Updated by Suchita Varma We had gone for a night show of Sui-dhaaga yesterday 5th October 2018
show timing : 10:30pm. In the Interval we bought 4 nachos and 3 large
cheese popcorn 2 large coke though not all in the same bill this was 3 bills.
to our surprise the nachos were soft not crisp at all, popcorn was a mix of
caramel and plain that was also soft. coke did not have fizz.
We thought maybe its the last show for the day so this is a bad service i
went to the counter and told him that the popcorn is soft and not cheese but
a mix of caramel too which my kids would not eat. the person told me this is
normal when we serve in such large quantities it does happen that they get
mixed it OK to get mixed little but not to this quantity and why is nachos
and popcorn soft they should be fresh and crisp he just told me that its
normal and he cant help. when i asked his name and a feedback phone
number he said not to disturb him as he is doing the closing for the day.
I have been sending feedback since then but no response
