2008 and 2009 both years got happiness and excitement in our life as we booked our holidays with Club Mahindra and took the luxuries of the heaven in these resorts. Amazingly beautiful Munnar resort in between tea gardens with the essence of fresh leaves that fill our heart with new shine and new excitement. 2009 year started on with our holidays in Goa with out standing spa, numerous activities, and wonderful hospitality made us feel on the top of the world.

I can’t forget the starting of New Year with this type of hospitality.

    On 20th Jan of this year I visited the Club Mahindra holiday resort in Munnar and 1st Dec in Goa. Both the resorts are excellent and entirely different. The Munnar resort gives the feeling of heaven whereas the Goa resort gives a very adventurous feeling. It is one of the most beautiful places I had ever been to. Services, cleanliness and hospitality in both resorts are excellent. We were going to see different places of both the cities but after entering the resort and with the excellent activities of resort we cancelled our program and decided to enjoy our time in the resort!. Truly Memorable!

    This forum is for raising complaint, bt this people are cleverly creating a build-up for own advertisement purpose.

    As one of the person told about Club Mahindra, they can do the prostitution business and get the money from it.

    I surprised what government do without controlling this kind of holiday clubs?

      Dear sir, i had already lodged a complait earlier on your website regarding club mahindras membership which i had already cancelled, after which i recieved a assurance to get back my refund by 15 th dec 09. By "indira" at club mahindra. But then again the same problem, i just cant understand if these people cant afford to refund 25000 rs in 11 months, what kind of financial capabilities do they have, what kind of service will they give,... I had applied to the membership because of the "mahindra"tag it has, but i m so sorry to see that mahindra"s r so bad as far as refunds matter.. (To the staff of club mahindra... Please dont spoil the name of the group which they have taken to build upon since last so many years... It takes very hadr work to build a name and just little silly things to spoil it... Thanks...       Club Mahindra — no refund since 1 year 5 days...

      Dear sir, i had already lodged a complait earlier on your website regarding club mahindras membership which i had already cancelled, after which i recieved a assurance to get back my refund by 15 th jan 10.       You saved me i only paid abt 2% of that.thanks this website to save my 98 % money.
      Mr.Vinit Parekh also gave me false information, when i checked here i dont like approach of any of mahindra executive.so i mailed him to terminate my membership as it is in 10 days now no one is answering my phone or no reply to my mail.Mr. vinit told you cant terminate membership because u took in anniversary offer.i know this is not correct because when i told him to send email stating that.
      mr. saurav tell me what i have to do to take my downpayment back as it is within 10 days.

        We regularly visit to the resorts at Goa & Kumbhalgarh, but Goa every year. Again we will go to Goa from 12-02-10 to 27-02-10. We’ve also been visiting Kumbhalgarh over the last 2 years as we go every year to Nathdwara. The service at Kumbhalgarh is excellent. Staff at every level is very polite. Rooms are very spacious & comfortable we wish Club Mahindra all the best.

          As per my several discussions with your customer care executives & with your concern executives in Head Office ref no-1686256.
          I am not getting any reply from your side. I'll be thankful if you give me the date(for my cancellation refund).Please refund it as soon as possible; Otherwise I have to take he help of consumer forum or some other strong steps.
          It is almost one year now how much time will you required. I had no time to waste for such things & hope you too also.

            I am a very old member of Club Mahindra and I myself and my family are glad to be so; even enjoying it a lot. I have visited almost all the Club Mahindra resorts in India with my family and the services are awesome. I had a trip to Coorg Kodagu valley on 23rd of nov-28th Nov with my family & friends i.e. myself Nihir Chandrakant Shah, Honey Nihir shah, Rushan Nihir shah, Saurabh Kanakia, Sonal Kanakia, Maulik Doshi, Pari Doshi, Himanshu Gandhi, Ami Gandhi & Dhruvin Gandhi they are also members of Club Mahindra. This was my 2nd trip to the same resort. I have some photos of the same. I want you to print them in the club Mahindra magazine.

                My Club Mahindra Membership has been activated vide Welcome Letter dtd. 05.Sept.2009. Due to some personal reasons I wanted to cancel my Club Mahindra membership. Even at End December 2009 I am going abroad. On same day (i.e. 05.09.2009) I called on Tel No. 39880000 to cancel the membership. The request no. given to me was[protected].



                There are certain negative points I would like mention here:

                1. There is a discrepancy in the allotment of membership (transparency is not maintained).

                2. It has not been clarified to me that I can avail the Club Mahindra holiday only after 6 months from activation of the membership by sales Person.

                3. It has not been clarified to me that the Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) has to be paid every year.by sales Person.

                4. No documentation regarding the Terms & Conditions of the membership has been given to me before taking the Cheque from me.by sales Person.

                5. After taking the Cheque no receipt has been given.by sales Person.

                6. I have also noted that my remaining installments have been deducted from some unknow credit card no. It's a very serious matter and it may involve legal matter.



                I have given the Cheque on Saturday 08.08.2009 at 10:00pm and next morning on Sunday 09.08.2009 at 09:00am I called up Club Mahindra Sales Person regarding the cancellation, but the did not entertained my cancellation request giving absurd reasons.



                As I have not signed any Club Mahindra Agreement papers, Club Mahindra Holiday Should be refund my full amount of Rs 15,564/-.



                Waiting for a quick positive action and full refund.

                Club Mahindra — No Refund after 6 Months

                I have attended a presentation on 31st Dec 2008 at Club Mahindra Office in Centerstage Mall Noida, where I paid 38500 Rs to become the member but the very next day i.e. on 1st Jan 2009 I applied for cancellation because of some money needs in my family. But its been 6 months now that I have not got my money back from these traps however their rules clearly says that you can get your money back with in 30-45 days if you withdraw you membership in first 10 days. Kindly help me in this.

                  Club Mahindra Resorts staff is very co-operative in terms of services and food is very delicious. Restaurant is located at a good place with good view. Activity center is very live and children wants to come and enjoy every time. Rooms are very nice with lots of facilities in it.

                    Dear sir,
                    I was offered a membership on 02/08/2009 after paying token amount of rs 6800/- vide receipt no 111824 and after that rs 30000/- paid vide dena bank cheque. I was alloted membership no1529327. On 08/08/2009 i requested for cancellation of membership vide my letter dt 08/08/2009 to your office at sahara ganj lucknow. Letter was received and acknowledged by mr. Vishal kanaujia and assurace was given for payback within one month. After many visits and reminders over telephone i got only assurance with different excuses as in september, half yearly closing became the reason. To my surprise in the month of oct 2009 esc mandate was also presented to my bank i. E dena bank for emi and again rs 5700/- was recovered from my account which indicates that my request was not yet lodged and only blank assurances were given. For november 2009 i received sms regarding failure of my emi as i was forced to withdraw the money from my account.

                    Thus i am requesting your kind office to

                    (1) stop sending ecs to my banker and process my cancellation application.

                    (2) please refund my amount immediately

                      AirConditioner — behaviour of capital manager

                      We bought Haier Split A/C - Hitachi compresseor -1ton from Capital.[ph:[protected], 65220659.] on 26/02/2009.but my room area 200sqft.
                      They suggested mem to buy 1 to(we don't know abt the chart).
                      But now it is not cooling my room.
                      We asked them to replace with 2 ton.
                      But they are not helping us.

                      AirConditioner — not listening

                      Tthis is to bring to ur notice that l (mala ahuja) had registered a complain on the 16th of april 2010 for the window ac which is not working l was told that it will be repaired in a day or 2 but upto today noone has come to see the ac inspite of me giving them 2 or 4 calls per day today is 22nd april 2010

                      Sub :- Unsatisfactory service by ARN Motors, Trichy – Reg

                      My two-wheeler ”Mahindra-Rodeo” registered with following details:
                      Registered Name : B. SUSEELA RANI.
                      Chassis Number : MCDFRIBIUAIM79666
                      Registration Date : 6/01/2011, Dealer Code : DA358
                      Agency : ARN MOTORS, 74-A, Salai Road, Thillai Nagar, Trichy-620018.
                      The two-wheeler was running satisfactorily upto 2 free services done by ARN Motors also the mileage was only 30 to 32, I ride it with the speed of 35 to 40 kmph only. I mentioned it at 3rd Service, but they didn’t consider that and said that we will look at the 4th service.
                      The 4th free service was given on : with the following complaints:-
                      1. Brake was more free.
                      2. Mileage was only 30 to 32 per litre
                      3. Vehicle vibrates more when its idle and also at the speed of 45kmph.
                      4. Headlight when put on was not facing road (Making it long beam and in Low beam is same).
                      Not even a single complaint was resolved when I took the 2wheeler. The persons who attend it are:
                      Mr. Manikandan – Supervisor, Mr. Sethu Madhavan – Service Manager. They simply water wash my bike and changed the Engine oil only. Even they didn’t charge the battery itself, and asked me to come tomorrow to get the battery by giving a standby battery to me. Our bike crossed 9600KMS while giving service. The Service Technician said that in Mahindra 2wheelers the suspensions will create problem when it crossed 9000KMS stating on vehicle vibration. Is that true ?. I asked the service technician to check the mileage, but they didn’t look at it.
                      I bought this 2wheeler in reason that the good name and market value that MAHINDRA has.
                      I’ve remaining 4 free services. How can I give for the service again when a customer is not satisfied?.
                      I’ve finally decided not to leave for the worst service by ARN MOTORS, I’ll look after it.
                      I request to respond and take necessary action against this issue.

                        dear sir,my wife recieved a call from club mahindra holidays,kandivali(raghuleela mall branch)MUMBAI.they offered us a free holiday,so we went there,then (yashwant) convinced us very hard to become their member,and said dont think too much,if you still feel,you can cancel the membership and youy will get the refund money.so we paid them the initial amount of 25,700 .and came home,after 2/3 days we realised that it was very expensive,and we may not be able to afford it(the full package was for 3 lacs rupees)so we called back yashwant and told him that now we are not interested,so you please refund us our money,but he told there is no system of canceellation in our company.any how after 2/3 days he made us talk to his senior who told us to talk at their call centre number,since then we have asked for hundreds of times at thier call centre,who gave us their andheri branchs telephone no.with whom we have got tired of calling them,but they all are shameless people...so sir please help us..

                          Not many companies in India have the reputation that Mahindra has and its good to see them

                          translate that into their holiday company, Club Mahindra Holidays. I have been a member for

                          7 years now and I see them get better with every year. Sure there are hiccups but then even

                          Toyota known for its quality and reliability has not been without problem.

                              Leave your worries behind and go an a Club Mahindra holiday. My kids can't wait to vacation after the fun they had last year at Munnar, the boat ride and the great atmosphere there. Fortunately the Ashtamudi resort was also complete and I was lucky to get a booking there. Best of both worlds, Munnar and Ashtamudi and thanks for making it memorable thanks to Club Mahindra.

                                  Hi Club Mahindra Team,

                                  Dealing / Interacting with Club Mahindra Team was never been a pleasant experience but even beyond that now I am realizing that Joining the Club Mahindra Membership is one of the biggest mistake one can make in his life.

                                  Club Mahindra Team, is always ready to Cheat the Customers and have 1000s of reasons ready for not giving you any service. The team has been trained to such an extent that the Customer Care executive doesn’t allow the members to speak to the Supervisors / Managers.. Very Surprising..

                                  I am a member and was planning my holidays in next month as per my season’s calendar. While booking the accommodation, I was told by the Club Mahindra Team that all the Resorts Falling in my Season are booked six months in advance hence no Availability. Trust, when the membership was sold to me it was communicated very clearly by your sales team that Non Availability is one of the rarest chance in our Resorts in off season..

                                  I suggest you guys must change your Positioning Statement which is “Fun-Family-Forever” because it is not depicted by your teams behavior rather in the Members opinion the Club Mahindra Positioning Statement Should be “Harassment – Pain – Forever”.

                                  Looking at my Past Experience, I am not at all happy being a member of Club Mahindra. Please suggest me the way-out for cancellation of my membership. I am ready pay the exit Penalty Amount.

                                  Very very true I myself is suffering a lot with the hopeless booking/Reservation sysytem which seems to always act as mafia as the rooms r available for selling coupons even before one month of the reservation dates you want but rooms r not available for the members.
                                  Strongly cannot recommend for being member of club mahindra till we members get reservation comfortably.

                                    1-As per instruction of Reserve Bank of India letter No NCC(JPR) No.1128/02-08-24/2007-08 dated 11-2-08 The Bank have revoked my ECS mandate in my account number [protected].And You have also informed me vide your E-mail(MHRIL=562-725 dated 14 Jan 2008 that necessary measure have been taken to cancel my club mahindra membership.

                                    2-My other complaint with MHRIL is that your Business Partner Head at Jaipur Mr.S.Arya vide their letter dated 9 Feb 2009 on your copany letter pad demanded me to deposit amount equal to 4 EMIs for transfer the membership 339340 whith in 50 days of realizing the amount and said that Rs 26000 cost of Samsung cam corder will be deducted from the total amount paid by me..

                                    Again I showed my faith on your Business Partner-Dream vacation office at Jaipur.I have deposited amount to Rs 30376 by cheque on dated 18 Feb.2009. But even after lapes of 9 month there is no satisfactory reply from them.

                                    I again request you to look into my case seriously otherwise,I will left with no other option but to exercise legal action of consumer law.

                                    I am a member of Club mahindra. My membership no. is 1444996. I took this membership in february 2009. I want to cancell my membership now.
                                    But now I am feeling cheated by club mahindra.
                                    While selling this membership, the club mahindra executive’s misrepresented the facts and hides some facts to sell the membership.
                                    They told us (me and my wife) that I won a lucky draw . the fact is they never conducted any lucky draw. They call all the persons who fill up their coupens.
                                    Secondly, they misrepresented us that the offer was available for only that day and we had to choose at that particular time.
                                    Thirdly they told us about ASF, but never told that this charge will be increased every year.
                                    Forthly, they told us that only some families have been chosen by their centre for availing this offer..This is again a lie.
                                    They never told us that 60 percent of the cost of the membership is towards the admission fee that is not refundable.
                                    This is clear case misrepresentation and hiding of facts.
                                    I have paid Rs. 58000/- and now they are telling that if you cancel your membership, I can get nothing as my balance will be negative after deducting admission fee.
                                    They never told me how they calculate the admission fee. If one person have not paid the full amount of membership, how can they calculate admission fee on full amount?
                                    I want to tell you some facts about my membership. I have taken blue studio. I have paid Rs. 58000/- till now. I have never availed any facility from club mahindra.
                                    I mailed to club mahindra on 10th march 2009 to refund my money.
                                    After one day I received a call from club mahindra that I can cancel my membership but I can not get any amount of refund.

                                    I further mailed to them but I received a call that I can sell the membership to any other person but if I opt to cancel I will never get anything from club mahindra.
                                    I am very surprised and confused for which I am paying so much when I am not interested in their membership at all. I have not taken any facility from them then why I cannot get my amount back.

                                    The way the club mahindra get its client is highly objectionable. As per the contract act also, if an agreement is done by misrepresentation, it is voidable at the option of the party who has been misrepresented.
                                    The agreement entered into by me and club mahindra is the outcome of misrepresentation of facts and fraudulent activity of their marketing personnel. Thus it is not valid in law itself.
                                    Please help me to get out of this agreement and getting my money back from club mahindra.

                                      Me and my wife were asked to visit through a phone call that we got one day. we were promised that there will only be a 45 minutes presentation and we will get some gifts for attending that like - movies tickets, and a holiday voucher for which we need not pay for the stay (not a single rupee for the stay it seemed!)

                                      This center is located in near Kandivli west at the Raghuleela Mall. We were asked to fill in a form that had a checkbox saying that "we understand that we do not have the buy the product after the presentation". the talks started and we asked them to let us know about the cost so that we can take a decision. they delayed and the manager came to tell us that cost will be told to you for a special offer "only for the people who have come for that day's presentation" only IF we DECIDE Yes/No.

                                      I told him that this kind of an investment or in any buy decision, I will want to take my time to convince myself and then pay up. I told him that you didnt even ask me to get my cheque, in which case maybe I can come in thinking that there is some decision making involved. This manager was so pushy that when ultimately he told the prices, he pushed us asking - "do you have financial problems?" Bugger! even if I have or dont have who the bloody fool are you to ask that? Is that what Club Mahindra is training their managers for? I was then asked to make a payment of 15K on that same day and in case I dont like it then I can take a refund. I told him that I have to play by his rules - and thats not what I want. I want to take 2/3 days to decide, speak to others who are members, and then come to some conclusion. But they were adament about - take it today else be penalised to make a decision after 2 days. Some idiotic idea of marketing spend was given to me. being a marketing professional myself, I found that hard to digest.

                                      the worst part was this - I told the manager that I will decide and let him know in 2 days time. he just got off his seat and left. what bloody "club mahindra" manners man.we were told that tickets will be couriered to you and nothing till date has come. I did nt even expect that. it seemed that tickets were "out of stock". Hillarious!!!!

                                      Now are all the monkeys at Club Mahindra like this? Do you guys feel we are some dynasty of monkeys who will dance when you dance? we have our choices and we will want our freedom to decide and purchase when we want. Please give out correct information and complete information so that people do not waste their time anymore.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        There are many hawkers in Dahisar Railway premises (East side).
                                        They are sitting exactly in front of Boking office.
                                        Not only this they use constuction material of railways (or of Govt) to seat.
                                        There are may hawkers like PANWALA, BHURJIWALA, BHAJIWALI, NARIYALWALA. etc.
                                        This not only the case of Dahisar stn but also many stations.
                                        Railway bridges, subways are fullof hawkers.
                                        Plese do in this regard.

Private Tutions is a (Must) for children who belong to uneducated parents. It is very difficult to Earn if a person is not educated. At least the person standing as an hawker is trying to full fill the need of his poor fanily. He is Not begging from you or Stealing your hard Earned Money, Besides the roads and the foothpaths in mumbai do not belong to any individual person. It is his birth right to do business on the footpath, and if you dont like all this then either you may change your Route or You should provide them with Food & Shelter or Finance these poor Hawkers to purchase New Shop, Just Remember : LIVE AND LET LIVE should be your attitude towards LIFE. Dont Complain and Harass the poor unfortunate Hawkers.
                                        At least these Hawkers are not begging any money or food from you.

                                        These hawkers are poor people. They shoukd be spared. If these hawkers are moved away from these stations then from where would we be able to eat the panipuri or bhelpuri or Bhurjipav at night. Hotels are now a days too costly. the hawkers are the best for low priced budget person. Even Big Bosses wearing TIE and IN SHIRT at Nariman Point come down to eat WADA PAV AND BHURJIPAV during Lunch time. THEY TOO ENJOY EATING THESE HAWKERS FOOD. Go once to Nariman point during Lunch Hours and you could see for yourself.
                                        Let them do Business peacefully. Learn to be cool in life and take things easily. Dont be jealous.
