[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Customer care

Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

Eureka Forbes has one of the worst Customer Service that i have ever seen. I had raised a request for the service of my Water filter 2 months back. There was no response. I called for the service again couple of weeks back and i was asked for all the details including both my phone numbers i was given a complaint number[protected]. Nobody turned up. I called after a few days. I was asked all my details again. Still nobody turned up even though i was given assurance by the operator. L
Looks like the whole thing is a sham of some sort where the technicians work as private operators but for a fee. I got to know this when i called up other private service agents and he informed that he is not with Eureka currently but can service my Eureka Water filter for a fee.

Eureka Forbes — faulty repair and undue delay in attending complaint

eureka forbes is one of worst consumer complaint attender. since last 10 days we are giving complaint that our water purifier is not working, but nobody has attended, after lot of complaint one day one person came and attended and replaced with faulty replacement, to replace that they are again buying time, it is unfortunate that such big company with such advertisement their after sales service is worst.
Eureka forbes people are really useless.i bought a water purifier(aqua sure)few days back, during that they told me that the purifier will be installed the next day, but 5 days already pssaed but nobody turned up yet.Even i call them couple of times they just give me one answer that that wiil be fixed today but still no result. i have to keep this in my showcase for others to watch.

Eureka Forbes — BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I PURCHASED EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER ON 2004. AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD i TOOK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ON[protected] I RENEWED THE SERVICE CONTACT FOR 2 YEARS.
I LODGE THE COMPLAINT ON 12-6-10 AT 4 PM TO REPLACE THE FILTER STAND.MY REQUEST NO IS 58402224. TILL TODAY UR TECHNICIAN DOES NOT VISITED OUR PLACE OR PHONED US. I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT UR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD.

I have given complaint regarding my machine no one care and interested to rectify the problems.

We have already informed for servicing our vacuum cleaner at Nelsonmanickam Road site. But your service mechanic did not attend the case so far. We are in this service field for the past 30 years. But we didn’t see a worst service so for like your people. Complaint was lodged thro phone. Daily morning we are complaining form 15.6.10 to 19.6.10. Complaint No is 83053588.But there was no response from your side and this is your service condition which is very hopeless and ridiculous ever. Can’t you give response for our calls. Your service goes very worst.
i am customer of eureka forebs last ten years.my service contract no. is 17260760, i was complaint
on 24.6.10 . regarding water purifier. the call center[protected] man amit is given me complaint no. 58515358.he told me complaint is attending with in twenty four hours. now 30.6.10. no one is attending my complaint. when i want to know the head of customer service executive phone no.
the call center mens praveen and sonu are given me the wrong phone number after 100 th request.

both numbers are not attending or responding. i was so upset, always first, we face call center-
mafia then poor company service. for what, i am paying advance money for this harassment. no
one from the company check the follow up of complaint. this is very shamefull such kind of big-
company.
i have purchased total ro reviva on 8/9/2009 my request number is [protected], cust number [protected] and i have placed a complain on 19th june 2010 but no response till now please take required steps to kindly solve this problem...

Eureka Forbes — Delay in Services

I had requested service for my Aqua gurad on 20th June. Still problem is not solved. Every time we call call centre they reply that it will be attended on priority. There is no escalation process.
i am kiran from bengalore i buy the Eureka Forbes wet&dry product on may, from june onwards is dint locking upper parts i complaint 20 times to coustumer care and to sales executive they are telling that tomorrow service man will come so i am waiting from 1month no body will come...

i purchase ur product aquaguard booster purifier . In that model i am suggesting the purifier are fixed in a wall and it can be removable and can place any place. Better u make an modification all the item
i.e filter and aquagard are can fix in a rectangular wooden plate with suitable fixture. so that it can be mounted just like a calender and also the tubes also make an special adopter and it should suit
the direct tap fixing . just like washing machine water adopted. so that when ever we need purified water we have to fix the adopter in the tap and make it ON. and also the entire system works like
mobile unit it can be taken any place any where subject to water condition that suit to the machine.

I have had an awful experience with Eureka Forbes Hyderabad customer care. Instead of sorting out the water cut off problem, for which I paid them Rs. 4300/-, they started off a new problem, that of water leakage in my aqua guard. Their supposedly senior technician (Mr. Ratna Raju) did not even lock the inside cabels properly. My problem exists after 'n' number of complaints and requests. And to top it all the tecnician is mannerless. I would say Eureka Forbes believes that they are the king and the customer is an who will take their incompetent attitude with a bow. Instead of sitting on meetings the bosses should move from their hot chairs and look after the existing customers. Thanks to the other water purifiers, now Eureka Forbes will not have a monopoly. Eureka Forbes down down down.
I have Acqua Sure Water purify. Now I want to change my battery. Where I will get this battery.
I BAUGHT A EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIES FROM VIJAY SALES AT "THE HUB" GOREGAON(EAST)MUMBAI ON 11TH JUL -2010 ( 2 DAYS BACK) AND ON INSTALLATION IT WAS FOUND LEAKING. STILL NO SUPPORT FROM EUREKA FORBES AND VIJAY SALES. I CARE THE HELL FOR THE 7000 RUPEES I PAID. I HAVE BAUGHT "PHILIPS" WATER PURIFIES AND THEIR SERVICE IS TOO GOOD. AND QUALITY OF MATERIAL IS FANTASTIC. EUREKA FORBES IS "USELESS AND POOR QUALITY MANUFACRURER".
your attitude towards complaint is not at all satisfactory.
I have not yet received any reply to my registered letter dated25.05.2010 sent to Eureka forbes ltd. bhupesh gupta bhawan, 85 sayani road, prabhadevi, mumbai and another letter to Sales Office 2/4 zone 1 Shri Gangeshwar Dham, M.P.nagar, Bhopal.
I would like to add that till date my problem is not resolved and the water purifier (Aquaguard Booster model)purchased by me in may 2009 is not is use in its very 1st year.
