after requests portal id was given. then when i changed the id it worked fr a day. past 1520 days not able to see the usage charges. request to give correct passwordportalid to see my consumption charges. ACT FAST

I have taken broadband connection 500C home combo plan in which 1.5 GB is provided for uploading/downloading and night unlimited[protected].I have taken connection on 26th Nov..So, I just want to know that I must use 1.5 GB before 1st Dec. or not so as to completely utilize my 1.5 GB as I have heard that the bill comes of 1 month.So, in the bill for the first month the chargeable days will be from 1 Nov. to 30 Nov. or 26th Nov. to 30th Nov. ?

Respected Sir,
my telephone no is [protected] & bill number T[protected] under combo plan RS 500 for the month june i was charged
broadbandcharges=839,
monthly charges =170,
deposit amount =500,

total mb used by me excluding night unlimited is 1474mb
though i did not use any extra kb's beyond my limited pakage i.e 1.5gb (1536 mb) i got RS 839 broad band charges & i have my own modem so i kindly request you to check my bill so that i can pay as soon as possible

My telephone no is [protected] and bill noT[protected] under the plan is HOME500C, but for the month july -09, I was charged RS 1317/ the total MB-2417 and freeMB-922 and netMB-1495 which I did not use, for Modem I have paid rs1000/ .
So I am requesting you please chaque my bill immediate then I can pay soon, which avoiding the dis-connect.
