2nd nov, cinepolis janak, amount ₹546 by mistaken upi transfer to Cinepolis and they aren't reversing back the amount since 3 weeks, contacted Mr pawan the manager that time . contacted him personally on watsapp too and cinepolis watsapp number but no response.kindly file my official complaint against cinepolis. As amount such as ₹546 means a lot to middle class .

    This complaint was against cinepolis bhopal for my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred with me and my brother during our recent visit on 01/11/23to Cinepolis where we had gone to watch "12th fail".

    Upon arriving at the cinema, we approached the ticket counter to purchase ticket. To my astonishment, the staff at the counter flatly refused to sell us a ticket, insisting that we must purchase food along with the ticket. This requirement was not mentioned anywhere, neither at the ticket counter.

    This experience left us in a state of complete dismay. It is not only disappointing but also infuriating to be denied a ticket for a movie simply because we did not want to purchase food at that particular moment. I believe that such policies, if they exist, should be clearly communicated to customers in advance, and the discretion to purchase food or not should remain with the patrons.

    I want to SUE them for forcing us to purchase food along with tickets and playing with the sentiments of a customer

      I booked tickets for leo movie on 19th October 2023 early morning using my credit card in cinepolis app. The amount was debited from my card but the booking was cancelled. No message I received after the payment after the money was debited and it's been 3 days since this happened. I called the BSR mall thoraipakkam, Chennai branch but they are not responding properly. I booked tickets for the BSR Mall Cinepolis in Chennai, Tamil nadu. I even have the order id for the tickets please do refund my money. Order ID :[protected].         Payment done but didn't receive ticket

        I had booked tickets for a movie called TIGER NAGESHWAR RAO in Cinepolis Lulu mall through Cinepolis app, payment was done and money was debited but dint receive ticket confirmation nor its showing in my tickets section....

            What is Macro XE ?
            In Cinepolisindia and the Cinepolis website mentioned, the macro XE screen is 4 times bigger than the normal size; its screen size is 170 m2. But in Bangalore Lulu Mall, the Cinepolis macro XE screen is not as big as you mentioned; its normal screen size is only

            What kind of marketing technique is this? What kind of fake claim is this?

              Ordered a cappucino for Rs. 210.
              Only warm water with sugar was given. Complained to the main counter and was told that this is the only quality of coffee available. This is unfair trade practice. Cineplolis just lost a paying customer.

                  21st sept. 2:45 show. I am at pune, cinepolis, screen 3 atmos. It's screen in bright in the center and darker all over. I work as a colorist so i know how images are naturally supposed to look. It is probably a problem with projection. Please look in to this. It's ruining the visual experience. You can see things greeting darker as it moves from center to the sides

                      I tried booking movie tickets via the Cinepolis website on 7th September 2023 and Rs. 815 was debited from my card. But the order was not successful and tickets were not issued.

                      I have not received any reply despite sending emails to Cinepolis. Some of the email ids mentioned in their website are blocked. I am not able to reach them via customer contact number also.
                      Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest and refund the amount.

                        Failed ticket booking refund not received

                        Address: 3rd Floor, Plot No. 58, Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana, India - 122003

                        I booked 2 tickets for Meg 2 in Cinepolis Ahmedabad one for 12-Aug-2023 4:50 pm show from Cinepolis app. However the ticket amount got deducted but booking was failed by cinepolis.

                        Kindly refund my booking amount of 483 INR as soon as possible.

                        I came to watch Jawan on Sunday 10 September 2023 11:15 Show at Ahmedabad Cinepolis

                        However there was 20 minutes advertisement before movie start, and movie started at 11:35

                        Same goes during intermission
                        More than 15 minutes advertisement was shown

                        Unnecessary time was wasted.

                        So please reduce advertisement duration to maximum 05 minutes

                          I have booked tickets in 7th sept for 9th sept jawaan show but it only came with confirmation email .Then no QR code or anything that I can show it in movie hall to get entry.
                          I even tried mailing cinepolis support for help regarding this but they have not replied till now, kindly resolve this as soon as possible.
