BSNL Landline — huge bill BSNL landline
our landline bill for the past 4 months is coming huge .we dont use the landline or our internet so muchJune - July - Rs.9000/-
Aug - Sept - Rs.8000/-
I want to get my bills rechecked and also want to do a detailed enquiry on this.Kindly tell me the right person to contact.
my landline no is[protected].The bill is huge. So i want to know the details for the month of nov, 2009 of this no.Please send me ans as soon as possible.
Phone is not working since 3 weeks
My phone no is[protected] and is dead since 3 weeks being repeatedly giving complaints no response is given. What is to be done. While taking the payment they do not see and consider the phone dead period and when they are prompt at taking the payment then they should also be prompt to provide the service also.Many time i contacted with the telephone exchange, but I did not get any response from your side.
So I humbly request you to take necessary step to work my phone smoothly.
