[Resolved]  Airtel — Unwanted subscription of cricket alerts

Hi,

My Airtel Number is [protected].

One fine day, I suddenly received a sms on my cell saying thanks for subscribing to cricket alert services and they reduced my balance by 30 Rs.
After complaints at 121 and also sending STOP sms to 121 and UNS to 52906 they r not stopping the service and keep on cutting money from my balance. Pls. tell me what to do???
The sms r a headache for me at the night. Should i stop using Airtel connection???

Please revert back with proper solution to this problem.

Prepaid billing scheme — IPL Score alerts

I am using ur pre-paid connection.I started getting IPL Score alerts some time back,which was not asked for.Now i am being charged for the same,which is unacceptable.kindly revert back the amount charged till date and discontinue this facility.
Even i am suffering from the same problem.
Pls advise me what to do.

Airtel Prepaid — unwanted cricket alerts and subsequent deduction from balance

My father owns an Airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] and since IPL-3 this year, cricket alerts got started coming over his phone and subsequently deductions are also being made from the balance.
Couple of complaint in this regard at 121 has been made but to avail and cricket alerts continue to come and so are the deductions.
Despite being an Airtel customer for years, if this is the quality of response one receive from the company then what is the use of continuing association with such a company?

Enabling of such services suo-motu by AIRTEL without the consent of the customer and deducting money for the purpose is absolutely ridiculous. Please stop this service at once and prevent me and many more fed-ups from switching over to some other service provider.

My number is [protected]. I am getting charged for news alert which I did not activate. I also sent STOP to 121 but it says/ I am getting reply, "currently there are no services active" but still I am getting charged.
When I spoke to customer care they say the service is active and I need to send sms again. They also have a standard statement, "system is down or else I would have done it from my end".
Its very irritating and disturbing. My money is getting wasted, pls de-activate my service for News alert.
Please unsubscribe me from these Cricket Alerts too. I ve forwarded my request to Airtel to add me in DND list. But I am still being bothered.

NIRAV — Unwanted Service Activated

Dear Sir,

I want to complain against unwanted services activated by Mobile service providers(Tata Docomo).
I am not believe in "VASTU SASTRA" and that is useless for me but they activated vastu sastra service and deducted subscription charges from my a/c balance.
And when i was call docomo customer care executive he informed me we send you flash message and you activated this service & inform me if you want to talk with my manager so call me after 5 minute. After 5 minute when i was call again to Service executive on company No. 121 they do not allow me to talk with coustomer executive only one tape is there to instruct mail on [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
So, no one is there to listen customer problem.
Therefor i need your help to fight against unwanted service activated & against flash messages & voice calls of Service Providers.

Airtel — unwanted subscription to extra services

I have been subscribed to jokes package on airtel without my consent. i have a postpaid connection and they are charging me for this subscription. i get jokes from 5433402. i dont have an option to unsubscribe it either, the customer care rarely help with it.

I am using Airtel no since last 8 yrs. Now a days many services are been actived on my number without my consent. I have loged the complaint with the customer care 4 times and my latest complaint/ reference no CBDVS[protected]. After this also services are been activated n Airtel is deducting my money. Please try to solve my problem. i dont want services(Subscription)in future from Airtel.

I have received cricket subscription service from 54321 without my knowledge & unnecessary charged Rs 10/- and this is repeated no of times for other services.pl get me rid of this permanently otherwise i am going to approach higher authorities for same. AirTel — Unwanted cricket alerts

Myself Santhosh and my Airtel prepaid mobile No. [protected].
I am receiving unwanted cricket alerts regularly and the money is also getting deducted each time especially for an unsubscribed service.
I have sent SMS to 54321 to stop and it is reverting back as technical error and funny side, no technical error for subscribing anything.
Dear Airtel, if you want to make some money, do it loyally and not by cheating the customer.
I want it unsubscribed now and dont repeat it again.
