[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

IDEA CELLULAR PREPAID SERVICE — DEDUCTING MONEY WITHOUT ANY REASON

MY NAME IS SANTOSH MY NUMBER IS [protected] I HAD AN SEROUS ISSUE THAT I HAD FACED LAST NIGHT FIRST OF ALL MY STD SMS WAS NOT GOING AND IN THE NIGHT IT WAS BLOCKED EVEN THOUGH
THE MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER WAS CORRECT.AND WHEN I SWITCHED OFF MY MOBILE IN NIGHT MY BALANCE WAS RS 128
AND WHEN I AM SWITCHING ON MOBILE IN THE MORNING THE BALANCE IS ONLY RS 50 I HAD NOT MADE ANY CALL ANYWHERE.
AND STD SMS IS CHARGING RS 1.20 BUT I HAD ACTIVATED STD SMS PLAN WHERE MY 100 STD SMS IS FREE ONE SMS WILL BE CHARGED ONLY.BUT IN THE MORNING ALL STD MSG IS GETTING CHARGING.

PLEASE BOOK MY COMPLAINT I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE FROM MY MOBILE BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING WELL
THEY ARE TELLING TO CALL BACK AFTER 5HOURS OR 6 HOURS THIS IS NOT ALL GOOD.

I WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY BALANCE GONE IN JUST 4-5 HOURS WHEN MY MOBILE WAS SWITCHED OFF.

PLEASE RETURN MY BALANCE THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS SERVICE I HAD FACED EVER.

Without my knowledge 30 rs deducted from my A/C my no is [protected] an u r customer executives are not responding properly...so kindly look at this matter...they hav different opinion for one problem. I dont no how can this happen in BRANDED COMPANY...so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.My complain No is 1/[protected]...And that deduction is incorrect

My mobile no is [protected] in C.G. State .Yesterday & Today I Recharge ( Rs.50.00 ) two times from Orissa . Message conform that your mobile has recharge .But amount not come to my mobile till this time.
Can I contact Customer care from orissa about C.G state.

Dear Sir,

i have taken idea pre-paid cellular phone [protected], however my experience is very bad towards the same, every time my recharge money is deducterd. I call to customer care of no. 4444 they told me you actvated Masti Fandu pack. But reality is that i never request for this. They automatically provide this pack to my number [protected]. Every time i request to deactivate the same and in next month without any confirmation call they activate this package. I never dial any number to activate this facility to avail. Today[protected] i called to customer care they told me i activatec the masti fandu pack on my number at[protected] at 12 am (approx) . However it is p[ossible that i never dialed any number at the night of 14th jan 2010. I have checked my mobile and i found that no number dialled. The customer care do not satisfy me. They are not telling me that which number is dialled by me. they just told that so many number is for the same. But reality is that i never dialled any number. What i do every month they are trying to vexed me.

Any one is there whoc help me regarding this matter.

I am using the two number [protected] and [protected]

I had given the request the idea sim card on 14th January 2010 and provided the full documents to the dealer Gopal Agencies Bathinda (punjab) to change my no. postpaid to prepaid . Even then my number was disconnected on 14th January 2010 but till date 18th january, 2010 my no. will not activated in prepaid, my mobile no. is [protected] . my sim no. is[protected]

Prepaid — 30 rs deducted on 19-1-2010 even all services deactivated

My name is Brijesh ameta from chittorgarh disstt (Raj).My mob no-[protected].its connection have been taken by myself at 9/9/2009 along with my identiproof & photo.but in idea celllar office this mob no allocated other person name and address proof.but i dont known that person.so i have lotoff problem to communicate the customer care no.becouse they will be demand to shown prepaid connection name whis is not issued my name. so sir what can i do...
please solve my problem and check my record ursently.if you will not solve my problem i must take dengorious path.

Idea Prepaid — wrong deductioon of money no proper response and reasons for it

Dear reader,

Plz look in to it seriously . As the problem is regarding my cell phone idea reacharge .I had faced deduction in a day thrice for knowing no reaosns for it and thier were 2 services activated without my knowledge and for that . when ihad spoken to customer service a person called irfan responded my call and he kept me on hold for 8.35 secounds when he answered the call regarding this he clearly stated me that it was my negligence to activate my services and when iasked him what is the reason u diducted my money he insisted that i need to say him the timing when it was been deducted .Please note the point a customer s money is been deducted and he questioned back the same that he needs to note all the timing when the balance is getting deducted when he doesnot have a clue when is the balance taken out without any reaon .
1. Of all the customer service is pethatic when asked the person to transfer the call its kept on hold and they diss miss the call
2.After having the problems i still used the services and later on told to disconnect my one of the service the service of my girlfreind pack was activated when i started to know what it is when my first mess was sent to the service no .3 rs was deducted i sent atleast 10 t0 11 mess 3rs per mess was deducted .Were as this service per mess was been sent by idea service provider states my per mes would be charged 10ps .This is how the earn money ...
3. the point is the customer care persons when i spoke with the senior service provider told me that my next mess would be charged 10 ps but when i messeged again 3rs were chrged . When i triyed calling the recording messeage says me that i would be only able to call the customer service tmrw .
4.Only they send all type of caller ring tone mess and without reason the services get activated .
5.My total money till now without 500 or moer is been deducted without any reason . And i am forced to use this services because this my no is been with all my reputed clintes.
6.I had never expected idea as aditya birla company would do this kind of a things to earn money .

Stop services like cricket scores, jokes, shayari etc.

i have also the same type of problem.iea cellular deducted 60 rs from my account and tell me that it was for game service.

The Idea Cellular is a big time cheaters. They make money on each and every thing by luring the customer on their new schemes etc. I recently changed my prepaid plan to 1 paise per call plan by paying Rs 200 to an agent in Saket J Block Market and also have paid an addtional rs 16 to him for service charge. with this i also added a Free SMS pack of rs 35 on the same day. this is around a week to 10 days back. i am very minimum user of the mobile. on 25 th morning i had a balance of rs 80+ in the connection but suddently the balance went Zero in the eveining of 25th even though i have not made any calls on that day.

The call centres if IDEA is useless and helpless people who have not system updates with them and they keep repeating the same answer each time when we mke the complaint stating that their system not updated and they cannot check.

Idea Cellular — activate service without any knowledge

Dear Sir,

I am trying to connect customer care from morning around 9AM ..still it is saying lines are busy......This is really wasting my valuable time and also irritating ......


My problem is ...a default idea jokes service is activated without my knowledge...and some amount is charging for that tone......i want to deactivate this service first......or else tell me procedure to change the jokes service.......

cutting money for sms plz check and send details for my email id

I got my M/phone recharge for Rs 60/- on 29.1.2010 for talk time but no balance came to my credit. My MobilelNo is [protected]. The customer care cell could not give any specific reply. I could not understand why no balance was received by me. It appears that you are making fool of the people and not giving any proper reply. Please reply me soon and give talk time of Rs.60/- immediately.
