    Hi...
    My husband and I had purchased a Club Mahindra membership[protected] on 4th April. We were lied to by the sales person , Mr Joy from the Andheri office who told us that we could book new year holidays in goa 3 months in advance. However, a chance call to the call centre made us realize the truth that the same period comes under ''purple'' segement, something he had conveniently forgotten to mention to us and we could book only 15 days in advance. His manager, Mr Asraf Khan also told us that our 10% downpayment will not be returned...
    Our subsequent interactions with them were also very dissapointing as they kept stalling for time when we asked a refund of our downpayment of 10%. I keep getting excuses like ''we were in a whole day training'' or ''our systems are down'' from MADU D who is supposedly of the customer cell.
    Please help. This is getting very very harrassing.

      Sir i am surprised that in this type of company there is no listening to the customers
      i repeatedly requested to u and ur representatives that mine is an 33 years membership and pls

      kindly look into the matter and do the corrections but no one bothered abt it . Strange!
      I now think that u people r bothered abt ur money only no abt ur customers. this is Good.
      this is my 3 letter to u and i am sending u the copy of the letter which i wrote to u earlier.

      i am an esteemed memeber o[censored]r world known and esteemed company
      In 2004 ur executive mr. RS Pandey came and offered a lifetime membership to me
      He told me that i will get many benefits if i become the member of his company
      i was highly excited abt the offers and was happy that i am getting a good opportunity to be

      associated with this esteemed company. he told me that total offers will be more then rs. 50k . i

      was just thinking abt it then your other executive Mr. sameer seth and rajesh gandhi came and told

      me that i will be offered 33 years membership which will be valid to go to all the club mahindra

      resorts and even to abroad also under exchange program through rci
      they also told me that i will be offered a sony handicam and two welcome weeks and 5 years rci

      membership and many other offers also i[censored] joined now
      so i readily agreed
      and joined
      but to my surprise when my weeks lapsed notice came to me i immediately contacted the chd office

      (membership was afterwards transfered from delhi office to chd) they told me that u r given 25 years

      membership and in this membership this will happen . I was totally shocked and i feel like been

      cheated by such a big company which i never expected from a company like this
      more over i was not given my offers like handicam and all
      then i went to chd office i meet miss ankush and mr sarvesh kumar and i also came to know that my

      some dues r pending so they didnt release the gift but abt the lifetime membership they had no

      answer. i was also told that both mr sameer and mr rajesh had left the company so they cannot be

      contacted. i was being cheated by these two heads of the company and no one is ready to listen me
      when i checked my bank passbooks a payment of 10070 has been withdrawn from the bank and it is not

      showing in the statement of the membership
      i gave them the photocopy of the passbook
      and they assures me that this problem will be solved but it will take time
      then a members meet was held at panipat
      i was also invited so i also went there thinking that there my problems will be solved
      Mr Ritesh Sharma the branch manager meet me there
      he listened to me very patiently and assured me that he will try to resolve all my problems i came

      back back with a feeling that this company is not a deaf company but till date there is no solution

      to my problems
      many phone calls from the company came from different persons who came in the company and enquired

      abt the pending money but no one is ready to solve the problem
      then mr.perminder called me from delhi office and assured me that my problems will be resolved but

      i have to come to delhi
      so i went there immediately thinking that he will not also left the company like others but when i

      reached there he was not there and mr. tanveer met me there
      he listened to me patiently
      and told me that mr. satnam from chd. can solve the problem
      i m tired of being travelling between chd and delhi
      but still no solution
      i was being cheated by such a big company
      and after this type of harrasment which i m facing i decided to write to the company directly
      i hope my original 33 membership will be given with the gift worth rs. 50k
      i hope that i will not be disappointed this time
      i hope u take action and not make me to change the impression i m having abt such a big company.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        Club mahindra given me membership no. is 1756772, telling me that it is temporary and without any term and condition to offer me a special offer to goa , in february 20010., this membership was given me by telling me false and unlawfull method by sales executive at club Mahindra jaipur office. This is a totally against rule of law and misrepresentation of facts and breach of contract in first site , But now I am feeling cheated by club mahindra.

        While offering this membership to me without my agreeness , the club mahindra executive’s misrepresented the facts and hides many facts to offer the membership.

        They told us by phone call (me and my wife) that I won a lucky draw , the fact is they never conducted any lucky draw. They call all the persons who fill up their coupens their person put at various stall petrol pumps or at book fair. While calling me telemarketing person of club mahindra told me that I get free holiday gift from club Mahindra whithout any terms and conditions, please come our office at durgavihar jaipur to collect this gift. Though I confirmed that time to the calling person that is their any term and condition , they assured me that there is no term and condition. On the good faith of Mahindra brand which this company uses I trusted and take my precious time from my work to visit club Mahindra office on the same day they call me

        As, they misrepresented to us that the offer was available for only that day and we had to choose at that particular time.

        Thirdly they told us about ASF, but never told that this charge will be increased every year, instead the sales person emphasized that this is specific only at club Mahindra that your ASF will never change in 25 years and will be same and you will get holidays without affected by inflation but it was wrong.

        Forthly, they told us that only some families have been chosen by their centre for availing this offer.( Centre is situated at durga vihar, tonk road, jaipur).This is again a lie, as I latter find that they use unethical practice of sales and marketing to cheat innocent persons . the method they use is objectionable, unlawful and harassing innocent people both mentally and financially.

        This is clear case misrepresentation and hiding of facts.

        I have paid Rs. 15564 ( Rs 1000 cash + 14564 chequ e) in good faith of brand Mahindra that I will never be in trouble. The sales executive mr. pawan suhag promise me that u trust on Mahindra brand and further told me that this amount is to be paid as upfront fee for giving u a special offer without any terms and condition. Latter on the same day he send an employee to my house and told me that for the purpose of account verification and audit purpose a cancelled cheque is required. I asked him to promise that this cancelled cheque should not be used for any transaction without my agreement in written to the bank I had account. Mr. pawan suhag promised me that cancelled cheque given by me will not be used for any transaction and need not to worry about it as he is executive of Mahindra a branded company.

        I want to tell some facts about my membership. On the belief as told by sales executive that my membership is a formality and temporary only to avail special offer without any terms and condition for any extra payment . I will be free to cancel this fomal membership after availing special offer and no extra payment will be asked to pay .
        But I was surprised after checking my bank account and found by manager that club Mahindra company applied to debit EMI from my account by ECS . I told bank manager that I never told by sales executive about this and nor I signed any mandatory form of state bank of india for ECS, then how they able to do this without my agreeness and written paper. For clarification I called club Mahindra jaipur office to speak with mr. pawan suhag who was sales executive and taken cancelled cheque and promise me not to use this for any transaction. But now the drama of this branded company started and I understood that there is a cheating and unethical business that they are doing. I asked To explain how they applied ECS for EMI from my account directly without my consent from the manager club Mahindra jaipur office mr vikash jain, he did not give any satisfied answer and told one employee ( mr pawan suhag) may be wrong and done wrong things and give one day to talk with that pawan suhag and manager himself will call me. After that day mr vikash jain never called me nor available when I call office tel no. as operator tell always, that he is busy in outcall or in meeting and he himself will contact me when free . but I never get call from him. He is hiding to talk as he and his sales executive know they done wrong and illegal work .


        I further tried to contact at personal mobile of mr pawan suhag once he attended my call but he turned from his promise and was telling he taken cancelled cheque for other purpose rather than audit as he promised as told me at the day club Mahindra called us at their office for providing special lucky offer
        .
        I am very surprised and confused for which I paid so much when I was not interested in their plan at all.
        The way the club mahindra get its client is highly objectionable. As per the contract act also, if an agreement is done by misrepresentation, it is voidable at the option of the party who has been misrepresented.

        The agreement entered into by me and club mahindra is the outcome of misrepresentation of facts and fraudulent activity ( referring lucky draw, whereas there is no lucky draw etc.) of their marketing personnel. Thus it is not valid in law itself.

        Please help me to get out of this agreement and getting back my EMI Rs 3481 debited by illegal electronic mea ns without any written mendatory form for ECS of my bank, by club mahindra.

          I am attaching below the correspondence made with club mahindra. The problems are the following.
          1. Executive made wrong commitments. Regarding giving special offer.
          2. Took 15564 as special offer package.
          3. Took 12 pdc cheques and started realising but it was asked by the executive that he will ask about the continuation of membership after we avail the special offer.
          4. I send request for not realising the pdc cheques. Still they are harassing by sending urgent attention emails.
          5. The branch manager asked for a meeting himself but till date he didnot bother to arrange it. The executive is trying to persuade me now not to go for the meeting with the branch manager for the sake of his reputation.

          Such a strained communication gap between the corporate branches is frustrating.
          I would like to talk to the hr manager cmahindra. And i desire to know why mr. Sughosh choudhary did not arrange for a meeting till date as promised and emailed by him.
          I am attaching that email.
          I had asked again for arranging ther meeting but it remainen unresponded. Why?
          C mahindra is fast enough to devour the money from the customer but when a person is in distress they neglect it. Your customer care is too poor. And above all there is no single person who communicate. Each day a different fellow receive the mail and resond and tracked they say i did not send it or i will forward the same to the branch. Such diplomacy of such a reputed organisation is shameful.
          Pls reply and respond urgently.

          Club Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd — Harassment over phone

          Dear Concerned,

          I have been receiving unsolicited phone calls (mostly originating locally in Mumbai) from Club Mahindra Holidays & Resorts offering their membership on some pretext or the other. The company's telemarketing people call at the oddest hour (for eg on a sunday afternoon) almost twice every week now a days and this has been going on for more than a year now.

          Neither I am a member nor I intend to become one after such harassment over phone. The surprising fact is that my mobile number (+91-[protected]) is under NDNC since last 2 years.

          Even when I intimated the same to these telemarketing people, they not only fail to update data at their end but also continue calling again & again.

          Is there a way out of this harassment?

            I had agreed for the membership on promises from the executive and paid the down payment, when I received the well come letter I found that, whatever promises they given is not meeting, immidiately I requested for cancellation for my membership or deliver the things whtever promised during the registration, instead of cancelling of my member ship, they started drawing the EMI from the bank for that I have not signed at all. So I request the concern to take against club mahindra and help me to get back my money and compansiation for torchuring mentally.

              i had taken mahindra holidays from their TheHUb,Goregaon-East, Mumbai branch. my membership no. is 1658189. At that time along with many other things Ms. Shweta told that their is an offer of Digi camera if you take the membership now and if you dont want the camera you will get Rs. 18400/- as cash back. i have already paid 4 out of 24 emI. In march i was send te camera which i din't take as i had asked for cash back. after sending them mails stating the same thing last week i got a cheque of Rs. 4000/-. when i called Ms. Shweta regarding the same she asked me keep the cheque and told that she will get back. but since the time i have taken the membership they either dont take my calls or tell that they will get back but they never. i spoke to their Andheri-east person also who again said she will get back. would like to know what can be done for this cheating?

                Hello everyone.

                I took Mahindra holiday pack white studio on Feb 1st 2010. The pack worth Rs: 2,50,000. and opted for the down payment option for 60 months by paying 10% upfront, believing the words of sales executive Vikas & Sinumon.M/S. Oxford business cochin, They promised me that i can avail 7days regular holidays and 5 free holidays as soon as i make the down payment and include freebies like Rs:10,000 worth Air travel voucher.

                Now here comes the catch, after paying the cash i received welcome call from the company, from them got to know that, In order to avail my free holidays i need to wait for 3 months, and to avail my regular holidays i need to further wait for 18 months & for promised travel voucher i have to make 3 EMI's, i don't find any use with this travel voucher, B'coz its validity is for 1year and I can start use my regular holiday only after 18 months. So who is the looser?

                On top of all these ridicule, I had a another Bitter experience from Mahindra's, I booked for Munnar resort for easter holidays (2nd april - 4th april)10 days in advance. I didn't receive confirmation regarding the availability of room till 1st April 2010. In the end I couldn't go for holiday, Thanks to the Mahindra's, I never thought of such an experience from Mahindra Group run by Anand Mahindra and Arun Nanda for club mahindra. I don't know what to do now. Its a big Mistake that i took in life. For sure i will be much more watch full in dealing with MNC.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have taken my approach before you for redressal for the following facts:-

                  1) In the evening on 20th Dec, 2009, I received a call on my Mobile from Mr. Prem (Mob. No. - [protected]) on behalf of Club Mahindra Holiday that I had won a lottery for 2 (two) night/ 3 (three) days free holiday package at Club Mahindra Holiday Resort on the basis of tie up between Club Mahindra Holiday & Hyundai Motors, India & the same would be given to me if I went to Rudra Hyundai, Asansol with my family on 21/12/2009 at 1:00 PM. Upon my query, he replied that the contact number had been obtained from Rudra Hyundai, Asansol & also told that this was being carried out for just advertisement of Club Mahindra Holiday & other Hyundai Car holders were also being called on.

                  2) I along with my family (wife Mrs. Sangita (Saha) Mandal went to Rudra Hyundai, Asansol at about 1:00 PM on 21/12/2009 & met Mr. Pradeep Bist, Head of the Representative team & his associate Mr. Arun Kumar. We got the following information at their desk:

                  i) We would be given 2 (two) nights/ 3 (three) days free holiday stay at Club Mahindra Holiday Resort only for accommodation & nothing else. That was the lottery, we had own.

                  Besides this, they demonstrated about various membership policies like Blue, White, Red & Purple & confirmed the followings: -

                  ii) Under Blue Membership –(a) Policy is for 25 years of an amount of Rs. 155642/- (b) Every year, there will be 8 (eight) nights/ 9(nine) days holiday accommodation in addition to Rs. 3000/- food voucher along with site seeing & all amenities available at their respective 5 star Club Mahindra Holiday Resorts absolutely free of cost in India & abroad during any time in a calendar year except from 25th Dec to 1st Jan. (c) A member can be able to avail the same with other family members subject to maximum 4 adults. (d) Number of days in a calendar year can be advanced beyond 8 N/9 D based on the condition that extra number of days will be subtracted from the ending year i. e. 25th year. (c) On payment of 10% of Rs. 155642/- i.e. Rs. 15564/- one will be able to become a member of Club Mahindra Holiday & rest amount either can be paid in single term Or on EMI over a period of 60 months without having any interest. (d) If a member did not pay or discontinue paying EMI, his/her membership will be cancelled, but based on the payment of 10%, member will be able to avail 8 (eight) nights/ 9(nine) days holiday accommodation with Rs. 3000/- food voucher, site seeing & all amenities available at their respective 5-Star Club Mahindra Holiday Resorts absolutely free of cost in India & abroad for a single time & validity will be for one year. (d) Offer was valid for spot booking only on payment of 10% of Rs. 155642/- i. e. Rs. 15564/-& there was no chance of thinking further. (e) Member has to bear only transportation cost from home & back.

                  After learning all that, I first hesitated to do anything & wanted to leave that place giving the reason that I generally avoid doing anything on Monday. Then, they insisted & misguided us that my wife can be able to do that with I being the second person or co-member. After that, they placed a form in front o[censored]s. As per my question regarding the written contents of the Form & its purpose, Mr. Bist told that nothing else was written, only the facts that they had demonstrated before us & just for formality. Believing on them & without going through the details of the form, I then permitted my wife to sign on the Form. After the signing of my wife, they lastly, disclosed that second person also had to sing on that paper. However, I repeatedly refused to sign anything on that day giving the same previous logic. Ultimately, after consistent pressure & misguide, I singed on that Form as a second person for a single time only & also in short form. As per their demo, I paid 10% amount (i.e. Rs. 15564/-) by my UCO Bank debit card & got a receipt. Mr. Bist told me that a cancel check would be required for verification of my account, but did not mentioned about time & the mode of payment of the rest amount i.e. ECS/Check. They also told us that within one month we would get a KIT with all the documents at our communicated address. We left the place with two free coupon i.e. for 4 (four) night/ 5 (five) days free holiday stay at Club Mahindra Holiday Resort, instead of one i.e. for 2 (two) night/ 3 (three) days as a lottery. Accordingly, after one week, I handed over a cancel check of Axis Bank (Check No. - 135879) to Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Representative of Club Mahindra Holiday at Durgapur Thermal Power Station, Damodar Valley Corporation, Durgapur -713207.

                  Some of the incidences, which go on to show how things have worked out after payment till now as follows: -

                  1) After some days, I received a confirmation call from Miss/Mrs. Paromita Jana, Member Relations (Ph. No.[protected] confirming my personal details, but calling representative told some contradictory terms & conditions against the demonstration at Asansol. Immediately, I refused about ASF, RCI & she also did not tell about week classification chart, time & mode of payment of EMI except a cancel cheque of Axis Bank (Check No. - 135879) what I had submitted. After my continuous reiteration of the facts, the calling representative agreed to check back with the sales team. Then about half an hour later, Mr. Kumar called to me & told that he would manage that & directed me to tell that I had been demonstrated about ASF, RCI at Rudra Hyundai, Asansol on 21/12/2009, otherwise my membership will not be done. But, I flatly refused to do anything like that & told him to send the leaflet of terms & conditions for verification immediately & then I would decide about my membership. He also told that I would receive a call again from the same lady. However, the welcome caller never called up again. I was helpless.

                  2) On 19th Jan, 2010, we got a KIT at our residence having a computer generated & signed welcome letter, a week classification chart, Membership details, mode of payment of EMI through ECS & a leaflet of terms & conditions. After going through all the documents, I learnt that most of the terms & conditions are contradictory. I had no knowledge about the time & mode of payment of EMI, ASF, RCI, etc. At the time of submission of cancel cheque to Mr. Singh, I asked about its requirement, but he replied that it was just for verification of account & nothing else. Therefore, how they had obtained the clearance for ECS is a great mystery & to be asked, because my signature on the form was in short form & in the bank I do it in full form. After that, on that day itself, I feed backed to Club Mahindra Holiday through E-mail regarding all the matters.

                  3) After waiting three days to get a reply, on 21st Jan, 2010 in the evening at about 19:30 hrs, I compelled to dial to Mr. Bist but his number was not reachable. After that I dialed to Mr. Arun Kumar, but he did not received any call, then to customer centre at Kolkata, but all gone in vain. At about 22:00 hrs. Mr. Kumar dialed back to me & asked about the problem. I replied only that I like to talk to your Branch head or Mr. Bist, but he replied that Mr. Bist’s mobile had been lost & the same would be activated after two days & repeatedly pressurized me to disclose the problem before him.. However, I avoided telling any thing before him.

                  4) On 22nd in the evening, we dialed to Club Mahindra Holiday via all India customer care & the same call reached at Chennai. I told all the matters what had happened until now as I had only received a reply via e-mail that the same would be resolved by local customer centre, i.e. Kolkata Branch. The member relation presented at Chennai replied to me to keep patience & problem will be solved by Local Branch.

                  5) On 23rd Jan, 2010 we received two missed call[protected] at about 11:21. When we called back to that number, at the receiving end, we got Miss//Mrs. Paromita Jana, Member Relations. I told all the grievances before her, but she was reluctant to listen. Instead, I told her to either cancel my membership or conform to the terms & conditions demonstrated at the time of spot booking at Rudra Hyundai, Asansol on 21/12/2009. But, she refused to comply all these things & told me that membership can only be cancelled when 60% of whole amount would be paid. Then I dialed to Mr. Bist but again his number was not reachable. After that, I compelled to phone up to Mr. Kumar about the conversion with Miss//Mrs. Paromita & told him to cancel my membership. He agreed to check back to me after half an hour. At about 14:49 hrs. I received a call from Mr. Bist (Ph.no. -[protected]) & I discussed about all the matters. He agreed to check back to me after half an hour. But, two of them never call up again. I was helpless.

                  6) After that on 25th Jan, 2010, I received a call from Miss/ Mrs. Charmaine Dhawan, & some altercation happened, but ultimately, she refused to listen & comply to any terms & conditions demonstrated at Rudra Hyundai, Asansol. In the evening, Mr. Bist confirmed only about placing & non-collection of any EMI.

                  7) On 9th Feb, 2010 I e-mailed to Mr. Anirudha C. regional manager, Kolkata & Lukhnow about non- receiving of any authentic reply about non-collection of EMI & any confirmation of Booking 4 (four) days at Shimla from 11 – 14 Apr, 2010 & 4 (four) days at Manali from 15th – 18th Apr, 2010, against my call to Mr. Bist on 3rd Feb, 2010.

                  8) On 14th Feb, 2010 I emailed to Miss/Mrs. Charmaine Dhawan, to book 6(six) night at Manali from 20th April, 2010. However, that also gone in vain.

                  9) When they are not able to book any accommodation at Manali or Shimla, I changed my destination & on 23rd Feb, 2010 e-mailed to Miss/Mrs. Dhawan to book 8 N/ 9D accommodation at Goa in between 14th & 25th Mar, 2010. It also had gone in vain. They still failed to confirmed the same.

                  10) After that I had made hectic follow up & numerous e-mails & calls, but, they even failed to give any accommodation of the free gift coupons offered at the time of spot booking. Where just to be flexible, I offered alternate destination & dates in the e-mail according to their availability. When I got no confirmation about booking, I compelled to e-mail to Mr. Bist about paying no heed towards the matter & to follow up consequences at their pay & cost.

                  Copies of all the e-mails are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

                  Due to the above harassments & cheating, I compelled to debit –freeze my savings account at AXIS Bank against which the cancel cheque had been issued to Club Mahindra.

                  Therefore, I want my money back (Rs. 15564/-) with interest as well as compensation for consequences I had to face before & after signing of the membership form.

                  Main bhi ik Shikar hoon but country club ka. Ye sabhi ik hi thaili ke chate batte hai.. and inka kuch nahi ho sakata. koi organisation hani hai jo inse hame bacha sake aur hamara paisa wapas dila saken.
                  Club Mahindra Holiday people keep harassing you on the phone if you have given them your number by Mistake. They keep prowling areas such as BIG BAZAR, HyperCity.

                    a) It all started with an invitation to attend a presentation of “Club Mahindra holidays” at Gurgaon in 2007 . However at the presentation, I was told to buy the membership then & there as it would not be available later. – A clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice being followed by MHIL.
                    b) The free gift vacation package promised at the time of enrollment ensured that I wouldn't be paying more than 16k for the trip for visa and other charges, however, we were asked to shell out 44k.
                    c) Multiple complaints just came with hollow promises of getting back. Two exceutives did get back with another promise of getting back.
                    d) I had already paid Rs 62000/- when asked about refund as we haven't used any of their services including free gift , it was complete refusal. And offered other service offers which looked more as another way to extract money.

                    Two days after I posted this comment, Meenu & Vijay got back with hollow promises to get back with resolution in 10 days. Still waiting to hear from them after a month. Not sure how. Anand Mahindra is managing with such pathetic after sales.

                    Is there anyway to get response from them . Sad part is that in our country every one gets away including Mumbai attack folks.

                      This company is totally fraud. I got a call from them saying that my name is selected through some lucky draw and I will get a free holiday voucher and a movie voucher along with some 100rs gift.
                      They scheduled a appointment with us(me and my wife) at 20.30 on 20th of march 2010 at kalyani nagar office (2 nd floor, big adlabs, kalyani nagar, pune). When we reached there, they started with the program and asked us to join the membership but when I told that i can't take the decision without asking my parents they refused to give the free voucher to us. They misbehaved with us. I said we are told that session will be of 1 hour only and we will get the free voucher for sure. Then they said if we will tell you the truth the this presentation will take more than 2 hr then you will never come.
                      On call I was told that with that voucher I need not to pay any tax and stay will be absolutely free but now they say we have to pay Rs.6000 as tax at the time, when we reach at the holiday spot.
                      I am surprised why no action is taken against this company till now. I can see lot of complains and blogs of people who are being cheated by this company.

                          hi... i had booked a domestic ticket thru them. (1) they bragged about 1000+ discount... which turned out to be 1000+ extra as compared to the actual airline fare. (2) i had asked for non-smoking window seat. their exe. rahul said that it is confirmed, but when i called the airline... they had no such notification. (2) at the time of booking, rahul had also bragged about complimentary meal... again that was also a bluff. all u guys out their DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKET THROUGH CLUB MAHINDRA. They will cheat u and make your trip a horrid experience right at the start.

                          Dear Editor:On the 7th of September 2008, I visited the Club Mahindra Outlet at CSM, NOIDA or I should say I got a call to collect free holidays vouchers of club Mahindra and I showed interest(because they offered me some attracting false commitment) in becoming a member of the Club. I was told to submit 15% of the membership Fee as Down Payment and was assured that I would get laptop as free gift for that. I made a payment of Rs.33725/- vide my credit Card on the spot. I was allotted a membership ID number of 1371733 .

                          However after 30 days, I didn’t get my laptop delivered, I contacted the persons [ Mr Rajiv Verma [[protected]] and Ms Neha Kaur [[protected]] ] who actually had deceived me via offering me some false commitment like cash back of Rs. 5000/- as member referral and laptop, withdrawal of membership if not satisfied etc. They didn't tell me that you can cancel the membership within 10 days from the application and this is what that i got to know after one month when i received my booklet of terms and condition.

                          I enquired for my laptop and all but they did not handle it in a way it should have been. i was in shock how come these people do it with me . Then I made call to customer care regarding my free laptop and cash back and they said you would get your laptop and cash back after clearance of 2 EMIs, this made me really shocked again.

                          I dropped mail to sanjeev.[protected]@clubmahindra.com and kept [protected]@clubmahindra.com and dilpreet.[protected]@clubmahindra.com in CC where as Sanjeev is on higher post in club Mahindra . On next day I got call from Ms ISHA / Meenakshi Saxena regarding the same, they said it has been escalated to higher management and they would get this case in my favor and would deliver laptop to me ASAP and they did that.

                          In mean while of this all, My first EMI day had come and I made it bounced intentionally as I had a very bad experience with Rajeev and Neha or I can say Club Mahindra representatives as I neither had my laptop in my hand nor the cash back .

                          Isha / Minakshi asked me to pay the EMI and collect the laptop . As I wasn’t carrying that much of money with me at that time so gave them the approval of EMI amount via my credit card impression . I did this because if I don’t receive this laptop I would be in loss of Rs. 33725/- and if I agree to pay EMI amount I at least would get laptop as recovery of money which Club Mahindra Representative deceived via making false commitment to me.

                          However on returning home, I got to see the laptop is a defective and outdated [348 MB RAM, 75 GB HDD without Operating System ]piece of HCL company and this is what Club Mahindra have given me. I really did not have any more interest to remain the member of the club Mahindra (Where such people are working who even doesn’t have work ethic). I immediately sent mail to withdraw from the membership and effect immediately.

                          I requested to refund my money and take laptop back . Then i received call from Shikha Vohra Assistent manager, Club Mahindra, Delhi . She told me that they would not return my money as they have can return money only within 10 days from application and not after that. She clearly said this is not possible to refund my money. She insisted me to continue the membership, But so far i had very bad experience with Club Mahindra so i am not in mood to continue this membership . She denied to retun my money.

                          I seriously doubt the intentions of the officers
                          club mahindra has hired and the business model they have started following .

                          Hence want the intervention of "publishaletter" to get my refund released at the earliest . Also, the errant people should be taken to task for their negligence in causing an issue where none existed resulting in loss of valuable time and effort. You are requested to take immediate action.

                          Sanjiv Kumar is the bluddy culprit of club mahindra holidays. he doesn't pick the phone once u r through the membership. He asks his employees to make lot of fake commitments. Even i missed my honeymoon because of that . He is not a human being actuually he is a devil... I have taken red-1-bedroom membership on the commitment of goa booking and the branch manager of bhikaji cama place, new delhi Sanjiv Kumar himself confirmed the booking but at the end they were not ready to fulfil their commitment. This all happened beacuse of one Sanjiv Kumar, he is a bludy greedy person who can [censored] his mother to achieve his targets. Shame on man...

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          I am a member of Club mahindra. My membership no. is 1444996. I took this membership in february 2009. I want to cancell my membership now.
                          But now I am feeling cheated by club mahindra.
                          While selling this membership, the club mahindra executive’s misrepresented the facts and hides some facts to sell the membership.
                          They told us (me and my wife) that I won a lucky draw . the fact is they never conducted any lucky draw. They call all the persons who fill up their coupens.
                          Secondly, they misrepresented us that the offer was available for only that day and we had to choose at that particular time.
                          Thirdly they told us about ASF, but never told that this charge will be increased every year.
                          Forthly, they told us that only some families have been chosen by their centre for availing this offer.( Centre is situated at metro walk, rohini, new delhi).This is again a lie.

                          They never told us that 60 percent of the cost of the membership is towards the admission fee that is not refundable.
                          This is clear case misrepresentation and hiding of facts.

                          I have paid Rs. 58000/- and now they are telling that if you cancel your membership, I can get nothing as my balance will be negative after deducting admission fee.

                          They never told me how they calculate the admission fee. If one person have not paid the full amount of membership, how can they calculate admission fee on full amount?

                          I want to tell you some facts about my membership. I have taken blue studio. I have paid Rs. 58000/- (approx) till now. I have never availed any facility from club mahindra.

                          I mailed to club mahindra on 10th march 2009 to [protected]@clubmahindra.com to cancel the membership and to refund my money.
                          After one day I received a call from club mahindra that I can cancel my membership but I can not get any amount of refund.

                          I further mailed to them but I received a call that I can sell the membership to any other person but if I opt to cancel I will never get anything from club mahindra.
                          I am very surprised and confused for which I am paying so much when I am not interested in their membership at all. I have not taken any facility from them then why I cannot get my amount back.

                          The way the club mahindra get its client is highly objectionable. As per the contract act also, if an agreement is done by misrepresentation, it is voidable at the option of the party who has been misrepresented.
                          The agreement entered into by me and club mahindra is the outcome of misrepresentation of facts and fraudulent activity ( referring lucky draw, whereas there is no lucky draw etc.) of their marketing personnel. Thus it is not valid in law itself.
                          Please help me to get out of this agreement and getting my money back from club mahindra.

                          1. I Arun Kalia was declared winner of club Mahindra holiday and provided a coupon to this effect. Howevre, when I contacted them for booking, they did not even bother to respond to my request.

                          2. I personally visited their office in sector 35, at least thrice, call on this number[protected], however each time their attitude was evasive and finally. I have been flatly told me they can not give me any booking.
                          3. I fail to understand, if they cannot honor their promise, why do they cheat innocent people, by mentally harassing them. I am very upset, and disappointed.

                          the club mahindra people are really cheat, they invite people, and give them fake information & offers ( free gift and movie voucher etc ) and ask them to join the club, and if you dont join the club they will never complete there commitment. i was also cheated by the same manner. they invited me & my wife on 25 dec 2010 for one hour demonstration and wasted our 3 hr, and promised for 2 movie passes and a gift( maharaja toaster) to be sent on my address, which we never received inspite of many calls & reminder to there representatives( ms pooja ) who invited us .                             I was visited by one Ms. Mangalya, Club Mahindra representative Bangalore in December 2009 and spent time hearing their offers. When I told them that I needed time to think about the offers, they said that I could block a membership immediately and if I didn't like it then I could request for a cancellation within 10 days. Under this condition, I agreed to have the initial fee to be paid from my credit card. Needless to say, I didn't like the offers and so I requested for cancellation of membership. I called up Mangalya and spoke to her regarding the same. She said that she will take care of the same. However i got a email confirming my membership although i do not want to be a member.

                            I have been in touch with the cutomer relationship manager and branch manager. However nobody is interested in helping me. Although someone has got in touch with me they insist that i become a member and that i will not be able to get the money back. I have also written a letter to the MD but there has been no response.

                            Would someone please be able to tell me which consumer forum/ court can I approach so as to bring Club Mahindra to redress my grievance? And how can I go about doing this?

                            I visited the Club Mahindra Ghatkopar East franchisee outlet in November 2008 and spent time hearing their offers. When I told them that I needed time to think about the offers, they said that I could block a membership immediately and if I didn't like it then I could request for a cancellation within 7 days. Under this condition, I agreed to have the initial fee to be paid from my credit card. Needless to say, I didn't like the offers and so I requested for cancellation of membership. I corresponded with their [protected]@clubmahindra.com service center and with their call center executives regularly, however, even after almost 10 months, there has not been any response from their side. I even corresponded with their marketing executive (Hemant Kumar), however, I have heard only false promises of someone getting in touch with me soon. Nobody has contacted me yet for this matter and I keep corresponding with the company representatives continuously.
                            Would someone please be able to tell me which consumer forum/ court can I approach so as to bring Club Mahindra to redress my grievance? And how can I go about doing this?

                            i am also member of club mahendra any membership no. is 23499533 and i have paid Rs.16833/- on 12.06.2011 and immediately withinn that month i have asked for my refund then what they are saying you will get 35% to 40% refund after some times they are saying that you want get your refund as per law even i am also facing the same problem fedup with club mahindera if this type of behiviour of this company that means they lootifying to the customers. not only that every staff is dirrent diffrent reply if you can tell where exactly i have to lodge the complain and asked for my refund. please help me.

And I m highly regretful to have membership of club mahindra.they are having much more members den there capacity n we don't get reservation even before onemonth.it's realy disgusting to wait in queue for a trivial trip n dat to not assisted well.e.g. Yr kumbalgadh is always full whenever we try.they must refund our money if they cnt not able to maintain there customers. Better they set us free of trap u plan with a series of wrong committments while taking membership.also we hv cplained to there Ahmedabad office.bt Ders no solution found. I m a businessman n not a salaried person.I don't have time to run like a dog for bookings n beg for my own lawful trip. So I strongly want my money back otherwise consumer courts are familiar to every single citizens now.

                                Steer clear of Mahindra Holidays .
                                I give you the following reasons
                                They do not deliver on their commitments; they renege on their promises ; and are often unresponsive and not reachable; and would come up with some pretext or the other to avoid meeting their commitments
                                I enrolled for their program because they promised me 2 weeks of international holidays thru RCI at any of their '9500' resorts and premium properties like 'Le Meridian'.. but when it actually came to delivery, they came up with a lot of conditions and fine prints which seriously restricted the choice of properties available.
                                what was marketed to me as a rupees 70000 worth of incentive did not even cost them Rs 4000 and was worth much lesser as the properties available were either in the middle of nowhere or involved further payment
                                Most importantly their ( club mahindras' ) ATS charges are prohibitive.. they have a clause relating to inflation built in .. and what that means is that there would be times in the 25 years period when due to inflation, you would end up paying Rs 50000 as annual mainentance charges alone !!! this is over and above what you would have paid as membership charges..
                                assuming that you start with an annual maintenance charge of Rs 7500/- per year.. at 10% inflation the total money that you may pay as ATS would be close to Rs 750000 in 25 years !!! and at 7% it works to close Rs 475000/-..
                                so steer clear of this club mahindra.. even their properties are mostly way outside the popular tourist locales and you would end up spending a ball reaching them
                                and then since their properties are far away from any kind of market , you would perforce have to use the properties food/beverages.. which currently work out to Rs 750/- per day per person !!!
                                so for a weeks holiday for a couple.. it would work out to Rs 9000/- for six days !!!

                                so please be very careful.. do not go by their promises.. they are unreliable..they are unprofessional and extremely ruthless people.. the mahindra name is no guarantee for anything in this context
                                Buyer beware.
                                Join them only in case you have spare money to waste !!

                                The above response from club mahindra to my complaints is an eye wash. their entire senior management is aware of this issue.. and yet they continue to put up convenient stances in public,
                                The fact is these are corporate hooligans.. completely unreliable and petty..
                                Steer clear of them . I am having to fight to get my own hard earned money back despite the fact that it was their poor services, lies, lack of customer orientation making me wanting to exit the membership.

                                  To begin with, I enrolled for a Club Mahindra Blue holiday package on Thursday 04th March 2010, with Direct sales Manager, Mr. Mahesh Shetty (mobile No. 9********7) who visited my house. (Please note at the time of writing this my membership number is still not generated hence I am unable to provide you with the same)
                                  On the very next day Friday 05th March I informed Mr. Mahesh Shetty (mobile No. 9*********7) that I would like to cancel my membership with Club Mahindra. I also spoke to Mr. Jayan (mobile no.9********4) and informed him the same. I was shocked to learn from these two gentlemen, that I could not cancel my membership under any circumstances and would have to forgo my entire amount if I did the same. The reason they give me is that since I enrolled under a special scheme/offer I was not entitled to cancel my membership. This part was not explained to me at the time of enrolling. I also went through your enrolment form and nowhere does it mention of ‘no-refund’ in case of special Offer/scheme.
                                  You would agree that Refund is an ethical part of business in the service sector, wherein if services are not provided, a customer is entitled for refund. Since my request was placed within 24 hours of signing the documents and the membership number was still not generated, and no services, were provided by you, I think I am justified in asking for a refund of full amount paid by me at the time of my request, and hence it would be non-ethical on Club Mahindra’s part to forfeit my entire amount.
                                  Further, these gentlemen mentioned above, encourage me to avail a holiday, which costs more than the amount I have paid and then cancel my membership which I do not wish to do as it pricks my conscience.

                                    I use Airtel & since morning Club Mahindra is disturbing me at a time it is sending me 10 sms of which 3 i deleted but as I still getting and giving me disturbance so I am taking ur help .

                                      I have purchased Mahindra rodeo on 11/2/2010 . From the day one i am facing the issue.
                                      the tyres are getting heated so badly even if it runs 1-2 kilometer also the digital meter doesnt not work properly. it always flicks . Had complaint in service centre and customer care . they have checked the bike and as per them they have replaced silensor as there was problem in silensor.

                                      but still the problem is not solved every day i have to visit the service centre but no solution . i have almost visted centre 5-6 times between 11/2/2010 till 28/2/2010. I feel like i have purchased tension instead of 2 wheeler. paying 52100 rs has all gone wasted . From day one there is one or the other problem in mahindra rodeo 2 wheeler.

                                      My money are not refunded nor problem is solved.

                                      is there going to be any solution to this.our hard earned money are just gone in vain

                                      You are actually lying... rodeo doesnt cost 52k.. it costs 47k on road
