two tickets in Cinépolis unity one from the app. The payment is deducted but I hadn’t received any tickets. I went half hour before the show time to confirm my ticket. Staff is Unprofessional and untrained. They don’t know how to help me. And can’t give any good advice how to handle this situation. I want my refund

                                Its highly disappointing to see that a brand like Cinepolis is not offering free drinking water to their customers. The bottle which ee can purchase from the food court is half the price of the movie ticket(which is 80 rupees).
                                Basic drinking water facility is available even in public bus stands. It should be bare minimum i n such a huge theatre. Its really shameful that Cinepolis forces us to buy a bottle worth rs.80 at there theatres.
