Hi, I have been the subscriber of airtel broadband since november 2010 with id:[protected]_dsl.They are providing extra service and charging 100rs under DSL Usage Charges every month even though I repeatedly asked them many times to stop it.What to do how to take this forward.Please help me. I am yousing airtel number. ([protected]). on 22nd i activated my international roaming. i used this number in thailand for two days.(from 23rd december to 26th). when on i came back i got a message from airtel that my billing amount is six thousand something. After next day on 27th i got a new message that my billing amount is eight thousand something. after one day i got new message showing my bill is more than tenthousand. And on first of january i got a message again that my billing amount fourteen thousand. Then i got a call from airtel that when i am paying this amount. i told them that i havent received the bill so send me the bill. they said my bill will be generated after 20th jan . When i enquired that why my bill is increasing every day. they say they dont know. Every day i got a call from airtel for payment of bill and now they have stooped outgoing calls from my mobile. Can any body tell that for making two or three calls from thailand i have to pay fourteen thousand rupees.

Sir my name is Rahul Chandra and i am a airtel mobile user for the last 4 yrs. approx., No is [protected], and my plan is advance rental. In every 6 month i will have to deposit the Advance rental of Rs. 799/- and this time i have deposited in the month of November. Now my complaint is that in 4 years my bill is always less then Rs. 500/- but this time 18th December to 18th January my bill goes to Rs. 1073.00 (u can see the records too i.e.previous bills) and i went to the Arya Nagar Centre of Airtel and i am not satisfied with their clarification so kindly let me know the clarification regarding the excess billing.

The credit limit is dynamic and defined on the basis of your security
deposit/average usage/history of your association iwith us. Upon nearing
or exceeding the credit limit, you will be informed via call or SMS. To
check the credit limit at anany time, SMS CL to 121.

I THOUGHT THAT WHEN MU INTERNET CONSUMPTION REACHES RS.450/- THE INTERNET WOULD AUTOMATICALLY CUT OFF. HOWEVER I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I RECEIVE THE MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL WHEN MY INTERNET CONSUMPTION REACHGED RS.1414.57.
AIRTEL I WAS INFORMED DONOT HAVE A PREPAID INTERNET SCHEME.
I WENT TO THE LOCAL BRANCH AND GOT THE CHANGED TO RS.750/- AND I WAS INFORMED BY THE STAFF THAT I WOULD BE CHARGEDRS.750/-(+TAX)PER MONTH AND MY CONSUMPTION WOULD AUTOMATICAALY LIMITED TO RS.750/- HOWEVER I RECEIVED AN SMS ON 03.04.15 STATING THAT MY CREDIT LIMIT IS INCREASED TO RS.3000/- AND I FEAR I WOULD BE CHARGED HEAVILY FOR THE PERIOD 20.03.15 TO 19.04.15. IT MAY PLEASE BE NOTED THAT I HAVE STOPPED INTERNET USASGE FROM 03.04.15..
MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO TRAI IS THAT THE CONCERNED INTERNET PROVIDER LIKE AIR TEL SHOULD HAVE A MECHANISM TO INFORM THE CONSUMER ONCE THEIR OPTED LIMITED(IN MY CASE RS.750/-)IS REACHED. I AM NOT IN APOSITION TO SPEND MORE THAN RS.750/-(+TAX)

I had lodged a complaint via emails several times, wrote to Nodal officer level but to no avial.
I also went to airtel relationship center at Mira road and lodged a compliant on 10.05.08. They gave me a number. On 13.05.08 they called me back to take further information on my complaint(Some Prerna).
On enquiring about the complaint on 15.05.08, I was informed that the issue had been closed on 13th itself. Do they consider taking information is resolution ????
Airtel disconnected my number for not paying the bill.
I have suffer a lot despite my sincerity in paying the bill on time. My genuine complaint had been turned down without any justifiable reason.
Please help me get justice and compensation for my sufferings.
