I had applied for membership in Feb on a condition if not interested and applied for cancellation in 10 days than i would get 100% money back within 30 working days as mentioned in their letterhead.

I had mailed them within stipulated period but no response.

I got 4 promises on letterhead about postponed dates of my refund but even after 2 & 1/2 months no response.

i have all the mail copies postponed refund promises on letterheads in original with me.

Kindly assist me in getting my refind as i am paying 30% annual interest on my credit card for this.

In response to my Review " For Worst of Worst Services Get Club-Mahindra Membership", the Regional Manager - Member-Relations Gave reply by mail.( copy attached )though I have cancelled my membership because of their lousy & worst servgices I have experienced within three weeks, for Refunds I am writing mails & reviews for last 9 months, So I suggest if you want "Worst Of Worst Services, then get Club Mahindra Membership",

I think, I don’t have to explain The Regional Manager that Today is[protected], and again club-mahindra has missed their promissed date, just to keep their Name right on top of the list of Worst Services Providers.

    i was called by one of its sales person named Amit Paul in saharaganj mall, hazratganj Lucknow.he leucrated, compelled us to take membership by paying rs.29161.00 in cash immidiately. he promised in return folowing.
    1-free air ticket toand fro to any of its resorts in india OR a branded Air Conditinor.
    2-6/7 day free stay in any of its resorts in india
    3- free food voucher worth rs 2000.00
    4-rs.15000.00 cashback
    5- Free Tata Sky connection.
    and after several months i had got only food voucher worth Rs.2000.00 nothing else. my repeated efforts yielded no results, execept very rough treatment by their staff at its corporate office in Hazrat ganj. head of CMHRIL HAS EVEN REFUSE TO ENTERTAIN MY WOES.and we got humiliated mentally, physically, economicaly. now i hav fied a case against CMHRIL, AND THEY STARTED SEEKING AN OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT TO SAVE THEIR FACE. BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ALL OUR FELLOW CITIZENS TO PROTECT FROM THIS FRAUD, AND CHEATING FROM A REPUTED COMPANY.ANY ONE WANT TOI GET ANY KIND OF HELP FROM ME.         These people do big big favours at the time of booking of the member ship and never fulfil the same. I m from lucknow city & these guys had promised me to give lcd screen tv & 15, 000.00 cash back. I had done the booking around 15 jan for the studio slab and they had told me that i will recieve the tv & cash with in 45 days. But i have still not recieved the same. I m tired of calling this company representative & whenever i ask for theiir senior person no. They make excuses. This is wat we dont expect from company like mahindra.!!! These people are making fun of the membership and not fulfiling the membership promises. I m very upset with the services which are very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this comapny and would advice that no one should their membership scheme and get trapped as they have done with me.

        I warn these people as i will be filing complaint against them. Thy have also stopped operation in small cities & and are winding up their franchisees. So, please be aware of as nobody other should suffer as i have done. My name is ravi jaiswal stay in lucknow & my no is [protected].

          Hello,

          I am Rajesh Nagle, Membership Number 224135 member since November 2006.

          I have been trying to book my holidays at the resort of my choice within my Red Season 3-4 months ahead of time but every time my request was declined. One should accept the fact that in today's dynamic global situation one does not have visibility beyond 3-4 months. The experience is getting worsen day by day. Further, I am surprised to see the Club Mahindra marketing division's aggressive sales drive and I fail to understand if they can't keep their existing customers happy why are they selling more memberships?

          Considering the above fact I would never be able to enjoy the holiday at my preferred location on my preferred dates. Hence I requested Club Mahindra in person to cancel my membership from
          Club Mahindra with immediate effect and refund the membership fees after deducting the charges for the holidays I have consumed. In response to my request I received the following working of my refund amount form the customer service department:

          Cost of RCI enrollment Rs. 6000/-
          Cost of Gifts dispatched Rs. 20000/-
          ASF Overdues Rs. 13685/-

          Total Deductions Rs. 357440/-

          Refund Amount Rs. Nil

          In view of the large amount you stand to lose, we once again urge you to reconsider your decision to cancel the membership.

          I strongly believe that this is harassment form Club Mahindra as they are neither giving the service nor refunding the well deserved refund amount. Please also note that the Total deductions worked out by Club Mahindra is incorrect i.e. they have calculated Rs. 357440/- instead of Rs. 177440/-.

          Further I would like to share my experience of my visit to Club Mahindra Branch Office at Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai on Saturday, April 18, 2009. I happened to meet two disgruntled members in the same room where I met Gayatri the customer relationship executive. Both of them had similar experiences. Extrapolating this I am sure there would thousands of cheated members and many more to join.

          On repeatedly writing my concerns to Madhu, the Customer Service Manager, I am not getting responses to my concerns but I get some very vague responses without any commitment.

          I request anyone of you reading my experience to revert back with the advice to teach a lesson to Club Mahindra and prevent the prospective members to get caught in their trap.

            I have not received the PF amount under Form 10C till date which is already received by department in month of Nov'08

            Sir i'm in very much need of money my financial possition is not sound this is my humble request to release the money as early as possible so that i can use that amount in my families medical treatment pls. for me now a days any amount is a big amount so pls. release the money as early as possible.

              I was invited to ClubMahindra outlet over phone, to which I visited along with my family at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. After spending an hour with an marketing executive Mr. Hathiram, I was forced to convienced that I should take the membership. I asked him let us take a day to think over it and go through the product details and than we will take the decision. But, his aggressive marketing skills made us to take the membership on the spot, on 17th of March 08.

              I was told that we should be recieveing the welcome Kit in 10 working days. But it didn't came to us within 10 working days. I visited the Vashi outlet and enquired about the same. I was told that it should be coming in a day or two. But I received the welcome kit on 3rd of April 08. After going through the document I came across clause that I could cancel my membership with in 15 days of the time I have enrolled myself (This clause was never told to us at the time of registration).

              I immediately called up customer care and requested to cancel my membership with immediate effect. But they said I shud have called before 15 days, in reply to this I told I was never told earlier about this clause and your pacakge came ot me after 15 days on 3rd of April 2008. I even went personally to there corporate office at Vashi, but they are accepting all the above but not ready to refund my Rs 30000 (Thirty Thousand).

              This is a huge amount to me and I have not at all availed any service or any other benefits from ClubMahindra.

              I request if I could get some kind of assistance and help to recover my amount from them.

              Hi there,
              I am also facing similar type of problem. A sales person from club mahindra came to our place in April 2009, We were forced to give our card details to make initial payment . Also they promised that they wont proceed the money until n unless we say so.
              But next day only to our surprise that amount was deducted from our account. when called to the salesperson, they simply said ok we will refund it, But till date, they have not done so.
              our Rs. 25000 are still with them n they are not responding.
              Can u please suggest me how to go about it and get my money back.

                  At Club Mahindra Coorg, our holiday was an unforgettable experience! The stunning location, the picturesque greenery and the wonderful climate was the perfect setting for relaxation. Every facility made available to us was good and it catered to both adults and children. The fine food and the warm help assistance in all areas and the programs arranged in the evenings were much appreciated. This was our first holiday with Club Mahindra and we look forward to more beautiful holidays just like this.

                    "We had a great time at Club Mahindra."

                    We have been to quite a few destinations for our holidays, but this was our first time with Club Mahindra. It was a fascinating experience at Club Mahindra Varca Beach, Goa. We were there for 6 days and not once did we leave the resort. the resort has maintained the beach very well. Just strolling through the resort in the mornings and evenings was very relaxing. The trees and fountains made it even more beautiful. The food was delicious; especially the shack on the beach gave lovely seafood. Every night we would sit there and enjoy our meals along with the cool breeze and the live music (different every night) being played there. The staff was very good and took good care o[censored]s, especially my baby girl. On the whole we had a great time at Club Mahindra. It was relaxing, entertaining and enjoyable which is what one looks for when spending holidays with family."

                          I disagree with this. I had gone to their Munnar resort and the crockery and kitchen items were all of poor quality and malfunctioning.

                          It may be a good resort but definitely not equal to quality and services of a 5 star hotel.

                          Go to TAJ or LEELA in KERALA and you will find the difference

                          Either you are Club Mahindra Employee or their agent or ordinary member trying to please Club Mahindra to get some favours, I have very bad experience with Club Mahindra on all the fronts, so is with one lac other members ( minus one if you are REAL member ), do not put fake comments and do not misguide people .

                              I'm became a member of Club Mahindra Holidays under the following promises made by one of their sales person (SUTIRTHA BASU) at their Salt Lake City Centre Branch (Kolkata):

                              1. Free 2nights/ 3 days complimentary Holidays at Radison Raichak Resort (Kolkata)
                              - But actually it turned out to be a free holiday in only selected Club Mahindra resorts and not in Radison Raichak Resort
                              2. A special 4nights/ 5 days package on pre-determined dates for 5 Adults and 2 children in Toshila Resorts (Puri). The sales person kept on assuring me that everything is booked and I would get a confirmation 1 week before the journey date. But when the time came, I got NOTHING and the sales person absconded. I contacted his manager (SHAIZAD), but he denied to offer any help. When I tried to book it on my own, they said that I have to shell out additional Rs.20, 000 for the same.

                              While SUTIRTHA has been a cheat; sales managers like SHAIZAD have only helped them in the process and have paid no heed to customers' plight.

                              I've complained to them so many times, but has never received any call or updates so far. It's really disgusting and never expected from a brand like Madindra.

                              I am glad I did not take the Club Mahindra membership and the credit for the same goes to the rude behaviour of the sales staff at the city center, salt lake office. Never in my life I had met any one as rude as Mr Pradip at the mentioned office. After reading many feedbacks about the club mahindra's performance I feel that Mr Pradip has helped me by being rude otherwise I would have considered taking the membership... Thanks Pradip..

                                hello Sir
                                Raj umpire branch, surat-gujrat, club mahindra holiday has said that this membership is a investment also. You can enjoy holiday and If you will need money in future you can sell this membership.But the did not give any written commitment. they have told me all information will come latar, this is very big MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA COMPANY.I had paid 18000rs at that time.just next day they had come to my office to collect EMI chechqe .I have come to know after receiving membership document in one month that this membership is not sellable, your whole amount is lost in membership fee and I have to pay 7500rs per years for annual subcribtion fee .then I had told them I am not able to continue this membership. they told me you can cot cancel this membership, If you cancel you have lost your money.
                                Now I have paid 90, 000rs .
                                But This time me and my wife both are faceing unemployment and My 3 years son has a mental disorder call ADHD with AUTISM.So I am not able to pay futher EMI. My membership is on hold.I need money.I want my max amount on cancelation of this membership.

                                I Dr Atul Sharma from Jabalpur (MP) also do have complaints with club mahindra, but I could guess them much earlier only paying Rs 33347=00. Now I had started correspondence with them regarding refund of my entire paid amount. I am mentally prepared to take them to civil court+ consumer court+ put this whole cheating procedure of theirs on net & Facebook. atleast I could save other people being cheated from them & expose them infront of everybody-- Thanks & goodluck to you -GO AHEAD

                                    Last year in Oct. 2008 an excutive call me & says me sir you are a winner of a lucky gift voucher . When i meet in 3 nov. 2008 he persue me to join resort membership, after some discustion i was paid 30000.00 cash & approx.3300.00 INR by debit card . the excutive says me all documnt & your membership no. we send within 7 days in your address . But 2 -3 we not recived any document .
                                    So i called the resort custmer care no. & they give me my complint no. 1338271 & says me your all problem solved within 2 days .After a week I was called again same answer again .

                                      Ms. Bharti Gitay de-stressed at the Spa and also tried her hand at making decorative pots. Her son, on the other hand, had a blast trying out jet skiing and parasailing.

                                        I hope this will go to the write person in right context .
                                        As said earlier in some complaints they fool people with lucrative offers and then sell there useless membership . I too got fooled by them and bought one membership in february 2009 .
                                        Initially i gave some 26000 rs and they gave me some promotional offers against that amount .
                                        My membership was suppose to start after two months from this, based on if i like there resorts and all.
                                        I couldnt avail any of these offer and when i called them back to refund my money they simply said its not possible and u should have intimated the same within 10 days . They havent told me this before selling the membership .
                                        I mean this is a case of plain robbery in a more sophisticated way .
                                        I wrote to there senior people also but no one replied they all are so waste and useless .
                                        This is really frustrating and these people should pay for robbing hard earned money of people like us.

                                        I am totally with you as this buggers are good in taking your hard earned money and when it comes to service and refunding they say talk to Chennai office. I was tried to be cheated in the same way but thanks God I asked them to refund my money within 10 days.
                                        Still I am doing follow-ups and finally they have given me letter informing me that they will give me a cheque on 5th of Jan 2010, but I don't trust these Club Mahendra Group at all and would also like to publish this story in the news papers so that they are set open in the market and do not get a single person intersted in the holidays.
                                        And all this is happening after more than 2 months now after me paying money to Club Mahendra.
