I am new BSNL Broadband user.Provided with portal ID. But cant lgon to usage site. Says Error in userID and password

my user id and password ( provided at the time of installation ) is not responding, even for the first time when i tried to check my usage details...i need to verify my usage as my usage charges has increased four folds..which is unexpected to me..plz send me my id and password to my mail, my telephone no. is 0522(lucknow[protected].

The usage detail page is not browsing in my PC.
i am unable to get usage detail page.
when i click on usage detail it goes to the page "server not found".
