I would like to bring this to the atention of our esteemed courts that there are organisations like Club Mahindra that are actually cheating its members are offering memberships by luring the common people and after the membership is confirmed they don't even inforrm you about the holiday bookings, availability and the season nchart that they prepare is another eye wash.You can't book abd redeem any holiday as almost every time you call up on their sick call centre (where they can't tell you any thing properly}there is one obstacle or the other.Very sadly i can say that since nov 2007 I have been paying them hoards of monbey but I have not availed a single holiday.But if the monthly Emi is not credited one monthe of the 16 months they immediately get back nto you and force you to pay or warn you of no fututre bookings.Sad

Club Mahindra Holidays — Far from city

No complaints with the resort service, but resort far away from city. I recently underwent surgery and I wanted a break but because the resorts are far away from the city for e.g. Coorg is around 3-4 hours from Bangalore. Stressful.

Club Mahindra Holidays — Memorable Holidays

Every experience at Club Mahindra has been a memorable one. From the tucking to giving bath to elephants we got more than expected. Adding to that, the food is delicious with the wide variety of dishes, even every meal has been a satisfying one.
The most important is all the staff. They are even so courteous and willing to make the guest comfortable, by being friendly & helpful. Not only handful of them, but literally each one of them putting a great location and excellent resorts together, this stay will always be remembered.

    I have holidayed in Coorg, Goa, Munnar & Binsar. All the resorts are excellent! Luxurious rooms, kids meal options, super rates on dining and holiday activities make this membership great value for money. I look forward to many more happy holidays in India and abroad.

      My membership no. Is 1432886
      Point no. 8 of my complaint may be read as
      In letter dated 20.02.2009 of club mahindra it is mentioned that holiday start date is 18 months after admission as a member. I become member after making down payment of 15 % i. E rs 23782 on 17.01.2009. But during presentation session i was informed that i can avail holidays right after making above down payment. Now i am being asked not only to wait for 18 months but to make payment of all emis and annual subsription fee of rs 7408 till next 18 months if i have to avail this holidays package.
      Because they have mentioned that this s precondition before booking of holidays that no emi or asf amount is due.

        1. My membership no. Is 1432886. House no. 2253 sector 44-c, chandigarh mobile [protected]
        2. I made cash payment of rs 23782 on 17.01.2009 towards down payment for above membership
        3. On 20.02.2009, i received detailed letter informing me my membership number.
        4.in this letter my mobile number was wrong
        5. This was mentioned that i am referred by mrs gurcharan kaur of mohali, whereas i do not know who she is and have never met he
        6. It was mentioned in this letter that this membership covers 3 adults - 2 children below the age of 12 yrs age are considered one adult. Whereas during presentation session in their office in sector 35, chd, myself, my wife and my both daugters aged 14 yrs and 18 yrs were present there. And the presentation officer was informed their age and qualification and he told both daughters, my wife and me are covered under this membership benefits.
        7.in this letter i am informed that and additional subscription fee of rs 7408 is to be paid per annum, whereas during presentation no one informed me reagarding this. Further payment of this is precondition for availing holidays facilty. Further more this is to be paid each year whehter or not i avail holidaying facility.
        8.in this letter it is mentioned that holiday start date starts from the end of the month after admission as a member. Whereas during presentation session, i was informed that i can avail this facility any time after making down payment.
        9. Mode of payment for balance instalment is mentioned ecs, whereas i have not given any such conscent.
        10. I am following up with them since february right after receiving this letter but now i feel i must approach you with request that i want refund of rs 23782 from club mahindra. Their address is

          Reference: Club Mahindra Membership No. 994518

          Subject: Refund of Membership Fees of Rs. 41, 880.00 paid by me through
          Cheque + Installment Payment collected by you through ECS.

          Dear Sir,

          With reference to above cited reference and subject I may write you that franchisee of your Club Mahindra at Udaipur (Rajasthan) and its sales executive Mrs.Shabana have created a fraud and cheated me. This is the second time I have been cheated by club mahindra holidays.

          Mrs. Shabana sold me membership with a commitment to recover the old loss by forwarding new references in my account and she gave a wrong plan.

          I came to know about this after I received a confirmation call from your Jaipur office, when I told to tele caller that it is wrong. She advised me to contact immediately on phone no. [protected] and an email id, as the membership was to be cancelled within 15 days. I followed and was informed by both the sources i.e. phone and email that I will be contacted with 48 hours. I also followed Mrs. Shabana and Mr. Pradeep Paneri but Mrs. Shabana never picked up the phone and Mr. Pradeep Paneri assured to send Mrs. Shabana to my place and thus lingering on passed out 15 days time. After that I visited their office and they took an application for cancellation of membership and on copy gave a receipt that the membership will be transferred to other person within a month and my money will be refunded in full after handing over the free gift of SONY LCD TV. Which I have not received till date. When I objected for transfer of membership and demanded my money he said that you have surrendered the membership and your money is fore fitted. This is clear fraud and forgery.

          Even after my follow up and reminders they have collected payment through ECS.

          I therefore request you to look in that matter and refund my money Paid by cheque and ECS in full along with interest.

          Further your Mr. Ankit Sachdeva from Jaipur visited me at my office on December 5th and tried to grab more money by fooling me and when I refused to pay any more amount and showed the receipt given by Mr. Pradeep Paneri o[censored]daipur Franchisee, first he said “If you don’t pay the installments your money paid will be forfeited by the company”. Then he said that he would discuss with the matter with higher authorities and try to manage for refund.

          He also asked to send an email to him mentioning the facts of the case to support him to discuss the matter in my favor.

          After that I phoned him several times and he always assured that the “Rajasthan head is trying to resolve the problem and soon revert back and contact you.”

          I feel that this is the policy of your company to fool the public and then linger on and pass the time so that the person is tired and sit calmly.

          I request you to refund my money immediately failing which I will have to proceed legally and you company and concerned persons will be responsible for a;; legal expenses and concequences.

          Thank god consumercomplants.in n googleare making innocent people know, how they force n operate, else i too was thiking to get membership n free TV

          Sony (LCD TV's) — Non REFUND

          We purchased Sony LCD TV's from Sonay World in Kolkata and the payment was made in full. On the very next day before the delivery of the same was made the Company was requested to cancel the same on account of a domestic dispute wherein we are not able to take delivery of the same and thus the samle had to be cancelled. the company was requested to cancel the sale and a mail towards which was forwared to them. The company verbally confirmed the cancellation of the sale and agreed to refund the money after deducting 2% of the sale amount which was agreed by us. In sipte of a lapse of 10 days the money has not been refunded to us. Repeated requests have only lead to their asking for more time. Please suggest what steps can we take in the matter in order to receive the payments from the company. PLEASE HELP.
          I had purchased a LCD 26 inch from Home Town, HATHRAS on AUGUST 29, 2009 Model No LA26B350 SL.NO. 12703ZJS600503L Bill Rs-25000.00. Unfortunately from day one the TV started giving trouble. On starting for a 2nd days the picture is blurred & black slide. I have lodge a compliant to Delar .Next days samsung engg. came to our end.he Check TV and told us that LCD has been faulty and he will be changed OR refund LCD AMOUNT Rs-25000.00 The company confirmed and agreed to refund the money. My refund approval no-199570.Last five month the money has not been refunded to us. Please suggest what steps can we take in the matter in order to receive the payments from the company. PLEASE HELP.

            I have been cheated by club mahindra. They announced a special september offer for Rs 70, 000 in which there was 1 year membership with 1 free domestic & international 2nights holiday alongwith a 32 inch SONY BRAVIA LCD tv.
            NOW THEY HAVE THEMSELVES CONVERTED MY MEMBERSHIP INTO LIFETIME AND THEY ARE TAKING OUT Rs.7000 FROM MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY THROUGH ELECTRONIC CLEARING SYSTEM(ECS) inspite of my paying Rs 70000 already....

            Dear all
            I would like to inform all sensible readers that Club Mahindra is a total cheat and nothing but bundle of false commitment. I am one of the many sufferer and the whole story is like this….
            I received the call from Club Mahindra tele marketing girl and was called for the presentation Metro Junction branch at Kalyan. As any other marketing presentation, this presentation was impressive, got lured and I decided to join Club Mahindra based on information given by them. Though at back of mind, I was thinking of verifying the details given by them are true or not and then join. But their branch manager Sanjay Kode said this offer is only for today and they will give Samsung Camera free, etc, etc if joined today. Also, he promised that if you decide to cancel your membership within 10 days, then we will refund the 100 % amount within 35 -45 days. So I took the membership, on that day itself. After verifying the details I found that the details given by them are not true and plus they have not given 100% details like annual membership renewal fee which is to be paid every year. About this when I discussed with Sachin Kode over phone, then he gave that details and said he thought all details were given to me. Also, the feedback of some existing member of club mahindra was also very negative. In fact, they seriously told me that if I have surplus money than better donate it to some needy person or throw in dust bin but do not join Club Mahindra to spoil your peace, joy, comfort. So I decided, to cancel and informed Sachin verbally and by e-mail within 10 days. I waited for 35 days but no cheque / call from club Mahindra. Then I spoke to customer service exec. to enquire about the same. They told me that I will receive a call from CM (club Mahindra) within 48 hrs. But no call from CM. Again I spoke to customer service exec., he replied same ( a call fm CM in 48 hrs.) But no call. This happened 4 times. Then I enquired with Sachin, he gave me their Vashi office number and told me to speak Sudeep. When I did that, he said the same thing ( a call fm CM within 48hrs) I was losing my patience and asked what is this a call fm CM and told him I never get a call fm CM but each time only promise of call. He said this time I will definitely get to inform about the cheque details. But …. No call. Now, I started doing follow up with Sudeep and each time he gave new date for my cheque release. (7 times). Simultenously, I was in touch with Sachin and my tone was becoming harder and harder day by day. But no results…. Then I spoke to their Vashi branch Manager Manish Bhagwe. He promised my cheque will be released on 2nd Feb. But …. Same results … no cheque. I wrote a strong mail to Manish which he bothered to reply. He replied my 3th mail in which he gave me new date. But .. same result…. Finally with further shouting, I got my cheque on 15 feb. i.e after 127 days, ( promise was of 35-45 days).

            Looking at my experience, I suggest as my friends suggested; if you have surplus money than better donate it to some needy person or throw in dust bin but do not join Club Mahindra to spoil your peace, joy, comfort.

            So forget about your hard earned money putting in CM and screwing your life.

            I totally agree with you. But we need to know, how to stop them from cheating, sucking other people.
            "if you decide to cancel your membership within 10 days, then CM will refund the 100 % amount within 35 -45 days". Is this statement mentioned somewhere from them on website or brochure, actually i am also suffering the same way.
            I got a same call from Mahnidra as i m a lucky winner for the tour... so please tell me what should i take care of...

            For the last 3 days, I have been trying to contact Delhi Office.Gaurd picks up the telephone and says

            Club Mahindra is a good company run by cheating marketing staff . My suggestion to all new
            aspirant is to keep away yourself from the cheaters or their marketing agents .
            I have lost Rs.40, 000/- by depositing initial amount to which club mahindra has denied to refund .
            even i am a victim of dis club mahindra cheat company.they never ever mentioned about the annual subscription fee which is raised to arnd Rs.8000/- .we just got a letter asking us to payup the sum to continue our membership.so ma dad contacted the vashi branch manager, Mr.Kamat, who was supposedly out of town.he never botherd to contact us back even after several calls n also adviced us to sell our membership to some1 else for which he promised to help us out, which he never did.

            also, last summer, der was no availability in 3 of der resorts even thou v had applied 2 months ago for it.according to dem, reservations r open 6 months prior to the date n v r supposed to do the booking then.now sum1 pls tell me hw r u supposed to plan out a vacation 6 months bac???????i gues de r just eating up our money n avoidin reservations so dat de save up on some more money.

            dis is for all dos who havent joined CM yet-pls dont waste ur money here.roadside travel agents offer u much better service, satisfaction n guarantee.
            Never make any advance payment. This club mahindra guys are ready to trap innocent people and eat our money. I wonder how people can belive their fake promises and schemes.

              Dear sir,
              Club mahindra is probably another organisation duping innocent people. I am member of club mahindra since last one and half year and was promised Handy cam camera sony at the time of registration alng with one week domestic holiday at one of there resorts, but they never delivered the camera since today even after several requests and always making excuses regarding one week holiday like if you are asking for rajasthan they will say you go to Auli and if you ask for Goa they will say go to mussorie, just making mockery of there members in sweet tongue .Although I am paying there payments regularly.I will like to go to consumer court and media against them

              This is to bring to your notice by which your sales executive are mis-selling the Holiday plans.
              I have been told a bunch of lies by your sales executive for selling the holiday package to me. Following are the lies told to me by your sales executive:-

              1. Only petrol cost for sightseeing :- Your sales executive has told that we need to pay only nominal petrol charges if we want to travel anywhere for sightseeing after booking the resort there, but I found that this is the lie he has told me.

              2. ASF fees :- Your company executive told me that holidays are inflation free and the ASF amount is fixed and will not change for next 25 years but later I came to know this fee is adjusted considering inflation.

              3. Promised gift vouchers not received:- Your company executive has told me that he will give me PVR and MacDonald vouchers but I have not received the same.

              4. Food price Rs 700-900:- He told me that at every property in India Food costs for fun dining plan is between Rs 700-900 and over that as a member I will receive discount from 25-40%, but I found that food price is much higher.

              5. No Tax:- He told me that there is no luxury Tax at any property after paying ASF but in some properties like Ooty-Derby there is luxury tax applicable.

              6. Payment of guest fees for friends:- He told me that i can gift my holiday to me friends, relatives etc free of cost even through RCI but later got to know that Guest fee/charges is applicable.

I traveled on the voucher i received for attending the session so that i can have the feel of the Club Mahindra properties and as i have already became the member he told i will be getting all the members benefits but when i traveled to resorts they have not provided any Members benefits like discount of Food etc. and i was made to pay more.

              So i kindly request you to refund the amount paid by me which is Rs 22200 as i don't want to be associated with this cheat company.

                Dear Sir,

                I have a membership from Club Mahindra in my husband's name. We got this membership in 2007 and instead of the free handycam, we availed of some 15 days of free holidays and food vouchers worth Rs. 3000.

                We were paying the regular emis for the same but after trying 4-5 times for the booking, there was no availability. Sowe stopped our monthly deductions and told them to book a holiday first before paying further. Everytime, we were promised of a holiday but nothing was done and only the collection guys called for payment. Out of frustration, we asked them to cancell our membership.

                After a few months we came to know that the membership is terminated and there was no communication from them regarding this. Now, if we want to continue or want a refund, they are asking us to buy a new membership.

                The Guest Relation team is pathetic. They accepted that there was no communication whatsoever between the collection and guest relation team.

                Request you to take stringent action against them on the same.

                  My membership No.is 1417596.I was told in writing that entire application money(without any deductions ) shall be refunded within 45 days if I cancel the application within 10 day from the date of applying.I have cancelled my application in writing within 10 days of applying.Its more tha 60 days since then but Mahindra people are making me run from pillar to post and it seems they are not in a mood to do so.

                  They are only extending dates to make me so tired that I foget about my hard earned money.

                  i took the club membership on 31/12/07 but due to urgent need of funds cancelled the membership on 05/01/08 by sending a fax to your delhi office and i also recieved a call and i confirmed the same but its been six months now and i have not recieved the money yet, and to top that all ms isha from your delhi office says she did not recieve the fax. i have written to mr. gulvender singh also and he gave me the assurance that the money will be refunded but nothing has happened. this is mot how you should deal with people and not with faujis specially.

                  complaint no 'MHRIL=688-259' date 7/04/2008 It was a horrifying experience to both me and wife at surat office, There was a call from club mahindra informing that we are selected for free gift .
                  After one hour we listened all about there mahindra group, holiday concepts etc, when we refused to accept the entire office staff which was so polite and modest during explaination of plan became angry and we were just forced to accept .After strong resistance from us, there branch manager settled the issue by asking Rs 1000/-, We don't have cash, he had given his account number chandra shekher ICICI account No[protected] and I transferred the amount on line from my saving account I still have the proof.I have written to club mahindra as per comlaint accept no 'MHRIL=688-259' one year is passed there is no feed back from club mahindra.

                  I am facing the same problem with Club Mahindra Holidays, here after, referred to as CHEATS.

                  Its been more than 90 days and these cheats have not returned my money, though their application form says with in 30 days of such withdrawal they'll return the money.

                  Please let me know if you have received your money back or not. I am planning to go to consumer court against these cheats.

                    This company — club mahindra must be taken to task. They are cheating the customers.

                    1. They advertise that they offer free international holiday — if you take their membership. — you ask them which 4654 resorts are included in the free holiday.
                    They say go to rci.com site then to resort directory — all the listed are included.
                    You join — when you call rci for the dubai resort — which is listed — they say it has been cancelled.
                    We took the membership because we were planning to go to dubai — so we thought the deal of free holiday was good.

                    We called them that rci says dubai is not included — they say we have to deal with rci.
                    Money was paid to clubmahindra — is this not cheating..

                    Next when we took the membership we told them we want the validity of the free holiday for two years — they agreed — but did not do it.

                    Please spread the word to one and all not to join this fake company.

                    i have complaint agaainst Body Care group they take the money from customer not provididng good service centre are very unhygeine and staff attitude after getting all the payment very rude .
                    In my case after submitting my all the money i am not able to continue with tthem and i find their centre very unhygeine laundry are smelling like any thing .Than i spoke with concern person and she ready to reimburs me or another option to tranfer my centre but i went to other centre they just refuse me to take my transfer andsaid if you pay the money i will accept your transfer with immediate effect otherwise sorry.
                    No doubt, there resorts are very good but not the people. Club Mahindra employees are extremely rude. The "free" holiday coupon they give along with the presentation after their one hour presentation does come with a "price" and is largely useless. First of all, as soon as the customer says that he do not wish to take their membership post presentation, they will make you feel unwanted and turn rude as if you came begging for that "free" coupon. Secondly when you try to book your holiday with the coupon you will seldom get the desired booking. Keep following up till you can but you won't succeed. Total waste of time and energy.

                    I my self haven't seen such rudeness in any hospitality industry. Even if you want to go and explore this yourself be ready for the treatment.

                    pls ask your marketting team to behave properly, i receved a call from the noida sec 18 office to come and attend the presentation. i was not able to be on time for the date fixed, some ravi and different people called me up and started abusing and misbehaving. they also insulted me saying that next time i should not fill any form of club mahindra at any mall or petrol pump. without realising that how badly these men with the form run after people pleading to fill up the form or their targets wont be achived.but the point is anybody who fills in the form would be treated like this. as it is there are hundreds of fraud case studies available and the list if victims who have alredy paid their hard earned money to a cheat company like club mahindra. i have alredy lodged a complaint against your marketting people .thanx see you.
                    i am a member of club mahindra, i book aholiday for manali in club mahindra resort 6 months before ie. on the first date of booking for 2 appartment(1bhk+2bhk), when i reach to the resort receptionist inform that there is no room aviailabel and you have to take studio appartmnt for tonight. next day also we meet resort manager for the same but insteed of filling sorry he argue with us and say that this is profit making company and not for the members only and he reply that the appartment book by you is sold to some unother customer. we get very much harresed for full day.also whenever we call for any booking call center people reply that the resort is full and when we directly go to resort rooms are availabel as per the tarrief rates. this type of cheating we find in goa and manali. i think club mahindra taking memberships more then the room nights they have and cheated the members by selling the rooms to the non members in the pick season time. so plase think hundred time before taking membership...shrikant agarwal

I have booked for baiguney and somehow I feel there could be some underground bookings for non members. Please prove me wrong.                     At the time of presentation by company executive Mr. Bharat Singh he said that you will get 4 RCV Voucher and 1 iPhone 6 apart from holiday packages. And I have to pay down payment and plus 3 EMI'S. after that I can stop giving EMI'S and still I can use my holiday.
                    Now when I am planning for my holiday I came to know that I can only plan holiday once my EMI'S payment will be in continuation. What rubbish is this?? I have been told that I have to pay only down payment and 3 EMI'S.
                    Cm resorts are not vacant for members, if I book through other booking website it'll be booked.
                    After long discussion on behalf of my evidence Cm agreed to give RCI of INR 20000 but they don't give that.

                    But now it has been cleared that It is totally case of fraud, harassment, cheating and misrepresentation.

                    So, I asked to Cm that kindly refund my all money, I don't want to take any kind of services from company.

                    Or, I'll file case against company as per Indian contact act 1872 section 17 fraud and section 18 misrepresentation. and also I'll expose Cm through social media. I can not leave this case because you have played with my trust.

                    As per my understand, during verification call not spacifed about refund money and amount of maintanace charge of 14500/- which is not still confussion ..

                    If your are not revert money then, the panishment charge one phone calling is 48000/- as panalty...this can be assume your Cheating to innocent customer.. even myself not use any day at your resort...
                    As per your presantative get sign in blank your agreement paper with brief important about membership rules. Now your free to use evidence against me... As per our discuss conferance with me. without conference call with your represtative... also clear why mr. Vishal not pick my phone...

                      I took club mahindra membership on 17th june 2008 through Ranjan Shukla (Take over manager), Club mahindra ansal plaza, khel gaon, Delhi. Ranjan Shukla (Take over manager) told me if i will cancel the membership then i will get my amount within a month.
                      So i gave cancellation application and submitted at ansal plaza, khel gaon, Delhi on 25th June 2008, . But i got the cancellation processing mail on 29th july 2008 from club mahindra.
                      I have not recieved my refund till now & club mahindra officers assured me to refund the amount within a month, but its long time now. Even after my cancellation request, i recieved membership card, and rci card and booklet, but not recieved the refund amount.
                      i had words with gulvendra, and he gave me isha adhikari's no for further details.from past seven months i'm in regular contact with isha, and she use to tell me " u'll get ur money by mid of the month". I am listening these words from past seven months.
                      I mailed many times to Ranjan Shukla, Isha Adhikari and once to Sanjeev kumar regarding my refund.
                      Yesterday also i got the same reply from herside that definetly u'll recieve the amount till February 15th.
                      i tried to cooperate with all officers, but this is all very dramatic now. I am very disappointing from club mahindra services. so please help us on this matter.
                      We are having all the copies of communication through mail and even of cancellation request.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I would like to bring to your attention that absolutely horrifying way in which the Mahindra Resorts is being managed and how there is lack of transperancy and customer empathy in dealing with customers. I had booked a holiday package (White - Studio) because of the glib talk of your expective Mr. Divyesh Jain and is manager (sic) Mr. Sidesh Anwekar, who operate out of some office space in Worli. I also had to pay around INR 38, 000 /- (using my credit card) as the offer I was promised was valid only for THAT DAY. During the course of the welcome call, which was conducted later, I realized that what was told to me duirng the initial meeting was a series of lies and important and critical information that would have influenced my decision making was deliberately withheld from me. I then decided to cancel the membership for which I was asked to submit a cancellation letter which was also duly done. I have since been trying to reach Mr. Diveyesh since (he either does not respond to my calls or switches off his phone) to know when I would get my money back. I was then given a number 40006465 where I had the misfortune of talking to one Mz. Ujwal Khot and explained my predicament to her and she has the audacity to tell me "Go and catch Divyesh's neck ya..". Is this a way a customer is spoken to ? Her interaction reveals the quality of your HR department and is a telling comment on your recruitment, training and customer management strategies.


                        Today, on speaking to Mr. Sidesh (God bless, I am able to get in touch with Mr. Busy and he the mighty one has consented to speak to me !!), I am told that it would take 30 to 45 days for the money to be refunded as it involves some "process". He also gave me the same number to talk to somebody by name Madhu. I am at a loss to understand why I should be running behind people, making calls, to get my money back. I would request you to a) make sure my money is returned immediately.. If I can make a payment within 30 minutes of request from your end, I fail to understand why I need to wait for 30 to 45 days.In any case, I have no intention of paying the outstanding to my card issuer from my pocket, blocking my funds AND at the same time allow Mahindra Club to enjoy the fruits of a 45 day float on my funds. All it takes is to issue a cheque. I have also been given no documentation that states that it would take 45 days to get my money back. b)spend some time introspecting the canards that are being floated to run this business. The selling pitch is a pack of lies and nothing else. c) Invest in people who can atleast talk decently. d)Train people so that they take responsiblity for their actions (or inactions, which abound in this place) . I would also like to place on record that this would be my last interaction of any kind with any brand of Mahindra (I had plans of buying a Mahindra Renault...) . All the best...

                        thank god you had paid only this amt.i became a member and you would not believe their reorts are booked 6 months in advance, but if you pay cash you can get to go.i have proof of the same.and getting them to speak to me has become a big task since last 3 weeks.
                        Mr.mahindra you need to see how this co is working and try to get through the same procedure, only then would you understand the frustation you have to go through by paying for it.

                        We are unable to pay the balance EMIs and ASFs amounting to Rs.55, 000/-. We have paid around Rs.50, 000/- to Club Mahindra and have not availed a single holiday. Why cant your staff be empowered to help us to sell our membership? We cannot find any buyer.

                          3. If you go there, they will talk about(all are lies) some aluring offers/ packages with Rs.[protected]. They will ask you to provide one account / card number for this payment. They will also ask you sign on a document for this offer. Now you are trapped!!.

                          4. You actually signed on their membership form with a membership amount of 3-4 lacs. EMIs will be charged to you (you already have authorised them by signing the document and disclosing you card/ account number).

                          5. You will come to know about this fraud after 1-2 months after recieving the wellcome kit.

                          6. Now the 2nd phase of the trap: If you go for the cancellation, they will tell you as per rule you have to cancel your membership within 10 days after applying the membership. But you 7. Now the harasment and pain. You will do lot of follow-ups, but you will not get the money back easily.

                          You are not a Kid, lured by a lollipop to come & sign the document, I suppose you are matured enough to read between the lines before signing on the dotted line, else you are as dumb as a kid.The offers are for marketing, buts its at your dscreet end to go to the venue or take the membership.

                          As per as mahindra concern its a brand name .no one can blame that i have been trapped or cheated on the account of filling the lucky cupon form or something else.only illirate man will complain because he is not able to read whatever written in the documents . if litrate people complain about that they have filled worng form then i can say that they are really padha likha bewkoof insaan...bye they way mahindra dont want to spoil their brand image .offering lucky coupon its parts of the selling strategy nothing else.thats why it is no 1 in holidays resort.

                          I received a call from Club Mahindra Holidays in June 2012 about being selected as a lucky winner of a contest which I had entered into at one of HP outlets in Pune (MG Road). I was informed of a FREE 3N/2D holiday package (excluding travel) at any one of CMH's 18 locations pan India + free movie tickets for up coming 6 movies of my choice valid for the next 6 months. Intrigued, I asked my wife to check with CMH and indeed the representatives from CMH kept pursuing us for the chance to redeem this coupon and called us to their office at Baner for a presentation after which we would be eligible for the contest. We were given an appointment at which they kept pressing us for some membership costing between 1 lac to 3 lacs for the next 25 years and painted all sorts of rosy pictures around it. On being firm about my decision against availing any such membership, strangely they decided against the lucky draw coupon and blandly told us about their inability to do so thereby wasting an hour and a half in the process. I just decided to let it go, as on enquiry I came across a lot of people taken for a ride by CMH about this so called 'contest'.

                          Just a few days back, 3 months after I shifted to Mumbai (Goregaon) I again came across the same contest being held at Food Bazar at Oberoi Mall where I was asked to fill personal details for the same contest. My wife filled the form against my protests just to have a go at it once more. We received a call the very next day from one Ms Nisha and she insisted that we visit CMH office located at HUB Mall (Goregaon East) the same day to redeem the gift. I flatly told her about my reluctance to do so and she assured me that I would not have to pay a single penny for the 3N/2D package however, had to help them out by attending the presentation sine they had to show the management about number of ppts they make. Again I decided to give it a shot since the mall is on my way home from the office. What I found funny was CMH always takes a client's signature on a form about willingness to attend the hour long ppt which we reluctantly did as I had made it clear that I would not avail the membership and was just attending it for sake of collecting the gift coupons. After the mandatory wait, I was asked to give my email address and was the told that the vouchers would be mailed to this id in the next 15 mins and that I could leave and check it later. Now, the irony is that there is no such mail from CMH as promised as of now and the number[protected] are not reachable.
                          I am really disappointed at the cheap marketing gimmick by CMH and would appeal to the management of CMH to employ more ethical means for promoting their products.

                            Possibly the company never had the intention of providing service.

                            The 2nd call was supposedly from your Delhi office. The lady calling suggested that my reason for wanting to withdraw was that I did not want to pay the yearly maintenance fee.

                            I called one of your consultants today and he offered me the above on a red studio membership and in addition most of major things as offered by you.

                            I had trusted Mahindras as major corporate house of India but I feel cheated now.

                            You are requested to please cancel my membership with immediate effect and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            Now, I am told that cancellation will be against deductions since I am doing it after 10 days. Please be reminded that I had informed the call centre of the breach of trust and informed them of my intention. Later Mr. Rajesh Pant called after 2 days but the conversation remained inconclusive.

                            I am pained to discover the dark side and shall definitely escalate it to the highest levels within Mahindra as an organisation and to consumer forums in larger consumer interest.

                            Please provide me with the mail id to your MD and RCI customer service.

                            we enrolled ourselves as yr member on the 22nd of feb2009 and inspite of several reminders we hv not yet been in receipt of our ID nor kit neither did yr people come to collect the due emi . they promised to plan our holidays for summer vaccations but their promises turned out hollow . we feel cheated and wish to discontinue our membership .

                            I wanted to escalate against the false commitments and cheating done to me for refunding my money against cancellation.

                            22nd November 2008: I paid 38851.00 Rs for becoming the member of Club Mahindra through my ICICI credit card. I got disapponted with the services and false commitments of the hotel reservations, so I have applied for the cancellation & refund of paid amount on December. The process was initiated on 7th January and I was told that in 30 working days the amount will be refund. Since, then I am just following up with the customer care and vashi branch for my refund.

                            The member relation officers have send me many witten mails giving the dates of confirmation for cheques release. But, the when the dates reached they turned back and tells me that there is some problem from Club Mahindra Corporate and from there end cheques are not released so we cannot make it know and it will take two more months.

                            I am going to register a legal complain to Consumer Court Thane Branch very soon with all the proof documents.

                            Please check the trailing mail to get one such example of the commited date.

                            Help me and help yourself to maintain the dignity of company.

                              I am a journalist of Ananda Bazar Patrika Group (ABP). I want to lodge a complaint against Club Mahindra Group for unnecessarily harrassing me over telephone, using abusive language. On 7th December 2008, the employee who introduced herself as Purnima Das, called me up in my mobile at 6.46 pm from a landline number[protected] to inform me about some lucky draw contest where I was the winner. When she started explaining me about my prize I did not find it interesting enough and straightaway told her not to contact me any more. I also catagorically told her to delete my number from their database to avoid further conversation. To my utter surprise, this lady Purnima, called me up over and over again for 4 times (6.48pm, 6.49 pm, 6.51 pm) I felt disturbed and asked her, why she is calling me even when I am not interested. At that, she just shouted, "" and snapped the line.
                              I reverted back to the line to check authenticity of this number[protected]. It was a board line. When the call was transferred to Purnima Das, I gave my introduction and demanded a WRITTEN apology otherwise I would report to the police. She said that she doesn't have any e-mail access and transferred the call to their tele-marketing manager, Bappa Biswas (thus how he introduced himself). The manager also refused to apologise in writing.
                              On 8 December I filed a GD at our local police Station (Sonarpur P.S). The documents are with me.

                              Sir, I'm a victim of Club Mahindra as well. My refund is due with them since July 2008 and I dont see getting it ever. The amount in question is pretty large - Rs. 62, 000/-

                              I just want to caution people to stay away from them. They are most unresponsive and insesitive towards their customers.
                              In connection to my previous complaint, I would like to add that, despite repeated requests the Club Mahindra callers again started disturbing me over mobile. Yesterday, 10 December, 2008, a caller who introduced himself as Bikram and pestered me about the same lucky draw story!
                              I clearly told them about the general diary which I have already filed with Sonarpur Police station. The diary number is, 680.

                              I transferred Rs 7, 000 from iconnect, I have zero balance salary account with Axis Bank but they transferred twice Rs 14, 000 the amount and I got a feedback from Axis Bank it was a technical fault from their end and now its have negative balance. Thank god it was my dad's account only otherwise I would have lost this amount, But this is not the end.
                              This gave me a bitter experience as I signed cheques and I have monthly EMI's as well with other banks or lenders, they won't consider this and definitely they will charge me like hell or sue me for just small amount.
                              I hope we all understood the problem and consequences as well. How we all can feel secure whether amount is small or huge we would require security. I would expect solution not only for me but for all o[censored]s. Thanks

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                I, Sudeep Roy resident of Thane like to complaint that a person named Mr. Arindam Ghosh from Club Mahindra Holidays have visited my office located at Powai, Mumbai on 28.11.2008 evening for explaining the features / package to be offered.

                                Since that day (28.11.2008) i did'nt plan to suscribe for the particular membership(15%) than Mr. Ghosh insisted to pay a sum of Rs.23, 782.00 by cash or credit card on the very same day. As i was not carrying so much cash or even the credit card - Mr.Ghosh asked me to take the details like card expiry date & CVV no. overphone from my wife available at my residence in order to block my & my wife Amrita Roy's names as Applicant & Co-applicant.

                                Accordingly Mr.Ghosh took my signature on the application form, credit card charge slip for Rs.23, 782.00 & another charge slip for Rs.3, 263.00 for monthly membership charge starting from Jan 2009 onwards for 60 months under blue studios season.

                                Based on that Mr.Ghosh also told since i was not carrying the credit card with me so he shall be visiting the next day 29.11.2008 (saturday) to my residence located at Thane to take the carbon impression of the said credit card of HDFC Bank.

                                Taking into consideration of my financial situation & enormous pressure of initial 15% membership charge & further 60 months monthly membership charge of Rs.3, 263.00 i gave a phone call on the morning of 29.11.2008 to Mr.Ghosh to cancell my membership since the credit card impression also was not yet taken for debiting to my credit card account. But Mr.Ghosh told he needs to discuss the matter at my residence as per schedule in the afternoon.

                                Same day on 29.11.2008 afternoon Mr.Ghosh visited my residence at Thane & we had discussion at length for convincing the cancellation of membership & convinced me allow him from taking the HDFC credit card number carbon impression. Than Mr.Ghosh agreed to it & asked me to email in his official id in effect to the cancellation.

                                Therefore i wrote a email to Mr.Ghosh same day for requesting the cancellation of membership.

                                As usual manner i than started receiving the welcome calls / email from Club Mahindra Holidays on account of my new joining. I got irritated & made half a dozen calls to Mr.Ghosh till date to ask him about the reply for my mail sent earlier. But inspite of assurances nothing came out for settlement.

                                Hence i gave a call to the customer care phone number of my credit card for HDFC Bank on 05.12.2008 afternoon & was surprised that on 01.12.2008 Club Mahindra had been charged for Rs.23, 782.00 ( that shows Mr.Ghosh had not kept his promise towards cancellation of membership ) So i immediately requested the representative of phone banking of HDFC Bank to hold / dispute the payment. To be on safer side i also requested her to block / cancell the existing credit card & issue a fresh one inlieu of the old one.
                                Further the said representative asked me over phone to inform the particular matter to HDFC Credit Card division through letter informing the fact & reasons for such kind of dispute / request. Immediately the request letter has been sent to the particular bank by hand delivery into the drop box & by email to the concerned official id, as well.

                                From the above, I like to know what kind of action Club Mahindra Holidays can impose on me towards the steps taken by me. Especially when i have timely informed them to cancell it & not to raise a debit note for me to the Credit card of HDFC Bank.

                                Mr. Sudeep Roy had already made the payment by his credit card towards the membership at his office. We processed with the transaction on the credit card machine the same instant and NOT the next day as claimed by him.

                                Formalities and paper were required for getting the balance work done or else his payment would have been lying without any knowledge who to repay the money to. I would not blame him but he is ignorant about the technicalities and processes required for the same. In fact I followed it up regularly to get a speedy refund. I hope Mr. Roy agrees with me on this aspect!
                                I agreed with Arindam!!Stop messing with him. He's a brilliant guy!! Do not make him angry!! You would not like him when he's angry!! Please for God sake stop this madness!!

                                  I joined club Mahindra in January 2018, and pre paid all EMI before time. At the time of joining sales team offered me One week RCI Holiday package, and told me that i can use this package at domestic destination as well international destinations also, but now they are refusing me to use this package at domestic destinations. So now a days i am very disappointed with their fake commitment. Please allow me to use this RCI holiday at domestic destination. Otherwise it will lapsed on 31 December 2018.

                                  I have just subscribed to the membership in the name of my daughter in the first week of February 2009 and already having a very bad experience with the organisation. If you write to the CEO Arun Nanda, you will get an auto reply that he is out of office. Their phone numbers are perpetually inaccessible. The person who sells the memberships to you soon vanishes and not accountable for what he promised and you will be handed down to the member relations who will show you the fine print.

                                  I am feeling very sorry that you have faced these problems, but have you been to any of Mahindra Resorts? If you have then you would not be writing this.I am member from quite some time.I had taken white season membership than got it upgraded to red season and I am enjoying the resorts year on year.
                                  Beauty of any product is in knowing to use it.I would suggest you to use the product, its worth all u have paid it for.
                                  club mahindra is fraud and has to be taken to court if they are selling at higher price today whydont they take the membership back at 40% less rates then today .I challenge that 40% of members will return their membership.
                                  I agree with this article altho the 9% seems at a higher end. my biggest porblem with CMH is
                                  1> their lack of flexibility - even if you book 2-3 months in advance you are left empty handed
                                  and if you try to book 7 months in advance, they dont book beyond 6 months
                                  2> the annual fees concept is above my head. you rather take 3lacs upfront (total) than take 8K per year... 8 K per year come to another 2lacs in 25yrs
                                  3<> in SE asia the rates and rooms are definitely cheaper than what CMH offers
                                  4> am in white season my range gets really really narrow. in the same september month i can stay in most goa five stars for 15K inclusive of meals for family for 4 nights ie comes to less than 4k per night plus meals
                                  This whole Club Mahindra business is a great fraud. I am a member for last five years, and there is no exit from the membership without loosing a lot of money. I advise that nobody should become a member as all those adds on the TV are all fraud as you will never get a booking at any popular destination when your children have holidays, so how will you go for a holiday with your family as they show in the advertisements.
                                  I am also a viction of same thing. Club Mahindra shall pay interest as well as penalty for playing around with people's money.

                                  I have taken my approach before you for redressal for the following facts:-

                                  1) In the evening on 20th Dec, 2009, I got a call on my Mobile from Mr. Prem (Mob. No. - [protected]) on behalf of Club Mahindra Holiday that I had won a lottery for 2 (two) night/ 3 (three) days free holiday package at Club Mahindra Holiday Resort on the basis of tie up between Club Mahindra Holiday & Hyundai Motors, India & the same would be given to me if I went to Rudra Hyundai, Asansol with my family on 21/12/2009 at 1:00 PM. Upon my query, he replied that the contact number had been obtained from Rudra Hyundai, Asansol& this was being carried out for just advertisement of Club Mahindra Holiday & other Hyundai Car holders were also being called.

                                  2) I along with my family (wife Mrs. Sangita (Saha) Mandal went to Rudra Hyundai, Asansol at about 1:00 PM on 21/12/2009 & met Mr. Pradeep Bist, Head of the Representative team & his associate Mr. Arun Kumar. We got the following information at their desk :

                                  i) I would be given 2 (two) nights/ 3 (three) days free holiday stay at Club Mahindra Holiday Resort only for accommodation & nothing else. This was our lottery.

                                  Besides this, they are various other packages like Blue, White, Red & Purple.

                                  ii) Under Blue –(a) Policy is for 25 years for an amount of Rs. 155642/- (b) Every year, there will be 8 (eight) nights/ 9(nine) days holiday accommodation in addition to Rs. 3000/- food voucher along with site seeing & all amenities available at their respective 5 star Club Mahindra Holiday Resorts absolutely free of cost in India & abroad during any time in a calendar year except from 25th Dec to 1st Jan. (c). Member (total four adult) can be able to avail in advance or forward the days in a calendar year, based on the condition that extra number of days will be subtracted from last year i. e. 25th year. (c) On payment of 10% of Rs. 155642/- i.e. Rs. 15564/- member will be able to become a member of Club Mahindra Holiday & rest of the amount either can be paid in single term Or 60 months EMI without having any interest. (d) If a member did not pay or discontinue paying EMI, his/her membership will be cancelled, but based on the payment of 10%, member will be able to avail above holiday package (i.e. 8 (eight) nights/ 9(nine) days holiday accommodation in addition to Rs. 3000/- food voucher along with site seeing & all amenities available at their respective 5-Star Club Mahindra Holiday Resorts absolutely free of cost in India & abroad) for a single time & validity will be one year. (d) They also told that offer was valid for spot booking only on payment of 10% of Rs. 155642/- i. e. Rs. 15564/-& there was no chance of thinking further. (e) Member have to bear only transport cost from my home & back

                                  After learning all that, I first hesitated to do any thing & wanted to leave that place giving the reason that I generally avoid doing anything on Monday. Then, they insisted & misguided ourselves that my wife can be able to do that with I being the second person or co-member. After that, they placed a form in front o[censored]s. As per my question regarding the written contents of the Form & its purpose, Mr. Bist told that nothing else was written, only the facts that they had demonstrated before us & for just formality. Believing them & without going through the details of Form I then, permitted my wife to sign on that Form. They lastly, disclosed that second person also had to sing on that paper. But I repeatedly refused to sign anything on that day giving the same previous logic & ultimately, as per their guidance, I singed a single time on that Form as a second person. Mr. Bist told me that a cancel check will be required for verification of your account, but did not mentioned about the mode of payment i.e. ECS/Check. As per their demo, I paid 10% amount (i.e. Rs. 15564/-) by my UCO Bank debit card & got a receipt. They also told us that within one month we would get a KIT with all the documents at our communicated address. we left the place with two free coupon i.e. for 4 (four) night/ 5 (five) days free holiday stay at Club Mahindra Holiday Resort, instead of one i.e. for 2 (two) night/ 3 (three) days as a lottery. Accordingly, after one week, I handed over a cancel check of Axis Bank (Check No. - 135879) to Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Representative of Club Mahindra Holiday at DTPS, DVC, Durgapur -7.

                                  3) After some days, I received a call from Miss/Mrs. Paramita, Member Relations (Ph. No.[protected] regarding verification what I had done on that day & I learnt some contradictory terms & conditions. Immediately, I refused about ASF, RCI & she also nothing mentioned about week classification chart, mode of payment of EMI except what I had submitted, a cancel check of Axis Bank (Check No. - 135879). Then about half an hour later, Mr. Kumar dialed to me & told that he would manage that & advised me to tell that I had been demonstrated about ASF, RCI at Rudra Hyundai, Asansol on 21/12/2009, otherwise my membership will not be done. But I flatly refused to do anything like that. He also told that I will receive a call again. But till date I did not receive any call after that regarding the same.

                                  4) On 19th Jan, 2010, we got a KIT at our residence having a computer generated & signed welcome letter, a week classification chart, Membership details, mode of payment of EMI through ECS & other terms & conditions. After going through all the documents it is learnt that most of the Terms & conditions are fully contradictory. I had no knowledge bout the mode of payment of EMI, ASF, RCI, etc. After that on that day itself, I feed backed to Club Mahindra Holiday through E-mail regarding all the matter.

                                  5) After waiting three days to get a reply on 21st Jan, 2010 in the evening at about 19:30 hrs, I compelled to dial to Mr. Bist but his number was not reachable. After that I dialed to Mr. Arun Kumar, but he did not received any call, then to customer centre at Kolkata, but all gone in vain. At about 10:00 hrs. Mr. Kumar dialed back to me & asked about the problem. I replied only that I like to talk to your Branch head or Mr. Bist, but he replied that Mr. Bist’s mobile had been lost & same will be activated only after two days & repeatedly told me to tell before him, if I had any problem. But I avoided telling any thing before him.

                                  6) On 22nd in the evening, we dialed to Club Mahindra Holiday via all India customer care & the same call reached at Chennai. I told all the matters that had been happened till now as I had only received a reply via e-mail that the same will be resolved by local customer centre, i.e. Kolkata Branch. The member relation presented at Chennai replied me to keep patience & problem will be solved by Local Branch.

                                  7) On 23rd Jan, 2010 we received two missed call from[protected] at about 11:21. When we called back to that number, at the receiving end, we got Miss//Mrs. Paramita, Member Relations. I told all the grievances before her, but she was reluctant to listen. Instead, I told her either to cancel my membership or conform to the terms & conditions that were given at the time of spot booking at Rudra Hyundai, Asansol on 21/12/2009. But she refused to comply all these things & told me that membership can only be cancelled when 60% amount will be paid. Then I dialed to Mr. Bist but again his number was not reachable. After that I compelled to phone up to Mr. Kumar about the conversion with Miss//Mrs. Paramita & told him to cancel my membership. He told me that he will reply to me after half an hour. At about 14:49 hrs. I received a call from Mr. Bist (Ph.no.-[protected]) & I discussed about all the matters. He replied that he will call back to me after half an hour. But I yet to receive any form information/message from Club Mahindra Holiday.

                                  Therefore, in view of the above facts, I like to draw your kind attention please solve the matter at the earliest & otherwise it takes its own course.

But till date, I yet to receive any written confirmation about this except a KIT on 29th Jan., 2010 containing Member card, Food voucher of Rs. 3000/- & some terms & conditions. Besides this, on 3rd Feb, 2010 I told to Mr. Bist about my holiday plan & requested to book accommodation for 4 (four days) from 11 to 14th Apr, 2010 at Shimla & 4 (four) days from 15 to18th Apr, 2010 at Manali. But, neither he replied nor receiving any call.

                                  Therefore, I again place my grievance before you to do needful please to (1) Stop EMI payment in written with a copy to me & (2) Provide the above mentioned accommodation at the designated place based on 10% payments & send a written confirmation of the same.

                                  My experience so far with Club Mahindra is not good.They were supposed to send me cash back of Rs 15, 000/- within 30 -45 days but its 4 months
                                  now & they have yet to send the cash back inpite several reminders over phone to their Delhi office situated at Pitampura ( Agarwal Plaza).I have spoken to Meenu, Neha Arora, Puja & also Mohit Kumar, the executive through whom I toook up the membership ( Id 2366807) in the name of my daughter Deepika.The attitude of all of them is non professional to say the least.

                                  If they continue to act like this, I may have to join you & ask for cancellation of membership.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam.

                                  On 7th July 2013, one of the Club Mahindra Holiday Consultant came to our house to show the presentation & provide us the details of the schemes being offered by Club Mahindra .

                                  The Holiday Consultant’s name is Saddique Dada and his mobile number is [protected]. We are in possesion of his Visiting Card. After explaining us the 25 Years Membership Scheme, he asked us to provide any Credit Card so that he can check for any Offers available on the Card for this scheme. We informed him that we don’t possess any Credit card. He, then, asked us to provide Credit Card No. of any of our friends/relatives. We provided him with one of our relative’s Credit Card number. He called up someone & gave him the details of the Credit card. Within no time, we received a call from the same relative that an amount of Rs.26, 200/- were debited from his credit card account. Mr. Saddique never bothered to inform us that he is about to debit the money. We were in for a shock, as this was not at all expected from a well reputed Organisation’s representative. This is a very serious offence done by an executive of Club Mahindra as there was no
                                  authorization from the Card Holder for this transaction.

                                  We asked him to reverse the transaction & he promised us that he will get the transaction reversed within 7 days time. Before leaving he filled up the Membership Requst form for us & took our signature saying that same will be required for initiating the process for refunding the amount.

                                  However, till today i.e., 23rd of July 2013, nothing has happened. After 07th July, Mr. Saddique never called us back & whenever we called him he kept on giving excuses saying either he is busy or he is travelling. Now, Mr Saddique has stopped taking our call & has done nothing so far. Mr. Saddique is bringing bad name to a reputed Organisation.

                                  I would welcome contacts of any Senior Official of Club Mahindra to intervene & take positive action in resolving the issue to get our refund back. We will appreciate that action be taken at the earliest so that our trust in India’s No. 1 Holiday brand is not shaken.
                                  I dare club mahindra openly to sue me for calling them cheater. If they cant agree more on that.

                                  This is pathetic, and I have never seen such a cheat company in my life. On 21st January, 2014 (yesterday), I have clearly mentioned that I unauthorise Club Mahindra or any of its employee or representative to collect any payment under what so ever head from my credit card the details of which are unfortunately available with you. Any violation for this will be subject to legal procecution.

                                  And guess what?? at 18:25 on 22nd January 2014 (Today) I get a message from my bank that you have charged Rs. 24900/-. Don't you feel this is sheer cheating your customers? I request you to immidiately reverse the payment that you have collected from my card. If I do not witness immidiate action by tomorrow morning before 11:00 am, I will no choice but to go and file an FIR aginst Club Mahindra.

                                  One more thing I have already raised a dispute with my bank and I will certainly not make any payment for this transaction to them. If the amount that you have charged from my account is not immidiately reversed, you will be liable to pay any interest or other charges levied by them on this liability.

                                  I wanted to genuinly sort out the things by without straching it further but unfortunately disappointed by your company's attitude.

                                  A simple question I have
                                  Can club mahindra change the clause after membership taken and restrict everything.

                                  So they dont allow members to travel on one side in multiple rooms but sell the rooms themselves which they deny doing this but is clear by this review in mouthshut.
                                  21 days is max you can keep and you will always be left with 14 to 21 days inventory. So it is clear that you dont get a chance to travel after taking membership as they show on website it is sold but in actual they sell the inventory themselves for money.
                                  They are giving membership just to get themselves booked and utilise that in off seasons white and blue and in red and purple they dont allow multiple apartments to members but sell the room themselves as is clear from the blog which itself is a big cheating by them to members.

                                  the promises made by theirexecutive are false. I have been following up since last 10 days and asking forrefund but has been experiencing very bad response.
                                  Is you really understand the seasons and if you really travel year after year this is worth buying. They have very good resorts and they provide holiday experience and not just stay. But not telling ASF is crime. I think now they have systems in process. If you have money just buy red studio membership and enjoy with your family.
                                  Never ever think to purchase Club Mahindra Holidays, its completely cheating company. They do first come first serve. that itself indicates they are not ready to serve middle or last coming members. But they want money from middle and last coming members also.

                                  As you mentioned the reason in the initial paragraph. the issue is not raised about availability of rooms. The issue raised on failure of your promises done at the time of membership. and your prior motive or prior business ethic is to satisfy the customer. You are failed on that. that is reason i moved towards cancellation.
                                  You have not showed any alternative and more over not even supported. As your employees made mistakes you have to accept and support the member to provide what he expect. But you are supporting the employees who made mistakes and punishing the member who is your business.

                                  I think my emails are not going to top people, the middle peoples are doing some adjustments in themselves. any corporate company, if they have mistake from there side, they are ready to pay any compensate to the customer. But in this case you are trying to satisfy your employees ego not come down and fighting with individual member. Hope at least your higher level management will understand this to support me.

                                    They called me to their office in leela palace and offered me the membership. They promised me a sony bravia tv along with 20, 000 of shoppers stop vouchers. I did not recieve any of what they promised. They also charged my card fraudulently for 54, 000/- where as i had authorised them only 24, 000.
                                    When i probed, they told me that the rep had lied to us and no offers were available, now i told them about the fraud and they failed to refund my money.

                                    They cheated me!!! They dont even pick up my phone now.

                                      We took the membership on 9oct.08 by down payment of15%of amount (35000) out of rs2250000. we also paid 2 e m i of rs10000 (adv. e m i) and were told that u will get the offer of a h c l laptop and 3days complimentary holidays within 8days, money was deducted on 27oct. from my account. it was also not told that if you will take the paying duration of 5years (225000 to be paid in installments of 5years) your membership will start after one &half year. we received the membership card on 24november.08 and our membership starts from 06/2010. and now they are saying that u will get laptop after 45 more days. and due to our executives mistake you have been misguided. they are giving membership, when we will pay for one and half year. and in their documents the period is 12 months. please look into the matter.

                                      All CM resorts are good. But with the associated property I have had bad experience. CMH please buy all properties yourself. You are too good.
