[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

Hello Sir
I have an idea prepaid connection, today morning i.e 15-oct-2009, i did a recharge of Rs.77(sms offer)
then i did a recharge of Rs.104 i.e std: 50p, Local :50p and sms:50p

so when i did this 105, i wis not not getting sms offer so when i contacted customer care they are carelessly saying yes sir your 77rechager got wasted and your plan has been changed for 1 year and i cant cancle or make any changes to my plan, So i want to ask does it make any sense, even i asked the i am ready to pay conversion charges, they are simply saying no . How can i use this plan it costs me more so please its a humble request to consernd authorities please look into the matter and reset my plan as it was before 15-Oct-2009.

i iam working in a pharma company as a manager, my mobile conection is idea postpaid.last 4 years. iam using idea mobile conection.daily i have 60-70-rs calls, per month almost 2000 rs is my telephone charge, my tariff is womens card per miniut 45ps to mobile.90 p.s to land line aiso 1rs, perday deduction, 4days back without any information idea customercare withdrawed my womenscard tariff iam complainted to customercare they sent me sms we will give back your tariff within 48hours. but 48 hours is over. again i call them but replay is poor they are make me a fool. now my call charge is 1rs per minitue. you can check my usage of last 4 years. my number is-[protected] can you do any thing for me if you can, t do any thing for me i will think about other conection it is a requiest

I fully agree with these complains of idea cellular services. The distirbances are plenty and many of the customers which I do come across in the course of my dealings agree that idea cellular services are very bad, especially the disturbances they cause to every customers. Every time whenever one is in a meeting or busy for an important work there is a call from idea cellular like ring tones, jokes, astrology, pictures, songs, etc., advertised free of cost from the customer cares of idea. These are very irritating, whenever one pick up the phone thinking there may be an urgent call but every time it is disgusting to attend. Sometimes by fault one of the number is pressed and it comes to the knowledge afterward that they have activated the services and money are being deducted at its own course without customer's knowledge. And once one service is started it is very difficult to stop. At present there are lots of services activated on my mobile which I had never intended or consented, may be by mistake some button is pressed and these are activated. I had contacted one customer care in Delhi Cantt to advise stopping these services, he advised, BETTER TAKE NEW NUMBER. So what is the use of having a idea connection, which cuts unnecessary charges from mobile and get you disturbed every time when you are busy for some other important work. Very soon, I will also be surrendering my idea number, if the company does not give due attention. My number is [protected].

I purchased a new connection of idea prepaid before 15days .and it works for days and after three days didn't and a message coming continue is that your sim is in suspended .and documents are not submitted.then next day i submitted the document again because of rejection of earlier id .
still my number is not working and i am suffering from 12days.

Subject :- Deactivation on GPRS Mobile No. [protected]

With reference to above subject. We would like to inform that deactivate GPRS facility. Because we are not uploading any site nor having any home page even though charges are deducted from my prepaid account. It is humbly request to you deactivate this facility as early as possible with reverse this charges to my account. Suppose it is not done as early as possible than we will cancelled this IDEA plan with my hole family member.

Idea Cellular — Deduction of money with out knowledge

Hi sir i m bhavesh kumar jain my no. is [protected] i m using nokia 6233 hand set. on dated 24/10/09 my balance was rs.88.53 i went on 2 pick my ill brother from belgam when i came back to mysore i saw my balance was only.0.53 paise i had called coustmer care of idae celluar of karnataka limited i aked him where did my money went so they told me that their was romeing cost deducted from your account is BELGAM out of karnataka state i aked them their was no reply and what more they have temp... disconnected my no..... to call coustmer care..

Idea Cellular — Disconnect my Prepaid Connection

I had taken a prepaid connection of Idea in the month of Agust and subbmitted the document required. The Connection id primarily used for making STD calls. In the Mid of September i switch off my number as i did not require the same adn lack of 2 mobile phones as i am going out of station. in the mean time after 1.5 month of activating my number they made a verification call on my idea number, since my number is switch off they discontinued my service and sent my number in recycle process. They even not try to call my alternative number or verification

What is the solution for my complain i want my number back and there is bal opf appox 30 Rs at that time

sir unknowwingly i activate per second 1 paise plan...i dont want it... bcs first sms it charges 0.60 paise ...so pls cance that... plan to my number.

My Idea mobile connection no-[protected] is disconnected due to carelessness of the Idea dealer(Mr.RAVI mobile no.[protected]) as he has not submitted the document given to him on
14-oct 2009 till 27-oct 2009.due to this the consumer has to suffer a lot and a negative appears
against the Idea service.Please look into the matter and take necessary steps against the dealer.

With lot of expectations i have taken idea pre-paid cellular phone, however my experience is very bad towards the same, many time my recharge money is vanished i need explanation, today i.e on 29-10-09, I recharged my idea sim with Rs. 28. Without any reasoning you deducted a money from my no.because of activation of any radio services.I never claim this services. I refused for this service Because I haven't need it. But suddenly from next day I have been charged Rs28 rupees and at a time you deducted the my balance for those service which i always refused. They activated the radio Daily. I called to customer care regarding this many times. I am fad up from this. I have not much money to use for radio service.

Idea/Pre paid mobile — Deducting money for additional services

I am using prepaid mobile connection of Idea & I am not very rich. Company is regularly deducting my credit for caller tune & miss call alerts etc. And I never asked for these services.
I had to speak in USA regarding my work & I purchased credit of Rs. 50 on evening of 28th Oct 2009. And mobile company deduct all money for caller tune renewal that i never asked , without informing me & I was unable to make an very important call of my carrier.Please take serious action against this company IDEA.

I took 2year 998 plan 3-4 months ago, in the very first month you disconnect the services without any intimation.later on when i checked I was told that I have crossed the credit limit (approx 350rs).I tried to pay the bill online but failed as it was also blocked.Later on i requested more than five times to send your representative to collect the payment.Everytime I got an assurance that the executive will collect the cheque within 48 hours but noboday came.Then finally I saw an Idea outlet and paid Rs 500/- (instead of Rs 355) on 29th October 2009.But my services are still not activated and today I got a new message from your executive that I have to pay Rs 250/- a photograph, and an identity proof to get this number activated.

Can you tell me my fault, you are just trying to harass a genuine customer who never denied to pay, everytime it was a fault from yourside.I know that as a single customer it will not affect your balance sheet if i discontinue idea but really want to say that never seen such a disgusting attitude.

I can only say that loosing two year advance rent & Rs 150 is better than continue this number by paying Rs 250 to such a unprofessional company.
