[Resolved]  Indian Rail — Refund

I have booked a ticket for train no. 2562 New Delhi Muzaffarpur Swantrata Senani Exp.on 31/05/09.My ticket no. was 56200441 and PNR No. was[protected].The status at the time of booking was WL/23.Class 2A.My ticket was confirmed on the journey date i.e. on 05/06/09 in 3A Class.When I asked the TTE the reason for degrading my journey class. He asked me that since the 2A coach was not available, my ticket has been confirmed in 3A.He gave me a refund receipt and I was told that I can claim the refund at any reservation counter across India. When I went to Shalimar Bagh New Delhi reservation counter after a long wait in Queue, I was told that the system shows that no refund is allowed.When I met the chief supervisor of Shalimarbag reservation counter Mrs. Neelam Sharma Ph. No. [protected] she told me to enquire after two days. When I again went today, I have been told to go to either New Delhi station or the destination of my journey Muzaffarpur.Kindly register my complaint and suggest me the right way.

Indian Rail — Cheat with Passengers

Dear Sir,

I have most of time pick train for surat (gujarat) from Boriwali (mumbai) station.On the ticket window,
They cheat the passenger. Always they take more time for giving ticket & in hurry of pick up train, they give less money back.

This things happen five times with me.
Due to error message from your host computer while payment through credit card the booking was done twice for the same family, same date and for same train ( i.e. for Rajdhani Express 2951). Booking date was 1-3-2007and boarding on[protected]. The PNR nos for both the tickets are [protected] (used ticket) and [protected]) unused ticket). As per Mr. V. P. Indoria's letter dat.[protected]Ref. No. 2003/IRCTC/ERTD/Refunds/E-tickets) "The refund will be proceed by zonal railways". But till today I have not received any refunds (Rs. 5305) as well as any correspondence. Also I wanted to know that whether we can book two tickets for same family, for same train and for same date?

For your kind information today 7 Nov 2009- 6. 03 pm we went to Indore (M.P) Indian rail Ticket reservation Counter for ticket reservation with my 8 years old daughter she is fully handicap (Cerible Policy) ,That time Mrs Srimati Krishna Verma was available in the booking counter and she refuse to us for ticket and told your daughter is handicap not you ,go to general reservation counter for this ticket .We request to him for my ticket and inform about my problem because our daughter can't sit or do other any activities even she can't eat anything , she is depend only milk but she didn't co prate and She told you may complain for us but i will not make this ticket.

We contact to Mr. Satish Sharma and inform about bad behavior of Srimati Krishna Verma , He listen to us and say to Srimati Krishna Veerma to make my ticket then she make my ticket and say this is my boss a Order otherwise i don't make it and etc.( some other bad words )

I booked my railway reservation ticket at PUNE from suvidha center counter for TYTP{TRIUPATI} return ticket for pune to tpty and tpty to pune on 08/02/2010 and return at 12/02/2010. SLEEPER CLASS TOTALAmount Rs.8476.00 but due to cancellation ot train and i have nat been informed by any o[censored]r officers or not by calling or through by sms or pone calling.beasuse o[censored]r mistake i have fase many problem and beause o[censored]r not imforming i have to canclle my trip. my journey and try and please refund my full money other wies i have to take a leagle action on u.and i have been told by youe orricers that to take refund. but when i went to refund ther did not entertened me on 14/ 02/2010.

Please refund my ticket and get me refund of my ticket amount as per railway rules.

Indian Rail — Trouble in Trains

We have been suffering lot because of Gay people in train. They force people to give the mony and if we keep quit they start doing activities like removing cloths or many more, if we refuse they start slolding and talk all noncance...this is an really big problems for people in reservation boogies. Please help us.

Indian Rail — No Cattering and water supply

Dear Sir/Madam

I am traveling with the Train 12353 Bhagalpur Anand Vihar Gareeb Rath Exp. and today in 10 hours of journey only one time the catering services has supplied the water and after that they didn't provided water.

You can understand that in 10 hours if you get only one bottle of water then how do you survive and suffer. Till now after 10 hours no one came for asking for dinner too.

I am suffering a lot and after asking about the services all the attendents and TTE say that go to the last coach which is supply coach which is 16 coaches behind my coach and i have bags to whom I can't leave.

So, take a proper action and ask about making such a poor and disgusting condition. I am suffering a lot and very hungry.

Indian Rail — POOR SERVICE

I travelled in 12442 NDLS-BSP RAJDHANI EXPRESS.I was not served with the morning tea which is in the Menu.I was repeatedly asked by the
waiter(server) to show me the tickets before serving breakfast.
News paper was not given.The confectionary to be given along with a cold beverage was also not served to the whole coach(B-4).
