[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill "

This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

I have applied for detailed telephone bill 3 times as per your suggestion, But till i didnt get any replay from your side from last 3 month, Now i am feeling very bad regarding airtel.

Airtlel customer care is ridiculous. Look at following scenario:

1) I am airtel customer in gujarat circle. Though i have paid my mobile bills (postpaid) the cut my outgoing !! Intrestengly when I called at call center they have excuses only no solutions ( This is happened on 11/08/08) Now more intresting A custome care executive calls from mumbai that you have not paid bills, now you can imagine my anger !! ...its rubbish men ... they have system upgradation every time in defending...their exe are like robots, delivering speeches which were the got from training...

Their are many more serious incidents but restriction to post due to space here


PLEASE SUGGEST ME ANYONE TO WHAT TO DO ? SUD I POST A CASE ON AIRTEL

Airtel Postpaid — Overcharging on International Roaming

Hi,

I am facing some problem with my Airtel mobile connection. I have been over billed on my International Roaming and asking for a clarification. Instead of giving a satisfactory reply for over 2 months, Airtel has withdrawn my connection - both Outgoing & Incoming are barred. I want to take a legal action, is it possible? If yes, how should I proceed?

Airtel Postpaid — Post Paid Bills not sent to Customer - 9789971745

To whom so ever may it concern,

I have not recd any of my Airtel Post Paid bills to either my mail ID or my Postal Address for the Past four months.
This is an ongoing complaint. Every month I keep on expecting the bill but there is nothing in my Inbox.
Then on the due date I get a call asking me to pay my Bill. When I Complain how can I do so without a copy of the bill they assure me it will not happen in future, and that they have registered a complaint and even give me a complaint number.
But it is of no use. The same procedure happens next month.
Can anybody resolve this issue. It is tiresome to call and ask for some service which they have to provide on their own.

Airtel Mobile Services — improper response by the call centre and excessively charged for a service

i hav been charged twice for downloading a content from the airtel wap site.
I also am being charged Rs.5 daily for no gprs connection
and on calling the customer care the person asks me the balance that i had before downloading the content which i don't know
but i do have the msg sent by them twice for the content downloaded by me.

Airtel — Riddiculus Postpaid connection

Airtel, India, offered me a second post-paid connection, against my existing one. They collected some money, and my PAN number.
Last night two things happened. A person from Airtel, called me and suggested that I should submit a few documents (address proof) to the nearest Airtell store and gave me a window of 4 days (as I said that due to my office hours I can't submit until weekend comes).
And they disconnected my outgoing call facilities too. This is the most ridiculus post-paid connection I have ever seen in life. I am an existing customer, the company offered me an extra one and didn't bother to inform me about any more documents and suddenly locks my outgoing facilities, which Airtel will NOT unlock until I submit them (as told my Airtel customer care service)

i have an airtel postpaid connection i am using that from last year this time i am getting unexpected unbilled amount every day thru my serveice i dont know y it is so this is going on from last month i am noit understanding if even i dont call my unbilled amount increases even when i am not in roaming area

Airtel Post Paid — Billing inspite of repeated requests for deactivation of mobile number

I had given standing instructions to deactivate my Airtel mobile number [protected]. I had also spoken to Airtel's customer care executives as well as those from retention department. I had send e-mails as well. Still airetel sends me bills for this number.

I asked for Postpaid connection closure at airtel outlet. But none of the persons sitting there provided me the right information and when sumhow I got the right information, I fulfilled all the formalities but they havent closed the connection yet.

I have changed my plan from post paid to prepaid and i paid the respective amount in order to clear my post paid balances as it was necessary for me to change my plan from post paid to pre paid but incidently inspite of paying the amount which was due for my post paid balance airtel collection deparment has again charged the same account from my account and the same amount was charged twice .i talk to the customer care regarding this and they told me that i will get back the amount but inspite of speking to them so many times i have not yet received any cheque or draft from your side.this is very harrasing from me as i have been speaking to that for last two months but i didnt get any positive reply.

pls check the details and refund the amount which is due from yiur side.
