[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill "

This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

Airtel Postpaid — Bills are not getting every month

Dear Sir/ mam,
That ever month we are not getting bills to your office. this is problem to us to pay bills to you sir because your head office is in Bangalore i need to send the bills to there sir.One more thing that we
disconnect the no [protected] but there is some balance to that no we change that account to [protected].But ever month we are paying the bill to [protected] only because we are not getting bill of [protected].And we inform to customer care but we didn't get any replay from them.And they were disconnect the out going calls to [protected].please find out and send mail to our mail id .

Airtel Mobile Service — Without bill to pay money

Service front problem on Application and system upgrade for bill generation

Second committment first one was there on 15 and second one on 19 ...

Airtel Postpaid — bill complaint

There is very poor service/response from Airtel post paid customer care. There is no proper response to the customer for problem to be rectified, rather than they are very much concentrating on their bill amount without sending us the summary of bill amount to the communiaction address or through mails.

Airtel postpaid connection Mobile — barring of Outgoing on post paid connection

[protected] This payment is for a no which was asked to be disconnected 6 month earlier, I have made first payment at 12 noon they never told me the reason for disconnection then I contacted 121 and at 7.30 PM they asked me to submit money for earlier disontinued number, now they are saying that i have made payment through card so they will not be able to start my outgoing .
This is making me to lose alot of revenue .

Pls log the complaint .

Airtel Postpaid — NON ACTIVATION OF CARD

The service provider had approached to me for post paid connection & i had accepted the card on payment of Rs.300 against submission of document. The said SP had already activated my card and then stopped incoming as well as outgoing calls after 3 days. The said thing was not communicated to me. I had gone outstation on the faith that the card is working in fine condition. This said thing was never happened & i had undergone lot of trouble to the extent of loss of JOB as no body from my office is able to contact me from 19th Feb to 23rd Feb. I had asked my other service provider to cancel my card just b'cus i had purchased the Airtel Card.
I request to look in to the matter as i could have lost job, because of carelessness from the company.

I was using airtel delhi postpaid no. [protected], from last 4-5 months, everymonths my approx bill was of Rs. 300- 400, but 03 mar 09, i got a sms stated that my airtel balance has exceed to Rs. 2800/- i am surprised and gave a call to customer care, they told me that my bill was approx of Rs. 380/- and asked me to ignore the message, but next day my incoming and outgoing calls were deactivated stated to deposit me the amount of Rs. 2800. I call customer care but they are saying that they don;t have the bill details, pls suggest what to do.

I had taken two numbers for internet connectivity but i don't find them good.So I close them with clearing my account on 18 Oct 2008.I was asked by customer care to destroy the Sim's and I did that.But till now I being chased by customer care for not paying the bill and they said that they are still working.They themselves write what they feel so in the reason for closing.And I got that information from one of the customer care person.

Please help me out as I am really fed up by these calls

Airtel Postpaid — disconnect outgoing

Sir,
I have a customer of Air tel postpaid connection with mob. No. [protected] Delhi. as on three days later I receive a sms that you must pay Rs.600 with in 24 hrs non paying resulted disconnection of out going, by receiving that sms I paid Rs 600 and my outgoing is started now on 21.03.2009 I received another sms pay Rs 500 immediately non payment of amount your out as well as in coming is barred .This is some thing harassing me again and again and still I not received my hard copy of bill. This is my humble request please direct them to start my mobile services I am ready to pay all dues after satisfying my self when I received my hard copy of the Bill .This is for your information and record.

Airtel Postpaid — false assurance

This is the last step which i can take, i respect airtel and i was a very loyal customer of airtel because of its service n delivery of service.on 22nd march i received a cal from airtel executive and she suggested me to change my connection from pre -paid to postpaid, i agreed and they gave assurance it will be done within 3 working days i said ok, documentation and other formalities were done on 24th, but till today nothing is done and the executive has switched off her cell.because of the assurance i did not get my number recharged and today i am loosing my companies business and facing lot of problem as i am in rural area for project, SP have made me fall into higher risks.your small mistake has carved us deep into problems.plz help me what should i do?

Airtel Postpaid — Refundable Deposit

i changed my Airtel Prepaid connection to Postpaid connection on 31-Dec-2008 for 2 numbers([protected] & [protected]), i paid RS 600 (300 + 300) for caution deposit, and my connection is activate on 10-Jan-2009, but My Home Verification is failed, so they disconnected the Outgoing calls and one customer support called me and asked to change to prepaid, so i changed my postpaid to prepaid on 22-Jan-2009, i paid my usage bill(for 10 days) and bought 2 new SIM with cost of Rs 150 per SIM, that time they said, the caution deposit will be send to your communication address with in 60 days. i am waiting for 60 days, but still now i am not received the refundable deposit. so i wrote a mail to [protected]@airtel.in on 25-Mar-2009, they replied and asked the Receipt Number for both number, i send all the required details they asked, on next day they replied, they the got that amount as deposit and they said "we will do the necessary things on or before 31-Mar-2009".so i am waiting for their mail, but i didn't receive the mail, so i send a mail on 31-Mar-2009 afternoon, but they replied that the amount they collected is not a refundable deposit, its a activation charge. They guys are telling the lie, at the time of i paid they said "this a refundable deposit" and at the time of change the postpaid to prepaid aslo they said that is the "Refundable deposit", but now they said that was a "Activation Charge". Still now i don know my money is back to me. so please people dot go for Postpaid connection in AIRTEL - They are very very worst(bad, irresponsible peoples) peoples i never have such a bad experience in my life. AIRTEL Customer support is very very bad one.Pls any give any information about my Money, i will thankfull for you.

i was requested them am at warangal after reaching hyderabad i will submit the documents with out giving any information they are deactivetd my number i have to send my daily work reports from this connection i came to warangal for official purpuse only please help me in this issue other wise i have to take leave for these days.
