[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

Dear Sir,

SUBJECT: Fraudulant deduction of Rs. 30.00 per month from my pre-paid mobole - [protected]

I am having a prepaid Mobile Connection - [protected] - of IDEA Cellular Co.. It is surprised that a sum of Rs. 30.00 (Ruppees Thirty only) are being deducted per month for *Shanaz Hussain Hair Care Tips* with out my concent and even without prier intimation. This is a fraudulant and clearly a cheating perpormane of IDEA Cellular Co.

Kindly help me to get rid of it and the IDEA Cellular Co may kindly also be requested to issue a receipt for a deductions.

Idea Prepaid — without information they activate caller tune n deduct money

WITHOUT INFORMATION THEY ACTIVATE DIALER TONE AND DIDUCT MONEY,I TRIDE MANY TIMES ON THERE COUSTMER CARE BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND

Today I made a customer call @4444 nearly @7.00 PM evening. "Mr. Milind Morey" a customer executive reply my query about "Unwanted Call". But he spoke to me in bad manner rather than solving my query. And ask me such a stupid question. So I "NILESH AWARE" put a complaint at IDEA CELLULAR Ltd. MAHARASHTRA & GOA CIRCLE. I am having cell no [protected]. some how a service telling me cogetion on roads of ncr has started and i am getting sms every now and then.will you kindly stip thi or else advise me of action to be taken.

Idea Prepaid — deduction money without confirmation

My balance last night approx Rs. 250.00 and in morning I found Balance rs. 1.06 without any call any gprs any downloading and gprs not activtated in my phone I call to customer care but response they told to call on 53555 but no responce there

the process of talk to customer care executiv is too much long and it is the loss of valuable time
and pls start night chat free plan other wise i will defuse the idea number

Incoming/Outgoing calls barred
I had purchased the idea sim card on 14th November 2009 and provided the full documents to the dealer . Even then my number was disconnected on 22nd November 2009, . when I called the customer care they told me that they have not received the documents .

I the called to the Idea cellular that is in Malur but they told me that they have sent the documents . I had again given my complete documents to them on the same day, but till date despite repeated callings done to the customer care and the Idea cellular my number still has not been activated.

This is a complete negligence on the behalf of company professionals as they just distribute the sim cards and the give franchisee to the dealers which are totally in efficient and careless in their work .

I will never buy any product of Idea cellular from now onwards.
