[Resolved]  Inalsa - Gas Geyser (Insta) — No after sales service

Don't expect aftersale service at Door step for Inalsa products.

Since the installation of Geyser for the last 2 years, i am facing problems in the functioning of geyser I would like to clearly add here that the dealer/sellers are misguiding the customers by selling the products of such like company who is not having established service centre.

ur service centre in jalandhar was established last year and has now being changed off and on. As and when i contacted dealer/supplier in jalandhar, i came to know that the service centre working last year has been closed. After a lot of effort, i got the contact no. of new service centre. For the last more than a week, i am contacting the service centre for service/repair of geyser. There was hardly any person to attend my complaint. On 28th of Nov., i again contacted the centre for repair of geyser and they gave informed me that my complaint was previously not registered and now they regd complaint vide their no. 459. On 5th of Dec. one person deputed was by ur service centre, jalandhar for the purpose who was ignorant about the geyser repair. He advised us to send the geyser to their service centre.

How, the customer who is layman about the geyser points, can detach the geyser so as to bring this to the service centre. Whether while selling the geyser/ any other products, the company is advising the customers that at the time of repair of geyser (any item of inalsa brand) they shall be unable to repair it at their door step and the customers shall have to bring the items at their service centre at their own risk and responsibility.
