Please provide as much information as possible...For last one month I've been observing Amul Taaza Double Toned Milk 200 ml (small) tetrapacks in a shop. The milk was packaged in June 2013 and it is September 2013 now. I want to know if it is safe to consume that milk. I did not expect that Amul will fail to mention expiry date or expiry duration on the tetrapack. Since no expiry or 'best before' information is indicated...

I also have a video of Curd. I am a resident of raipur, since one month i have observed that i am receiving Adulterated milk, the milk packets are supplied by Amul Brand and Devbhog Brand. I am consuming amul milk since 2 years. When we prepare tea or milk or any hot products of milk, we find no symptoms but when we consume it as curd i found the difference. The curd gets converted a sticky and like lubricating substance. Plz look into the matter. For any further details plz contact me. Hi, I stay in Mira Road(East). The grocery stores near by charge extra Rs. 1 or 2 for 500ml of milk over the MRP. On inquiring they either say its cooling charge or if interested we need to purchase it or leave it. If the law says, that we can bargain on MRP why are these cheats charging us more? Its not the matter of giving them a Re.1 extra and its a question of why should we.

Yesterday I have Purchase 10 SUNDAE Ice Cream from Local Amul Retailer (Garden Ice Cream Corner, Valsad) While Eating it I found Small Plastic Chips Inside which is really shocking, Total chips count is more then 10 Plus.

I really respect the Brand which stop me to put the same on Social Networking Site.

Its very much disappoint the way Quality is Measure.

Last few days I am purchased amul cake pieces (8x10gm,1x500gm) From Distributor M/s. Puran Chand Mitha Ram. When I am read the quantity this pieces this is not proper quantity. In the packet is not proper complete on my order When I am contact with distributor regarding this, he called me that I am not responsible all this. Kindly solve this my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I shall very big loss........

I have been charged on Amul milk of half litre Rs 1.50 higher than the MRP which is Rs 15.50.When i protested they say that it is upto
you to buy it or not but he the retailer would not charge on MRP.When i went to another shop at area 4 he charged .50paisa more.
As i have to buy milk i purchased by paying .50 more on MRP.The reason for them to charge more is that there is no dealer of amul
milk in Maithon and they procure the milk from neibouring west bengal on black,which is not satisfying.This rate variation is all over
Maithon.

Your strict action would be highly oblliged by me and all those consumer who are being cheated .

i bought a "amul pure ghee " 1 ltr packet yesterday. but when i was using that i was shocked to find out that it doesnot have any taste or aroma at all.
it seems that somebody is making these fake products under the disguise of amul name. it ll be good to see if the matter is really looked in to as i saw so many people complaining about the same on various online forums also.

Amul parlor located at Tulshidham char rasta,Manjalpur,Vadodara - 390011.

This amul parlor - Authorized Dealer & distributor of amul dairy products like Ice cream,curds,butter milk etc.

Person sit at parlor charges extra 1 INR on each of product. If ask for justification of extra money, Give the excuse of MRP outside Gujarat.

Example : Chocobar having MRP as 12 INR within Gujarat & 15 INR outside Gujarat But person charging 15 INR per chocobar in spite of amul parlor located in Gujarat only. Stall owner doing this to all the products of Amul.

Request you to check also personally if feel to do so.

Person is too much arrogant if asked for justification towards extra money.

Today Morning we had opened a Visibly Undamaged pack of Amul Tazza
Batch no GAT1231 12:35:28 mfg date 03/05/13 A3

We out of blind faith gave it to our Infant kid who was reluctant to have it but somehow had it


Post this we happened to tast it & to our horror found it to be sour .

This is very strange as the packet was in good condition with no visible external signs of damage

This was ordered online at ekstop.com

Could someone look into this & provide a justification

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Amul Ice Cream Shahista Pista Kulfi 750ml+750ml Combo pack

The taste of Pista piece has been changed (SOUR) some Bad taste of pista.

I am resident of Shahpur, Ahmedabad, nr Amul parlour (harshiddhi parlour) he charged higher price than MRP printed on butter milk of Amul pouch form consumer.and if we oppose to pay higher price then they ask it is demandable product people buy more than rs 11.00 aganist rs. 9.00 MRP if you want to by than by otherwise go alse where

so may i request you to pls take action agaist this parlour owner and do needful for general public

I purchase amul curd regularly
I have a complain regarding distributor near my house (Prabhat chowk, ghatlodia, ahmedabad)
He sells amul curd very freuently of expired date.
Also he takes one rupee extra for it.
Instead of six rupees, he asks for seven for amul lite curd daily whereas others sell it for six rupees.
So, kindly consider it and do needful

Dear all, I am from Juhapura Ahmedabad. In Juhapura each amul milk retailers are charging 1 rs. More on every milk pouch. No one is taking action against them. As consumer when we asked them they are saying that they do not have much margin in amul & due to the same they are taking more price from consumer than mrp. I am not the only person who victimized due to this issue but thousands of middle class & lower class families are highly affected by this wrong doing of amul milk retailers.It is not case with one retailers , almost all retailers are doing wrong practice. Please let me know if you can help me out in this case. I have tried to register complaint to amul but there is no mechanism for the complaint registration. Please please help us & thousand of families in this matter...

I purchased a packet of 500 gms of Amul butter about two weeks back from a shop at Kolkata named Eswar prasad Shaw. When using the butter from the said packet on the first day during breakfast, all of our family members got a smell of medicine from the butter. In the evening I took the packet to the shop and informed the shop-owner Shri Deepak Shaw about the defect of the product when he told me that the supplier of amul butter use to come twice to his shop on monday and friday and since it was monday so I will have to wait for few more days and the packet was kept by him.
On friday morning at he shopabout 10 am when the said supplier came to his shop, I was also present there to buy some other materials. The shop-keeper and me informed the amul butter supplier about the defect of the product but unfortunately he did not pay any importance to this and rather accusing me by saying that I perhaps kept some medicine beside the packet and that has caused such defect in the butter. I failed to impress upon him that the butter was kept inside the refrigerator and no medicine was kept inside the fridge. But all my efforts went in vain and in turn the shop-keeper also refused to replace the said packet. Since I am a regular user of amul butter for last more than 30 years, I became very upset with the behaviour of the shop-keeper and the supplier of amul butter to this shop. The shop is located in Tollygunge Circular Road, New Alipore, Kolkata- 700053. My name is S. K. Ghosh, and my address is -- 16L, Mondal Temple Lane, Flat no. D-2, New Alipore, Kolkata- 700053, India.

I would like to bring to your notice that the milk in the packets of AMUL company is lesser as it should be in the packet.
I get milk from Bhola and resides in Shahbad Dairy.
There are 11 packets in which the milk is less than marked amount. There are packets of 500ml having upto 70ml less milk i.e. the packet contains 430ml milk only.
It is despite bringing notice to the dealer that it is happening again and again. So i would like you to take strict action as soon as possible, as it will be the future of ours. There are also complaints from the buyers regarding lesser amount inspite of full.
Please take into consideration my complaint and do the needful as soon as possible.

पिछले कई दिनों से दूध के बड़ते दामों से परेशान लोगों को अब दूध भी जितना दावा किया जा रहा है उतना पूरा नहीं मिल रहा .ताज़ा मामला दिल्ली के उत्तम नगर का है जहाँ एक शक्श ने अमूल टोंड दूध की थेली में कम दूध मिलने की शिकायत दिल्ली पुलिस और अमूल कंपनी से की है पर दो दिन बीत जाने के बावजूद न तो पुलिस ने इनसे संपर्क किया और न ही कंपनी के किसी अधिकारी ने .इस शक्श ने अपने बेटे के जन्मदिन पर दस अमूल दूध की थेलियाँ खरीदी थी क्योंकि इन्हें कंपनी पर भरोसा था पर उन्हें ये जानकर झटका लगा जब घर पहुंचकर दूध का वजन तोला तो दस लीटर की बजाय आठ लीटर ही दूध निकला जब इस बात की शिकायत इन्होने दुकानदार से की तो टका सा जवाब मिला की हमारी कोई जिम्मेवारी नहीं है कंपनी जाने।अब ये अपने आपको बेहद ठगा महसूस कर रहे है की इतने बड़े कंपनी के ब्रांड में भी धोखा मिलेगा कभी सपने में भी नहीं सोचा था .

Subject: Non supply of milk after taking advance

Sir,
This is to inform you that M/S Sri Hari Associates had been running an Amul shop at 49 Crystal Arcade,
Rajeev Nagar, Raipur. He was delivering our Amul milk Taaza at home at M2 Rajeev Nagar.
On 04.08.12 he took advance of Rs. 900/- for 2x30 days delivery of milk. The delivery of milk was one only for 12 days in august, after which he closed his shop permanently. He told us that he will reopen at the time of Diwali. To this date he has not reopened his shop and is not answering his phone.
So it is requested that our remaining money be paid back to us at the earliest.
Remaining money – 30x18 days = Rs. 540
We have come to know that he has taken money from others as well.
Hope prompt action will be taken in this case.

We highly respect the way how SUMUL milk assures superior quality keeping in mind the health benefits the milk provides, but these days, perfectly from 25th november 2012, the quality of milk we get isn't that good, as we drink some kind of surfy and minty smell comes n the taste is literally weird. iT destroys my morning tea. I request you to take this into account if this site is actually working and someone is actually keeping up with the online complaints.

We purchased 5 Amul Butter 100 gm packets from a departmental store in Malad West. All the packets had an expiry date of over 6 months. We called the departmental store and advised them of this. They say that we need to call Amul to report this. Why do these departmental stores stock expired products and why doesn't Amul take away the expired products. I Had Purchased a Amul Ice-cream cone (chocolate Flavor ) , I Found The Taste Is Very Bad And Also The It Smells Very Bad.
God Knows What Happens To Amul Company.
The Quality Is Going Very Low..

From now i don't ever purchase any amul ice cream and also suggest my friends and every people who likes amul ice creams to not to buy those ice creams .
