[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

Please create a value voucher fo 501 Rs/-* who are still using there no.s from 5 yeras in which i-i=.1 Rs./- i-o=.2 Rs./- i-ll=.5 Rs./- and i-std=.5 Rs./- and sms of re.1 for local and 1.5 Rs./- national

Idea Cellular Prepaid — Number not activated despite giving the ducuments two times to the company

I had purchased the idea sim card on 17th july 2009 and provided the full documents to the dealer .Even then my number was disconnected on 21st July 2009, . whenI called the customer care they told me that they have not recieved the documents .

I the called to the Idea cellular that is in Bhosari, Pune but they told me that they have sent teh documents . I had again given my complete documents to them on the same day, but till date despite repeated callings done to the customer care and the Idea cellular my number still has not been activated .

This is a complete negligience on the behalf of company professionals as they just distribute the sim cards and the give franchisee to the dealers which are totally in efficient and careless in their work .

I will never buy any product of Idea cellular from now onwards .

This is Sanjay from Ambala. I was issued a post paid no [protected] in Mar 09 having sim No[protected]. The number got disconnected itself after 1 month without any intimation. After my repeated visits to the local office nothing was confirmed to me and in fact the staff misbehaved with me.



Now after 3 months I received a bill from your side confirming that my no is still working but who is using it no one knows (at least I don’t know). You your sel[censored]nderstand that if some one else is using number on my name & misuses it, I can be in trouble because of that.



This is my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter & issue me the number back or I have to take the appropriate action.

Idea/Spice mobile network service — deducting money without customers knowledge

From past three days around Rs. 85/- is deducted from my currency without any reason.. Even without asking for missed call activation automatically it is started activated by taking 15 Rs. from my currency.. I called customer care regarding this, the lady who pick the phone did not respond properly and asked me to hold for few second.. but I waited for 10-15 min no response...
still i did not solve this problem...
Actually this has happened thrice before also.. I did not take interest to cross verify and left it as it is... but now I have to think about it... if they keep on take amount like this how it could be possible..

Idea Prepaid — deduction of amount without any request

dear sir,

my mobile number is [protected]. it is a prepaid connection. today by 12.26 pm i recharged with Rs.222 topup. at this time my total balance was Rs 228.20. after some time i found that about rs 100 had been deducted from my account. while asked to customer care, i was told a tarriff deduction of Rs 97 had been done. actually this was already done (deducted) on 18.08.09. again it is deducted by my account. it is not corrected yet. it is painful @ causing troble to me. kindly look into matter.

My son Ashish Kumar has taken Prepaid SIM Mob No.[protected] from your Agent on 17 Jul 09 in National Institute of Technology Warangal (Andhra Pradesh). As adderss proof Hostel allotment letter and Identitiy card was given. SIM was activated same time by the agent. After few days service was discontinued saying that not received the document. Then my again given the above said docuement to dealer, after that it was activated. But after 4 days service was discontinued'

this is complaint number i resister same day when 49Rs. cut from my a/c for iifa award
it was call by company. just i recieved and discunect it by handsfree my complaint No. as on 30/72009 is[protected] . after 5days i again resister new complaint that is[protected] bitween thes 2 complaint
