Inalsa- Geyser — poor quality of product and service

I have purchased 1 geyser of Inalsa in 2009 December from Spencers Lucknow.It had started problem of not functioning properly.Inspite of repeated complaints,nobody from the service centres had turned up.So I suggest everybody not to buy Inalsa products as their after sales service is just horrifying and embarassing.Actions should be taken against them....
