[Resolved]  Anbu gas agency — Delay in delivery of cooking gas cylinder

I am having Indane cooking gas no : 3503. Whenever I book, it is taking around 25 to 30 day for delivery and also after delivery the anbu gas is taking booking after 21 days which means totally it is taking around 50 days for one replacement and for us one cylinder comes around 40 day and short of 10 days.
Whenever we call anbu agency, the phone is always in engage mode and if they pick also they are saying it will deliveried in two days but after two days if you call they are saying same answer.

I deeply fedup with anbu gas services and recently the local distribution person of anbu gas has involved malpartice in Iyyppanthangal by taking money and empty cylinder of around 20 customer and ran away from the place without refilling.

Also my near by tea shop person are using Indane gas cylinders for commerial purpose and our local distributor is selling for Rs 700/ cylinder.

My intend is I need to change the agency to other agency probably the near to my place Sivashankar agency. I kindly request indance or concern person to change the agency

Anbu gas agency — regarding service

Whenever we call to Anbu agency in kumananchavadi it will be busy, on 21th of Jan also the same case.
I have tried for 2 hrs but the line was busy, so I went directly for booking and I found that they were kept receiver down.

Pl do the needful as soon as poosible.

Anbu gas agency — Delay in delivery

My consumer number is 7632 and I have booked for a cylinder on 20th of January and I was told that it will be delivered in 12 days time. Today is the 10th of February and not delivered yet. On calling the agency, there is no response from them - they keep telling it will be delivered today and they keep the phone down. It is also very difficult to get their number which is always busy.

Anbu gas agency — delay in supplying cylinder by 30 days

Dear Sir,

Anbu Gas Agency at Chennai supplies Indane gas cylinder to me & my customer number is 15570. I have booked my cylinder on 19/1 and still await my cylinder. However I have been informed that there is black market thriving in this agency. Helpless & unable to make a compliant have seeked your interference. Request you to do the needful.

there is no responsible for complaints & cylinder delivery section just cancel the agency for anbu company.
