The company is manufacturing acqua guards and marketing adopting unfair trade practice canvassing that all the products are same and of also specifications. The fact is that some are sold through dealers only`and rest of the models are sold directly by the company. The models sold by the dealers are differrent in price and specification than those marketed directly by the company. The dealers are not permitted to sell the models marketed by the company directly and that the company does not sell the models sold by the dealers. On both the products, the name of the company is printed and the shop / seller does not disclose this and causes an impression as if both are same. This is nothing but cheating the consumers.

I paid for and purchased Acqua Guard Sensa because it was a Eureka Forbes brand. I am very disappointed with the service provided Invoice no 043023 dt[protected] thru Mr. Gurunath F. First the instrument was installed after repeated reminders after nearly a week. Second, I was told that the stand required will cost Rs. 250. Based on his advise, we asked him to send the instrument along with stand. The person who came to install the instrument did not bring the stall and informed that the suitable stand will cost Rs.1200.00 I did not agree but under force i had to accept. I purchased the equipment on the condition that a water sample will be drawn from the equipment and tested at your lab and produced to me for my complete satisfaction. This has not bveen done till date. Now they are saying that i should spend another Rs.600 for some valve. The total amount spent for the equipment comes to Rs.19700.
I feel cheated that the correct price was not told to me and little by little amount kept on increasing. No water sample was drawn and I have not been given the water test reoport.It speaks ill of a company of your repute.
In view of all this, i would request you to take the equipment back as i am throughly disappointed. Water continues to leak and keep my kitchen wet all the time.

    Dear All,

    I am a user of Eureka Forbes's Aqua Guard - Water Purifier from past 5-6 years. Althought the product is still unparalleled in its category compare to other competitors. But unfortunately the service backup of the company is still NOT really good after serving the industry for so long.

    I had recently called the local service centre and their service franchisee which covers my locality in Nagpur (almost 4 weeks back). The circuit and some other components of the product were need to be changed as told by the service engineer, who visited after almost 3 weeks from the first complaint. Then they said that they need to order these components from their main H.O. But thereafer, nobody turned up. Their service delivery is very pathetic. They do not have (including their service H.O. here) the necessary spare parts available and I am still waiting for the components to be replaced.

    I too am suffering from the same complaint. The services in Nagpur are really pathetic. No one heeds to complaints or gives complaint number for follow up despite the fact that i have service contract with them. Really really disappointed. Don't know why company like Eureka Forbes is so neglegent towards the customer grievences..
    Dear Sir,

    I purchased the machine mentioned in the subject of this email from
    Memorex Home Appliances Kothrud on 19 March 2010.

    On 26 Jan 2011 we observed that the machine was leaking so we called up Memorex.

    On 28 Jan 2011 Anand (engineer from Eureka Forbes) came at 4 pm and
    approximately spent about two hours to rectify and resolve the problem
    however the problem has not been solved. He opened and installed the
    machine several times. Then, I called Vinod @ [protected] who advised
    me to send a SR Engineer on 29 Jan 2011 (tomorrow)

    I refused.

    Because one of your engineers (Anand) has already tried to solve the
    problem for 2 hours without rectifying the problem. This has caused
    unnecessary inconvenience to my family. In this scenario, I request
    you to replace the whole machine because I think that machine is
    beyond repairs.

      I have perchased a EUREKA FORBES AquaSure water purifier after seing advertisemen in telugu news paper. The company person came to my house and taken 2750/- receipt of M/s cristal enterprises. till than the unit did not work same thing was coplained but not single fellow came to or telephoned me. In word I can say that this is company o[censored]SELESS .THESE PEOPLE ONLY SELL THE PLASTIC PRODUCTS FOR HUGE AMMOUNT AND NEVER TERN BACK FOR COSTOMER CARE.
      i have acqua guard nova in my house but it is full of hassles .i FULLY AGREE WITH MOIZ THEY CHEAT COMMAN MAN .THEIR SERVICE IS TOTALLY USELESS.

      EurekaForbes Water Purifier — PAID MONEY SINCE ONE MONTH BUT MACHINE NOT YET INSTALLED.

      I ORDERED FOR BOOSTER WATER PURIFIER SINCE A MONTH.SALES PERSON IS GANESH WHO CAME FOR DEMO TOOK YHE FULL PAYMENT ,THEN HE CAME BACK WITH A SMALL MACHINE BUT WE NEEDED BOOSTER SO HE SAID HE WILL COME AND BACK WITHIN A WEEK SINCE THEN HE NEVR RETURNED, NOR PICKS UP PHONE .MY COMPLAIN NO IN THE COMPANY IS 42285,THEY ALSO NEVR RESPONDED,I FEEL THIS IS A MISERABLE COMPANY FULL O[censored]NTRAINED SALES PERSON WHO INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING PROPERLY LEAVE THE CUSTOMER CONFUSED.         Dear Sirs,

        Your local franchise took sample of water and they had it tested in their laboratory and obtained a report, which was absolutely silent to the nature of the problems – growth of white thin flakes.

        Kindly refer to my letter to you, dated[protected]copy enclosed) in which I pointed out to you that the Aquaguard purifier was giving water which produced white thin flakes of some substance which I could not identify. And so I requested you for a proper investigation.

        Anyway, lots of thanks to you for your endeavour. But unfortunately your people moved in a wrong track. The problem is still persisting.

        It has been a long wait, almost more than a year now. Please find out a final solution to this problem.

        I hope you will appreciate the serious condition of drinking water.

        Kindly take the initiative urgently and oblige.

          I had bought the above mentioned model dated 1/7/09, from a salesperson, Ankush Rathod who claimed to be working with the company. I gave the down payment in cheque for 2625/- number 715857 and rest of the EMIs as post dated cheques number 715858 to 715861. The machine was delivered to me after two days and installed. No water has come out of the machine till now inspite of repeated complaints to thier customer care, HO in Koregaon park, Pune or to their local service station in Wanowrie. My customer ID is [protected] and request number is [protected]. The only line they would adopt is, " someone will come to fix your problem today only"

          I have been boiling water since then and my children have had stomach upsets quite often. Neither am I able to use the machine nor dispose it off..

            I have purchased a Eureka Forbes - Aquasure Crystal UV water purifier three months back from TMC dealer. The product is already not functioning. I have logged in a complaint by contacting service call centre @[protected] with service request number 81603779, three days back. So far there is no response and no one has attended the compliant. Every day when I check up with the service centre I am given assurance that the service engineer would be attending by EOD of that today. Someone called me in the morning and told me that he would be coming by afternoon and that I should be at home. I have wasted whole day waiting for someone to turn up.

            I have experienced similar pathetic and unprofessional service for the installation request when the equipment was purchased.

            After sales service does not reflect the market image Eureka Forbes has. It is very pathetic, unprofessional and hopless. It is leaving the customers fuming and cursing the company.

            Eureka Forbes - Water Purifier — NO RESPONSE FOR FEEDBACK ON SCHEDULED SERVICES

            Have bought Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes - Aqua Gaurd - RO System, Initally Sales representatives from Eureka Forbes promised 8 Free services for the period of next two yearsfrom the date of purchase (Each Quaterly). Four and Half months past non of the executives are intrested in attending the complaint registered a month back.
            To ensure good water we have gone ahead and bought this, which now has become a frustrating issue, and no grantee of safe water being discharged through this system.
            Strongly recommend not go for this product.

              one of your agent Mr. Sudip Mondal (M-[protected]), of Asansol WB, assured me to refund my 2500/-
              given for 3 yrs. service contract for my old classic model, with you Asansol franchaisee, code1029;
              for purchasing, a new nova quaguard w.f., on 29/03/2009; taken my original service card; but till date
              did not refunded the difference money.
              The other flat owners of my locality, and my service place (Bank); are very much eager to know the
              fate of this type assurance.

                We purchased an RO system (Aquaguard Total) on 29th October 2007 from Eureka Forbes @ Rs. 14, 500/=. Initially, we were very satisfied with the fact that we were having drinking water in its most purified form, but one day we were SHOCKED TO SEE A TINY COCKROACH FLOATING INSIDE THE TANK. We consulted the company and their executive for the same and they just came and cleaned up the water tank, AND EVEN GAVE US SOME HINT THAT THESE INCIDENTS WERE NOT UNUSUAL, and to our despair, these incidents kept increasing with the time.
                Now, for the last 2-3 months, WE ARE CLEANING AND REFILLING UP THE TANK TWICE DAILY BECAUSE WE CAN SEE SO MANY ANTS FLOATING IN THE WATER AS SOON AS WE LEAVE IT REFILLED. IT'S BECOME A NUISANCE, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, ENERGY AND TO THE TOP OF IT WATER! We were told by the company executive himself that this problem is because of its manufacturing defect for which the water tank and the its lid will be changed by the company. But that was the last day any executive came to our place to attend to our problem. They never came back to change anything.
                Executives from the company have now stopped listening to us. They avoid us and don't pay attention to our repititive calls, complaints and requests.
                We want our problem to be looked after properly and get solved asap.

                I am anand, I live at Dwarka (Delhi)Tel no:[protected].My RO system became U/S on 12 Apr and I complained to helpline.The complain no. is 80267155 dt 12 Apr 2008.After thet I had, spoken to many times at call center and I have a strange feeling that they were making fun of my complaint, people like SARITA, ROHIT, SANJAY were the people I had spoken.I was also given Tel No-[protected] who gave me Tel no-[protected], I finally was given no of Karolbag office28750722.It was a vicious circle of REDTAPEISM.At 1730 0n 14 Apr my prob still unresolved and Ms SONIA at [protected] unaware of any such complaint.I have spend not only on water but on these useless call to talk to these useless people.Is the COUNTRY HEAD of Eureka Forbes listening?

                Eureka Forbes / RO — No attention toward complaint

                Dear Sir

                I have purchased an RO water purifier from Eurekaforbes in January 2010. In initial stage only I was cheated by the concerned sales person, who gave me many lucerative offers & I bought the same. The other thing that was in my mind to secure family & was concerned for their health. I bought this but as promised by sales person I didn't received my Bill, Warranty card, Free Gift & Extra Filter post purchase of the product. Later, after following for a long I received my warranty card & bill for this product but the date on bill was of December. Till date I've not received any free gift offered by their sales person Mr.Kamesh Gupta ([protected]). Now my RO is not functioning & I complained for this on 21st of Sep. My complaint no is 211 with them. Initially there was no response to my complaint & post rigrous follow up, technician visited on 23rd & assured to come back with spares next day. Till date he didn't turned up. On calling up their local service station[protected], one lady is assuring to check & confirm but she also not responded. Due to these delay I started giving normal boil water to my 2 yr old kid & he got some infection due to this. We have also spent almost 1000 INR to get the mineral water from market due to delayed response & pathetic service by Eureka forbes. I am customer of Eureka Forbes since 4 years but have experienced pathetic services from them.
                I would request you to look into this & would like company to bear the loss to me & should see to it that after sales service is very important.

                Eureka Forbes — Unresolved complaint

                I have loagged a complaint on Euro helpline 3988 3333 on 14th Feb 2011.
                I was essured that the problem will be attended with in 24hrs but nobody came to my place till today morning i.e. on 3rd day the technician came to attend the problem and after seeing the problem he said " I am not here to attend the problem; I am here for service, somebody else will come to attend the problem. I will send some body." But one day again passed and the problem is still unresolved. In the mean time have called 4 times to Euro helpline but no proper responce on the complaint. At my place we don't have drinking water due to the problem. The problem is still unresolved. Is this is the service Eureka gives to its customers?? Even I have taken AMC for the product so that I can get good responce. But I think taking AMC is wastage of money.
                I AM YOUR COSTUMER FOR SEVERAL YEARS, THE GREAT POINT NOTED BY ME IS, NOT EVEN SINGLE TIME THEY RESPOND FOR MY FIRST CALL. MOREOVER WHENEVER WE CALL TO YOUR CALL CENTER THEY HAVE STANDARD ANSWER WAIT FOR SOMETIME ALL OUR REPRESENTATIVE ARE ATTENTDING SOME OTHER CALL. I HUMBLE REQUEST DONT TREAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR PEOPLE PERFORMANCE, IF YOU HAVE REAL INTEREST IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICE KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION. MY MOBILE NO. [protected]

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaflow Designa on 22/05/2005. I opted for AMC
                  for maintenance . Every year I renewed my AMC. My AMC elapsed this year on
                  22/05/2009. One week before the due date when I called M/s. Crown Enterprises (Agency)
                  I was informed that they have discontinued the agency.

                  I have called call centre 3988 3333 and request no: 81319751 was given to with the assurance
                  that my request will be attended in 2 days, but no body attended. Thereafter I have called 5 times.
                  Every time I was assured my complaint will be attended the same day or the following working day.

                  IT IS VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT I AM GETTING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY.

                  I will be obliged if my complaint is attended.

                  I have purchased A Forbes Designa Water Purifier in 2006. I have since done a 24 months AMC in June' 2014 by paying Rs.2400/-. As i had shifted my residence the AMC card had been misplaced in the shifting. The purifier stopped functioning and i had lodged a complaint on[protected]. Though a technician visited my house after repeated reminders in the I week of July, he said that the control board was not working and had to be replaced outside of warranty only, as the AMC card was not produced by me. I showed the service engineer proof of the payment, which he refused to acknowledge and kept insisting only on the AMC card issued by the company. Not once from the day i entered into the 2 year AMC with the company has anyone bothered to visit even once to service the machine, though at time of doing the AMC, i was told that they would be making 3 visits a year to clean the filter and even replace them if necessary. It is a matter of shame that an MNC like Eureka Forbes can take their customers for granted. Eureka Forbes is only interested in selling their machines to you. Forget servicing altogether. It is the company's divine right to brazenly cheat their customers even under AMC. A crying shame on you EUREKA FORBES.

                    I have a Aqua Guard (Designer model). Since the working was erratic I lodged a service request 15/07/2009. (Complaint No.[protected]. The Service Techincian attended on 16/07/2009. The equipment was working when he arrived. He listened to our complaint and advised that the cartridge filter is clogged and needs to be renewed and would cost Rs. 450. We agreed and the filter cartidge was replaced. Thereafter the unit did not come on. He mentioned that some tuning would be required and carried out the same. Started working for few minutes and stopped. Then he could not identify the problem and opened up the complete unit. The way of his handling the equipment was extremely crude. He made couple of telephone calls to his colleauges and then, decided to replace the solenoid for the water inlet. He was playing around the PCB and finally said that the water switch was defective and he does not have the spare.It appeared like he was trying the trial and error methods and the final outcome was that the Aqua Guard stopped working. According to him this particular model has problems always and the PCB also has become weak. The replacement cost of the PCB would be Rs. 900 or so.The equipment is only 4 years old and such expenditures is going to come up then, the question is why Eureka Forbes sells such kind of products ? The technician appeared to be on the job training without a trainer with him.

                      I purchased a Eureka Forbes Total RO (Silver Nano) water purifier on 22.07.07 with Sl no 8008574 Receipt no. 371 Eureka Forbes no 011157 . And extended the AMC by one year (Contract Receipt no[protected] from 26.07.08 to 25.07.09 with the authorized agency at Ghaziabad III H-2; Rakesh Marg, Nehru nagar, Ghaziabad - 201001. Now on 13th July'09 I registered a complaint of non functional of my RO Water Purifier. One day a service man came and removed the motor and after two days of persuasion, came and replaced the motor with an old repaired motor. The RO was still non-functional and then next day he changed the adaptor, there was no improvement. Another man came on 16.07.09 and informed that the replaced old repaired motor might be the problem. And for the last 5 days we are suffering for water (especially in rainy season with waterborne disease at the peak).

                      On enquiry every time from the agency, we are getting reply that “we are trying, we can't do more”. We cannot replace with new motor. But at the time of Annual Service Contract, they promised that any service parts if required will be replaced with new genuine parts without any cost in contract period.

                      Now No body is responding.

These sales people make big promises of services and schemes but when the time comes for service i have to make calls and i have to remember the next due date of service and don't even get positive response like when that service person will come. Now I don't know what exactly was it all about ? .. as far as i know this RO machine needs proper service at their service center and now what to do i am in dark.

                      Hi All,
                      I purchased Auqa guard Integra-7 on 18-Jul-09, Receipt no-026366, Cus Id-[protected].
                      After installing the aqua guard, the water pressure in kicthen becoms very slow and can not work at all.
                      It is due to connector that connects the kitchen tap and aqua guard pipes. I lodge several complain to fix the issue. But now it its more than a month and no body came to fix it.
                      I called several times to call center, local area Service manager.
                      Please do not buy aqua guardat any cost. The service is worst ever I have seen.

                        i stay in bangalore(yelhanka) my name is p naveen kumar residing at #106, gandhinagar 3rd main road near corporationbank bangalore 64
                        Respected sir as i am using aquareviva since three yrs last yr i applied for amc but in return their is no proper service from u r people so please look to that they do the service need ful for my above address
                        The service is really pathetic in Bangalore... I just bought aquaguard reviva 4 months back with 3 free service in a year but it's been days that I am following up with there customer care but no one is attending my request. Every day they say today some technician will come but no one comes... I have already called there customer care almost 10 times. My service request no. is 64334055.

                        Really irritated and disappointed with the service level.

                          Sir,

                          I registered a call at the Aqua Guard help desk on 5th July 09 as the water purifier is not working. I was given a ticket number 81519458 with the assurance that within 48 hours technicial would come & repair the water purifier. So far 10 days have lapsed no one turned up from the company to attend to the problem. In the interim, I have called them half a dozen times to listen to their stereo type answers " I understand sir, we apologise sir etc but to no avail.

                          The company has taken it for granted. I request your intervention & appropriate action against the company for non compliance.

                              last two weeks before i bought eureka forbes water purifier.its not working properly. . . i already told many times to local dealer .they donot accept the complaint and dont take any response of that product
                              Sir I purchased a Eureka Forbes Aqua guard Total RO. The exact price is 14500(INR).When their service person came to install, e carried the unit with him. We didn't look or examine the unit in their shop. We purchased that and leave that in their shop (Coz they told us that theirs service person will carry it and install it the next day).The next day the service man carry the unit. and started to install it. But my doubt is that we exactly don't know what was in the box like what parts were there in the box exactly, were in there the genuine parts. We noticed on the installation day the service man open the unit cartoon box in front o[censored]s but we noticed that the 'Main Filter' of the "Aqua guard Total RO" was in outside from the unit not inside the unit. It came separately from the unit. When we asked him to open the unit he opened that we noticed there, one filter was not fitted inside that means there’s only four filter and one side is blank ( where's 5 filters have must should be there inside ).we asked him about that he told us that, the main filter comes separately from the unit. we took his voice with confusing mind. He installed that. But we still don't know the main filter he fitted ( Which was carried/came separately ) is that the genuine filter or any other ordinary filter. Sir please give us some ideas how we recognise the filter And what parts exactly come inside with the unit.( One another doubt comes from that they took from us 14000 rupees instead of 14500 rupees from the exact price of the unit. If they can is OK. But question is that reducing 500.00 rupees and insert another membranes (ordinary filter in the unit).What exactly actually.

                                I have purchased one Auqa gurd water pruifer from Eurekaforbes Ltd in the year of 2004 and i have paid the AMC upto 29/06/2009. Every year the company has increased the AMC charges. I have paid for AMC charges of Rs.1740/- for two years for the preiod from 30/06/2007 to 29/06/2009. At the time of renewal of AMC now the company is charging Rs.2050 for for further two years renewal. As an existing customer why the company is charging extra amount for renewal of AMC. Please clarify.

                                  Since I brought Aquasure Ivory by Eureka Forbes, the life is misarable. Initially, it gave heavy electrical shocks while handling right from the first day. There was heavy water leakage when the service person repaired.
                                  We used it for hardly 9 months & again it got damaged. The service people say that they don't have the PCB to repair.
                                  My sincere request to all people is NOT TO GO WITH EUREKA FORBES FOR ANY PRODUCT IF SUCH IS THE SERVICE.
                                  I have purchased Aquasure Ivory 6 months back .Initially it was ok but after some time it starts giving
                                  Problem. I have registered a lot of complaints but of no use, after a lot of follow-up with call center nothing happens.
                                  I am fade up with this product and service provided by this company.
                                  WORST customer service ever. Been calling for 1 month to fix and no one ever comes. This is the 2nd time it has broken in less than 1 year. DON'T BUY!

                                    I purchased the product Aqua Guard Total (RO) Unit No. 6025851 of Eureka Forbes vide Bill No. 201 dtd.25.08.2008 of M/s Chitransh Electronics, Barabanki (U.P.). The Product has stopped working completely since more than 15 days. In spite of my repeated requests made to Mr Abbas (Cell No.[protected]) & Mr. Jitendra Kumar (Cell No. [protected])- Area Service Manager Of Eureka Forbes, Barabanki (U.P.), none has turned up to attend the problems faced by my family.                                       No Maintenance Service

                                      We had taken an AMC for our Aquaguard for two years. I understand the person who was doing the service till last year, has resigned and no body has come in his place to do the service for our Aquaguard Water Purifier this year. The AMC is valid till June 2010. The last service was due in June 2009 which has not been done so far....
