Hi team,

Amount got deducted from my hdfc debit card but no confirmation received due to gateway timeout.

Gateway timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
Reference #1.9fe82d17.[protected].1397570d"- this error found while waiting for confirmation.

Below is the sms i received from my bank:
"thank you for using debit card ending 6048 for rs. 2439.00 in mumbai at cinepolis87175 on[protected]:12:09:02"

Movie name: sarkar
Date: 7th nov (Wed)
Show time: 5:30 pm
Seats: j4 to j12 (9 tickets)
Cinema: cinepolis orion east mall, bengaluru

Since there is no customer care number to call. I sent an email to [protected]@cinepolis.com. No response received yet.

I am a cinepolis loyalty card customer.

Please help to sort this out asap

    I have booked my ticket for Cinepolis Surat on 04.11.2018 for Thogs of Hidustan. I received bank SMS regarding payment and amount of INR 820 got deducted. But it is shown that transactions had failed on my PC. I also didnt get SMS link for M ticket. Please let me know whether i can receive SMS or will get refund for my ticket.

    I tried to book 2 tickets of badhaai ho for cinepolis rohini new delhi. Gateway timeout error shown. Money deducted from my debit card, no ticket booked. I want my money back in my account asap.

    Booked 2 ticket worth rupees 730 Rs. of badhaai ho from cinepolis rohini, new delhi on 04/112018 arount 1' O clock a.m at night money deducted from debit card no ticket booked. I WANT MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE @CINEPOLIS app.

          I visited cinepolis k star mall chembur on 30th october 2018 for halloween 5:10 p. M show in audi 2.

          Near the climax (Not the credits end but 10 or 15 minutes earlier) some of your staff came into doorway of audi and started talking loudly to the level some patron in audi had to yell at them.

          It ruined the suspense of movie and my attention was diverted therefore lost interest.

          I also notified the issue to the staff standing outside audi but one of them had audacity to lie to me that he was the one who was talking citing"mein sirf darwaja kholne ko bol raha that" which is a complete lie to my face because their talking lasted 20 30 seconds.

          Now i also put this complaint in visitors book but demanding refund for the inconveniences caused but haven't got reply even though i put my 2 mobile numbers in the visitor's book.

          I would like you to please investigate my complaint and please initiate refund.

          This is the 2nd time i complaining about cinepolis and i'm really loosing my patience.

          Kindly look into the matter and do oblige.

                Payment has been deducted but didn't receive any ticket notification
                My money has been deducted
                I booked for kannada movie at 12.20pm (1/11/2018)
                Please do refund my money as soon as possible.

                When can i expect my money to be refunded to my bank has it has been deducted from bank account.

                Please do send my money back to my bank account asap.

                            Sir i booked a ticket for a movie baazaar on 26/10/2018 around 7.25 pm show i went to theater around 6.50 and iam regular to that theater which was at malkajgiri cinepolise when i show the online ticket there one lady dont know her name told there is time for film and told to wait outside but my side and back people who booked for that film only ur people r allowing them in to theater after seeing i asked ur allowing people but u people didnt give any answer to me and before 5 min to film they allowed me this is what happening at ur malkajgiri cinepolis to customer there will be no proper responce plz take necessary actions and see not happen again and again

                              We had gone for a night show of sui-dhaaga yesterday 5th october 2018
                              Show timing : 10:30pm.in the interval we bought 4 nachos and 3 large
                              Cheese popcorn 2 large coke though not all in the same bill this was 3 bills.
                              To our surprise the nachos were soft not crisp at all, popcorn was a mix of
                              Caramel and plain that was also soft. Coke did not have fizz.
                              We thought maybe its the last show for the day so this is a bad service i
                              Went to the counter and told him that the popcorn is soft and not cheese but
                              A mix of caramel too which my kids would not eat. The person told me this is
                              Normal when we serve in such large quantities it does happen that they get
                              Mixed it ok to get mixed little but not to this quantity and why is nachos
                              And popcorn soft they should be fresh and crisp he just told me that its
                              Normal and he cant help. When i asked his name and a feedback phone
                              Number he said not to disturb him as he is doing the closing for the day.

                              show timing : 10:30pm. In the Interval we bought 4 nachos and 3 large
                              cheese popcorn 2 large coke though not all in the same bill this was 3 bills.
                              to our surprise the nachos were soft not crisp at all, popcorn was a mix of
                              caramel and plain that was also soft. coke did not have fizz.
                              We thought maybe its the last show for the day so this is a bad service i
                              went to the counter and told him that the popcorn is soft and not cheese but
                              a mix of caramel too which my kids would not eat. the person told me this is
                              normal when we serve in such large quantities it does happen that they get
                              mixed it OK to get mixed little but not to this quantity and why is nachos
                              and popcorn soft they should be fresh and crisp he just told me that its
                              normal and he cant help. when i asked his name and a feedback phone
                              number he said not to disturb him as he is doing the closing for the day.

                                I booked a show of 6.15 p. M at cinemastar on 19th oct 2018. I made the payment online via debit card. Amount of 410 was deducted from my account but i did not receive my m ticket. The web page keeps flashing that the site must be temporarily down. I need a refund for the same at the earliest. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

                                  Just went for the 12.45 pm show for movie "venom"at guwahati, assam. Purchased the executive seats n 2, 3 & 4.

                                  Seat number n3 was jammed in an open state when we entered. On complaint 2 persons came but were unable to fix the same. Again 2 persons came and took a copy of the booking receipt from us.

                                  No apology, no regret offered. Screwed our festive mood.

                                  Why are bookings accepted for defective seats and that too in the premium seatings.

                                  Demand suitable action, compensation and full refund of the 3 tickets of rs 300 each.

                                    Cinepolis in seasons mall, magarpatta, pune do not allow movie-goers to bring packed eatables inside the theatre even after the execution of the act.
                                    I have experienced this multiple times and there has been no change in the way it works. On informing and warning about the act the attendant became adamant and laid rude in speech. It is extremely shameful when big brands like cinepolis do not abide by the rules and on top of it flaunt the flaws of disregard.

                                      Inhad visited cinepolis mangalore yesterday with my kid only for the kid to be horrified. The behaviour of the security people left him in dear. Since he is a boy of 10 years we don't give him outside food. It was 7 o clock show and he was hungry. I had carried fruits and biscuits. Which the security personnel pulled of mercilessly and verbally offended us. By the time we came out the kid was hungry and was suffering from hyper acidity. This merciless act of the cinepolis must be rectified and is punishable.
