Club Mahindra Holiday Resort is a big Brand Name ,but there Customer Service is Pathetic . I had a worst experience with them. I actually Filled a Club Mahindra Free Gift Voucher From and later on got a call from of the sales executive who invited me to visit there Center,which i would call a Hypnotizing Centre,wherein they will show you the Dreams and would try and steal your Money with your Authorization.After paying 25-30k you will Realize that you have made a big mistake ,even if you will call them after 24 hours they would not return your money and the best thing they do no return the calls .In this Hypnotizing centre they will offer you a Lucrative Package for your Family and would convice you to pay the Intial Booking amount and rest in Easy EMI's and they would also tell you that you can rent out there Properties and can Recover what you are Paying .

When i wanted to avail the coupons i got to know that you cannot avail the free vouchers because of the no availability and these are only valid in specific months.Then i called there Call Cantre and was just transferred from 1 Department to other as if i was Shuttle Cock,there Customer Service Department had only one thing in mind to pass on the buck and not to resolve the issue .I had actaully the escalated this issue to the Seniors Authorities of this company and requested them to process my Refund as i was not interested to become there member any more ,but nobody actually responded back to me .

My suggestion to the viewer here is that they are not transparent and consistent in their delivery so please be aware.


BEWARE OF THEM ,DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR HARD EARN MONEY .ITS BEEN 1 YEAR AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL OR REFUND .

    Dear Sir,


    With reference to above given subject, I Rohit Ghag, Membership No 458070. is been contacted for the payment of Annual Subscription Fees of the Club Mahindra, and if not paid membership will be cancelled is been told by tele-calling person of Club Mahindra.

    I will bring to your notice that,

    1. When I had a meeting with Mr. Nishant Singh at the time of taking membership, nothing is been told to me about the Annual Subscription Fees. He just told me to pay only Rs. 1,65,000/-one time charges to be paid, and I can enjoy the Services offered by Club Mahindra Resorts. After a constant follow-up with Club Mahindra through Email, I received only one mail from Mr. Nishant Singh after almost 2-3 weeks with no proper clear picture. I have attached my Email for your records.

    2. I had asked for the Number of Installment details paid by me, but even that mail is
    also not received. No one is giving me the amount collected from me till date.
    through direct debit to my Credit Card.

    3. After a long follow-up, I received my Membership Kit, with Membership card on 24th Sep 2008, & the same was dispatch by your end on 19th Sep 2008. I confirmed the dispatched details from your office. Membership Kit I received was almost after one year.

    4. I am writing emails to Mr. Nishant Singh & Mr. Nitin Padiyar , But till date both had not even replied to my mail.

    Looking at the above points, I don’t think I will be able to continue the membership, I will be thankful to you to return the total amount Collected through Direct debit to my Credit Cards, towards my membership till date.

    I will be happy that this is listed company and Sebi should put them heavy charges.

      Dear sir/madam
      I have to say that my self cheated by companies agent Miraj hussain mob.no [protected]. He had told me it is 1 year offer plan for some selective person .
      You have to pay to pay only 50,000(aprox)rs. Then 35,000 cash back or gift voucher of about >40,000rs.+food voucher.
      7days holidays in any resort of club mahindra within 1 year.
      If you are satisfied then you ask for membership of club mahindra.
      This form(appliacation at time of signature) is formal you get a letter from clubmahindra in which all term & condition will be there.then upto 15 days you can ask for cancellation if you are not happy with this. So we take the registration & pay my payment 34,534 rs. But after getting acknowledgement letter it was totally different. I have to pay 7,724 rs. everymonth as I became a life membership which was not told earlier by agent Miraj hussain. Where is
      fault I don,t uderstand. Please help me and stop this type of fraudness. Because 34,534 rs. mean a lot for me.please stop my ECS first. My member ID 1509153.

        They used to have four season codes: Purple, Red, Blue, White. But now there are only three. So you cannot buy a Purple season membership.

        For all dates that overlap with usual school vacations fall in the "Purple" season category. Only purple season members can book well in advance for these days. So as a "Red" member you cannot do anything.

        Here is where the problem begins. They say you can "try" 15 days in advance to see if you can get accomodation. Now tell me, given the "exotic" locations of these resorts, travel has to be planned well in advance. The result, you will never go, since the flight tickets will be WAY more than what you get by advanced purchase.

        The "RED" season dates are USELESS since they do not overlap with any school breaks.

        This is a complete scam. Beware. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

        Stay away from these guys. I have made the mistake of wasting my money. You don't have to!!

          I am professional in a mnc and today i had received a call from one mr. parag of club mahindra, who mentioned that i need to come to r mall for a presentation of their package. he also mentioned that, by attending 45 min presnetion i would be eligible for 2 night stay at a 5 star resort of club mahindra free of cost and also 2 movie tickets. as discussed in the call, i did ask him if there were any riders or any hidden agenda to it, to which he mentioned that there wasn't anything.

          As i work at vt, i had to leave office early (around 6.30 p. m.) to meet the commitment of attending the presentation at 8.00 p. m at r mall (lbs road, mulund). after beating the heavy traffic, i managed to reach r mall at 8.15. after walking into the shop on 2nd floor of r mall, i was asked to wait for 10 mins after which i was told that, i needed to come with my wife... to my utter surprise, this was never told to me during the call and i being a professional, had to cancel all appointments to come to this venue for having a peak at the club mahindra holiday offers. also, the guy had offered me the membership no. as well, while i was driving my car, to which i said, he can give it to me at the venue itself, once am there.

          To my utter surprise, when i vented out my anger to the staff, there was another gentleman as well, who was not informed that he had to come with his wife and he too vented his anger on to the staff. this compliant is not about the false promises made, but to sense club mahindra that each and every persons time is as valuable as theirs. atleast for me, am least interested in the 2n 3d holiday package and the movie ticket, i would have anyways donated it... but by this gesture, club mahindra has lost a valued customer i. e. me... and yes my contact/friends will also follow suit, as my next email is this complaint with an email to all my professional friends, who want to or are in the process of taking a club mahindra membership. from now on, yes, i would not entertain any club mahindra calls and also would not buy any mahindra products, as i don't want to be a part of this group at all... yes, this one instance has left a bad mark on me, and i request all the general public (who ever is reading this complaint) to pls. be careful, while making any commitments... don't get buoyed down by the goodies they given... they make money in some way or the other, which are know as hidden costs... so pls. pls. be careful... and avoid club mahindra for good... the complaint box itself shows how bad light they are in...

          Mr. Mahindra, RU listening...have also had bitter experience earlier...yes, i am vinay's friend and i trust him to the core...you hv lost one more customer...the count is surely going to increase...as this will go to my set of friends...who are not known to vinay...VERY BAD...AND I MUST SAY...PLS. STOP MAKING THESE FALSE PROMISES...

            My husband and I were invited to a Club Mahindra "free holiday" offer. When we went there, after much pursuation we agreed to take the membership ON ONE CONDITION that we will confirm it in three days after reviewing the offer and doing research. They asked us to deposit a token amount of INR 35,000/- for the same as gaurantee money, to which we agreed.

            We issued letters, emails, faxes and phone calls within 12 hours of this meeting requesting cancellation. It's been over ONE year now and no one is there to help us at all

            Can someone please help get our refund back?

            Club Mahindra — REFUND OF DEPOSIT

            Madam,

            1. Please refer to my complaint regarding refund of deposit in respect of Club Membership No. 1612683.

            2. As informed by you, Ms Rimpy (Member Relation) did contact me, but the reply remained unsatisfactory. She insisted that since I have opted out of membership after 10 days therefore I am not eligible for refund. My submission is that during long interaction with your representative, he representative has convinced me that I can opt out of the membership at any point of time and refund will be made within 30 days. Now, it is more than 06 months and I am still waiting for the refund.

            3. May I request you to intervene and refund Rs 36800/- .

            STAY AWAY from the company Club Mahindra... I am a (un-happy) member too, even after paying so much, I do not get my holidays, they ask us to plan 6 months in advance, all services in their resorts are to be paid extra, dining charges are too high, ASF (annual subscription fees) to be paid extra each year in addition to membership fees (the ASF charges increase every year), not all resorts have kitchenettes... long list of issues which the management doesn;t care for, all they want is to make new members.             Indira - please stop posting the same old lines on all the complaints, whatever the resolution, please post it here so that everyone should know what CM is doing for the complaints.

              Horrible Stay at Club Mahindra, Munnar on 21.09.2009 - 23.09.2009

              It is informed that i have booked a standard room at Club Mahindra, Munnar through Liztravels Solutions, Kochi. I checked in on 21.09.2009 and after entering into the room no.2101, it was found that the room, is designed for "physically challenged persons". The toilet seat was specially designed for physically challenged people which cannot be used by my wife and my daughter who is 4 years old. There were hand-railings also. The bathroom was very small and it reminded me to be in "Hospital". After repeated requests made at the reception of Club Mahindra, Munnar, they have agreed for giving the better/upgraded room. I have also requested them to change the room only, but on pretext of non-availability, they have forced me to opt for upgraded category. After paying Rs.4000/-, they have allotted me room number/suite No.1163 which was checked in at around 2 o'clock on 22nd September, 2009 in the afternoon.
              Thereafter, for site seeing, I and my family was away from the hotel. After returning from the site seeing, I entered in room No.1163 and it was "Horrible" that a dead rat was smelling like anything in bathroom. Immediately, I called up "House-keeping" that there is a dead rat in the bathroom, and its smelling like anything. They have tried a lot to locate the dead rat but it was not found by them. At around, 10.30 pm, house-keeping persons came and they sprayed "room freshener" in the bathroom and also promised me that they will locate at adjacent room for dead rat, but no-body turned up even up to 12.30 at night. Thus we went to bed and could not use the toilet at all. We used the toilet which is much away from my cottage no. 1163 and same is located below the restaurant and that too in another block. I have also called up the reception but they shown their in-ability as no room was vacant and I was to check-out the hotel. This matter
              was also reported to your sales department located at Munnar, but they have also shown their inability. The above experience o[censored]ndersigned can be imagined for a family who is at vacations. Thus I am very sorry to state that your affairs at Munnar are totally irresponsible and also not managing properly. The room No.2101 is for physically challenged people, should not be allotted to the normal people and house-keeping should tackle the situation for keeping house clean. It is very amazing that the house-keeping could not found the dead rat despite of repeated complaints and also they could not allot us alternative accommodation to a family which is accompanied by 4 years old child . The worst horrible experience at Club Mahindra and I will never visit the Club Mahindra again in my life and will also share these views with my friends & others.

                Dear Sir / Madam,
                On my mail dated 1st October 2009. your reply which is given below is not satisfactory, as you have not read my mail carefully. Now let me put back the mail once again in order and in brief along with your PART ANSWERS to make you understand the entire mail.

                1. For my worst experience at Manali resort i had written a email dated 22nd April 2009 AND 1st October 2009 to Club Mahindra & to which not even looking at my greviances you have replied on 2nd October 2009 as (We are deeply apologetic that you see cause for believing that your Manali holiday has been less than an entirely fun-filled and joyful experience.It is our earnest request to you to treat it as an isolated and rare occurrence.) ----- PLEASE REFER TO MY E-MAIL DATED 22nd APRIL 2009 AND THAN ANSWER AND THAN SEND YOUR APOLOGIES.

                2. For the referral benefits of my mail dated 1st October 2009 you have answered as (Concerning your referral benefit, we request you to provide with two working days to check on the same. Do rest assured that this is only because it is our endeavour to assist you with a correct and deserving redressal.) ------ I CAN ONLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.

                3. For greviances on the bookings of holiday stated in my e-mail dated 1st October 2009 i had requested you to read it very carefully which you have not and have casually answered as (While we would have loved to confirm your reservation, at the moment the dates you have requested are not available at Ashtamudi resort. We have anyway gone ahead and placed your request on priority. Should there be any cancellation we will get back to you.) ------ FOR THIS I WILL ONCE AGAIN PUT IT DOWN IN THE FOLLOWING POINTS TO CLARIFY YOU THE TROUBLES AND THE CONSEQUENCES I HAVE FACED :

                a. I had placed the bookings for my holiday in the month of August 2009 for the month of October 2009 at Thekkady and Astamudhi Resorts. For which i got confirmations of Thekkady from 10th October 2009 To 15 October 2009 (CV No 187446) AND Munnar from 15th October 2009 To 20th October 2009 (CV No 198185).

                b. Since i wanted to go to Astamudhi Resort i was repeatedly calling the Club Mahindra Call Centers (You can check this) till the cut off date of 30th September as after that if i cancell my bookings at Munnar Resort than my free holiday shall stand cancelled. Hence i had shortened my stay at Munnar Resort to 3 nights on the 30th September 2009 vide (CV No 198185).

                c. On the 1st of August 2009 (the very next day of the cutoff date) at 11:00 am i received a call from Club Mahindra Office confirming my stay at Astamudhi Resort from my desired dates of 15th October 2009 To 20th October 2009 by CV No 170684 provided i sacrifice 1 1/2 night of my stipulated free nights allotted to me at Munnar Resort (as mentioned in point b)

                Sir, that means from the above that there were rooms available at the Astamudhi Resort on my dates i.e. from 15th October 2009 To 20th October 2009 and were not given to me on the 30th September 2009 but the very next day of the cutoff date was allotted to me by sacrifising 1 1/2 night from my allotted 7 yearly free nights.

                How do you justify this ? Any way i have incurred a loss on my return flights of Coimbatore To Mumbai (Jet Airways Konnect Flight no 9W-2764) dated 18th October 2009 + I had to sacrifise the 1 1/2 night from my free nights given to me from Club Mahindra. Is this a professional way to treat a customer ?

                I know that there will be just a sorry letter from you and nothing else ! If you feel that there is really wrong deed performed from your end from the above all 3 (Three) POINTS i have put forward than please give JUSTIFIED ANSWERS & ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT HOW DO YOU INTEND TO RECTIFY IT ?

                For the below matter i would like to inform you that as for now no compensations has been offered from club mahindra to me in what so ever nature on the various difficulties faced by me at the Manali resort in month of April 2009 (email dated 22nd Apr 09) other than a concerened letter from Club Mahindra.

                Further i would like to state that i had booked my holidays in the month of August 2009 for October 2009 (10th Oct 09 To 15 Oct 09 at Thekkady Resort & from 15 Oct 09 To 20 Oct 09 To Munnar) with pending bookings at Astamudhi for 15 Oct 09 To 20 Oct 09. Till yesterday i had made continous & numerous calls for confirming the bookings for Astamudhi which the call centers did not confirm and at last had shortened the visit at Munnar resort to 3 nights by CV No198185. Immeadiately the very next day ie on 1st October 09 in the morning at 11:00 am i had received a call from Club Mahindra office confirming my bookings at Astamudhi for 15 Oct 09 To 20 Oct 09 with an option to sacrifice 1 1/2 days from my free holiday of 3 days, in cancellations my bookings with Munnar Resort. Sir i was desperately trying to get the booking at Astamudhi till 30 Oct 09 (which was the last cut off date) with the call centers wich was denied at all times.

                Sir, at Manali i had faced a hell lot of problems (with no compensations) & now from the above i can derrive that despite of pending application for Astamudhi from 2 months & after scarifising 1 1/2 day of the allotted holiday, i get confirmations immd after 16 hours.

                Sir, Is this a professional way to treat a member in the service industry after introducing 2 members to the Club Mahindra Family (referal benefits of which have not been received)? i am definitely going to both the places but with the worst experience for reservation from booking staff of club mahindra. Awaiting an early and positive response after receipt of this mail.

                Hello Sir ! My name is Sagar Mehta with Member Id No : 276034 (Red Studio Member) ! I am right now in CM property at MANALI !

                Let me brief you from the start. I had booked my this holiday with CM through the employee of CM Mr. Shashank Naik in the month of January 2009, as I did not know the regular booking procedure & also he had arranged my earlier booking with CM in COORG in October - November 2008 for 7 nights.

                Well Sir, this time I am travelling in north from 12th of April 09 TO 27th April 09. My trip schedule was from Bombay - Jammu - Amritsar - Dalhousie - Dharmashala - Manali - Shimla - Chandigarh - Mumbai. While travelling from Amritsar to Dalhousie, accidently my 2 year old son got ill with loose motions & vomiting, may be due to change in weather & food. I had reached Dharmashala property on the 17th April 2009 & had requested them for a Microwave & a Refrigerator in the room, but the staff there had well in advance at the time of check-in had informed that there are no such facility available in the resort. After that we arrived at CM property MANALI on the 19th April 2009. On arrival we informed at the reception that we are facing problems of our child's health and as advised by the doctors we would like to have Microwave & a Refrigerator, as would like to heat skimmed milk and other various specific food for my child. From the time we checked in we requested the staff to provide us with all the facilities that of members. They (staff) had shifted us in the room no 204 & had informed that this is a studio room with a good view. Incidentally there was no Microwave & a Refrigerator in the room, and we again requested for it. The room provided to us was a regular hotel room with a tea & coffee maker AND NOT the studio room which we are entitled to, though the bookings were made from January 2009. What should we do now?

                Sir, after booking the allotted nights well in advance as a member, this type of behaviour is not done and accepted. You are well aware the price of the membership of red studio. After paying such a huge amount you CM do not take care of your guest? Forget that, a 2 (Two) year old sick child requires help and the staff are not co-operative? Is this the corporate service you provide it to your guests? Is the amount paid by us insufficient, as the current prices are raised?

                Since my membership I have introduced 3 members seeing your great services at MUNNAR & GOA where we had visited as non members, and had taken up the membership of Club Mahindra. We now express our regret being a member of Club Mahindra, as the staff does not bother to help a ailing child.

                  Sanjiv Kumar is the bluddy culprit of club mahindra holidays. he doesn't pick the phone once u r through the membership. He asks his employees to make lot of fake commitments. Even i missed my honeymoon because of that . He is not a human being actuually he is a devil... I have taken red-1-bedroom membership on the commitment of goa booking and the branch manager of bhikaji cama place, new delhi Sanjiv Kumar himself confirmed the booking but at the end they were not ready to fulfil their commitment. This all happened beacuse of one Sanjiv Kumar, he is a bludy greedy person who can [censored] his mother to achieve his targets. Hey mother [censored]er Bluddy Shame on man!!!!!!!!!1...

                    Dear sir.

                    On 5th April 2009, in response to Club Mahindra's representative's telephonic invitation, wherein they told us that they will explain about their Club Mahindra Holiday membership and we will get gift voucher (certificate) which will give us free stay at on of their hotels for 2 nights/3 dyas, we (me and my wife Sheela) went to their Baner Office and met Mr. Kunal Kelkar (Takeover Manager). After their presentation Club Mahindra gave us free hotel stay voucher no. 73972960. THE DATE WRITTEN IN PEN was 05/04/09. Also they had communiacted in writing that we will get free shopping vouchers worth Rs. 8000.

                    Complaint No. 1:

                    On 21st April 2009 I wrote them the following, for booking against my free stay certificate.

                    "I would like to book for stay at Mahabaleshwar or Panchgani for 2 nights.

                    We will Reach the hotel at 11 am or 12 noon on the 1st May 2009.
                    We will Stay on the 1st night and 2nd night".

                    They did not give the booking and replied that:

                    "While we would have loved to confirm your special offer, the same is valid only in White and blue seasons, while the dates you have requested fall in Red season".

                    This Red Season excuse was not told in advance nor is it written anywhere on the certificate. Thus this amounts to misguiding.

                    Complaint No. 2:

                    I had not received the promised free shopping vouchers of Rs. 8000. Also we had not been allowed to book in, busy season (Red Season according to them), a stay at Panchgani against our free stay certificate. So On 2nd September I e-mailed to them:

                    "Hi Ajay.

                    I still cudnt utilize my free stay coupons.
                    I need to extend the date beyond 30/9/09.

                    I also hvnt recd some shopping vouchers.

                    Pl advise."

                    I still haven't received the promised free shopping vouchers of Rs. 8000.
                    This is tantamount to cheating!

                    Complaint No. 3:

                    On abround 10th Septemebr we called their Ms. Divya to give us a booking. They did not give telephonic booking. They told us to send an e-mail with request with the dates and destination. On 15th Septenebr I sent the request as follows:

                    "I am Deepak Phadnis.
                    our gift cert no. is[protected]. 2 nights and 3 days.
                    we want to redeem the gft cert.
                    we want to book panchgani on the 19th, 20th and 21st.
                    we'll reach on 19th sept at 11 am and chk out at 4 pm on 21st sept.
                    pl confirm our booking.

                    also pl note that we havent recd gift vouchers worth rsrs 8000. pl send. enquiry no. for this is 1694044 dtd 15/9/09. ms phadnis has talked to divya.

                    also inform your phone no. so that we can talk."
                    They replied something which was totally untrue, shocking and unfair.

                    They wrote:

                    "While we would have loved to confirm your reservation, at the moment we are unable to do so as the validity of the Gift Certificate has expired as the same is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

                    Kindly note that the revalidation of the Gift Certificate is not possible."

                    In reality the date of issue was the 5th April 2009 and the certificate was indeed vaild.
                    This shows that they delayed the booking by giving wrong replies and gave us a tremendous amount of trouble. Also we have been spending so much time to take u the cause and get justice because they should learn a lesson, improve and NOT TREAT ANY CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IN FUTURE.

                    They did not even believe that the coupon date of issue was 5th April 2009 and asked us to send a scanned pdf file of the certificate. This amounts to "Adding insult to injury".

                    I sent them a scanned pdf and wrote:

                    "HELLO BINDU.

                    BY ASKING FOR A PDF ARE YOU NOT ADDING INSULT TO INJURY?
                    WE HAVE GIVEN THE COUPON NO, ON PHONE DAY EOFRE YESTERDAY. IT IS 73972960. THE DATE WRITTEN IN PEN IS 05/04/09.

                    DO YOU NOT BELIVE IN YOUR CUSTOMERS?

                    THE RIGHT THING FOR YOU TO DO RIGHT AWAY IS TO CONFIRM MY BOOKING BY MAKING A TELEPHONE CALL AND TALK TO ME TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE.

                    IF YOU WISH I CAN TALK TO THE PRESIDENT OF CLUB MAHINDRA. BUT PLEASE PLEASE LET IT NOT COME TO THAT!

                    THIS MY EARNEST REQUEST.

                    REGARDS.

                    DEEPAK."

                    They simply ignored my complaint and gave a further treatment by saying that the certificate could not be renewed.

                    Complaint No. 4:

                    Their Chief of Pune Office at Dhole Patil Road had once called me (his name was Shrikant, as far I remember) and told me that he will be giving me service in case I had any requests or problems. I had told him that I could not get booking against the free certificates. He had told me that the certificates will be renewed if we are not able to utilize and get the benefit before the last date.

                    My later experience shows that they are not honoring their own commitment. Eve after telling them about this telephonic talk, they kept on avoiding calling and simply wrote a mail stating that renewal cannot be done.

                    This shows that they "Go back on their words".

                    Complaint No. 5:

                    When we tried to get reservation in May 2009 they said stay against the free stay certficates cannot be converted into a different season whereas such a provision exists for stay against their normal membership. This was not told earlier. Also it has prevented us from using this "free stay" for 2 -3 months out of the total vailidity of 6 months.

                    This amounts to promising a benefit aaawithout telling the consitions at the time of the promise and denying the benefit under some pretext/rule later.

                    Complaint No. 6:

                    We had telephone repeatedly to complain that the free shopping vouchers had not been sent. They told on phone that we should write an e-mail. We wrote the mail and then called them. They told that the vouchers are being sent by courier.

                    We did not receive any vouchers. Now they are saying that the vouchers will ne given becuase they are linked to "Availing the free stay"!

                    Complaint No. 7:

                    I wrote to them "May I suggest that you call me up on my tel no. 39806334 or[protected] immediately and confirm my booking as there is no time left and I have to do my part of the planning?" They did not call and went on sending irelevant automated mails instdea of admitting their mistake which resulted in my missing the trip during that weekend.

                    This proves "Complete ignorance of customer requests resulting in losses and inconvenience to customers".

                    Complaint No. 8:

                    I had sent the following request to them to take a quick action because we were running out on time to organize for our trip.

                    "I need a quick response because I have to prepare for my weekend trip.
                    Pl confirm reservation immeditely."

                    However they used their Compuetrised automated responses system and every time a new person was simply advising to do something else but not giving us the hotal reservation. This happened even after they were satisfied that the free stay certficafcte was indeed valid. It had not expired. This shows total Callousness.

                    Complaint No. 9:

                    I had asked them to clarify the following points. They did not even reply to any of these. Every reminder was simply ignored and on top of it they went on sending "illogical "Computerised Automated Mail" saying that you must be happy!

                    "1.When you say first come first served basis, subject to yourn season avaialability, what does this mean? Pl. clarify.
                    2. Holidays in one higher season can be confirmed only 1 5 days prior to the date of travel. Pl clarify. How are we to make bookings if we dont get confirmation 2 months in advance? We were not told this condition at the time of joining. The booking confirmation for even higher season should be immediate. I hope you appreciate and agree.
                    3. you may defer rci enrolment till as late as yr holiday start date. What is the advantage?
                    Bonus Exch.: What is this? It says "......an additional week for which your inventory is not utilized". Pl explain."

                    And no effort was taken to resolve them. This exhibits a complete ignorance of customer complaints. Consumer Guidance Society should make them implement a proper Complaints Redressal Facility.

                    Sir. We are taking up the cause so that they cannot do such injustice to other customers. Also to spread awareness that this company is misleading people, luring them into coming for such explanatory sessions and giving them false promises.

                    Sir, they have wasted so much of my time that I request you to re4commene to them that they pay a compenstaion by

                    1. Renewing the certificates without attaching strings which were not informed at the time of the original issue and
                    2. Paying me a compensation of Rs. 50,000 as damages and compenasation for the agony caused to our family.

                    In addition you should take effective steps to stop them from such cheating.

                      My membership id is 1474539. i have been told that i have to pay one time payment of rs. 36, 800.00 only and i will get following binifts.

                      1. 7 n / 8 days free accomodation in their resort in india/abroad.
                      2. 26 inch sony bravia s series tv within 45 days.
                      3. rs. 4000.00 food voucher.
                      4. surprise gift is not given to me as committed.

                      1. i got 7 n and 8 days confirmation but while maing the reservation for abroad they told that bankok and pattya is closed for maintainence.

                      2. i got tv after 90 days but t series not s series as committed.
                      I have informed over phone and on email several times to replace the same but till date no action taken.
                      3. an emi of rs. 5687.00 deducted from my credit card on 7th of aug and on 7th of sept 2009. i have paid one time amount of rs 36800.00. so there is no question to deduct any emi from my credit card. on complain after deduction of first emi they said the amount is deduction by mistake and that will be refunded soon but again they have deduted the emi on 7th of sept 2009.

                      4. surprise gift was not given to me.

                      5. i introduced two new member but that reward as commited was not given to me till date.

                      I request you to please advise us waht to do in this regard.

                          Membership No. 1502680, I was sold membership by Vashi Branch of club Mahindra hiding annual subscription charges, I received welcome kit on 28 June and sent request for cancellation by email as well as through call center, I received a call from branch confirming cancellation and i was told that refund will be sent within 30 days, after repeated reminders and calls Club Mahindra has not made refund. I have decided to file FIR against Club Mahindra for cheating and fraud making Branch Manager, Sales executive and directors of Club Mahindra a party.

                          Once we have filled lucky draw coupon of Mahindra Holiday in big bazaar and after few days(27th July) we have a call to collect our free holiday voucher. We said ok and we visited to your Pacific mall branch and there Mr Rajesh Sagar has attended us, he has given the introduction of Mahindra holidays and what are facilities etc and he told us the charges approx 2, 55, 000 for that. This amount was too big for us to we refused then he offered us some attractive schemes

                          They told us to pay 25000 approx and two emi of approx 5600 and we will give you some attractive gifts first he offered us 1 panasonic cam coder with 5000 cash back but we still refused then he offered us 26' lcd tv with 5000 cash back we was still not ready then he offered us 32' lcd tv but we was still not ready to take then he offered us 5000 cash back also. One more think we was ready for try basis means we are going to pay you 25000 + 2 emi and they told us that we can avail 7 days holidays within a year and if we will not be satisfied then we can discontinue.

                          We paid 25000 approx that day and taken the membership and they promise us that they will get approval of this offer within 10 days then you pay our 2 emi and then within 30 days you will get your lcd tv and 5000 cash back. Till here story was very decent.

                          Now after 10 days we started calling to Mr Rajesh Sagar for our approval etc., he started saying that we have got the approval so our senior is on leave so when he will come I will mail you then you come to pay emi. We said ok but this thing has gone for approx more than 15-20 days mostly he do not picks up our phones sometimes he said now I am on leave and out of delhi etc.

                          So after approx 45 days we have decided to visit to our branch again to check the status what is happening and to pay our 2 emi amout. Then there Mr Rajeev has attended us and we talk to Mr Ranjan Shukla who is senior most persons there. Then Mr Shukla promise us that he will attend our case then after few days he promise us that he will give us Lcd tv before 14 Aug they will charge 2 emi amout on time of delivery of tv, so we was trying Bikaji cama palace number on 14th which he has given us but nobody was picking up. So we called Mr Shukla he told us there is some problem in phone lines so he given us assurance to give us Tv on Monday, but we could not gone thr bcoz of busy schedule so we called on saturday to bikaji cama palace they told us its Panasonic Camcoder is written in the papers there we cannot get the Tv, then we called Mr Shukla he told us that he already had words with Mr Sanjeev there so tell them they will give you TV we said fine we went to Bikaji Cama Palace then they told us this is not possible first we have to pay our 2 Emi then it will take anothere 45 days to deliver the TV, here was was feeling badly cheated bcoz from the day 1 we was ready to pay the amount but you people told us not pay and now after more than 2 months we came to know that it will take another 45 days and one more thing we have only September to go for any holidays then we have to pay the next emi.

                          But we paid there 2 emi amount so then at least after two months our case will proceed which should be done on day 1.
                          Then we called to Mr Rajesh Sagar for our 5000 cash back but he totally refused that we have not promise any cash back amout. He is completely fraud, because we was badly trapped in the web of Mahindra Holidays. Because he us attractive prizes cash back and fake promises to generate leads but when you joins and wakes up and demand your gifts etc they they show us their real marketing face. They are badly fooling innocent people's emotions and money. Because when after so much frustration I decided to quit they are not refunding any money to me while they (marketing people) promises that if there will be any delay or problem they will give your money back.

                          NOW I JUST WANT TO SAY TO CLUB MAHINDRA THAT CLOSE YOUR HOLIDAY RESORTS OR CHANGE YOUR STAFF WHO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE EVEN I CAN SAY THAT THEIR BRANCH MANAGER IN PACIFIC MALL IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE & THEY ARE DOING FALSE COMMITMENT THEY ONLY WANT TO SHOW THAT WE SALE OUT N NUMBERS OF PACKAGES BUT I WANT TO SAY ONLY THAT MAHINDRA IS LOOSING HIS REPUTATION IN MARKET DUE TO THE WRONG STAFF & THEIR WRONG COMMITMENTS.

                            This is Pradeep Raj Arusia from Noida.

                            I have signed up for Club Mahindra membership on 30th March 2009 at Center Stage Mall, Sector – 18, Noida center by paying 10% advance through my credit card for Rs 34534.

                            They pushed me for joining their scheme stating that this is the last day and I have an option of 100% refund of the advance paid within 10 days of joining. They have it written in their form which I signed.

                            I filed the request for cancellation of my membership on 6th April 2009 through email as suggest by their customer care. I got a cancellation request ID – 1355684 from through email.

                            Since then I have been following up with them and they have been driving me nuts with newer dates. It is always under process and all I get is a new date which is never achieved. Instead of 30 days, now it is more than 120 days and the status is not moving.

                            Please help me getting my hard-earned money back from them. I would also request you to put some penalty and interest on them so that they take such promises seriously instead of playing around with people’s money.

                                One camplain given to mahindra customer care on[protected], till now no one contact from mahindra customer care. I call 6 to 7 times and always the response is "our sineiour officer will contact soon" my ref no is IF28/0086 AND IF12/0023.I think mahindra customer care is useless because they did not call back and the camplain have no solution. I requst give very strong panishment because if customer will not get any satisfaction then what is the use of customer care.

                                Recently i have bought a used Mahindra voyager, but i got fed up on buying it, i cant get any spares for it, and i cant get any information form the company showroom and customercare regarding availability of spares. I will be satisfied if anyone take step for my above complaint or a answer.

                                Basically i need the sliding door exterior handle, inner handle and door beeding for all four doors
                                One of the worst customer care i ever faced. I used to give my bolero for service at INDIA GARRAGE service center located in chennai regularly. My car was facing severe heating problem and i taken my vehicle for service. One of the their service engineer who attended my call had told me that the engine head has some problem and the same has to open and rectify for which they quoted Rs. 35, 000/-. I sensed that somthing wrong with that service engineer and immeditely consulted with local mechanic. Finally we found that there was some blockage in the radiator so twice we cleaned and fixed now all my problems were sorted out. Thank god i litteraly got escaped from the dangerous people and their company.
                                The same is my opinion. No one in M & M is there to take care of complaints of customers who are being cheated by their Dealers. My letters (dated 03.09.09 & 04.10.09) to Sr. General Manager of M & M went to deaf ears and till date nothing heard from him.

I had a trip to kerala during month of may and met with an accident on 20th May .After checking with mahindra customer care the vehicle was moved to ITL motors Trichur next day, from the day iam following for the vehicle after repair and till date there is no information regarding the vehicle readiness.No response from the dealer at Trichur even after continues follow up they had informed me 10 days before that there is no parts avaialble at mahindra and after some follow up with Chennai regional office they had confirmed that the parts will be airlifted and the vehicle will be ready during last week.iam surprised this week that the parts not matched with the vehicle and do not know the exact date of readiness.

                                At this stage iam afraid how mahindra vehicle will be reliable in spares support after 1 Year as even after newly launched vehicle not having spare parts nor no interchangeablity.

                                Due to the accident i had already spent lot on hospitalliation apart from expenses lot of mental pressure and even the vehicle taken on Loan and paying EMI for the last 3 months.

                                So i wonder whether i shall be getting the vehicle with proper refitted as new vehicle or not.

                                Why Genunine customer like me punished for not delivering the vehicle after due servicng due to non availablity/interchangeablity of spares.

                                Who will be answering for this and how my losses will be compensated iam waiting for more than 3 months for the spares.

                                I (Bithu Babu) here by informing you that I have a Mahindra single cab pickup which is under the registration KL 34 A, 4625 is under repair condition due to steering box oil leak, break complaint and mileage. I already given the vehicle for 3 free services at TVS Kollam and the vehicle is now run for 18000 kms. During the last 2 service we reported the same compliant and they rectified it and they have charged for it (bill number: K 3000780) amount of 4672 INR and the third service the same complaint we reported and that also billed for (Bill number: K 4000653) amount of 3208 INR. The mentioned both services are free services.

                                Kilometer run when we gave for second service is 9823 and third service is 14407 respectively.

                                Now also we are facing the same steering oil leak and brake complaint. Yesterday we gave the vehicle in TVS Kollam for al the three same issues which I have mentioned. They serviced the vehicle and gave back with the amount of approximately 2000 INR.

                                We like to enquire about the charges which they have rectified and billed is exact or not.
                                Today also I am facing the same issue (steering oil leak, break and mileage)
                                I like to know whether you have any stipulated solution for this or please inform us do u have any final solution for my vehicle.

                                We already complained the issue to the manager Mr Jaba Kumar and he also told us they cannot do anything. As I am a customer please ensure us what we can do for this steering oil leak and brake complaint.

I call 6 to 9 times and always the response is "our sineiour officer will contact soon" I think mahindra customer care is useless because they did not call back and the camplain have no solution.                                 Iam the RTO at namakkal, we have been using mahindra for more than 15 years the other day i had left my jeep for painting and decided to use my friends scorpio 4w (TN 07 AB 9900) so on my way to namakkal around the 15 th this month the scorpio caught fire on the felt and the felt started melting which made it fall on the turbo charger which made the turbo charger too to catch fire and when the gear box oil caught fire it became even worst. With great difficulty I put off the fire and had burned my hand so i had asked my friend on where to take the scorpio so he recommended mahindra authorized service in Salem called SKS mahindra authorized service center so i took vehicle there on the 17th this month and introduced my self as Regional Transport Officer and had told them about the burning and parts like the felt and turbo cahrger and gear box oil, including gear box that got fired the service man there told me a date on when to take the vehicle, so I appeared on that day which was around 24th (1 week later) but nothing at all was done in the vehicle it was just the way i left nothing was changed they dint even move the vehicle which made me mentally hate mahindra they gave the vehicle just like that nothing was even cleaned so i need a reply or Iam taking it to the customer court or customer rights, Iam just waiting for your reply I very much believe that U Sir will do the needful these types of authorized service center is a black mark for the whole company so please do the needful

                                I purchased a Mahindra Thar on Dec 22 2011 from India Garage dealer in Bangalore via my company . The day i purchased the vehicle i saw about 4-5 defect (loads of scratches on both the door down panel, squeaky doors, couple of dirty paint touch-up work, etc), but the dealer informed that it will be fixed when we come again to fix the AC.

                                the very next day we noticed about 14 defects in the vehicle, some of the major ones are listed below

                                1- broken glove box (surprised to see it was fixed with plastic screws)
                                2-driver side door was smaller in size when compared to door panel (there was a huge gap when the door was closed, how do we use AC ??)
                                3- Soft top fixers had all come out and were hanging
                                4- the vehicle was squeaking throughout
                                5 - vehicle had many scratches and shoddy paint patch jobs were done (atleast 5-6 patch works)
                                6- major scratches to paint work on front door lower panel
                                7- floor mat fitting were done very haphazardly
                                8- 4w drive lever cushion was not fixed properly
                                9- soft top back door transparent cover was full of scratches
                                10- sun screen (provided free) for front 2 door were not properly .. it showcased the window glass had loads of scratches.
                                11- most of the plastic on dashboard and inside of doors were broken or chipped off


                                Please let me know how i can use such a vehicle. ??this is very poor service from both the dealer and Mahindra. What kind of quality control process does Mahindra have ?? we request a replacement of vehicle, or else we would go to consumer court. for 7-8 Lakhs vehicle is this the quality of service you provide ? Pls address this issue ASAP

                                I am a Mahindra Car owner for last 5 years and have had average customer experience so far regarding servicing and other issues. But worst experience has been at their Koncept Auto in A-9 sector 2 Noida. The Manager Mr Awasthi is the most incompetent and rude person i have ever met as a company Representative. Both manager and staff were extremely rude and arrogant and shouting to prove a point when specially i was made to wait for more than 2 hrs for some one to attend. Wont recommend anyone to try that service center as it is full of rowdy people with no sense of servicing a customer who has been a loyal to them for past 5 years. Would like the management to take some strict action against them to ensure they offer best of Mahindra services going fwd specially with new launches like XUV500 which will demand more professional and exclusive customer service environment or else they will end up being the farmers choice forever.

                                Sir, i have a Maxximo Mini Vanpurchase from ASSAM MOTOR Tinsukia Assam it was only four month due to the leakage of Collen tank the rediowater fan is not working before one month i order for Collent tank but still thre is no respond from your company.Sir I hve to my monthly E.M.I Rs.8, 000 (Eight thousand) so, you tell me sir how i could pay my EMI.
                                Mahindra has no doubt a very poor service back up. I am an automobile engineer & hence can say with conviction that the technical expertise possessed by the various technicians & also the advisors at their service centre is far from satisfactory. In a recent case when I had taken my XYLO for a paid service to STERLING MOTORS GURGAON, they changed the coolant. After keeping the vehicle for two days in their garage I was given the delivery. I had barely gone 2 km from the service centre that my vehicle overheated beyond any mark in the temperature gauge. I phoned the advisor who told me that it is a natural phenomena & that I should wait for the engine to cool down & add 1/2 litre of water in the radiator. I asked for their assistance as it was their responsibility. THe helpline came & filled in over 3 litres of water in the radiator.Later to my horror I found that the coolant which they had to fill in my vehicle during the service was kept behind in sealed containers. Wonder when will Mahindra rise to the occasion.
                                I am priya from Madurai. Order no 14054. I booked Mahindra Maxximo minivan at SUSEE MAHINDRA, kaalavasal branch on 28.06.12. Before the delivery of vehicle I" come to know that some fault at gear system. So that I told to give me another vehicle of the same model.
                                But without proper intimation to me -sales team-billed that problem vehicle on My Name. Finally they replied they will do alterations on the same vehicle, no more another selection
                                I told them I'll wait for another lot of vehicles to choose better vehicle, even it may take more than 1 month.
                                But finally they told me we are already allotted that same problem vehicle to you otherwise to cancel that order.
                                At last, I decide to cancel the order on 02.07.12 and told them "At the same time you don't deduce any amount which I had given to the dealer and finance. They assured me within 3 days your settlement finalised. After that there is no response upto 10 days.

                                After giving repeat followup to revert back the money, they provide intial payment only on 10.07.12. After that 12.07.12 they return the finance settlement to Mahindra finance. But still we are not receiving the advance due amount which we are given to the finance. the financier told we'll return the amount after 30days with deduce the 15 days interest.
                                I am very shocked. Because i am self employed women. i cant bare the interest without my fault. I am very depressed about the dealer.

                                I have given the vehicle to Patwa Automotive in Indore on 20/10/2012. First the service staff told us that there is injector problem, when physically checked in my presence, it was working properly.

                                Later on I was informed that there is problem in wiring. I am not able to understand why the actual problem in the vehicle has been found out. The service manager - Mr. Rai over there has told me that there is problem in wiring according to him, and concerned part is not available in the service centre. They have ordered the part to the company, and are saying that the part will be available after 15 days. I fail to understand why there is time lag of 15 days in procuring the part. As far as I know the parts are available from company within 2-3 days from ordering.

                                Sir, I have attached my vehicle to government department, I am occurring a loss of Rs. 1500/- per day due to non-availability of vehicle. If I do not give the vehicle by 27/10/12, my contract will be cancelled. I request you to provide me with alternate vehicle till my vehicle is repaired or replace the vehicle. It is me who is suffering due to negligence of service manager in Patwa Automotive, as he is not able to satisfy my problem.

                                I planned to buy Maruti Suzuki Desire at the start of September. But one of my friend convinced me to get MAHINDRA VERITO since it has better mileage and low maintenance cost. So I contacted India Garage Chennai branch in Mount Road. While on the process I happened to meet a person who informed MPL Automobile Agency Pvt. Ltd. in Aminjikarai, Chennai, is better than India Garage. So from then I started enquiring the MPL.
                                I paid ADVANCE OF RS. 10, 000/- while booking Mahindra Verito in the middle of October. I paid FULL AMOUNT of Rs. 7, 44, 000 (including tax and insurance) in the end of October . I finalized a model MAHINDRA VERITO D4 TWILIGHT BLUE COLOUR.
                                I planned to get my car on November 10th as this is my lucky date. This Twilight blue colour is my lucky colour and I ensured the officials to provide me this colour.
                                But the MPL officials made a mistake in providing the colour I requested and paid the Taxes to the government. While registering the car I saw the colour. It was Grey colour. But I had requested for Twilight Blue.
                                So I asked them the reason for colour change. They told it was their mistake and tried to convince me into this grey colour. I was not satisfied. So I talked with General Manager Mr. Bala (contact no. [protected]) about this problem. He dint try to help me out but was trying to force me into using this Grey colour.
                                They have Twilight Blue colour but they are not providing me it on the date I requested. Tomorrow the Government offices are functioning. They can do all the processes like insurances, Government Tax, Registration. We have planned to go out to temple for diwali taking this car. If this problem is not solved please repay my full amount back. I also have a Second plan to get Maruti Suzuki Dezire. I[censored] don’t take the required action by tomorrow we will be having holiday on 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th November for Diwali celebrations.
                                I also have the original copy of the Invoice. It is the evidence I can provide u were the colour I requested is printed. If required I will send u that too.

My experience with the Dealer during 1st service was very very poor, service was done so badly i discussed with senior management and set there for two hours and rectified few things. Now Today when i have sent my Scorpio for 2nd service i have faced same issues with very poor commitments my Car was picked up by Dealer at 9.30am and got call at 7.30pm that service is incomplete without any reason. i am so frustrated with these type of poor service, i also thought o[censored]sing Social Media but i will wait for your response first. The dealer always says that it is a wiring or electronic problem but they are not able to say or repair the exact problem.

                                I have complaint against your Jammu Dealer Lahori Motors, Our vehicle passed through an accident on August 21 2012, but our vehicle is insured.

                                After all legal formalities of Insurance, Your dealer promise us to hand over the vehicle in first week of September after complete denting, painting repair as well as change of all damaged spare parts but he handed over our vehicle in Third week of September. In spite of that he also does not replace old spares parts with new spare parts but charge us for the rate of new parts and said that it is out of stock and he will replace it in next week.

                                After visiting several times, he always used to say that the spare is not came from the company & give us the time for next week.

                                After frustrating from that, Finally we purchased it from outside.

                                  As usual the executive came at my place, seen the presentation which claim many sweet things and i paid the down payment on 03 July 2009. But soon i realise this i made a wrong decision and i applied for termination on 08 July 2009, that is well within 10 days.
                                  On the next day same sales executive called me informed me that i do not have termination option. But same thing was not told in presentation.
                                  Even in the form which signed it is mention that termination is allowed if applied within 10 days.
                                  Even in page of Terms And Condition which i recd through courier it is mention that 10 days clause is applicable.
                                  But the executive are not ready to accept this.
                                  They don't follow their own policy, what they will serve in future 25 years.
                                  Pls Help me to get my hard earned money back.
                                  I even have telephonic conversation recorded as a proof.

                                    I Mrs Reshma KAae- memership ID 1452839 became the member of company on 13th March 2009 from Mumbai Vashi branch. It was oneday offer and we were told that we can enroll, discuss among ourself and if not satisfied can cancel the membership with in 10 days and can get our complete refund for amt INR- 25450 against my HSBC card. After 3 days we applied for cancellation through the sales person whom we became member. We received the confirmation call and said that the refulnd will be made soon. As per the terms and condition refund shoulnd be done with in 30 days from cancellation. Its been 4 and half months past and i have not received any refund.
                                    I have made several calls and emails to address the issue to all possible members but no body bother and always extended the date. Several times they even did not receive the call and told that the executives are busy and will call later. I have all emails with me of correspondence.
                                    Now they have told that it will be in August 2nd week. But doubt they will refund. Please guide me as i am paying the interest to HSBC and also under gone harrassment and mental tortuer. Please help as i want to get rid of this andi want to take leagal action to teach a lifetime lesson for their frauds.

                                      I had applied for Mahindra Club membership on 10th May 09 based on the 1 hour presentation they gave to me at their Palm Beach Galleria Mall at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I have paid an amount of Rs.15564/- through my ICICI Credit Card.

                                      As part of the agreement signed by me with Club Mahindra, if i did like to cancel the membership within a stipulated time period i would get a complete refund without any dedcution. The amount shall be refunded to me in a matter of 30-45 days from the date of giving the cancellation request
                                      (Club Mahindra Membership# 1481341).

                                      I have submitted a hand written application on 12th May and also put an email for the same for immediatlely cancellation of my application. Mahindra call center acknowledges the receipt and as well as promised me to refund my amount within 45 days. But its almost more than 2 months now i have yet to receive my amount. My wife had a personal visit to their local (BSEL park, vashi station) office twice but they have not handedover the cheque and just giving false promises.

                                      Please help me get back my money and see that no body else is harassed by mahindra club.

                                        I am red season member of CM. I have been calling Club mahindra for a vacation for 25th-31st december 2009(six months in advance). The response I get is:
                                        1. This time slot is marked for purple members only.
                                        2. You will get a chance to book only 15 days in advance.
                                        3. You cannot upgrade to purple membership, because that is sold out.
                                        4. For resorts where the red season is till 28th, it is completely booked and we cannot offer booking, although we can try...
                                        5. We can offer you booking in one of the resorts up north(where it would be cold, but it gives you a different feel..)

                                        I requested to be connected with the supervisor, after 3 unsuccessful attempts, each time providing my member id, and authentication details. I was connected. He was better spoken, but he admitted that CM is infact running short of rooms and they'd fix the problem in near future.

                                        SO, PLEASE BEWARE OF ALL THESE POINTS BEFORE BUYING HOLIDAYS IN CM.
                                        1. THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH ROOMS
                                        2. THEY ARE NOT DOING ENOUGH DUE DILIGENCE TO SEE WHICH RESORTS ARE IN MOST DEMAND AND HOW THEY SHOULD INCREASE CAPACITY.
                                        3. THEY HAVE A INSENSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE(I WAS TOLD THAT FOR THE PURPLE SEASON, I WOULD NOT EVEN BE TOLD THE AVAILABILITY, SINCE I WAS NOT PRIVILEGED ENOUGH..)

                                        I strongly feel that this company is a sham. It is shocking that it belongs to the Mahindra group. If Mr. Anand Mahindra is listening or reading he should take cognisance that there is no customer relationship at all. There is no one to attend to the queries and the call center personnel dont know what they are doung. Email queries are never attended to. The only thing they are prompt is in making your life miserable annually in collecting the fees. I think that the high court should sou moto proceed against them for cheating individuals by publishing glamorous ads.
                                        CLUB MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS IS A 100% CHEATING CLUB .WE SHOULD TAKE IT VERY SERIOSLY .FROM 72000 ( SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND) MEMBERS THEY HAVE COLLECTED MORETHAN 1000CRORE RUPEES ALSO THEY ARE COLLECTING 72CRORE RUPEES EVERY YEAR.

                                        WITH TWENTY RESORT HOW CAN THEY SERVE 72000 MEMBERS WITH SEVEN DAYS PACKAGE.ONLY FEW RESORT ONLY THEY HAVE 100 ROOMS.IN KODAI THEY HAVE 16 ROOMS, IN OOTY THEY HAVE ONLY EIGHT, IN BANKOK THEY HAVE SIX ROOMS.MOST OF THE PROPERTIES ARE TYUP ONLY AND NOW THEY ARE PLANING TO FLOT SHARE AND CHEAT PUBLIC

                                        DO SOMETHINGTO RECOVER OUR HARD EARN MONEY
