[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill "

This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

You are right Santosh, this is not your mistake. If the payment is made then the service shouldn't have been Barred. I had faced similar problems with Airtel because of which i deactivated my sim card and I always inform all the people i know not to go with Airtel. Now i am with Idea which is now started in bangalore and I promise you it has got 100 times better service than Airtel. Atleast they speak to people polietly. which i have never seen in airtel franchises. I strongly support you santosh. If every one will raise complaint and sit quitely then these people will not get to know the mental stress of customers. Just see that this complaint will be taken till last..

I am the subscriber of your company and bearing the airt tel mobile no.[protected] since for 3 years I have paid the amount regularly till today but our client mobile number dissconnected(Sim card registration failed) from 1st July. Our client an employee facing multiple troubles for unreasonable disconnection. As intimate the same no reason intimated to me for dissconeted my number. Unless the reasons for dissconnection not intimated to me within three days I will approach consumer forum, west godavari eluru for illegal dissconnnecgion and for mental aganony caused to me. As I have look after the legal cases in 10 bracnhes inWest Godavari District eluru and Bhimavaram divisions regulalrly. I have been faced so many mental and physical struggles since the illegal disconccetion by you anticipating your illegal reply action in this regard.I have submitted so many times complaint your executives and there are no response of my request.

Hence, we are request to receive the letter immediatley activate the my mobile or otherwise to be follow further proceedings against to you.

Airtel post paid Bill with facility of GPRS — Never Pay attention to Customer by the Customer Care

Sir,
I am a customer of Airtel. I am a subscriber of Post paid services. I have got GPRS activated on my cell phone. Despite of repeated complaints made with the customer care in regard to getting of poor signals of GPRS and not getting of GPRS, no action has been taken by the Customer care executive sitted at Raipur. Then I have deactivated the GPRS and taken the Sim of GPRS from the Reliance.Now I am satisfied that I am getting proper signals of GPRS. The Airtel Customer Care department has got paralitic attack. The Airtel should close it Customer Care, and should give the new name to customer care as Customer's Exploitation Centre.

AirTel — Airtel post paid

From last two months i am requesting for my pending April and May months paper bill. While contacting customer care they tells that bills delivered by them and received POD and till date i havnt received bills for April & May month. I told them to send me copy of POD so that i can know where they are delivering bills. They said they will not send copy of POD. I told them unless and untile i will receive bill i will not pay bills and late payment penelty on that. Now they are saying last 15 days that they have sent bill thru post and still i have not received. Even they dont have in their system my pending request number

Is there is any way to teach lesson to them? Other wise i have only one way to go for another service provider.

i have given my proof 2 times but still i am not able to get my connection active it is showing sim card registration failed when i call to customer care they told me that documnets are not submitted and negatively verified but after that i have also submitted my documents again and there is no body coming for verification to my place i got my connection on 10th july pls reply wt can i do now

Airtel / Mobile — Billing clarification

Dear Sir/Madam, I am holding airtel mobile # [protected] (TN) since 2004 under the montly rental as Rs.524/- permonth with the promiss o[censored]nlimited GPRS service/ download. Till April 2009 I got this benefits & Airtel started charging my GPRS usage from May 2009 onwards without any prior information.
I try to made serveral complaint with airtel customer care (121) but every time they refused to register a complaint in this reagrd & forced me to pay the amount. Also I had send several mail to 121, Nodal etcc of airtel & never got any responce
The bill for the month of July they have raidsed around 2700/- only for GPRS which even we never get if we are using 24 x7 broad band connection.
Without the responce of my complaint they used to send several SMS for the payment which make me upset

Dear Sir,

We have been using airtel service for last 2 and half years but recentaly we wanted to change it into post paid for the same number. I have paid deposit Rs.500/- and all the documents which are required by airtel executive. They activated it after 25 days where I struggled for that. Within 10 days they disconnect the sim. When i called, I found the reason as improper documents. After that i have submitted documents twice. Till date aproximately 30 days has gone. There is no responce either from executive or customer care.

I used only free calls and i didnt make any bill. I kindly request please justice to me.

Airtel Postpaid — Paid bill but phone not started

I have paid my phone bill but yet my phone has not started working since three days and when i call customer care they say wait for 30 seconds and then dont reply back

this is against the services suspended on my airtel no.[protected].
i have not been receiving any bills since last 6 months for my airtel mob.
every month i have to make calls to the customer care to know my bills and request not to bar my calls as i make payments only after verifying the bill. but none of my requests are considered.even then i pay the bills and i have been charged extra money for late payment. and my question is; when airtel is unable to deliver the bills on time why shall i pay the late payment fee..?
on 27th of july one of the executives of airtel visited my office with duplicate bills and had asked for the payment. i have issued a post dated cheque for rs.2000/-, vide cheque no.387117, dated: 31/07/2009, of SBH, Rajendranagar Branch, Hyderabad and requested him not to suspend the services.

but all the services on my no. have been suspended without any notice. i got fedup with airtel and i have swithched with idea and the no.[protected] is similar to airtel, which means i will not have any problem to intimate my friends, relatives, clients and business men for change of my mob no.

i'm least bothered to make any payments to airtel and i'l approach the consumer forum for the problems i have been facing from airtel.even i have requested my bank to stop the payment for the cheque issued to airtel (bharti airtel ltd)

I am postpaid airtel user of orissa zone, due to transfer now i am in Patna, I want to close my post paid connection, I had meet to customer care patna but there is not showing my airtel account, my phone no is [protected] and sim no[protected], on this phone no showing other person's name( accordin customer care), I want to close this no. urgently .
for closing this no, i cann't go to orissa zone, so please close this connection and pending bill told to me. from today i will not pay any rental charges for this.

Airtel Postpaid — Call drops from 6 months

I have been facing call drops in my area (C V Raman Nagar). All my friends, who had airtel connection has same problem. I have been complaing to airtel from last 7 months. The complaint no.s ar as follows

myself vinod, last two month am using ur connection . actually my credit limit is 1200, but last two days am getting my unbilled amount as 3000, ... reaaly i got shockkkkkkkkeddd, because, i used to check my calls and sms every day, used to keep track on my biil . last friday i got sms that my unbilled amount was 980 . but within 3 days, it comes to 3000...very shocking one. From 2005 to 2008 i was using ur airtel mobile... my no was [protected] and my crdit limit was 7500. and my status was HNI. after that i got tranfer to karnataka, and last may i came bck frm thr and took another connection from u .reaaly its shocking one, and if my case is not taken seriouyly, i wil stop using ur service...
