I purchased the product in the month of July. The delivery boy did not gave the invoice and coupons. When I tried calling the Sales person, he assured me that he will provide it asap but after no. of followups, he kept me assuring but not delivered coupons and Invoice. I called Eureka customer care and lodged a complaint on 3rd Aug 13 (Request no[protected] and they assured me that it will be delivered withing 3-4 days. I missed to followup in between but when I called there customer care again on 20th Aug 13, they said they are working on it but it seems that they had forgotten the request. Eureka is pathetic in its services. The customer care executive was very casual and said ok...we will look into it and get back to you....in a very casual manner as if he doesnt care.

    Hi I asked for a RO candle which cost Rs. 355 and their service charge is Rs.425. I said the sales person I can myself replace the candle so I don't need the service. But the sales person is tell the charge is for delivering the candle . I'm not able to accept this . So the candle cost is Rs.780 Regards Sivagami

      we bought vaccum cleaner thru a salesman named deekshith. while giving demo of vaccum cleaner wet n dry this deekshith didnt told us that we have to remove filter otherwise motor of vaccum cleaner will burn or damage. we were using as per demo he gave , then the motor got damaged i mean it got burnt from inside one day after 7 months . and the filter is also damaged since we dindt removed before wet cleaning. now we called him and said that motor is damaged how it happend with in one year of the warrenty period. he refused n told us i didnt gave any wrong demo. he just lied on our face. he told we have to pay 2800 for new motor and new filter . why we wil pay ? it was not our fault . he gave wrong demo. the other thing he promised us for free bag with the vaccum cleaner he dindt gave that too . he is doing false promises. one guy by reddy came to chek weather we got bag or not but i told no the company is keep on telling us that tehre is no stock of any bag . they dindt agve us any free bag till now we bought vaccum cleaner on 14th december 2012. now i will not a pay a single rupees to this comapny for any exchange of the parts . we gave for repair the vaccum cleaner to the same deekshit on 1st agst 2013 he told he will be delivering us vaccum cleaner but till now that person did not came with my vaccum cvleaner . where is he i dont know i dindt called him . i want strict action should be taken on this deekshit his phone no. is [protected] n he will pay the loss 2800 n bag from his poket . why will i pay becos of his fault . without proper traing how he came gave wrond demo to us nd promised a bag n dindt gave us. pls help me

        I purchased Aquaguard Enhance model water purifier 2 months back and it was not working since 1 month, I started complaining to customercare [protected] more than 5 times , spending more than 100 rs.to call, sometimes nobody responds, if responds they talk so politely and saying they SMS complaint no.which they never give and no tecnician calls us regarding complaint.this is the way, world's paani ka doctor is sick himself and asking us to go for other outside doctor.Today , I called again and mr.Prahlad from Bangalore responded and gave complaint no.72600727.He says some technician will be calling shortly.He told me 2 more complaints were recorded previously from my phone no.[protected].Right now, we are getting mineral water from outside , keeping pani ka doctor idle inside my house.This is the way Eurekaforbes customercare is functioning so effectively with useless people as employees.
        I am also trying on this forum leaving the result to God.

          Purchased a water purifier in February 13, since than developed problem 6 times, almost having problem every month. On that there is poor service to increase your suffering. Complaint is Always attended on 3 rd day n then they don't have parts to be replaced so this repair process takes 7 days every month.....is there any solution to this problem of every month

            I have filled the annual maintenance contract form and still after 1 week there is no reply from the department and nor they have turned up for changing the filters and installing the wall mount stand which I requested from them. And now the water discharged from the purifier is not up to the mark. I am very much disappointed with the service and I now really feel that i made a big mistake in choosing Eureka Forbes over KENT.

            Eureka Forbes — service not provided

            This is my second similar experience with eureka forbes. i renewed service contract on 20-3-11 (number[protected] for 1 yr service of my Innova purifier. since december i have been calling the toll free number of eureka for service purpose. no response since 4 months now. even local eureka forbes people are dilly dallying. i am now filling a compliant in local consumer court

              On July 3rd eureka forces sales executive around 7 pm came and mesmerised me and asked to buy a vacuum cleaner. Hence we punches the same. He assured that the demonstration. Will be done once we purchased the cleaner.the cleaner was delivered after enormous confusion by delivering a cheap costing another instrument and replacement after number of complaints . From that date I am asking for demonstration and request for using the cleaner. Till date my complaints have not been attended(15/8/13)

                I have purchased a Crystal water purifier model of Aquasure on 21 September 2012. It has 1 Year warranty.

                I have registered a complain regarding not working of Crystal Water Purifier on 22 July 2013. The complain number is 72317779.
                Till date, this complain is pending. No one care to solve the issue. Many times I called customer service center[protected] and [protected]) regarding my issue. Also I have discussed my service request and issue with Mr. Sanjay Jaiswal (M : [protected]) at baroda service center many times but complain is still unsolved.

                  We purchased eureka forbes water purifier on 15/07/2013 from ernakulam. However 1 week later from the installation the unit is not working and the worst thing is that the unit started leaking. Not knowing what to do, called the local service centre from where i purchased the product here in ernakulam. But its all in vain.
                  We called the sales agent regarding this issue and he said "i will report this matter to the office and will contact you soon." but nothing happened. Again we called the Area Manager and complained the same issue to him. He too said "We will send someone from here for service in 2 days" but no one came. We have called them more than 20 times.
                  Now its been more than 2 weeks that i have a faulty eureka forbes water purifier and the fact is that i havn't received any service from eureka forbes team so far.Frustrating.
                  It seems like they dont have any seriousness for how its feels to a customer for paying for something and doesnt get the value for the money paid. I'am very Upset.
                  So I kindly request the Hon'ble Consumer Court to take appropriate action against the Eureka Forbes Ltd., and the service centre at Cochin.

                    Eureka Forbes salesman Mr Dhananjay Sonawane promised to give gift coupon on buying vacuum cleaner. Bought the Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner on 15-May-2013. But even after repeated follow ups, have not got the gift coupon or payment receipt. No reply from customer service email or Abhijit Gavli (dealer).

                    Eureka Fobes vacuum cleaner — Non receipt of Gift

                    I have purchase Eureka fobes make vacuum cleaner from Bhopal (M.P.) based office. It was committed by the Branch manager (marketing) that one carpet will be given as a deepawali gift on purchasing of vacuum cleaner.

                    It is a matter of great surprise that like eureka fobes company will bluff to the customer for saleing their product.

                    Number of time i phoned to the branch manager and the sales men but i am not getting any responce.

                    Now i am thinking for suit a case in consumer forum for bluffing me .

                    It is requested to all the readers that not to purchase any product of eureka fobes make .

                      • I bought Springfresh DX RO waterpurifier from aquaguard in Dec 12. Its still within warrenty period. On dt. 2.8.13 the water dispenser ( tap) broke. I called the costumer care of the company on the same day. My complain was registered. Complain No. is 72543009. I was assured that the mechanic will be send within 2 to 3 days and we will have to bear the cost of the water dispensing apparatus . Nobody was send to do the repair work. Thereafter I called the company people twice and every time we were assured that they will send someone within 1 or 2 days to do the repair work. But till date nobody turned up to address the complain. At my home we use water from borewell which is very saline n inpalatable . Since the tap is broken we have to buy mineral water for our daily use. All this is causing great incovenience to us and added monitery burden. Please look into the matter ASAP.

                        I have shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad and I have been calling Eureka forbs customer care for reinstallation of my AquaGuard daily. This has gone over a week. Every time they say the person will come within 24 hours at my home to install but no one comes and no calls from Eureka Forbs. I purchased the product one year back.

                          Purchased aquasure on 26th feb 2013. it stopped working on 18th july, called customer care registered complaint. mechanic came and checked and told to install some part costing Rs.2200. So why this was not mentioned during the purchase. After no engineer or mechanic turned back. i called them several times but im getting the the answer from Mr.Shreekanth that we will do it as the part comes to us.

                          I would like to mention that your after sales service is pathetic and i will not recommend anybody to buy the same. So to sustain improve yourself or you will be vanished from the market.

                          AquaSure — product no working within 8 months of purchase

                          i'm an army officer bought aquasure in asaam throgh CSD, now i've come to gujarat and this product is not working . it's just 8 months since i bought it and the only problem is tht i lost the warranty card.

                            I have an AMC for AquaGuard RO. After getting the money, the company does not bother you. I made a complaint on the product on 5-Aug-13 and till today 10-Aug-13, none called or turned up. I had to call back (their SLA 24 hours). Should never buy product from them. I would strongly recommend everyone to boycott Eureka Forbes products (whatever it may be). Pathetic response from the customer care (!@#$%^^&&) personnel (compliant number[protected]

                            Dear Sir,

                            I wanted to know how your company treats their customers. Do they believe in cheating with the customers and even do not want to respond to their
                            grievances.

                            I feel myself very unfortunate to enter into annual maintenance contract for my Water Purifier in Jan 08 valid till Jan 09. During the period, no
                            services provided to me and no one bothers to even make a call to customers about the service or the product.

                            Two times I had given feedback on your website (service feedback), nobody responded from your end neither any service provided to me.

                            Lastly I am approaching you for immediate resolve my issues under the following terms:-

                            1. Extend the period of AMC for one more year or
                            refund my money with 24% interest per annum

                            2. Provide me all the services as per the terms of AMC.

                            If you fail to respond within 3 days, I shall definitely file a suit in appropriate court of law against your company for cheating on charging money on fake
                            grounds, fraudelent activity with customers, lacuna on providing services to customers, for which your company shall be fully responsible.

I had purchased this machine in 2005 and always paid for AMC but I am sorry to say that for changing the candle and carbon everytime I had to make a call to the service centre. And after calling two or three times your executive comes to change the candle and carbon. By the mean time my family suffers from stomach ache, dieriaa and other problems related to unpurified water.
                            When I ask at ur service station that after how much time the candle should be changed then their are many views some say it should be changed in 5 months some say in 5 and half months and some say in six months but my experience say that it should be changed in 5 and half months. So what I have to do for changing the candle in 5 and half months. Kindly see into the matter because after AMC we feel cheated by such kind of service.

                            Very very bad service.
                            I am Sindhu. More than one month I am asking service for my forbes acquaflo, till now I didn't get the service. I am wondering, how a company can cheat a customer like this? Every day I am calling custumer care centre, they saying the recorded reply "today our person will come, sorry for the deley". My complaint number is 81413294. Now I am feeling very bad because of my bad choice. Because I saw other company product also but it was my mistake, I did'nt tkink this company is cheating company. Now I will tell to my relatives and friends not to buy your any product. Now we are planning to buy a vacumcleaner, but it sure I will not prefer your product. Now I am buying water for my home use. This is very very bad, after buying the product also we have to buy water. This is cheating, cheating, cheating...100 times. This is my final warning, next step is going consumer court.                             I had ordered Eureka forbes water purifier for 7190.
                            but u told them to deduct money after 19th of the Nov, but company has deducted money on 17th of the Nov.
                            I called the persion called Hemraj, sales manager, and asked to cancel the order. but they are not listening to me and asking to take the product.
                            I called many times but no response.
                            I am going to pay the money to credit card without product and fine also.

                            customer id-[protected]. purchased aqua guard from co. rep Mr Abbas who after analyzing water sample recommended RE VIVA WATER PURIFIER and info that for a family of 04xmemebers the membrane would last at for two and a half year it did not last even one year.a false promise and breach of trust by the rep of a co like eureka Forbes makes me feel sick.

                              I purchased a unit of Eureka Forbes Elegant RO in September 2011. The product has been working fine so far, and the company had impressed me with its customer service the first two times. Like it promised, I didn't have to call anyone for servicing. The company sent an engineer on its own when the servicing was due. However, since then I have had to call every time I need to get the unit serviced, which is fine.

                              What is not fine is that as promised the company doesn't respond to the service request within 2 days. No one even calls up.

                              On April 24, 2013, I raised a request (complaint no. [protected]) and then I kept calling every few days as follows:

                              April 26, 2013: First escalation, complaint no. 71132784

                              April 30, 2013: Second escalation, complaint no. 88409924

                              May 2, 2013: Third escalation, complaint no. not available

                              May 3, 2013: Fourth escalation, complaint no. 88418390

                              It took them 11 days to send someone to my place.

                              Then there was an accident and the tap started leaking, so I called up customer service again, on May 18, 2013 (complaint no.[protected]. I called up three times after that: May 22 (complaint no.[protected], May 24 (complaint no.[protected], and May 27 (complaint no.[protected]. Again, the response came after 10 days.

                              This time I decided to use their online system. On July 30, 2013, I raised a service request (no. E7FAC12669). Again, there was no response except for an automated email. I escalated the complaint on August 5, but there was no response. Today, August 9, I tried to escalate the complain to their Head of Customer Care, Ms. Vinath Hegde, but the system doesn't seem to be working. All it does it keep asking me to escalate the request but doesn't accept the complaint :).

                              I am thoroughly sickened by this company. The last time I had logged a complaint on http://www.consumercomplaints.in and also on Facebook, but still, the company is doing the same thing shamelessly.

                              I wonder if I should just dump the unit and switch over to another company.

                              I have a Forbes Aquaflo. Though not covered under warranty or AMC, it was being serviced satisfactorily for years. However, last year, the technician came following numerous calls, after the complaint was escalated. My latest one of 09-Jul-2008, vide no. 51361813, has been unattended despite several reminders.

                              Eureka Forbes — No response to request for service

                              I own a Forbes Aquafolo water purifier which is under annual maintence contract. I had given a service request on 11.7.2008 and followed it up with up with two phone call daily. Every time I was told a technician will come in one hours time. But no one has come since past 6 days.

                              I request you to do a research and highlight this issue of pathetic serve from Eureka Forbes and warn all consumers against buying Eureka Forbes products.

                              Dureka Forbes is the only company which has such a pathetic attitude towards their Customers. So far I have not had any problem with any other Company regarding their products.                               Eureka forbes customer service has become the worst service provider in India. i lodged a request to come and check my eureka forbes water purifier, but still 1 week past no response from them . whenever i call they are saying the same old tune "sir, today he will come to your place'.                               Dear sir / madam,

                              This is regarding " Service Contract" for our Crystal water purifier from Forbes.
                              We have paid a sum of Rs 2000 for the service contract that is valid from 21/07/09 to 20/07/11. The Contract recipt no is 50 .
                              I am fed with with their service as inspite of a lot of reminders the engineer doesnt turn up with the attachments which he needs to change . The Concerned person i.e their head Mr Sharma .. contact no [protected]. only lies that today your service would be done and the engineer will turn up . But this doesnt happen. One day he had come and checked our purifier and promised to come back with the attachments and replace them and got the service papers signed by me . 2 weeks have passed and the engineer has not turned up .

                              Kindy look into the matter as the same situation had arised last year too. These companies take money for providing service after the warranty periods and never fullfill their promises .

                              We are using aquaguard RO since 2008. We recently registered a complaint on 15.08.10 regarding total stoppage of water in the collecting tank. In spite of several reminders no body had come & attended the complaint so far. not purchase the can water because I am not a regular purchaser . We are starving for drinking water. I want either replacement of machine or reimbursement, which I have paid at the time of purchase.                               Reliance GSM telecom services — Automatic activation of wasteful services on cell phone

                              ON 27th april, 1:50 pm a cricket news service got activated on my phone no. [protected] automatically. I didnt even get any message for service activation and 30Rs were deducted from my account balance. This has happened in past also when I had my friend's reliance number with caller tune and shayari services getting activated and charge for automatically.
                              I registered my complaint on customer care on 27th April evening. After 2 days i was told that my complaint was solved but no money was refunded back.
                              I dont know for how long it will go like this and its not with me only. Many other reliance users are also suffering from this problem. Please take a strict action against it soon.
                              i have called up da customer care load many times and most of the time they say they wont even write a complaint.. and even if they did write one, i was not refunded. So whats the use complaining. Everytime there is same excuse - "Sir, you have activated this type of service. Hence, it cant be refunded". Now actually i know you guys are in no mood to refund back what we have lost because of your faults. I told that guy on CC to write a complaint or i will complaint on consumer forum but he says the same - "Sorry sir, we cant help you in this case"

                              We have taken AMC with eureka forbes valid till nov 2013. I requested filter change.No response from customer care. Sevice people say they dont have filter for "Free change" forgetting it is a pre paid service in the name of AMC. Due to this we are drinking a unhealthy water which may raise health issues.

                                About a month and a half back a Eureka Forbes guy named Jayantilal issued a contract for servicing my Aquaguard Sensa water purifier. I paid Rs 8170/- to that guy via a Canara Bank check.
                                On the day of the contract I was promised replacement of the cartridges of my purifier within one week, but nobody came to do that. Then I contacted the local Eureka Forbes office and I was given repeated excuses such as unavailability of parts, technician out of town etc.
                                Once I was told that they are sending a junior technician but they won't be responsible for any damages to my purifier.
                                Then I turned to the Euro Helpline number on 22nd of July when I was assured service within 2-3 days’ time (Complaint number:[protected]. I followed up on that complaint but every-time I was given a timeframe in which a technician would arrive and service my purifier.
                                There were two instances where the guy on the call hung up on me saying "Do whatever you want to do" to me. Then after constant complaining I was told that my complaint is being high priority and someone will arrive at my place within 6 hours to service my purifier (New complaint number[protected]. When that did not happen, I called up again and again I was told the same thing only this time the time frame given to me was 2 hours. Obviously, keeping up to their habit, nobody arrived to provide the service.
                                Now the next time I called, I was given the contact number of Mr Vivek, who as I was told looks after the service operations in Mumbai. On contacting him, he again forwarded me to the same local service guy whom I was contacting initially. When I again called the local service guy someone named Mr Dhananjay picked up and told me that the technician is out of town and will come in 4 days’ time, but then again nobody came and on calling again, they repeated the same old thing that a junior technician will come and they won’t be responsible for any damage to my purifier. Now the situation is such that My Dhananjay is not answering my calls, Mr. Vivek is giving me assurances and the helpline is hanging up on me.
                                I would also like to add that because of the delay in service by Eureka Forbes, the water taste of the purified water has deteriorated. I will hold Eureka Forbes responsible if someone falls ill as a result of drinking that water.
                                The bottom line remains that my water purifier is not yet serviced inspite of paying up more than Rs 8000, which I feel I have been robbed of as I got no service for that money’s worth, just some complaint numbers and many assurances.
                                So to summarize, I have experienced the worst consumer experience of my life with the rude employees, the substandard service and not getting my money’s worth.

                                Eureka forbes - RO water purifier — service delay - yet to be resolved

                                i bought a RO in the month of August. My RO is not in working condition for two weeks now. Made regular complaints to the helpline and even got a req. no: [protected]. My cust no: [protected]. Even after repeated contacts the same is not solved. An engg. advised me one of the filter in the RO has to be replaced. The Office at Raipur informed me that there is no stock of filter. am wondering when it will be resolved. had an impression that the eurekha forbes is the best co. with after sales service. but think its the worst.

                                Eureka Forbes — Not serviced the water purifier

                                We have purchased the RO water purifier before 4 years. We are regularly facing the issue with Eureka forbes regarding the customer service. Actually the customer service provided by eureka forbes is utter unsatisfactory. Representative not visiting the place on time when we raise the service request and we should follow with eureka forbes every time. Even though when the representative visited the house they are not repairing the purifier and not giving the permanent solution to us. Within 4 years the RO purifier has following problems.

                                1). we have a service contract with eureka Forbes every year for the replacement of purifier and for routine checkup. Representative is not visiting the house for routine periodical checkup (4 times a year). Service representative visit the place only when we call. Eureka forbes is not providing preventive maintenance and providing only breakdown maintenance.

                                2). we have already raised the complaint that the purifier should get auto cut off when the water reaches full level. Even after reaching the full level purifier is still working. Purifier is working 24 hours a day. Due to continuous working it has a noise.

                                3). Water is not coming in full force. It is taking more time to reach the full level of the purifier tank.

                                4). Even when this issue is escalated to the area manager, he is not looking in to the issue and taking more time to resolve the issue and not the permanent solution. Very poor customer service to the customer. We feel the purchase of RO purifier from Eureka forbes is utter waste of money and we will not recommend to any of our friends and relatives.

                                      I have purchased Euroclean Wet & Dry on Sep 2012. Before two months its not worked properly so I filed complaint in the Eurekha Service.
                                      I called them for more than 300 calls with 20 complaint ID but they didnt response us for the Complaint. Whenever I am asking about the problem they are replying with silly reason that they dont have enough wire to repair your Euroclean. I dont understand that Eurekha is a very large company but they dont have enough wire to replace it. Service is very very very poor.

                                      I had bought a EUREKA FORBES R.O. WATER PURIFIER a few months back! The employee who did the fitting asked us to buy an extra filter. That is the candle filter to be attached to it. We did lie wise. We bought the extra filter and got it attached to it. But we the serviceman arrived he just cleaned the filter out side the RO system.. Just washed it. and did bother checking the main machine. I would request the authority to take action against this poor service rendered to the consumers. And provide better service facilities. Thank you
                                      Paid Rs.5500 for platinum AMC during May-14 after the executive told that problems if ny will be solved within 8 hours. After changing the filters water was leaking. When I complained it was cleared. But after that the water tasted like salt water. Again gave a complaint and another person came for service and put some tablet into some filter and told that the problem will not be there. But, the problem was not solved and additionally we got another problem. It is taking too long time to fill. Again gave a complaint and nobody has contacted yet. (Complaint no: [protected]). I am continuously calling customer care also. Everyday they are telling they will send the person. It seems these technicians are just coming for training and doesn't really know about the machine. Even after giving such a big amount for AMC I am encountering huge problem for drinking water. I am also thinking of approaching consumer court finally.

                                      On Aug 5, Service person Shekhar visted my home and he was very much arrogant to speak.

                                      This is really bad experience with aquaguard.
                                      What is use of contract renewal if no body come for service in last six month and your service representative is rude to customer.

                                      I registered a complaint about my aquagaurd on 21/2/2015 and the complaint no is 80364787. a person from the service centre contacted from his mobile number[protected] and said that he would come on 22/2/2015 by 12 pm and do the needful. But he did not turn up till now. I again contacted the service center, and the person who answered says that there is no service on Sunday. As i work from Monday to Saturday, i had lot of things to complete on Sunday which is still undone because of the false trust and hope created by the service person. I tried to contact him but he is not picking up the call at all.
                                      I have been chasing the customer care for installation of my Aquaguard., I have received no response till now. Its need 15 days I am calling them. Really pathetic service.

                                      They will do every thing till you buy their product. Once its been sold you are gone.
                                      I have registered a complaint on 3/4/2015 and the complaint no 91825874. No body coming for the service. I have been still chasing them but no response.

                                      Every time when I call their number i have to wait in the que for 10-15 minutes. Not seen such a pathetic service in any of the company in my life.
                                      I am Ashok Verma, last week, i an executive came and serviced aqua guard purifier by mistake he broke the connector, he told me that he would come later and replace it. But from last week, when i call them, every time i hear that someone will visit today EOD at your place but no one come here till now.
