[Resolved] Hathway Internet Connection — COMPLAINT - REMINDER III
Even after so many reminders to you, your technical Dept. has not solved my probelm. Now I am really seriously thinking to disconnect your Internet connection at my place.
I think there is no control in your organisation to look after customer complaints. And this will be failure of your Top Management. If you give me a E-mail ID or the contact no. of your Senior most person in the organisation I would like to expalin him about your organisation failure.
Please do the calculation of my balance hours pending with you and settle my account by paying me the balance money and then you are free to disconnect the line. If this is not possible from your end then please let me know so that I can take my further course of action to recover my money.
Please do not only reply by email to this mail. I want a confirm action from your end.
Either you can rectiy the probelm and give me continuous connectivity in 24 hours or you can refund my money.
Kindly do the needful.
