idea prepaid cellular phone — Disconnection and Refund of cost of idea mobile radio

[protected] Hi, I am the regular user / customer of idea prepaid cellular phone my mobile no. [protected] the life time validity date expires on[protected] Last recharge date is 15/07/2009 for an amount of Rs. 111

My complaint is :

I received a call from your call center asking for down loading Mobile Radio for Rs. 99. I do not enjoy such songs at all. It is an irritation to me. But any how the requested was activated and suddenly an amount of Rs. 77 was deducted from my balance of Rs. 78 keeping a balance of Rs. 1. The package price is Rs. 99. Bus as I did not had enough money in balance only the balance amount will be deducted whenever I recharge. This is not at all acceptable to me. The songs I do not enjoy them. Moreover your are charging for listening the radio for extra amount. Rs. 99 is only for activating the radio.

I am a very moderate user of mobile phone. My income doesnot allow me to spend for all these scrap items. You claim that I am the person who activated the radio. But I think it might have happened accidentally by pressing the activation key than to cancel the request.

Therefore, I request you to cancel the request completely and reimburse the amount what you have deducted from my prepaid account i.e. Rs. 77. and no more deduction in future either hidden or accrued expenses in this regard.

I have already complained to your concerned offices and they have not done anything in this regard. I need my money back. The request was received from your end and the responsibility lies with you. You people are spending on advertisement by paying millions to the film stars from the money received from poor people like us.

I have already complained and the complaint no. is[protected] dated[protected], I want immediate response and credit the deducted amount to my account. I am awaiting your early response.

I AGREE, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME ALSO WITHOUT MY ACTIVATION THE GPRS CHARGE @ RS.20/- PER DAY TILL THE BALANCE BECOMES NOMINAL .ONE EXECUTIVE ACCEPTED THAT IT IS WRONGLY CHARGED AND AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED. AFTER SOME WHEN I FURTHER ASKED FOR REFUND OTHER EXECUTIVE REFUSED.

i saw my mobile no. [protected] balance on date 08/09/2009. i have seen my Rs.20 had deduct by company (idea). than i call customer care on date 09/09/2009. they said to me that you have a faciliy of music station form may09. but i have no call and sms for this facility. they gave me a complain no.[protected]. this complain processed on date 14 sep 14.10pm. but i have recevied a massage on date 11 sep09. the massage is "your complain has been precessed". than i called coustemer care. but i was not satisfied by them.
I can say only this when i have this facility form may09 than why my account was deduct on sep09 (two time 20*2=40 Rs) why not before it? company ( idea) have off this facility after my complain?

IDEA MOBILE — UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM PREPAID CARD

I am a pre paid subscriber of Idea mobile (Bearing subscription No. [protected], New Delhi). Some days back, I have received a SMS from M/s. Idea that, they have deducted Rs. 25/- from my pre paid account against music charges. I have neither requested any music nor down loaded any type of music from M/s. Idea and they are contineously adopting this tactice every month.

I recharged my mobile (No.-[protected])on 25/08/09 with Rs. 99 for which I should get all STD calls at 50 paise.But before one month I am not getting this fecility and yesterday i.e. on 22/09/08 I observed it.I don't know before this period if it occured or not.Please look up into this matter ASAP.

I have 150 messages free daily. But on 22nd September i was charged 5.50 rupees though i sent only 128 messages. Then i called customer care atleast for 8 times and got reply as no such deduction was happened.
After that on 1st october i was charging 1.50 rupees for some local messages. On 2nd october also i was charging 1.50 rupees per sms. So total of 15 rupees is deducted . So i couldnot able to use the remaining messages. So i request you to take immediate action on this.

I have recharged my Airtel prepaid number with Rs 99 via ICICI bank online services on 7 oct 2009.
My account details are showing that 99 Rs has been deducted from my account but still my mobile hasn't recharged and didn't get lifetime validity.
