[Resolved]  Airtel — recharge failed

I have recharge my mobile no.[protected] on line through rechargeitnow.money has deducted from my account but mobile could not be recharged.so either recharge or return the amount.

My phone number is [protected]. I recharged online for 3G Internet for rs.103. The amount has been already paid by Internet banking. But the Internet amount of 300mb has not been credited to my account.i I have received the text saying the recharge has been initiated.but it's been a day and it still hasn't been processed Transaction id is 829998. Multiple calls to customer care hasn't been helpful.

I already recharge RS. 198.00, on 13.08.2013, at 9:54:10 PM from MY RECHARGE PVT. LTD, Name of member Sri Keshab Bhattacharjee, whose I.D. is 977217, I see my above mob no [protected] massage inbox recharge failed. but MY RECHARGE PVT. LTD send massage recharge successful.

Today 29/10/2014 at 08:28 A.M., deducted from My Airtel Money Rs. 50.00(Fifty), Tranjection Id[protected]. But not recharge My BSNL Mobile No.- [protected]. Please Recharge or Refund My Money. My airtel money mobile No.- [protected].
