reference number: pr[protected] we need to pay every month 30 rs to renew caller tune. but its really very much irritation. we want to pay one time caller tune charges please activate to my caller tune for a One Year - One time Charges. so my all other friends are asking this same 1 year plan. but airtel stop 1 year plan - airtel did very bad to stop this one year plan-caller tune. start again 200rs one time for one year Was this information helpful? | |||

AirTel — caller tune charges
I recieved a call to activate the caller tune, i remembered that i had disconnected the call without any response, but they activated the callertune service on my mobile no +91-[protected]. when i speak to customer care representative he said that we can not refund the deducted amout. why i have to pay for their mistake.its my necessary no. so that i cant close the same but decided to change it as soosn as possible. and the worst service i ever have with airtel prepaid connection.Sumit Kumar
