Recently watched a movie at this cinema. The movie ran in an incorrect aspect ratio/ format. If you're charging this much for a movie, please ensure that moving going experience is pleasant.

    Ordered a cappucino for Rs. 210.
    Only warm water with sugar was given. Complained to the main counter and was told that this is the only quality of coffee available. This is unfair trade practice. Cineplolis just lost a paying customer.

      Location: Cinepolis CCPL, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad

      Requesting for refund, as the movie was cancelled at the movie theater where we booked. And Cinepolis was unware of this instead they sent a survey link about the show.I have complained to bookmyshow as well. Movie ticket details have been attached.

        21st sept. 2:45 show. I am at pune, cinepolis, screen 3 atmos. It's screen in bright in the center and darker all over. I work as a colorist so i know how images are naturally supposed to look. It is probably a problem with projection. Please look in to this. It's ruining the visual experience. You can see things greeting darker as it moves from center to the sides

          I tried to book tickets of jawan on 6/09/2023 for 8/09/2023 but transaction was not successful but amount is deducted.
          I received an email that ticket was not booked and refund will be credited in 7 days. i am unable to communicate to the cinemas helpline

            I tried booking movie tickets via the Cinepolis website on 7th September 2023 and Rs. 815 was debited from my card. But the order was not successful and tickets were not issued.
            My order number:[protected]
            CC Avenue Reference number:[protected]

            I have not received any reply despite sending emails to Cinepolis. Some of the email ids mentioned in their website are blocked. I am not able to reach them via customer contact number also.
            Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest and refund the amount.

              Do your cinemas have CCTV or any other cameras installed inside the Movie theatre halls?

              Failed ticket booking refund not received

              Address: 3rd Floor, Plot No. 58, Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana, India - 122003

              I booked 2 tickets for Meg 2 in Cinepolis Ahmedabad one for 12-Aug-2023 4:50 pm show from Cinepolis app. However the ticket amount got deducted but booking was failed by cinepolis.

              Kindly refund my booking amount of 483 INR as soon as possible.

              I came to watch Jawan on Sunday 10 September 2023 11:15 Show at Ahmedabad Cinepolis

              However there was 20 minutes advertisement before movie start, and movie started at 11:35

              Same goes during intermission
              More than 15 minutes advertisement was shown

              Unnecessary time was wasted.

              So please reduce advertisement duration to maximum 05 minutes

                I have booked tickets in 7th sept for 9th sept jawaan show but it only came with confirmation email .Then no QR code or anything that I can show it in movie hall to get entry.
                I even tried mailing cinepolis support for help regarding this but they have not replied till now, kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

                          I was late a bit, i reached the theater and purchased a ticket for OMG 2 Show and people on the counter are mandatory giving coke of 80rs. to us, as their statement was you either have to purchase this coke of 80 rs which is minimum or you can purchase something else..

                          As far as i can think this behavior of Theater management is not at all good
                          It is ruining our customer experience.

                          Unfortunately i was in hurry so i could not take bill of the coke

                              I have tried to booked the 2 tickets for Gader-2 on 17th August 2023 through Cinepolis website. They are using CC Avenue gatway for their payment processing. The amount of 521/- was deducted from my account, but tickets were not booked. So I personally visited the Theater.                                 Booked two ticket for 1200 on 27th Aug 2023.

                                On reaching Cinepolis VIP center Square Mall security informed no parking available as MG road did not have any paid parking available hence we could not watch movie.

                                When mall is charging 600 rs for a ticket cinepolis should ensure movie goers have ample parking available as the customer cannot park vehicle on road and come for a 3 hr movie.
