BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC Complaints - front wheel wobbling

there is front wheel wobbling when i cross the speed 45km and it is upto 70km i get the wobbling, the sales center say that it is a compny defect.

Engine sound

1. Engine sound get changed ones it travel contionuesly
after 50km.
2. At 85km/h and above speed engine smells like plastick burning.

please let me know whether these can be repaired.
i bought my bike on 20.08.2008....

I had purchased BAJAJ PULSAR 200 CC DTS-I-BSII bike on 06th September, 2008 bearing Chasis No.MD2DHJCZZRCC13712, Engine No.JCGBRC18514 in Varun Motors, Siripuram Junction, Visakhapatnam. After first service I have got above said problems i.e. FRONT WHEEL SHAKING, ENGINE SIDE SOUND, JOKERS COMPLAINT. I have requested repeated times to rectify the problem but Varun Motors, Visakhapatnam neglicting to solve the problem. Please take immediate action as my bike is in good condition.

BAJAJ PULSAR 200CC DTS-I — POOR SERVICE

I have purchased BAJAJ PULSAR 200CC DTS-I bike at Varun Motors, Siripuram Junction, Visakhapatnam on 06.09.2008. After first service my bike got problem that First wheel shaking and Jokers weak. I have many time requested my vendor to solve the problem but they are failed to solve the same. This problem facing since 6 months. Please do needful action.

    Dear Sir,

    Proposal No: 39448


    I Naresh Kumar K has availed the auto finance facility through your esteemed organization vide the above-mentioned proposal # & has cleared all the EMI’s with out any chq bounce in the month of December 2006. In spite of this I have not collected my NOC, RC & duplicate Key.


    June 2006

    I have visited your branch office at Kachiguda to pre close the loan & spoke to a person (who does not value the customers time) at reception He made me to wait for more than 1hr & then gave me wrong information. I lost my temper by that time & shouted than another person pitched (culture less & very attitude person) with the manager DP Rao (Person who does not know how to deal with the customer especially when they are annoyed with the services) & asked me to get the bank statement as the supporting document for the reversal of penalty. Immediately I went back to my bank (Oriental bank of commerce), which was GTB earlier & requested them to pull the 1& ½ year old data and came back with the bank statement & submitted the same & got the conformation that once EMI’s are cleared penalty (chq returned with the reason: bank confirmation required) will be reversed. Hence I left the place (This happened from 10:30 Am to 1:45 Pm) I could not attend to office for that half day.


    Jan 2007

    This time I interacted with new person from Accounts Department Mr. Srinivas who asked me to clear the 2 EMI’s that were pending so that he can forward the information to Pune Office for the reversal and also get the NOC, RC & duplicate key & the relevant settlement document hence I cleared 2888/- by cash ( Rec No:[protected] & also submitted the bank statement again. This time it is being Saturday (my week off) I could spend 30 Mints.

    After 2years 9 months Problem is still existing.. Kindly do the needful.

      I was purchased a pulsar 150 cc vehicle in my home town karaikal(609602) at kalki motors, the service dealer of akash bajaj, Pudhucherry. i got the problem in my vehicle after few days such OIL LEAKAGE at rear shock absorbers, front brake disk in ubnormal position and some electrical complaints. i went to dealer that dealer for 5 times but they are not ready to take for service. on the day 23.03.2009 finally i went to that dealer for the above mentioned problems but they refused to take my vehicle for service and using bad words and using the gundas to avoid the problem. please take the necessary action

        gear slippage and clutch hard

        Sir

        this is a complaint which I am facing from the day one that my bike's gears slips at 4 th gear oftena and the clutch becomes hard after 500kms from service . I had complained the same to Authorised dealer about 05 times but they just do eye washing job now my bike has covered around 10000kms

        pls i want an action on this complaint immediately

        Hi,

        I Naveen Khanna & I had purcased Sony LCD from Sony World & financed from Bajaj Auto Finance Under consumer durable loan.My Loan A/c no.is[protected] & My Loan EMI is 2908/- & It will present in my HDFC saving A/c no.[protected] in between 15 to 20th.

        I hade paid 4 emi in advanced & 4 has already cleared through ECS on 18/02/09 I hade visited in Punjabi bagh Brance & given hade made the full amt through DD – 10, 000/- (Citi Bank – 872059) & Cheque – 1, 632/- (HDFC Bank).

        But on 17th March09 9th EMI present in my same bank & cleared also.

        They have no.Cutomer care no.i am realy very very upset with this kind of process.

        Kindly do the needful for the same.

          Sir,

          Till today my bike has been giving a lot of problems which i have informed to the service station o[censored]r company in navelim-Goa. Till now there has been no positive reply from them as there are problems cuming up. From january 2008 the bike has been entered the showroom for nearly 16 times and till now they have not rectified the mistake & tomorrow i am going to give my bike for another serving regarding the problem which i have brought to the notice of the managers too.

            MY BAJAJ CT 100 BIKE(UP 32 BH 3318) WAS UNDER REPAIR AS IT MET AN ACCIDENT AND THE ENTIRE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED AT BAJAJ AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER NAMED-PUSHPA AUTOMOBILES SERVICE CENTER, ALAMBAGH, LUCKNOW, U.P. IN 2007.COUPLE OF DAYS BACK I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE PARTS USED (HEAD BLOCK, PISTON, RING ETC..)WERE NOT ORIGINAL AS THE BIKE IS TROUBLING ME AGAIN & I NEED TO REPLACE THOSE FAKE PARTS WITH NEW GENUINE PARTS FROM BAJAJ.I HAVE USED BAJAJ M80, THEN BAJAJ BOXER, THEN BAJAJ CALLIBER, THEN LAST CT100 IN A SPAN BETWEEN 1990 TO 2009.NOW I FEEL CHEATED AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT NEXT TIME I DO NOT BUY A BAJAJ BIKE.KINDLY TAKE STERN ACTION AGAINST THE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE CENTER AND I WANT MY BIKE TO BE REPAIRED COMPLIMENTRY BY THE COMPANYA, D OBVIOUSLY AT A SERVICE CENTER OTHER THEN THE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE CENTER.

            I purchased a brand new bajaj discover DTSi on 30th June at Shakthi Automobiles, Chennai. The very next day bike have started emmiting white smoke. I went and checked with the service centre where they told bike was under registration, so asked me to return back for the first free service. First service was over, again the white smoke problem persists. Returned back to the same service center, they asked me to change valve and seal. I paid Rs 580/- for this and collected my vehicle. Still the white smoke problem continued and again i went to the service station. This time they asked me to give vehicle for the second free service. One week my bike was with them after that they called me & asked me to come and collect my vehicle. They told me that the problem was with carburator and asked me to pay Rs 280 /-. After collecting the money mechanic told me white smoke problem still exists and asked me to wait for another one more week. Now my new bike is with the service point for 20 days and when i visited today i was shocked to see my silencer was replaced with an old one. No one in the service shed is not responding correctly and their latest suggestion is to change pistons, boring, valve etc etc... Why I need to spend Rs.56, 000 to purchase a new bike and put it in to the mechanic shed for changing new parts. Instead I would have purchased a second hand bike...Is the BAJAJ company ashamed on this irresponsibility act towards the customers??? I am very much depressed, irritated. Again in my life time i won't purchase a Bajaj bike OR allow my friends to purchase a bajaj bike. I am expecting a good solution for this problem through this post. My bike no. is TN 22 BE 6574.

              Dear Sir,

              This is Pramod Behra from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar DTSi 150 CC bike on October 2007 from your authorised dealer "Vandana Auto, GE Road, Raipur". During second free service of my bike, It was my instruction to down the pick-up upto some extent for more mileage. And on first paid service at your "Vandana Auto" dealer, I instructed service-men to fully increase the pick-up, but pick-up of my bike gets down after 7 - 15 days from servicing.

              This is a repeatative type problem and it happened after every servicing of my bike.

              Kindly give a fruitful solution to me.

                NOC S.No.3013164 issued to me vide Proposal No.401c8610 in r/o Hire Purchase Finance Agreement No.2904286 dt.05/11/2005 for vehicle"Discover" bearing Reg.No.Dl5ST8561 instead of Reg.No.DL5ST8218. Whereas in proposal No.128610dt.05/11/2005 of M/s.Shanti Consultants(Recovery Agency), other details of vehicle i.e.Ch.No.DSCBMF02238, E.No.DSGBMF62972 & other details was in order. Pl check & arrange to issue new NOC/Form-35 so that hypthecation deletion can be done. Thx

                  dear sir/mam,

                  i want to say that i m fully dissatisfied with the service of bajaj. PARASHER MOTORS which is situated at delhi-mathura highway(G.T road) PALWAL. HARYANA PIN CODE- 121102. Sir/mam i purchased bajaj discover 125CC in june 2006. first of all after purchase this bike it's average was very bad. According to the company's feature average of this bike was 65kmpl. but in actual it was not more than 40kmpl. when we consult to the dealer then he said this is the actual average 65kmpl is only for saying. after that we compromised on that.

                  now from the last five month i.e nov.2008 i m spending more than 1000 bill in every month. in nov i spended Rs4000 bill. my bike was not working properly when i took it to the dealer shop there workers of workshop was saying clitch plate has spoiled and chain set is spoiled. then i said whatever has spoiled change everything...! then bill was of app. Rs4000. then bike was ok only for the 15 days. then again same problem happened. i again took my bike to the workshop of parasher motor then i talked to dealer then again he said clitch plate has spoiled. i said last time worker told me there is guarantee of 6 month for clitch plate. but now he was saying no guarantee. you can take away your bike.. then i said change it. then again i paid bill of Rs. 2400. after one month again the same problem. then again i spend Rs1800. i have bill of every repairing. i don't know what they do. in actual they repaired the bike or not.
                  at that time bike ok. after sometime today again bike is not working..! there is very bad service.

                  plz tell me what should i do...? is any after sale service rule in BAJAJ..?? I think there isn't..


                  plz take any action.. infact we are totally disappointed from BAJAJ MOTORS.

                    I am a customer of a pulsar dtsi, which i had given for service 2 days back.
                    I had given it to Sarathy Motors, Kollam, Kerala.
                    I got the vehicle back today.
                    I had told many complaints including lack of front disc brake and power from the engine.
                    Nothing was done about engine power.
                    There was a leak in my right fork and the oil had leaked into the disc and the calipers, i had told them to clean it.
                    But the just wiped the discs and today when i tested the vehicle it was the same as when i gave it.
                    Your service assistants just too much they doesn't know anything about the vehicle, even the basics otherwise they would have cleaned the calipers.
                    Even they dont have any common sense.
                    Your mechanics are just ok but service assistants are the worst i have seen.
                    And also they take the customers vehicle for their private use which i happened to see myself.
                    They just dont know how to explain the bill or works done to the customers.
                    Please do something to improve their expertise.
                    I hope you would take necessary action.

                    I have a bajaj 150cc in bangalore . and i have done my second free service in banargatta office .

                    But before the servicing my bike give the milage 43+ but after the second service it shows only 30 km/liter. I have already complained two times in that office and they also do some changes in bike and check milage in machine . but still my bike average is showing 30.


                    So please Suggest me and reply the same ASAP.

                    I have bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi .
                    Before few days optra car cut me due to this I m facing problem with bike handling.
                    I shown to Sai service borivali and told them whatever u want to change u can change also gave freedom to take there own time but I want positive result i.e. I want my bike handling proper ..
                    My bike was there in sai service for 2 days .but still problem is not solved. I also asked to manager about this but I got irresponsible answers from him. He said take ride for 2 days .and then come to us if there is any problem .but I m finding problem is still there,
                    Just after servicing from borivali .I shown my bike to bajaj center @ charkop and thane they said there is fork out for my bike.but borivali sai service adviser and technician are not expert to find same problem shown by other service centers...
                    Sai service @ borivali east is worst service center …where no one to attend while delivering the bike...and no care for bikes at all.

                    I am so afraid that I think if I go at a moderate speed, accident will happen to me
                    Who will be responsible for this...as u know Mumbai traffic and road condition...?
                    So please do needful

                      Hi, I am IT Professional working in Pune. I had given my bike for servicing to authorised Bajaj Service Centre viz. "Sai Service Station Lmt, Kedar Empire, Karve Road, Kothrud, Pune".

                      While receiving the bike I noticed that the fuel meter is showing me much less petrol to what it was when I gave it for service. On enquiring the Manager checked it manually with a tilted angle and showed me that it was fine. He did not show any regard to the meter and started talking rudely. When I complained that he made a manual correction and the meter was showing correctly, he rudely told me that he can adjust the meter to let it show more fuel.

                      This attitude was shocking as I have always trusted the authorised service centres since two years of purchase of my bike. This has shaken my trust completely. May be Bajaj Head Office bearers can help in this regard.

                      You are correct...Don't trusted the authorized service center any more me too...atleast in pune.
                      i boutht Bajaj Pulsar-150 DTSI I have no broblem with this bike except one that is " When I stand it in raini season, all water of rain fill in surrounding area of Petrol Tank's Key Place and when i opened the petrol tank for fill petrol all stored rainy water entered in Petrol Tank. I dont know how much water is in my petrol tank.

                        in oct 29, 2007, i bought bajaj platina 125cc (PB-08 BG 1228)from BAJAJ's authorised dealer LOVELY AUTOS.(JALANDHAR CITY, Punjab ). from the very first day i m facing troubles from my bike. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS THE ENGINE NOKING AND MILEAGE.. MILEAGE IS JUST 50 km/lit.. i have taken it to service center not less than 10 times.. the service center is at basement of lovely autos. But their serviceman does not solve my problems regarding engine noking and mileage . i m a student and i can not aford a byk which is so costly in driving... plz help me out of this problem.

                          I had purchased an Bajaj Avenger 200cc Bike Reg. No: PY-01-AP- 0743 from Rajarajan motors here in Puducherry on Jan. 2008 through the Partial Bajaj Finance. I was paying my monthly due in my ICICI Salary A/C NO:[protected]. Due to my personal reason I resigned the job at the month of Feb.2008 and started my own Business BPO typesetting industry but i was remitting the EMI to that A/C regularly.

                          But suddenly on the month of September i received a letter from the ICICI Bank Mumbai that since there was no salary transaction seen in my account they asked me to make it to S.B. A/C by keeping 10, 000 Minimum Balance else my account will be closed.

                          From that i didnt credit the cash to that account for the EMI and informed the callcenter not to put the check for the ECS clearence in that A/C but i dont know what the measures were taken on their side yet.

                          I started to pay the amount through the Collection person, i was got financially very tight and for the month of October and November 2008 i was not able to pay.

                          But through the collection boy namely GOPI who often come to my office and asked for the EMI pending amount, on the 4th of December 2008 i gave the Two months amount Rs. 4600/- (Four Thousand Six Hundred only) to him, i asked for the bill he said i had made the payment on behalf of you on 30th itself i.e., 30th of Nov. 2008 and i forgot to bring the bill which i will bring you this evening as we were meeting for more then five times seeing the face value i let him go as it.

                          Till now i tracked him i didnt get the bill and the person.

                          Now another person is coming from the December end he is also named as GOVINDARAJAN he is from Seetharaman Agency, Pondicherry collection center for the Bajaj Finance.

                          Now i have Two obligation on my Side:

                          1. Need bill for the Payment made for the month of October and November 2008.

                          2. As i informed the call center Person from September onwards i will pay the EMI to collection boys only so ECS clearence should not be done.

                          Please see the that at the end while getting the Hypothication termination certificate Or clearance certificate you should not go for claim regarding any check bounce etc.,

                          Do the needful at the earliest.

                            This is to inform you that I m not getting my bajaj avenjers silencer replacement.

                            I do my vehicles regular service at arun auto khamla, Nagpur. I had been into training for last two months and hence unable to produce my bajaj avenjer at your service station. My warranty lapses on 1st jan2009, since I was into training I get my vehicle serviced on 24thjan2009, but now service manager is not replacing my vehicle silencer by saying it that u mail it to bajaj auto we cannot give u replacement .



                            Please do favour me since my vehicle silencer is totally into drastic condition that to within such short period.

                            Bajaj Auto — avenger silencer not getting replaced in guarantee

                            I have babaj avenger bike purchased on 14th aug. 2011. I got all the services done on time, now my bikes silencer has got leakage problem which is not getting replaced in gurantee. I also not getting proper reply also.

                              I have Bajaj Legand NXT2 scooter and Bajaj Spirit since 7 years. the problem is that spare parts is not available. My scooter needs Handel lock and Spirit need Silencer.

                              But due unavailability of part both are down.

                                  From last month Bangalore office of Bajaj Finance .. giving only dates .. that come tomorrow...tomorrow...

                                  Error in Induction plate

                                  Our Bajaj induction plate is showing an error E 2 and is not heating up and cooking food. We are using compatible material on the plate and the vent is also clean. What does it mean? How can the problem get solved?

                                    sir as Iam using Bajaj Pulsar 150 andgetting regular service in 3months or 5000 kms.
                                    now the problem is that my vehicle was theft immediately after the purchase of the vehicle from somewhere in delhi and was recovered after 10 days but unfortunately my service booklet and Extended warranty booklet was lost afterwards I tried many times for the reissue but I was failed although I am getting serviced regularly aferwards now today on 20 feb 2009 when I was picking my vehicle from service at Shiva Bajaj the service advisior told me that the vehicle is giving some white somke at 6000 RPM which is a sign of back compression now what you suggest how can I claim my warranty
