[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

ICICI Bank — Threatening to put my name in CIBIL defaulter list

I received a phone call from a guy named Ratan Chauhan from I process on behalf of ICICI Bank credit cards on 4th January 2010 at 4.55 pm stating that i have overdue of some 8000 rupees on my credit card and i will have to pay a final settlement amount of 2700.

I told him that this overdue amount is regarding a insurance policy which they sold to me at the time of selling the credit card but i never received the policy documents. i called many times and cancelled the policy 1 year 6 months back but they are still charging the same on my card.

on this he replied back that we dont know about this and you have to talk to ICICI lombard since its a different company and for now you will have to pay 2700 and we will settle the case. he threatened to put my name in CIBIL defaulter list.

Is this the way our banking industry works. you are forced to pay for something which you havn't received otherwise you will be a defaulter and wont get any loans in future from any bank because of no fault of mine. is there any way to be saved from this selfishness and foolishness of our banking system.

I dont know these people force how many people to pay money with threats and scams of sister companies (ICICI Bank and ICICI Lombard)

Please help me on this

ICICI Bank — not a single person is cooperative.

I am really disappointed with the service of ICICI Bank Greater Noida Branch, I have used the services of this bank in many cities but I have not seen any branch like Greater Noida. Because they want token for every particular work and there is no any person to on the token pulling machine who can assist a customer that how to use this machine. Whenever a customer goes to that bank to deposit the money, they definitely say one thing these notes are unmanered. I have never seen any manered note in my life. They dont know how to speak to the customer. If in case unluckily somebody wants to know the balance of his/her a/c he/she will have to spent his/her full day for that.
At least they should have a customer care desk in the branch.

I am using credit card for ICICI Bank Credit Card No. [protected]. I have use only Rs. 10400/- Purchase. I have check my November 2009 account statement ICICI bank is Due Rs. 28816/- and ICICI Bank is directly debited to my ICICI Saving Account Rs. 10800/- and he will not to inform me. Today 06.1.10 once again ICICI bank is directly debit Rs. 20870/- and my saving account.

i have face financialy problem in last 3 to 4 month and hospital.

ICICI Bank — non-delivery of credit card

On 5-1-10 a credit card of ICICI Bank credit card in the name o[censored]ma Maheswari baring consig. no. [protected] was taken back without delivering as the executive did not have spare time for verifying the ID proof of the relative to whom the card had to be delivered at residential address 324 C Regal, Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. None of the telephone nos. of Delhi regional office is available for enquiry. Too bad service.

ICICI Savings Bank Net Banking — Fraudulent transaction from my ICICI Account

I have lost of 324990 through fraudulent transaction by hackers on online transaction. I lodge a complain in Customer Care. My complain no is SR[protected]. I do not know, why the ICICI bank still delaying. As the transaction clearly shown on which savings account fraudster transfer the money, that is indeed the ICICI bank account,some of them belong to even ICICI Brokerage House & Salary account also. I do not know what the hell are they doing still so, far. I am going to sue the ICICI bank. How, could still they are not taking any action, even ICICI bank know on which account it had tranferred the looted money. This is clear negligence from ICICI bank. The most of the people working in ICICI bank are cheaply recruited people. ICICI bank did not verify the background of their employee. Once, employed left from the bank with the customer data, . it is highly possible they could even report of card theft and they can able to change the residential address and can get new card and they can shop on behalf of customer on whom fraudster theft the personal data. Now, in this world anything is possible. Better, close account with ICICI and open new account with other bank without net facility. It is good you can feel safe. By thinking lazy and think of doing online and saved all money looted from your account overnight.

ICICI Bank — Uninformed Credit Card outstanding debit from my Saving Account

Hello,

I canceled my ICICI credit card around 3 years back due to their wrong behavior of forcefully charging me the medical insurance premium, which I never opted for. On inquiry, it turned out that the marketing executive did tick mark the option on his own without my approval and eventually I was being charged for its premium in my statement. But hardly anyone was willing to believe this. Eventually I canceled the card.

Now that I have a savings account still going on with ICICI bank since past 5 years, today all the outstandings of that previous credit card (probably the insurance premiums) are being debited from my account without intimating me about it at any time. Nobody is willing to cooperate or register to this request. Neither any bank executive nor any customer care/credit card collection department executive is willing to help in this concern. I have FDs and RDs still going on linked to my savings account and the current balance is displaying as Rs. -14,000/- I am very distressed about all this.

My credit card number is [protected] and I am seeking for help here. Please advise me and support in this concern. I want my savings balance to be reverted back.

ICICI Bank Debit Cum ATM Card — double debit

i had made a shopping of rs 3128/- on 29.12.2009 at lifestyle mumbai through my icici bank debit cum atm card i had also signed only one payment slip.
but after 2 days i found through net banking that above amt had been debited twice instead of once.
now for last 10 days i have trying to find the way to get my money back but nobody either lifestyle or icici bank giving me any kind of satisfied answer.
i really don't know how to deal this problem,can you please advice me & help me out.

I tried to many times to open my statement which you sent every month through E. mail but due to wrong date of birth in Form everytimes failed. I think my date of birth wrongly fill up in statement. I don't know whose mistake is this? Any way my actual date of birth is 26.09.1955, plz rectify the correct date of birth or write me through mail my date of birth which is written by mistake in Form.

ICICI Bank — Amount was debited when i had enough fund for clearing the ECS

Hello sir

I had a taken a loan from Fullerton India and gave the permission to debit the amount 3508 every month from my salaried account of ICICI, Santhome chennai Branch.

On jan 5th 2010 the ECS came to bank by 3.18PM, IST. As per the phone banking officers in ICICI bank i was getting different times (When the ECS came to bank for clearance)

All of the times i was getting was after 3PM, IST. I had enough balance in my account by that time, but still they charged Rs.276 for ECS Return charges.

I have recordred all the calls i made to ICICI phone banking.

Please help me. I have already spent more the Rs.100 for getting my Rs 276 back.

Note: When i spoke to first person from ICICI Phone banking he said there was a mistake from ICICI bank and they are going to rever the money back to my accunt in 1 business day.

What sould i do now.

with reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that a deduction of late payment fees to the tune of Rs.600/- only was charged in my statement date Dec09,2009 against my credit card no.[protected] , which is unfortunate since i had paid my E.M.I for the previous month duly vide cheque no.863985 dated 26/11/2009,which was within the due date.
in view of the above, i would request you to reverse the above late payment fees with the next billing so as to enable me to pay the correct amount.

Agreed. I have exactly the same problem. Rs. 51, 000 has been deducted from my salary account without any notification. When i called up customer care, i was informed that I own an ICICI credit card on which, there is no payment made since a year and so they deducted the outstanding from my salary account. However, i do not own any ICICI credit card, neither the bank is ready to share the details of credit card with me.
