I had bought one Euro vigil security system 8 months back. The performance of the product is very bad. The PIR (sensor unit) is falling defective more often. The customer care unit of Bhubaneswar is worst in the country. They take at least 10 days to solve a complain.it has become my daily duty to request the customer care to solve the problem. I regret that I bought a Eureka forbes product. I am planning to drag them to consumer court.
In December, 2008 M/s J.M.J Enterprises, Franchise of Eureka Forbes Ltd, Ph. No 65118411, took Rs 1100/- for AMC from me for a period of one year upto December'09. But not a single time any body attended for the servicing of my water purifier inspite of repeated telephone calls at the no given above. Hence apart from selling water purifier, Eureka Forbes has also started eaning money through CHEATING its customer through their franchisees. Every other day you will find a new sales & service agents for Eureka Forbes . This is brilliant business model for cheating public.
Sir i bought a water purifier system ro through your distributer, KIRAN INTERPRISES GONDA UP.the salesman of your company came and installed the system but after one months i came to know that the system was locally fitted and was not working properly. i complained to the distributer but was told that it was not his but his salesman fault.sir i have been cheated by the distributer of your company. so its reqested that please go through my matter and solve the problem. shadab aslam [protected]

Eureka Forbes — Not Providing Dirt Bag of Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner

This is really upsetting and disappointing to talk about the services from Eureka Forbes Vaccum cleaner in pune, India.
Service is so hopeless that month back i have paid 250 rs for dirt bag of Trendy steel model and i followed up 10-15 times on 26501011,41284895 this service centre number and each time they respond in way that i will receive in 1-2 days. which not completed yet.
I m really frustrated and just want to say one thing to all the people not to buy Eureka Forbes products anytime bcos their service is worst, pathetic beyond words.people are really shameless from Eureka Forbes.
The Eureka Forbes Custome Care Service should be actually referred to as Customer Harassment Service!!

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I agree. I faced the similar problem in chennai. I purchased a vaccum cleaner and asked for demo.
For the 3 days they are saying they will send somebody for demo. I made more than 10 calls in 3 days. Got Zero response.

Eureka Forbes has not improved its customer service in the last 13 yrs, as far as I know. Earlier they used to ignore you after the delivery of the product. But now they have started to ignore you immediately after payment. I made full payment for EuroClean Turbo on the 17th of April, 2010 and was promised delivery of the vacuum cleaner on 19th of April. But it is 21st April today and I am yet to receive either the product or any call from their sales people. An urgent mail sent to [protected]@eurekaforbes has also not been responded to as yet. Eureka Forbes will never changes as far as their customer service is concerned.

Dear Consumer complaint centre ,This is Razamurad from Erode (dt) I have purchsed a Water RO purifer "Aquardguard total RO reviva" on 20/06/09 ,at the time representative communicated that they will proved 1 year guraunty/warenty ,and 4 free regular check up but still now they have done only 2 service and that too after several reminders..all of sudden the m/c stoppped working given a complaint service rep came and said some m/c parts have to be replaced that particular part efficieny is to be finished when i said its under guarenty/warenty period still not complited 1 year,but they refused to replace and said it has to be paid about 2000 to 3000rs ,and this has to be repeated every year shocking and discusting...it means that m/c part has to be replaced every year its something rubbish ,
I need to know is this brand company's product? we spend a lot for purchase the m/c and every year we have to spen about 3000rs ....Pls help me to rectify the problem with warenty returns,

hai i am faridai bought a eureka forbes water purifier .before one year(ie on 2008). They told that the will give free services for first year. But we not get yet now(ie 0n 21 may 2010).
On 12.05.2010 on of sales Rep. Shri Vinay Yadav Code No. 9031004 of Eureka Forbes came to show Aguaguard Total Reviva RO system at 3.30 PM. We finalized the same and told him specifically that in Sarojini Nagar water is being supplied from 6.00 PM to 8.00PM and we would like to see the demonstration also after installation of the Unit. We also told him that from 13.05.2010 we will not be available at our residence for three days . He promised that he will get it installed on 12.05.2010 itself within two hours as he has to collect the unit from Asaf Ali Road.
But Mr Yadav came after 8.00 pm and called the plumber, when unit was almost installed he told us that he could not collect the tap of storage tank as it comes in the separate packing. He promised that he will collect the TAP on 13.05.2010 and whenever we will call him he will fix the TAP himself. We relied his words and on 16.05.2010 at 3.30 PM when we contacted him he told that he don’t have TAP but sooner he agreed to come to our residence J-245 Sarojini Nager about 6.00 O'clock. but he did not come upto 8.00 PM. When I again rang him that water supply has stopped, he told me that he had already deputed some one but that fellow is installing fresh unit in LODHI ROAD and will be at our residence soon. BUT NOBODY turned up. After that Mr, Yadav did not attend my 3-4 calls and later at about 9.30pm when he attended my call he told me that he was sleeping.
I lodged the complaint[protected] with service Deptt about the behavior of Mr. Yadav and incomplete installation on 16.05.10 it self.
on 17.05.10 Mr.Yadav fixed the TAP hurriedly and ran away without giving the demonstration to my wife. TAP started leaking when there was some pressure in the storage tank. Mr yadav was contacted immediately by my wife on his mobile but he did not return and gave the contact numbers of service center.
On 18.05.10 one of your Rep. attended the complaint but could not fix the problem. It appears that either the unit is faulty or the TAP is not genuine. Since then my wife is contacting service Deptt and had discussed the issue with Mr. Ranjan, Ms Nisha, Komal, Sunita and lastly with Vinita. Yesterday i.e. on 19.05.10 Ms. Sunita promised that unit will be replaced on 20.05.10 and today when my wife tried to contact her she was directed to talk to Ms Vinita who told that without the permission of Mr Galib they cannot replace the unit and Mr Galib is not picking up the mobile as he is attending some meeting.
From the whole episode I am surprised to not that inspite of taking action against erring Staff, Eureka Forbes is taking action against their customers.
I am requesting last time to both the Deptts Sales and Service to solve my problem on 21.05.10 after that i will not allow any person from Eureka Forbes to enter my house and will look for other remedies.

Really till date i have never experienced such a worst customer care for any products i bought. We bought Eureka forbes classic at least 15 to 20 for our office and some of our staff members. We have used for 8 months after that out 20 nos 12 nos gone out of order when i raised this issue to customer care, Angul, Orissa, Pin-759122 no one has responded till date though i was ready to pay the service charges too.
if i will not the get proper response means then i have to take the help of law/Consumer forum.

I have taken AMC for REVIVA water purifire. Payment was made through account payee cheque no. 474015 dt. 26.07.2008 for Rs. 3110/- in favor of Eureka Forge Ltd. and balance of Rs 550/-in cash. AMC services denied on the ground that representative was fordged. It has been confirmed that payment has been deposited in the company's account in HDFC bank Agra. My version is[protected]
If representative was a fordged than how payment was taken by the company & if payment has taken than why services not provided. No answer has been given in response of my various reminders. I am Euroka forbes customer for more than 8 years i have purchased vaccum cleaner, water purifier Acuva gard first five years service was good then there is no service even i have AMC also new I purchased R.O system on march 2010 that time also I have no idea to purchase in euroka forbes the selling person gave asurance that service facility is know very good in euroka forbes but within a two months period the unit is not working properly. I have complained several times for service but there is no response from hosur service center. I contacted the selling person he says i am helpless only selling is my work. Now I feel that I have purchased in a platform no service no waranty please do not purchase euroka forbes products.
