[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill "

unauthorised charges
This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

Airtel Postpaid — legal notice after closing connection

i have closed my airtel postpaid connection (no. [protected]) by going to dealer by which we have purchased the same.the closing date of connection is 27.08.2008.Now after 3 months we have got a legal notice.What should i do?

Airtel Postpaid — issue on everything

From beginning, i had always an issue with airtel...
Call center do not give an adequate information and they never respond to the cutomers properly .This happens in the shop floor as well...They do not text me a relevant message and a relevant email..Both do not tally...
When a business talk is going on, the siganl cuts automatically no matter where ever your location is... They just cut my line i dont know for what reason without informing me as well...
Kindly, let me what will be the solution?????

Airtel Post Paid — Got bill after closing the post paid account.

I have closed the postpaid account last month by paying the complete bill.But after closing also i got again bill from Airtel side.So pls send the bill status from starting to End.Because i didn't got the soft copy of the bill with call details.So pls send me ASAP.My No was:[protected]

Airtel Postpaid — Billing Details

Pls let me know the details of the incoming and outgoing calls of my phone and pls mention the name and address of the calls made and calls taken.

And if possible send me the details from 18th Oct 2008 to 18th Nov 2008.My bill seems to be somewhat high.

I Am Using This Postpaid Connectiom from last 8 to 10 months but i am not at all satisfied with servises you are provoding me !!! I am Giving So many compliants about my bil delivery and network issue but no positive response come from Airtel I Had 1 More Connection of airtel [protected] but due to these prbms i closed that Accout But now it seems like i have to close this Account Also So plz Do the needful asap warm Regards

airtel postpaid — wrongly charged download messages

my mobile no-[protected] -model no_2626,
06-11-08 I got three service Inbox messeages, i opend this messages, automatically network connecting, so I closed inbox immediately . But the same night charged to me (99+99+50) Rs 250. 00
I am not downloading these type of messages, and my mobile model cant downloading any net messages. So how can charged for me !?. So
pls pls pls less this amount in my mobile bill this month.
Otherwise i cant Pay this month amount...

Airtel Postpaid — unexpected bill

i am having a postpaid connection of airtel ( [protected]), for the month of nov my bill amount is rs 1249, which is very unexpected for me ..according to me my uses is arround rs 700-800.. and this is very unfair. i m not going to pay this bill, , i want mah connection to be cancelled and i have already paid rs. 998 so only money i ll pay is rs 1249-998=251 ...
1.My last complaint has not been addressed.2.I still need to know why the cheqe was returned.3.Today I have again received fresh bill by sms 4.Tried talking to 121-the airtel personnel speaking from Gurgaon seemed to know nothing-the haryanvi gentelman I spoke to even used four letter word for me -it was today around 8.15 PM...that speaks for airtel...5.I am at my wits ends-my prepaid yahoo zone charges have still not stopped...I might choose to discontinue with airtel altogether...torture added to very poor service which becomes customer blackmail(and abuse-literal also.a very dissatisified socalled airtel customeryog raj sharmaairtel phones-[protected] [protected].

Airtel Postpaid — SMS Spam from BPL Mobile No.

This is a complaint against Airtel and BPL Mobile.
I have been receiving a promo SMS from [protected] from 16:20 hrs, 16th Dec. I received 62 sms till 21:00 hrs. I called up Airtel customer service, who said that I need to register under DND and the number will be blocked in "45" days. I called up BPL Mobile customer service, who confirmed that the number was a BPL number but said they cannot stop it.
I am still receiving smses. They started again from 12 noon and I have 14 smses already.

I want to take both these parties to court, can you guide me. Unfortunately I am not able to figure out the owner of the number else I would have lodged an FIR.

Bharti Airtel Ltd.-postpaid -Mobile service — SIM CARD FAIL ACTIVATED WITHOUT ASSIGNING OR INFORMING ANY REASON.

i am usuing Airtel mobile servioce since last few years. there is no default in payment of bills. inspite of providing information about the bill paid they ahve restricted my out going facility for 4 days without taking any pain to understand the accounts. i am regulary paying my bill through A/c payee cheque and neverthee less used credit card for Airtel bill payment.Today company has suddenly freez my sim card which resulted in restrictionof incomming and outgoing facility.
My Airtel no. is [protected].
I wnt to cancel my no. immidiatly. so regarding that i have try to contact to your customer care so many times but i cant able to contact with you because if i called you means i have select the optiones, after that u keeping the phone on hold and message is coming is This is not valid Number.

because of this reason i cant able to contact with you. now we no having any usages for this number. so finally i wnt to cancel this nmber.

i would like to requset you that please procced for the suspension for the same and realese our refundable deposit.
