Issue still pending from last 2 years... This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day. On 3rd April 2012 at 6:42 pm one phone came from[protected] saying that i m speaking from ICICI Bank your card validity is expiring in June 2012.Your payment track record is very good right from 2008, so the bank has deiced to give the gift to you are also upgraded and added into VIP list. For getting the gift please sms on 5676712 witting that IOTP 7006 and we had sent the sms according on the same day at 7:08 pm. he has confirmed my name my address my birth date my card expiry date so there is no doubt that this call came from ICICI Bank only.
After that they are making call often and often so we created a doubt and we called your customer care on 8th May 2012 at 5:0 pm. The person who answered at customer care he told that this is a bogus company
so we have immediately blocked the credit card.
Later i got a sms from TDICICI on 15th May 2012 stating the due amount as Rs. 6400. I was surprised that i haven't purchased any thing from this party i have naver swapped my card than how can the ICICI Bank send the msg to me and was added in my statement as a due amount. When you customer care is telling the company is bogus how was the transaction made without my permission.
How can this company get the confidential information from ICICI Bank of my credit card details. That means any one person from your bank is connected with the party. You are requested to kindly waive off the said amount and pay me 5, 000 rupees for unnecessary harassment.

On receiving a call from the bank representative, I've applied for increasing the credit limit for the ICICI HPCL titanium card, instead of increasing the credit limit for the card, ICICI bank has issued same HPCL titanium credit card to me. I've cancelled the card immediately after receiving the card. Now I've been charged Rs.550 as card fee + service tax for the cancelled card, which is taken from my account on ECS Payment mode. ICICI BANK IS A BIG CHEAT! I purchased an article worth Rs.23000/- using my credit card no.[protected] on 17th March 13. I dropped a cheque for the same amount in the bank on 3rd April 13, 5th being the last date for payment. I got a message that it is credited on 6th April and levied a penalty of Rs.280/- When a cheque is dropped in the bank itself it should have been credited the next day. Still there is one day margin. This is not the first time to happen like this.

I've politely asked them a zillion times to take off my number from the list and not call back because I don't need your credit card.
Today, they crossed the limits and started argueing with me - saying you need to buy the credit card. These girls from ICICI bank are disappointing and I would make sure neither my company or my coleagues opens up any account in ICICI.
This really spoils your branding while you hire such stupid sales girls to call us. I was actually thinking to to change our company's 195 salary accounts in ICICI BUT NOW I rather change my mind.

Someone called me and asked for my credit card number. He claimed he was issuing me a new chip card and so he needed my old card number. I refused (though I gave my DOB and other identifying information). Upon this he got upset and threatened to deactivate my current card. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Further, on logging in to the ICICI site, I find no place where I can register a complaint or send a message to them. ICICI seems to be saying - we will do whatever we feel like, you can't complain.

I live in UK .i have a joint account with my husband in Noida 18.one year ago in February 2014 i applied for credit card through one of your employee Mr Rajan who works in inerapuram Ghaziabad branch, he said that card application was successful and i told him now in dont need it because i have flight to uk and i am leaving India. i am not residing on my old residence and please cancel that card. he said if you no more resident of given address then this card will automatically cancelled. but since that month onward i keep on receiving credit card statement which i never revived and i dont have credit card number even to get it cancelled.recently my husband visited inderapuram branch and updated our permanent address and asked them to cancel that card, but instead of canceling and waiving disputed charges, they advised us to write a email.its very difficult for busy professional to find suitable email address and then write complete story.i m frustrated and shocked to see that i owe 1819 rs of credit card which i never delivered to me. i dont want my name in sebel because of this and then sort out with you. please close my icici account also, i am not at all happy. if this case will not be resolved i will email to RBI regarding mis sellling of credit card. hope my case will not go unnoticed and i will get resolution asap
