ICICI Bank Credit Card - Amex — Charge levied for payment made in cash at ICICI Bank branch

ICICI Bank Credit card is cheating the customers by charging fradulent fees. I am holding ICICI Credit Card(AMEX). An amount of Rs.8213.94 was due on my credit card and i paid an amount of Rs.8300/. Instead of showing credit balance; when I check the account it shows me i'm still due by Rs.24.24. When I checked the same with a phone banking officer named Abhishek he says ICICI Bank charges Rs.100 + Rs.10(service tax) total Rs.110 for making cash payment at their bank. What I dont understand is why do they charge this ridiculous fee for making cash payment for their bank credit card which i paid at their branch. This is nothing but cheating the customer of his hard earned money. Even after charging heavy amounts in the name of Intrest and Late fee, they are still finding different ways to dupe the customers. I hope someone will take necessary action againt this bank.

ICICI Credit Cards Bill Pay Service — regaurding ICICI bill pay service

i have bill pay service on my ICICI credit card no [protected]. My problem is that this is the second time, when BSNL has disconnected my phone no[protected] due to non payment. I have already made the payments to icici for the same.now what?

Despite repeated compliants to the icici customer care i continue to receive credit card bill statements for a dubious purchase. The product in question is a pair of benetton sunglasses purchased about 6 months ago through icici's rewards points partner i-mint. I have already placed a cancellation request fo the same. So why is the bank mentally harassing me by sending monthly statements? I am a senior citizen and i neither have the time nor the energy to deal with this issue. Its been going on for the past 6 months. What is the point of having a customer care center if you cannot relieve customers of their grievance. I am frustated by the continued non-action from your side and would like to surrender my credit card. DONT SEND ME ANY BILLS IN THE FUTURE. I ask you to clear this matter within a fortnight failing which i will be compelled to approach the consumer court.

My name is Amjad Pathan, I am having savings a/c with your bank @ S.G. Highway, Ahmeadabad. Using your internet banking facility, I have requested for Demand Draft of Rs 10000.00 on 12th October 2009. Request id given by ICICI BANK is: SR[protected] but unfortunately I have not received D.D. till now 23st October 2009.

I have called Customer Care so many times but each & every times I got the same IRRESPONSIBLE answers & FALSE Commitment from them...

In fact, I have to send this DD @ Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) Pune, Maharastra before 25th October 2009 otherwise they won't allow me to attend my examination... Due to your irresponsible services, I am facing so many problems...

Again I am requesting you to solve this problem ASAP.

Dear Sir,

We understand your concern about this, as the courier while delivering may not have found you at the instant and reported to collect your statement kalyan branch near to you.Courier people sometime being negligent in such issue.As bank is spending same money and would be happy if sent you and reach you.Still if possible if you want courier service could be changed.As your no. was switched off might a new courier trying to contact not able to reach you. Lots of circumstances could be the reason.Have great day Sir.

Dear Sir
I had made a payment of rs 11000 from my credit card in the month of September and within a week i want to transfer it in 3 month's EMI option. But when i talk to icici customer care they told me that scheme is temporary off but i have already pay rs 300 for service of EMI in recently month. The bank made a debit of rs 300 in the month of MAY as the processing fee for EMI.
They didn't send nither any mail nor message about that the scheme is temporary OFF and even they didn't make any information at there officially site.
Please take a strong Legal Action against the ICICI Bank

ICICI Credit Card — DISPUTE-MISUSE-SR123519486

This is in reference to my CREDIT CARD number [protected] which was misused after 01/10/2009 through MAKEMYTRIP Site. These transactions are not made by me and i am totally unaware of the same.I have also called and checked with MAKEMYTRIP customer care and raised the concern . As per them these transactions are not reflecting in their Data and they will get back to me in 72 hours with a resolution.
For your reference , i have attached my statement where all MAKEMYTRIP transaction made after 01/10/2009 are unknown to me. Could you please just block this particular disputed amount for payment.

This is regarding the incorrect transactions reflecting on my Credit card statement which are not been made by me and also as per MAKEMYTRIP customer care there are no records on their data as well. All the transactions made over MAKEMYTRIP after 1/10/2009 are invalid. Could you please take care of this disputed data and put it on hold for payment.

ICICI Bank — responsibility of updating mobile no by which i am not able to transfer funds.

I am an icici bank account customer. Till date i am satisfied with its services even though it charges little high above all banks. But 8 months back started the problem. when i changed my mobile no and updated it in icici bank. I am receiving info abt money deposits but unable to receive 4 digit code for adding payee....i contacted bank and made many calls to customer care......wht i listen is sir....we updated from now it will work.........i heard these words from last 42 times and now completely vexed up with such answers............................
if no one is going to look into this issue.............sooner......i am sorry i need to migrate all my accounts to a another bank and never suggest icici to any of my business partners.......indeed......

ICICI Credit Card No. 4477 4639 1982 2003 — cancellation of card

I was having ICICI credit card no.[protected] which has been cancelled by me long back for which I got ECS debit which also I have made final settlement vide payment receipt No.8680273 dt.8.9.09 by paying Rs.700. Inspite of that I am getting calls informing to pay the overdue amount which I am not legally bound to pay.
