Cinepolis in seasons mall, magarpatta, pune do not allow movie-goers to bring packed eatables inside the theatre even after the execution of the act.
I have experienced this multiple times and there has been no change in the way it works. On informing and warning about the act the attendant became adamant and laid rude in speech. It is extremely shameful when big brands like cinepolis do not abide by the rules and on top of it flaunt the flaws of disregard.
This is a concern and needs escalation on point as the attendents at the theatre also were arrogant on the same

    Inhad visited cinepolis mangalore yesterday with my kid only for the kid to be horrified. The behaviour of the security people left him in dear. Since he is a boy of 10 years we don't give him outside food. It was 7 o clock show and he was hungry. I had carried fruits and biscuits. Which the security personnel pulled of mercilessly and verbally offended us. By the time we came out the kid was hungry and was suffering from hyper acidity. This merciless act of the cinepolis must be rectified and is punishable.

        I watched a movie on 19th June but did not receive any Cinepolis points. I contacted the Support team but they have been reverting the same generic replies since past 4 months. Their customer care number does not work and they will always give the same replies over mail - We'll get back to you soon. And that's the end of that. I even contacted them on Facebook where again I was promised that this will be resolved at the earliest. But I guess they have a different definition of it as there has been no sort of development whatsoever in this case. I'm completely fed up with them and would never recommend anyone to go to Cinepolis.

          I bought 2tickets which cost around 330rs and the snacks i bought was popcorn and a coke which cost me around 440. When i asked about the same the agent carelessly replied we sell on the same rates. Why should we pay 240 for a popcorn and 180for coke? When asked about it the agent gave rude answers. This would the worst services i have ever received. Keeping the services issue aside i don't want to pay 440 rs for snacks which is a huge amount for the people who are from middle class.

          Some people work hard to earn some money and for the entertainment they do watch movies if this is the case of getting snacks for high amount.. This is no use then.

          Please look into this matter.

            I had been to watch stree 3:05pm show in jamshedpur cinepolis.
            I had done online booking through book my show. Some how my internet net connection was not working i could not show the barcode for scanning at the entry gate. I had the booking i'd which i was showing at the ticket counter and requested them to allow entry. Their was a lady there who instead of supporting was laughing. After asking to the other ticket counter person who took me to a senior manager i was allowed entry after half an hour.
            Really unhappy with such behaviour and support.

              I booked 2 tickets today for Sui Dhaga and went to watch at 11:30. When I entered the premises, Before entering the Audi I explored my options of eatables. I saw a Friends combo of 2 cokes and 1 Pop corn, I asked the lady on the counter, if in this combo, pop corn is flavored or not, she said I've 3 options in this combo (Cheese, Caramel and Butter salt). I said okay and went in to watch the movie. In the interval I asked her to give me a Friends Combo, she asked me which Flavor, to which I said Cheese. Then she asked for Rs. 480. I paid the same and after billing she gave me Pop corn of without any flavor. When I said that I ordered for Cheese Pop Corn, Then she said that its Rs. 30 extra.

              I said to her when I was asking it to you, why didn't she informed me the same time, to which she had no answer, not even a Sorry.

                According to the law the state government of Maharashtra has allowed outside food in the cinema halls and this Cinepolis Cinema located at Pune at Seasons mall Magarpatta didnt allow us a chips packed in the cinema hall and they are clearly flaunting the law and direction by the state government. They didnt care about the law when we told them about it.

                    I frequently watch movies at cinepolis mantra mall. The vip seats here are always under repair. It wouldn't take much time for getting it fixed. But the management is just not concerned about them. One and only reason i visit cinepolis is their vip seats. I could watch the movie anywhere in the city but only prefer this one. Hope you understand my concern. Please ask the management to repair the seats immediately if there is any.

                      I had booked tickets on your website (Cinepolis india private ltd) on 20th sep 2018 for the tamil movie saamy 2 evening 18:55 show at cinepolis orion east mall bangalore and the money got debited from my paytm account for rs 813. (Order id 108171) but the tickets failed to get booked. Can you please check on the refund and process the same.                         I have booked 4 tickets for movie stree, on 16th sep, 2018, for bestech mall chandigarh. Paid through paytm wallet. Money got deducted but not recived any email or sms for ticket confirmation. After sometime i checked the seat status and they were not booked. Please initiate my refund. How much time i should wait. Already dropped mail at ur support team. I dnt understnd how much time you take to resolve any issue. At least you should update the person with the same.

                          I have booked tickets on 22nd apr 2018 in ccpl mall, hyderabad using cinepolice app. Booking id : wwk68r8. As part of this booking, i'm supposed to receive loyalty points.                           Still there is no resolution.
                          Now again, they are simply saying our representative will get in touch with you for solution. But, no action is beingbtaken from their side.
                          Sir I have come to see the movie with my family today starting 1.30 show but the rude staff denied to give entry on 1.15 pm and I am standing in the aun light with my family this is realy very shameful and the inside the lobby ac is not working no fan iss in the lobby, shameful last show in theCinepolis... Movie world ghaziabad .

                            I tried booking tickets for the film ‘Theevandi’ at ‘Fun Cinemas, Sigma Central Mall, Bangalore’ at 6pm using Cinepolis India website (www.cinepolisindia.com) on September 10 2018. I tried paying through Paytm. The transaction failed after deducting the money from Paytm which amounted ₹620. The screenshot of the above transaction is also included. Paytm has requested to give a confirmation from Cinepolis to initiate the refund process.

                              On 17/07/2018 at around 1am while trying to book 1 ticket for the ant-man and the wasp 3d (Eng) movie in cinepolis lake mall, kolkata, an amount of rs. 195/- got deducted from my bank account by using internet banking platform, but no ticket was booked.                                 Mticket delivered late after 2 days and not able to watch movie. Please arrange a amount refund or give me ticket for alternate day for same location/movie/timings.
                                This is too bad situation for us when we travel over the way also, ticket not delivered to email and even sms link could not open the ticket. When i checked with bookmyshow contact - they say its not with them and no such booking id. Please clarify on this and take corrective action as why system has to send mticket after 2 days

                                  Hello,
                                  Even after maharashtra government passed the law of allowing outside food in multiplexes cinepolis is however not following the rule. Please help me out for this. I would like to know if they are correct or i am. Cinepolis says they have not received any order from the government and so they don't allow outside food. I would like to know if once the law is passed does government come to every organization distributing orders...

                                  I have purchased tickets for gold movie for 8th september of lake mall cinepolis, kolkata. Money has deducted from my bank of baroda bank account. But i have not received any tickets.
                                  I have purchased 3 tickets of 220×3=660/ through cinepolis app. Pls solve my issue & give me the tickets for tomorrow of gold movie at cinepolis lake mall, kolkata.

                                  Nothing happened & nothing solved regarding my complain. I required 3tickets for todays gold movie at lakemall cinepolis. Bcz u got 660/ on that & debited from my account.

                                  As per Maharashtra state's new rule we are allowed to take outside food into theatre but, cinepolis is not allowing for the same. As a citizen i wish to know if they are correct or wrong. Please help me for the same.

                                    Hello team

                                    I had tried to book online 3 tickets for alpha movie for 25th aug 2018 for 7.30 pm show at royal meenakshi mall bangalore, my hdfc bank account got debited but i did not get any confirmation on mobile or email for tickets booked. I got an error message - lost in space and some i’d - 103395. I visited the mall and booked the ticket over the counter. I enquired with the person about the online booking that was’t successful, he said it will be reversed in a weeks time, but i have not got any credit to my bank account still.

                                    Let me know what’s the process for getting refund.

                                      I mukesh kumar gupta was overly charged for ticket price of rs. 1, 245 on date 10 july 2018, tuesday for movie sanju for 12pm show on screen 1 at cinepolis unity one rohini, delhi. Money was deducted from my account & i was not allotted any seats for the same. I already requested for refund a couple of days also but haven’t received any penny for the same. I am really disappointed with this careless behaviour of cinepolis & did not expected this from such highly reputed cinema hall like cinepolis. I too contacted akshay executive member of rohini branch on the same day face to face regarding this issue & he assured me that i would receive the refund within 3 working days but i have not received any refund yet.
                                      And also i have revived a message from cinepolis saying that my refund has been initiated and the amount will be returned to me within 9 working days but as of now not a single penny have been received by me from cinepolis.

                                      I humbly request again to revert my amount of rupees 1, 245 as soon as poosible.
                                      Payment was made using debit card ending (Protected) for rs.1245 in noida at cinepolis1121384 on[protected]
                                      09:37:16.
                                      I want my refund as soon as possible otherwise i have to knock the door of consumer court.
