[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — malfunctioning of RO system

dear all,
what i understand from eureka forbes RO appliance, that it requires high maintenance. i had purchased the appliance on 22/03/09 and since then i ve spent the amount equal to its cost for only maintenance. be it leaking tap, membrane or solenoid valve eureka forbes RO appliance has got all reasons to cheat the customers. i m planning to throw away the RO system and finally buy an assembled one which my neighbour has with zero maintenance and yet having same TDS value.
what is the use of going for a renowned company? i regret!!
whenever a customer service executive is called, he repairs one and spoils something else.

My RO Purifier is not functioning since last 10 days. I have lodged complaint with your Customer Care Cell on 14.02.2008. But till date they have not fixed the problem. The technician visited my place on 15.02.2008 & have intimated that the pump is defective & need replacement. The RO Purifier is under Annual Maintenance Contract of One Year having Customer Code[protected], Contract Receipt No. 45, Serial No. 20012104 dated 22.09.2007.

Despite my repeated requests the executives of the Customer Care Cell (Tel No. 2422760,70,80) neither register my complaint properly & gives me my Complaint Number nor do they arrange for speedy redressal of my complaint.

Here I want to point out that the place where I live in (Sector-7D, Faridabad) receive hard and contaminated water, which is not at all fit for drinking or cooking purpose. That is why I had opted for RO Purifier of your company, being the most reputed one. I am facing a lot of problem due to its non-functioning.

Hence, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter & arrange for prompt redressal of my complaint or else I would have to move to the Consumer Forum for inefficient After Sales Service despite having an Annual Maintenance Contract.

Delay in attending complaint
My RO Purifier is not functioning since last 15 days. I have lodged complaint with your Customer Care Cell on 12.02.2008. But till date they have not fixed the problem. The technician did not visited our institute till date. The RO Purifier is under warranty period for two years . it has been purchased on 10/8/2007 and installed on 27/8/2007 by Prabhakar Singh M-37 Gk II NewDelhi- 110048

I have purchases Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total SENSA with Blue G Technology latest in the field of RO around 5 months back at a cost of Rs. 19000 through Eureka Forbes Sales representative. Since that it has given be problem twice and this time even after loadging the complaint to the sales representative on last Saturday i.e. 25.10.08 and he promised me that by sunday or latest by monday the engineer will come and rectify the said problem. On regular follow up he still confirmed me that monday evening he is coming and were waiting till 2000hrs in the evening. Till today nothing has been done and we are forced to buy water from the market for the drinking purpose. And now he is not even picking up the phone. When I enquired about about the status with the customer care center he recognised me by my name and home address but says that I have not registered any complained with them and talked so rudely to me as if I have comited some mistake by calling him.

Hence, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter & arrange for prompt redressal of my complaint or else I would have to move to the Consumer Forum for inefficient After Sales Service despite of having one year warranty.

Eureka Forbes — malfunctioning RO

I had purchased Forbes-Springfresh RO system from BIG Bazaar VIP Road on 06/04/08.

Since then i have been cursing myself for buying this company's product.

This particular piece of machinery has given us problems not less than 7-8 times in the last 6 months. Every few weeks the water output becomes negligible and we have to lodge a complaint - where there is a minimum waiting period of 2-3 days before its attended.

Going by the number of times the problems have cropped up, i am sure that we have been given a defective product or worse still I believe this company does not make good quality products.

I would like this company to either replace my product (its in warranty) or else refund my money back

EUREKA FORBES R.O.SYSTEM — No repairing

i have purchased one eureka forbes aquaguard R.O. system cost of Rs.10,000,in sept.2009.
but it's working has been totally failure in dec.2009. from then it has not been repaired till today,after calling many time.
Only in 3 months it has been failure.being in warranty period company is not responsing.
i m in trouble that what should to do...........?

iam srinivas from vijayawada, ur R.O smart is not working properly, i contact ur service center, vijayawada, near mogalraj puram branch, the technision is miss management of purifier, he said its condition is ok, also suggeste to change the memoreine, i said ok, i pay nearly 3500 rupees of money to them, after that iam not satisfiied for his work, beacuse of the water is not good,
after 1 month i conact again, no body cn response about that, onece again he chekc(another technisan)he said just change the 10 inch candle, i said ok.after that its not working properly, still same unpurified water is comes from the R.O SMART system, the TECHNISAIN ARE CHEETING ME, I HAVE THE RECIPETS, WHAT THEY DOING WROK,
