Airtel Postpaid — no registration
i have two post paid cards on the same name, one of them is working, but other is not, i had visited the airtel gallary many times, but it is of no use, please give me a feed back, i am a customer of airtel my no is [protected], my outgoing calls have been abruptly stoppped for reason not told to me.
when i went to the gallery they made me wait for 1hr and still could not tell me the reason.

Airtel Postpaid — Did not get the refund back
Sir,I, Subrata Pal had disconnected my Airtel postpaid connection (Mobile no. [protected]) on Feb-2008. And I had a security deposit of Rs. 6000. But I did not get this security deposit back after disconnection. I called ‘Airtel Customer Care’ and lodge complaint many times but still it did not worked.
Now I am seeking your help to get my money back.

Airtel Postpaid — bill paid Systems not updated
Dear Sir/Madam,Even when Airtel bills are paid at there authorized centers the systems aren't updated. I had to go thrice to the Airtel customer relationship center but in vain. Then I had to go the airtel center where the bill payment was made they said the systems are down and they can't update it right away and they would do it by morning but nothing happened and again I had to call them and ask them to update the system. It took them approximately one month to do the same.
The same event was repeated next month even after complains from my end.
Now after paying the bill when I check my billed usage it NIL still I had been getting calls from Airtel asking me to pay the bill and when they check the systems reflect my bill is paid. Why on earth should they keep calling and bothering customers without checking there own systems for weeks even when the bill is paid on time. Even calling customer care is pointless.
Feels like we are paying for getting harassed even after paying bills on time.
I would be very thankful if strict action is taken against these airtel ppl for bothering there customers even when they pay there bills on time.

Airtel — Outgoing deactivated: Reason given by customer care usage of multiple credit cards for paying bill
Hi,My outgoingservices have benn disconnected since 30-jan-2009. My latest bill amount of Rs. 1973/- only and my credit limit is Rs. 4500 (as per the latest bill), Due date for the latest bill is 8-Feb-2009.
I called several times to customer care, mailed them, mailed nodal Officer of Mumbai region (I guess Abha Gupta is her name), visited Local Airtel Relationship Center. But not worth as stiil outgoing is barred.
I have asked them about the REASON for disconnecting the outgoing Services. The answer is USAGE OF MULTIPLE CARDS to pay the previous bills. No where it is written that we cannot use multiple credit cards to pay the bills. Moreover, I am using only one credit card so dont know why they are saying so.
When visited their Local Relationship center on Friday(30-jan-2009) they asked for the latest statement of credit card used for paying the bill. I havesubmitted the statement on 31-jan-2009 and the executive (named chetana at Vashi sector 17 relationship center) infotmed that the outgoing will be active within 24 working hrs with a deadline of Monday(2-Feb-2009) but that monday never came.
So I visited again to their local relationship Center, they said tomorrow (Tuesday, 3-Feb-2009) it will be activated for sure. But still nothing is happening.
Please advise what action shall I take now?

Airtel Postpaid — Easy bill paid, but company is denaying, thought the hardcopy bill is shown to Airtel headoffice.
Hi,I had Airtel post paid Corporate conection. My no. was disconnected, due to non-bill payment.though the bill was paid through eas bill payment. Airtel did not solve my problem. I went customer care in banargata road for final clarification. the executive took the details and made me to pay the rest of the money and activated my no. but it was only for 1 day. again it got disconnected. So i have called the customer care and told the whole story for atleast 10 people in Airtel including managers. I have instructed, if it not activated, please close my connection right away.
Though the connection isclosed for past 2 months, Airtel people are calling all the persones, whome i use to call and bothering them to connect to me, which people came and conplaining to me.
They dont have rights to call anybody and bother, when the connection is closed.
I am fed of Airtel behaviour and those people do not have any common sence or any sence.
so taking this issue to get it solved.

I had deposited for two years advanced rental for my Airtel post paid connection. Without my authorisation they (Airtel) has changed my bill plan to 444.I came to know about this change only after receiving my bill.

My mobile no was [protected](postpaid).I wished to discontinue with airtel service hence applied for the same in writing at lokhandwala branch. the person incharge asked me to fill thecancellation form (form no11-1467)on 05.02.08..Then they calculated my dues till 05.02.08 and asked me to clear the dues till date . the payment 0f Rs 130 was made immediately RECEIPT NO[protected] CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NO[protected].THEY ASKED ME TO COLLECT THE DEPOSIT OF RS 500 LATER. THIS DEPOSIT WAS PAID ON 22.04.06 ON ACCOUNT OF INVOICE NO[protected].WHEN I WENT TO COLLECT RS 500 THEY SAID THAT PAY MENT FOR TWO BILLS FOR MARCCH AND APRIL IS PENDING.
