[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill "

This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

sir i sachidananda biswal have mobile no-[protected], a/cno[protected], had taken postpaid connection previously 300 rented plan .on dated 23/03/2009 i had gone to airtel outlet for deactivated postpaid connection &converted to pre paid connection, also previous unbilled, .outstanding due i have cleared rs.1087 on dated 23/03/2009. now my prepaid activated .but inspite of blocking postpaid connection u are sending false bill for month of feb26 to25th march 2009.please stop the sending for bill of deactive of postpaid connection.false bill charge u have mentiond one time charge-699, pl. deduct from my account bill
699.month of feb-march 2009.i had not given request for advance rented plan -699, as contact with customercare executive they told to me after sending e-mail then 699 plan will active.i did not send any mail to customer care airtel.
i had planned converted to prepaid connection.please request resolve my issue, dont send any wrong bill of deactive of postpaid connection.please immediately cleared my matter, in which i will free from false bill...how it is possible, if i will active 699 plan then why i will converted to prepaid connection??????????.dated 23 march2009.

Airtel Postpaid — Twice Deduction of Amount from A/c through ECS

Hi,

The airtel amount has been deducted twice from my account. One on 4 Mar 09 and other on 6 Mar 09. How can they deduct twice from an account which is not in service as well through ECS. Please find the attached Screen Shot.

I have not recd my Airtel Post Paid bills to either my mail ID or my Postal Address for the month of Mar-09.
This is an ongoing complaint. Every month I keep on expecting the bill but there is nothing in my Inbox.
Then on the due date I get a call asking me to pay my Bill. When I Complain how can I do so without a copy of the bill they assure me it will not happen in future, and that they have registered a complaint and even give me a complaint number.
But it is of no use. The same procedure happens next month.
Can anybody resolve this issue. It is tiresome to call and ask for some service which they have to provide on their own.

Airtel Postpaid — my no is disabled

I am Ranjan Mundra form Delhi and I am an airtel phone user. My no is [protected]. For the last 2 yrs I am staying in china and I have kept the no by paying taking the advance rental. But last December the comapny cancelled my phone without any due intimation. There was some unbilled amount so to say whaich I am not clr about.I have regularly paid my bills and have kept the no for 5 yrs. I still want to keep the no but do not know what to do. Also since I am out of countr it is getting all the more difficult.
pls. avise what should I do.

Airtel Postpaid — disconnection of service

I am regular submitting my bill with airtel executive on time.
From last month i am getting call from their call center to submit the last month bill.
I discussed with area executive/officer Mr Aman phone no [protected].
he told me he will discussed with next level.
But my service has been disconnect due to Overdue.
mr aman is not attending my call.
I sent message & mail at [protected]@airtel, nodelofficer etc & asked last three month call detail bill.
But no responce.I also mention in mail to call me for discussion but noone revert back.
Pl help to solve this issue.
Till now i did not get my detailed bill.
& no customer support contacted me regarding this issue.
In mail airtel mention the date 04/05/09. to revert even their executive Mr AMAN is agree that he has received the bill.
I am not happy with airtel approach.
Airtel provides worst service in their billing process.
I have been cheated so many toimes by airtel billing departement. Every month I raised requests Three or four times and then I get some response on that.

Airtel Postpaid — excess bill amount

in last month my bill for mobile no [protected] came 17500 while my regular bill is 2500 only after immediate complain they told this system problem and u have to wait more 15 days when bill generate but ow they r forcing to pay full amout giving reason that it is virus generated callsbut why they not stop call at limit and gve solution when i faced only 3000 bill in ne day after so many calls to customer care in a day i m very irritating and going to cusomer court because they r nt listiong and i m nt having that much amount to pay... due to this my actual amount 5000 also pending to pay that i want to pay...
my airtel gprs speed is very low speed something around 30-40kbps please give me speed my number is [protected]
guys dont use airtel gprs because the speed is very poor dont waste money

Postpaid Connection — Barring Incoming and Outgoing

I am using Airtel post paid connection from 20 April 2009. My services was barred on 9 May, 2009. On contacting to customer care, I came to knw that my documents were not submitted by salesman of Airtel company. After requesting for contious four days, my phone services were not activated again and in last four days I have suffered heavy loss due to termination of services. Airtel company is creating problem for me instead of penalising the salesman provided me the connection. I want to disconnect my number[protected] permanently.

Airtel (mobile services) — Complaint regarding bill

my bill generation period for every month is 9th & it is expected to reach me the bill within 5 to 10 days
& my due date for every month is 29th but the bill for the month of April is not reach me on time it will reach me on 7th of may but my services of outgoing calls has been sttoped on 10th which should not happen becoz as per the company policy they should give the grace period of 20 days as they give in normal course but in this case they have not done the same.

I have contacted to Airtel Customer Care as well as nodal officer through email but they are not responding me properly.

they told me that i have to pay first after that they will start my services but its not my fault that i have not make the payment but its there fault that they have not send the bill on time
following are some of the reference no.or complaint no.which is the proof that i had contacted to Airtel

thay had given me the reply for the same but every time thay told me to make the payment
